The pizza is yummy but really loved the lemonade. Salad was delicious with house made dressing.

A Slice Worthy of _____ Listen. If you're wondering what to expect, I'm gonna do my best to paint you a picture. I’ve been lucky enough to eat pizza in some incredible places—Florence, Rome, those little tucked-away spots somewhere, sometime in Italy where the locals swear by their favorite spots where the slice basically comes straight out of the oven of heaven. I say this not as a brag, but as a baseline for what to cautiously expect (purely out of respect). So, walking into Prime I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted - quick pizza that respects the basics but gets the details more or less just right. And let me tell you. They didn’t just meet expectations—they decidedly surpassed them. Let’s talk about the crust. It’s thin, as it should be, and hot with just the right balance of crisp and chew. The edges had a slight char, bringing a subtle smokiness that didn’t overpower but added to the overall flavor. It’s the kind of crust that holds its shape when folded yet feels light enough that keeps you going back for another slice. The sauce was bright and full of flavor. We got the arrabiatta so it had some spicy kick to it but not so much that you're worried more about it coming out than going in. It was spot on. You could taste the quality of the tomatoes without making it the star of the show. It was just the right amount of tangy, with a slight sweetness and spiciness that paired swimmingly with the cheese. And speaking of cheese, they nailed it. Like nailed it nailed it. Creamy and melted to perfection, with just a hint of that savory tang you get from good mozzarella. They didn’t drown the pizza in it either, which I appreciated. Really all the toppings were thoughtfully done. Each one adding something to the slice without making it feel heavy or one-sided. And let’s not forget the fold. You know it’s a good slice when you can fold it up, take a bite, and everything stays exactly where it’s supposed to. It’s a simple pleasure really, but it makes all the difference. And it just really rounds out the whole experience. But what I loved most about this place was how unpretentious it is. They clearly care about making great pizza, and it shows. It’s not trying to be anything other than what it is—a really, really, good neighborhood slice. So, to sum up: this place is a slice worthy of: A craving, a hankering, a comfort, or a celebration. The everyday slice. A true slice of the people.

If you like thin crust pizza, this place is for you! Delicious crust and cheese. Incredibly friendly service. Edit: I have to add, someone recommended the vegan pizza with pepperoni. I purchased the Vegan Supreme, and it was incredible. I liked it more than the cheese pizza. Worth every penny.

C

The spicy pepperoni pizza is addictive, their ranch is delicious, staff are friendly, and the service is always great!

Got takeout the other night. It was incredibly delicious! Pizza slices, chicken wings and garlic rolls. The best I’ve had in takeout in a long time. Go. You won’t regret it.

When I’m having a bad day a pizza from here never fails to make my day better. Deliciously crispy, the grandma square pizza is my all time favorite, it’s everything a pizza should be and I’m so happy to have found this place. I highly recommend even if you’re just doing a slice!

Came to this place on Sunday (5-14-23). One word... DELICIOUS! The pizza was so good.. Husband loved the wings, and for him to like wings, it's a big deal. I did order too much but it was so worth it. Staff was very nice. The cashier that was there that way was super nice. I liked her attitude. Will definitely go back

Yummy pizza. My fav is spicer pepperoni grandma style. Like focaccia pizza. Location is hard to park because lot is on busy street and space is limited but worth the trek.

P
P deGuz

The pizza is consistently delectable. I’ve never actually eaten at the restaurant until my last visit and we had a group of around 10. Not the best place for a larger party when it’s 95° outside but it’s not their fault. At least there was plenty of water in frequently refilled dispensers and picnic tables with umbrellas. It was just too hot and there aren’t many tables inside. But the food more than makes up for that.

WOW! Pizza was delicious. Definitely going back. Quality ingredients and service. Might be the best in Burbank!

H

Prime pizza is delicious! My roommates tell me the regular pizzas are all bomb. I'm gluten free and dairy free so there's only Grandma's Vegan and GF square pizza for me. It's very good, but you gotta toast her up when you get home. Even though I ask for well done it's always a little soggy in the center and I prefer a little crunch in my crust. You will not be disappointed!

Manager and team went above and beyond to help me out when there was an issue with the uber delivery. So nice and awesome to work with, will only be ordering from here from now on!

Great Pizza shop in Burbank!!! Whole pies or by the slice!! Order online or walk up to window. Friendly staff and fast service! Do try the Grandma Pie!!

