We like coming to Chili's in Burleson. Service, food and drinks at the bar are always on point. Lee Ramirez is always giving me details on the food and drinks that I ordered and offer is opinion on how is best to order them. Never have to wait for a refill, plus my drinks aren't watered down. I recommend Chili's at Burleson, plus ask for Lee. ( P.S. I'm sure other servers are great as well)

We enjoyed every part of our visit except the payment with the table tablet. It didn't work correctly and we had to wait to catch the server. We are tech savvy but these things rarely work easily. The server handled it for us perfectly.

Sam was our server today, Mother's Day 2025! And all I can say is WOW!!! She is absolutely incredible! She had our drinks so fast I was blown away. Y’all hit five stars on everything. But I will say the one person that deserves 10 stars is Lee. I think he’s the server or possibly bartender. I don’t know. He was super sweet to my family and I as well as being so welcoming that I am sure to be back just so I can get the wonderful food and drink service that Lee provided for my family and I.

My friend I went to chili's the other night for dinner and the food was amazing, but the service was even better. We always ask for tracy cause she's the best and is always making sure we are good with drinks and everything. She is very attentive and is always on her a game. We will always ask for tracy and won't eat there unless she is there!!!!

Chilies is always a great place to chill and grab some good eats. I always order the 3 for me old timer burger, and it never lets me down. I'd say it's way better than Five Guys, and for half the price too! It's a total win-win. The service has been on point the last five times I've been there. The waiters are super friendly and always make sure you've got everything you need. Plus, the restrooms are always spotless, which is a big plus in my book. The vibe at Chilies is just so laid-back and cozy. It's the kind of place where you can just kick back, enjoy your meal, and not worry about a thing. The food is always fresh and tasty, and the portions are just right. I've tried a few different things on the menu, but that old timer burger is my go-to. It's got the perfect balance of flavors, and the fries are crispy and delicious. I can't recommend Chilies enough if you're looking for a chill spot with great food and awesome service. It's definitely one of my favorites!

My family and I were getting out, which is a rare occurrence for us. We have a disabled child who received a heart transplant earlier this year and a 3 month old baby. (3 children total) Anyway, the manager Lucas spent time with our family and made our dining experience wonderful. Our server was prompt and we are all leaving smiling. Today my daughter and I came in around 1 and we were sat immediately. Our waitress was Sam, she was amazing and kind - she paid attention to detail and we were not her only table. She saw my tea ran out of ice and brought me a cup of ice without me saying anything! Our heads were bigger than our stomachs and even before we paid she brought us togo containers and a togo tea again without me asking! We had a great experience 😃 We had - fried mozzarella, southwest egg rolls, house salad, baked potato soup, chips and salsa, kids chicken pasta, and mango tea! I haven't been to chilli's in over a decade and I'm so glad I came back! Prices were great too! 😁

We were seated quickly for a Friday night party of 5! I normally receive really great service here in Burleson. The bartender was excellent, made my drink exactly how I wanted it, just the right amount of everything. My only issue this time was my food was cold when I received it, so I just asked for a to go box and waited for the rest of my party to finish and left. As you can see from the photo the cheese isn't melted on the food. I have high hopes for