We did a takeout order here, but first discovered this spot in Santa Monica. My college kid lives in Brooklyn, and still rates this pizza 5-star!

Excellent pizza. Perfect size. Very friendly service. Small feedback- for the cheese - please add a little more. The pie we had hardly had cheese on it. It was had a slight taste of cheese. That’s it.

Pizza was great, as were the garlic knots. Friendly staff, busy but they move and cook quick. If you are looking for a traditional NY cheese slice, this is the place!

Excellent, thin crispy crust. Friggin delicious little pepperoni. 3 flat screens with basketball currently on 👍 My new favorite pizza place in Burbank.

C

Great vegan pepperoni, always take a pie home when I'm near by.

R
Ryan Blohm

Absolutely the best in town! The simplicity of the pizza truly lets the high-quality ingredients shine. I usually opt for pick-up since paying over $50 for pizza through delivery apps feels a bit steep.

C
Cari

I got a spicy pep and the Sicilian and really liked them, esp the crunchiness. I was scared it'd be twice-cooked or burnt like someone reviewed, but I don't think it was. Just re-warmed. Sometimes I worry items, like fries or bacon, are often re-cooked if the food is not eaten at the restaurant or saved for the next day, but I saw people b4 me order and more after and the lil lot got full so the pizza is def moving and not staying put.

J
Jill Guidote

Solid pizza place. The variety is great. The dough is delicious. But sometimes they are a little late to have a pizza order ready. Expect to wait.

A great NY Style Pizza. 100% legit. Thin, crispy and tasty.

J
Joey Pontanilla

I'm biased because NY-style pizza is my jam. I love that this place has a NY vibe to it. Whole pies, slices and square, grandma pies, a handful of seats inside. The only thing missing is the NY accent! Fuggedaboudit! If you're a pizza purist, then you agree it's all about the dough. Perfectly chewy in all the right places and crispy everywhere else. The undercarriage has to support the toppings which their pies do with ease. I asked for well-done because I like the crust crispier. Great ratio of cheese-sauce-toppings. Add it all together, it tastes excellent! I knocked off a star for service only because my mobile order took at least 15 minutes longer than the quoted time. Yo, I was HUNGRY!! I look forward to the Northridge location opening because that's closer to where I live.

A
Andy Terzyan

Solid 8.1 pie. For the west coast, I think this is about as good as it’s going to get. Great pie, great crunch on the crust. Barely broke into the 8’s and could’ve gotten a better score if the sauce had a bit of sweetness added to it.

A
Alexandra Gaevsky

Delicious! Crispy crust, rich sauce, and perfect pizzas. You definitely must-try! • Pepperoni Pizza & Cheese Pizza 🍕 • Extra Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wings 🍗

Crust is always the red headed step child of pizza but Prime Pizza treats you to delightful crust so you have something to enjoy once you get through the delicious toppings. Grab some pizza, check out the sweet mural.

K

Great Pizza! The Grandma and Sicilian pies are extraordinary. A light crispy crust with a tangy sauce and generous amounts of mozzarella make these pies worthy of my rating. The pies have crunchy camalized crusts. The Grandma has ricotta and pesto on top. Add pepperoni and your taste buds go to heaven! Their round pies are thin crust, cheesy and very tasty. On a weekend you better get your order in early because they may run out of dough!

H
Homero Guevara

Great service, friendly staff. First time here, and to say one of the best pizzas I've had. I'm definitely coming back.

M
Mark Johnson

Man, you gotta try this place. I was sold on the cheese alone! But I love a thin slice. The sauce was simple in the way you can appreciate it. Tomatoes, oregano, some salt. Not sweet, but great acidity and freshness. But the cheese! I've tried a ton of pizza in Glendale (mostly) and I've never tasted cheese like this. Really enjoyed myself. Coming back soon.

N
Nicholas

Prime Pizza hits like your favorite neighborhood joint—no frills, just solid craftsmanship in every slice. The thin crust had that whisper of char underneath, held its structure, and even gave a satisfying crunch when folded—a small victory considering it showed up via Uber. The cheese had those golden brown bubbles, and the pepperonis curled up into crispy little chalices of salt and joy. No oil slick, no dryness—just balance. And yeah, I went big on the 16 oz ranch because I have no shame. It’s thin, tangy, with a zing that cuts through the fat like it knows exactly what it’s doing. Prime isn’t trying to be trendy—it’s just doing damn good pizza. And in a world full of overhyped dough and gimmicky toppings, that’s something worth biting into.

T
Tony Rodriguez

Yea...probably the best pizza I've ever had. We order 1 cheese & 1 pepperoni and while we waited we had a slice of the spicy pepperoni grandma slice. Ended up ordering a whole spicy pep to go. If you're a pizza lover you have to check out Prime.

j
jeff escuadro

You want thin crust and the fresh flavorful ingredients. Get your pizza pie here. They are pricey but worth it. They splurge on the toppings and the crust is just right. The pineapple, bacon (good thick kind), the pepperoni, cheese + side of yummy parmagiane, and mushroom is my FAV. Take the giant slice, eat the falling bacon or pineapple pieces. No wasting of the fine toppings. Fold and insert in your mouth. Robusto flavors. Add wine or beer and heaven. Enjoy.

This place caught my mind’s eye and trapped it in a thirst for pizza. Finding it online… and I finally stopped in. Going to sample a vegan pizza for a future delivery I thought. But vegan is only for whole pies, nothing by the slice. After ordering a Sicilian & Grandma slice. 👌🤤will come back for the vegan another day ☝️🍕

I have been wanting to try Prime Pizza for a while due to the great reviews by Eater LA. My wife and I were near Burbank, and we were hungry. Their location in Burbank has a take-out window and a small parking lot. I got a grandma slice, and my wife got a Sicilian slice. Each slice cost $5.00. The slices came out really quick, and the customer service was great. I would highly recommend the grandma slice. The grandma slice was crispy on the edges but still felt light. The taste of the crispy cheese was the best part. The sauce tasted fresh. The Sicilian was not overcooked and was very flavorful. If you only want slices, you can only get them before 5:00 P.M. on the weekends. If you want a whole pie, then you should order it online before you get there. There are a lot of pizza places in LA, but Prime Pizza gets the closest to what I would find on the East Coast. It is definitely worth a return visit. Update (06/18/2021): I tried the plain slice. Although the sauce and crust was good, the grandma and Sicilian slices are definitely the ones to get.

The BEST PIZZA in LA!!! I never thought I’ve say a meatless pizza is my favorite, but that SICILIAN PIZZA stole my heart!! Hubby LOVES the lemon pepper wings!! LOVE PRIME PIZZA!!

M

Best pizza I've had in a long time. I had a slice of spicy pepperoni. Flavor, texture and appearance were all perfect. They have beer but no stouts. It's a small joint with minimal seating. Parking lot is small too but decent street parking. Definitely 5 stars. Check out my profile for more happening joints.

B
Brandon McCubbin

I’m rating this based on food alone, which is why it’s getting 5-stars. The Sicilian was absolutely perfect. One of the best pizzas I’ve had. My ONLY complaint was the cheapskate owner who charged me $2 for a tiny ranch after I spent $63 on two pizzas. It was laughable that he charged me for the ranch. That’s really the only negative thing I have to say. If I factored that into my rating this would be 3-stars. However, I think it’s only fair to rate it on the food. And it was amazing.

S
Sven K

Pizza was good, pizza salad combo was good value, salad was larger than expected, salad was only available with Italian and ranch costs $1.50 a cup. Dine in experience is pretty bare bones, clearly targeted at to go delivery

We ordered a thin crust spicy sauce pepperoni pie and a gluten free spicy pepperoni pie and both were very delicious! The thin crust pizza is huge! My husband will have lots of leftovers. The GF is smaller. The service was excellent and right on time and the employees were friendly and seemed to like their job. Fun place to go and fun food

Was in beautiful Burbank for a work conference and one of the locals recommended Prime Pizza. So glad they did! When I arrived, the line was out the door and it's easy to see why - so good! Great crust (gluten-free crust was great too!), amazing meatballs and delicious. I had leftovers for days!

Finally made it to Prime Pizza in Burbank and it totally lived up to the hype. One of the best pizzas I’ve had in LA! My son loved the regular pepperoni slices, and I had the spicy pepperoni square and Sicilian slice, both were amazing! Easy parking, great seating inside and outside, and I love that you can order by the slice or full pies. The staff was also super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend it and we’re definitely coming back!

Prime is probably the best pizza chain in LA. Pies are always delicious. They have slices for walk in. Easy to order ahead on their website and theyll text you when its ready. Just a smooth, convenient way to get tasty food

Hands down one of the best slices in the Valley. Prime Pizza in Burbank absolutely nails that classic New York style — crispy crust, perfect fold, and sauce that actually tastes like real tomatoes instead of sugar. Every bite feels intentional, from the light char on the crust to the gooey cheese stretch that makes you pause mid-conversation. The pepperoni slice is unbeatable — crispy cups with that satisfying little pool of oil that screams flavor. The cheese slice hits all the right nostalgic notes, and if you grab a square slice, you’ll get that beautiful caramelized edge that’s hard to find anywhere else. No gimmicks here — just pure, high-quality pizza made with care. The staff’s always friendly, the vibe’s laid-back, and the pizza comes out hot and fresh every time. Whether you’re grabbing a quick slice or taking a whole pie to go, Prime Pizza Burbank never disappoints. In short: Real pizza lovers already know — this place is prime for a reason.

This is our new favorite local spot. Here's what my 10y/o had to say about Prime Pizza "These guys know what they're doing. The bread is crispy at the bottom, it has a lot of sauce and the cheese pull is insane. Definitely 10/10"

A great by the slice pizza place. Small little restaurant, big flavor. The offerings were tasty but freshness is key as the heat lamp can dry them out. The crust is super crunchy and don't sleep on their Detroit style pan pizza.

Best pizza in Burbank ! And on of the best of LA. The Sicilian is our favorite. The dough is perfect, soft and crunchy at the same time. We love also the regular Cheese pizza. Great to eat in the small outdoor area they have or great to go. Staff super helpful and nice. A must try pizza in LA!

3 slices of cheese pizza - 5 🌟! This is my second Prime Pizza review. Prime Pizza makes excellent thin crust pizza and offers it up by the slice which is often what I'm looking for as a good, quick and tasty lunch. They seem to be slowly rolling put an LA based expansion with more locations coming out over the year. I was happy to see the experience I had at the first location was matched by their Burbank expansion. I sort of vaguely remember an Italian deli style place in the spot before but happy that Prime Pizza took over. The building sits on its own lot and there is parking plus good street parking. They have a great, large outdoor patio that is on the best side of the building for afternoon shade. In a city full of pizza options, Prime Pizza is one worth visiting.

I write a lot of restaurant reviews of all kinds of different foods, especially from a vegetarian perspective, in many places all over Los Angeles and the world...but all I really need out of life is solid NYC pizza slices. Where I live in the Santa Clarita Valley they're hard to come by, so a drive to Burbank to discover a place that checks all the boxes for NYC slices, and offers more deliciousness...well, warm up the car, honey, we're going out tonight! My wife, son and I visited together...it's a small spot with just a few parking spaces...we were lucky to nab one. You order at the conter in a sort of inside space and then take it to go or eat at their outside tables. They've got super-rock solid NYC slices. We all had cheese slices to start and had no complaints...perfect crust...perfect ratio of cheese to sauce (ie not too much cheese and not too little sauce) gave us the exact experience we were looking for. Hallelujah! Enter their thicker square pie slices...more Detroit style...not your typical, basic restaurant pizza...but truly fantastic and perfectly cooked crispy dough with all kinds of enticing options on top...we had Sicillian slices of this variety and are still salivating over the gorgeous flavors that went into our mouths. If Prime Pizza opened in Santa Clarita, we'd set up camp outside and never leave. It was super good...well worth the 20 minute drive from where we were and they have plenty of reasons on their menu for us to go back, try new things, and have more of what we really loved. This is excellent NYC and Sicilian/Detroit style pizza, right in Burbank. This is what we've all been looking for.

Excellent pizza! We got a large Pepperoni Pizza our first time (cause if you can’t do that right, no thank you.) it was an EXCELLENT NY Style slice and I would for sure get it again as a Bostonian (we know Pizza). I just wish they didn’t have a bunch of guys standing out on the ramp and waiting on the parking lot to get Uber Eats or DoorDash orders. They kind of act as an intimidating, unfriendly presence. If they could just not stand in the walkway up to the restaurant, I wouldn’t have to say this 🤣 8.4/10 Pepperoni Pizza, excited to try their other stuff!

We asked our hotel receptionist where the best pizza was and they said to go here. They were not wrong! Wow was this some good NYC style pizza! We did a pepperoni pizza and garlic knots. The knots were OK, nothing to write home about. The pizza was great, very greasey from the cupping pepperoni but so delicious! Great sauce and crust too.

There are so few places in LA that will let you order just a couple slices of pizza - it's nice to know they offer a wide variety of pies by the slice. Was in the neighborhood and ordered takeout from the counter. They run a smooth operation - menu makes pricing clear and lots of people were coming in for their to-go orders. I didn't dine in but they have beers and a few tables available. Wasn't a problem for me but some people may not like that they make only one size pizza, but it's big and if you don't want the whole thing, they let you order slices. I wish more pizza places did this. I didn't LOVE the too-chewy crust on my pepperoni pizza but it still tasted good.

Nice pizza at decent price. We picked up and it was quick, not much else to say!

Very convenient, tasty spot in Burbank. Wide variety of slices and garlic knots. Old school, delicious. Good playlist, cool employees. Will be back.

Nice pizza at a decent price. Could have more veg options though

Great pizza. A little costly but you get a huge pizza! Tasted great and fresh, their ranch is beyond good. My only gripe was there were people in their parking lot just smoking cigarettes and hanging around (not eating or anything). So, if you come here order it to go or eat inside unless you want the smell of cigarettes to accompany your meal.

When people say it's the best pizza in Burbank, thet aren't lying. The pizza is too notch and has never missed. The giant issue here is they take FOREVER to deliver your pizza. We've waited nearly an hour past expected delivery on multiple occasuons and the pizza is usually just mildly warm by the time it finally arrives. I get supply and demand, but if the demand is high then it's time to up the service.

The grandma pie lived up to the hype: a light golden crispy crust with a chunky savory sauce and just the right amount cheese. Prices are on the high end; that was the only detraction from an otherwise great meal. Lunch specials looked reasonable and I will be back to try more.

Pizza is really good. Good lunch specials. Indoor seating is really limited. Their is a large outdoor seating area.

Great pizza. Among the very best in the valley.

If you want an authentic and delicious pizza and can’t make up your mind on which to order, come try a few! My husband and I got about 6 pieces total in different flavors and each was delicious!! The pizza was fresh, cooked to perfection and had just the right crunch to the bread. I will say, the service and pricing are not great. There were a bunch of girls talking the cashiers ear off when we arrived, so we stood there awkwardly waiting for about 5 min while they chatted and he didn’t even acknowledge us. If it wasn’t for the terrible parking lot, we would have just left. The price was also high per slice. If you don’t care about service, the food and atmosphere are good. They had some seating inside and outside. Inside, it looks and feels like an old Italian pizza spot from the movies, with its quirky memorabilia and famous visitors. But the music they play is old school hip hop. We enjoyed the pizza very much, but will likely not return due to the high price, bad parking and not so great service. It’s also quite busy here.

Sliced pizza is good a bit pricey but good. Went the day it rained so we had to wipe our table off. Lot of locals eat there at lunch time.

Ordered ahead on a Sunday night. Got the supreme pizza, it took about 45 minutes, which was fine since we were out running errands. We received a text when it was ready which was pretty on par to when the estimate said the food would be ready. The inside is quite small and extremely cramped with everyone waiting around for their take out. We ate in side the car in the parking lot. It's a very small lot, that's in an abstract shape, but we were lucky to find a spot. I went in and was helped pretty immediately. The person helping me was very nice, she even held the door open with me as I walked out with an 18" pie. The pizza was good, it's thin crust but good quality. All the other ingredients were fresh and good quality. I had a couple tough pieces of sausage but outside of that no real complaints. While I liked the pizza, it honestly lacked a wow factor for me to love it, especially for $30.50 for a pie. I'm glad we tried it, but I dont think ill be back again soon. I would like to come back and try the square pizzas. It's worth a stop and a try but nothing mind blowing.

The pizza is legit and a must try if you can make it. There is little seating inside and some seating outside which isn’t the greatest since the joint is located on a main road. I highly recommend trying this place out for take out or delivery.

Cheese pizza crust gets 6 🌟 . So crispy, not greasy, one of the best I've had. The meat lovers square pizza was packed with meats, however the thin crust was my favorite. The salad was delicious, great vinaigrette. The place was a busy, to go, pick up was hopping. Parking is limited, but if you wait, you'll get a spot. My niece and her fiance wanted to try this place out and they loved it. Would, and we will come back again. Tables need to get cleaned, I know they're picnic style, but a good scrubbing would help, maybe a coat of paint would make it easier to clean.

Saw this place hyped on Tic Tok. I’m a little disappointed. The cheese and sauce were scant. We had four slices, the Grandma, Spicy Pepperoni, Vodka and Sicilian. The Grandma was like eating a bread stick. The Pepperoni was spicy and had the most flavor. The Vodka was more tomato than vodka sauce. Meh…

My friend recommended coming here to try this pizza place since he been to the LA location. The first thing you should know about this location is that the parking here is very limited and small. I was lucky to find a spot in the front and we were lucky enough to find a table inside too since it was raining. They have outdoor seating but no one was sitting there because it was all wet. They only have like 4 tables inside and it's very small so be aware. When we arrived they had people inside waiting for their order and also people picking up to go order. I wanted the spicy pepperoni pizza but they ran out so my friend and I got the regular pepperoni pizza. I also got the lemon pepper wings with ranch. The pizza came out first and then my wings. I thought the pizza crust was crunchy and the taste was okay. The lemon pepper wings were not my favorite, I like another wings spot way better. My friend got a full bbq chicken pizza to go for his family. The customer service was great, they bring the food to you and also clean your table afterwards.

Best pizza in Brooklyn is one of my favorite pizza spots (tie with John’s of Bleeker street in NY) so I have to say I was disappointed with all but one of the slices I had today at prime. Maybe I just came in on the wrong day because the whole experience was a bit off, including the guy behind the counter that kept having issues with the credit card machine. We had a few pepperoni slices, a cheese slice, and a square slice. The square was good and it influenced my 3 star rating. I can see how if LA pizza is all you have tried, you will think this pizza is amazing. I really was hoping that it would be just as good as Best Pizza in NY, but maybe that is where I went wrong…expecting perfection. I’ll be back to give it another shot. Hoping round 2 is better.

I am not one to normally post a review, even if I were to go and have a one-off of bad service. I am a customer service worker myself, and could understand having or experiencing an off day, it happens to us all. I have been at this prime pizza 3 times total, and each time I have been the pizza it’s pretty good, the wait time is pretty fast and the store is pretty clean and busy, but the customer service is genuinely awful. I do not expect over the moon customer service whatsoever, but every time I have been here the employees have been incredibly rude, sour toned, or just completely ignored me all together. The first time I came here I was with a few friends, who were also treated like this unprompted. The mistake I made was writing it off as anything other than poor customer service.

Recession pizza - mostly baked dough ordered a supreme and hardly got any sauce, cheese, meat veggies. I got skimped bad. I want to give one star but my wife won't let me.

I was hoping this pizza would be good. Unfortunately, the pepperoni and white sauce pizza were below average pizza. The grandma Alice was average. We had a slice of the grandma pizza, white sauce pizza and pepperoni. I’ve had pizza in New York and was hoping this would be as delicious. It reminded me of the pizza slices we had when I was in elementary school. We called it cardboard pizza. The slices were very oily and the cheese with toppings slid off the pizza while trying to eat it. I can say the customer service was good. They have a friendly staff and were attentive to us as we sat down at a table. The building is small but not bad. It looks nice and clean. It can get crowded inside as I said the space is small. They do have an outside patio. I would go back and try this again but only if I was really hungry and had no other choice.

Ive had pizza from this location at least 8-10 times. Ive NEVER had a hot pizza. Ever. Below room temp at best. And it is absolutely true that theyll text you your pizza is ready then tell you it isnt and youll stand around with 10 other people who were lied to. Its a shake cuz their pizza recipe is actually good. Today is absolutely my last time.

I really wanted to like the pizza. Ordered a Supreme tonight.... my first order from Prime. It looked OK and smelled really good. The flavor was pretty good, but within 15 minutes I got queezy and nearly threw up. Not just me, same for my adult son who also ate the pizza. Something was really off with this food. I have a fairly iron stomach, so this is not on me. As for the atmosphere, it was really off-putting. Was met at the door and not allowed inside. A guy retrieved my pizza and handed it off to me at the door. Uh... what? To me, this means the price point is all wrong for this kind of takeout only, maybe sit on a bench outside kind of restaurant. The only plus was that the pizza was ready when they said it would be. Not for me. YMMV.

The pizza is fantastic but waiting well over 2 hours for a pizza and salad to be delivered is ridiculous (especially when charging $75 dollars). I truly love the pizza but I don’t think I’m going to order again after SO MANY times of getting pizza an hour after the estimated delivery time.

Only part is really shine ✨ it’s their pizza bread I ordered supreme pizza I literally can count my pepperoni it was 15 pieces and few pieces sausage and heard a lot of things pizzeria but nothing special Just good pizza dough nothing more

This isn’t a food review, but a couple of months ago, while passing by Prime Pizza, I noticed an employee folding boxes. I was shocked to see the employee sneeze into one of the boxes and continue folding without addressing it. While I used to enjoy their pizza, this incident has kept me from ordering again. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that they improve their hygiene practices to maintain better standards.

Got an email promising a free slice of pizza if I voted at all locations, with the only stipulation being “one slice per person.” When I arrived, they claimed they were out of free slices. This feels like blatant false advertising—a bait-and-switch tactic to get customers in the door, only to be told to buy something instead. Nowhere in the email did it mention a limit on the amount of free pizza available. If you’re going to offer a promotion, either deliver on it or don’t bother. Disappointed and feel scammed!

I went there on a Sunday night to pick up some pizza for me and my family. I waited around 15-20 minutes which was to be expected since the place was kind of busy. What I did not expect was to shortly after arriving home (around 7 minute drive) find that the pizza is not warm at all and I was missing a slice. At 4-6 dollars a slice this place should not be having these issues. According to the employee I spoke with over the phone, they voided the pizza slice that was missing, but since the pizza was not warm this is just unacceptable quality and service. I just wanted to voice my experience since this place is rated so highly and from the 1 other time I have had take-out pizza from here it was really good and actually hot, though my experience this time was extremely unpleasant and I will be avoiding this place for good.

the cashier was not very helpful, the pizza was so hard my jaws hurted the whole time trying to chew on hard pizza for $60 waste of money, i would never ever go back. my jaws hurted so bad from chewing, i have been having a horrible migraine

Underwhelming pizza. What makes this place attractive is the online photos look good and for a slice or lunch special the price is pretty decent. When you try it you realize why, they are cutting corners to save money, pizza is thin with very little toppings or the thick pepperoni squares that I tried have almost no cheese and is very oily. The garlic knots where dry and not satisfying, as I was eating I was thinking that pizza hut is actually tastier.

Same as another reviewer stated, I wish I could give this zero stars. This is the worst pizza we have ever had and the worst food we have had in LA during the 25+ years we have lived here. I truly don't understand the hype. I never leave reviews but thought this time I needed to do so. To give some background, we are from the East Coast and know true NY Style pizza...this is not it! It was served lukewarm, with hardly any toppings and was rock hard. The crust was like biting into a hard cracker. There was hardly any cheese and no flavor whatsoever... and it looked like it had been sitting out for a while. We also ordered the lemon pepper chicken wings. The wings had a nice flavor and the ranch was excellent but our order came with a wing that looked like someone took a bite out of it...it was missing half of it's meat. Also, the wings were incredibly small with a crispy skin and hardly any meat - all skin...if you like it that way. Seating is very limited so we had to sit outside which is just picnic tables in the parking lot. We had to sit in the sun, with the wind blowing our cups and plates around, next to cars (coming and going) and enjoy (Not!) the lovely smell of pot smoking from the young diners next to us....all while listening to the traffic from the intersection. At $55 for one meatball pizza, an order of chicken wings, and one can of Coke, this was the worst waste of money. We will not being going back. If you want NY Style pizza, drive to Encino and visit Mulberry Street Pizzeria...they know how to do it right! We were going to Mulberry but decided to give our local biz a try....that was a mistake.

This is a picture of the absolute WORST pizza I EVER had in my life. This abomination of a pizza was at Prime Pizza in Burbank. The reasons why this pizza was an abomination. 1. The sauce was salty. 2. The sauce was watery. 3. The pizza needed mozzarella cheese. 4. The toppings were haphazardly applied to the pizza. Those abomination costs $30.

I wanted a warm slice. I paid $19.30 including a $3.00 tip to pick up two slices and two drinks. I got five slices…….. of the nastiest, coldest, chewiest, most 2 to 3 day old pizza slices…… I mean absolutely disgusting. It’s nice the kid held the door open on the way out, it would’ve been nicer to get actual food though. I ordered it an hour and 15 minutes in advance as well, and this was at 6 pm, prime dinner hours. I mean ice cold, old as hell, not even edible without getting you sick type of pizza. Crust so crunchy and hard I feared for my tooth bonding. Wash it down with some insanely watery house-made iced tea for peak experience. The can of Coke was good, though.
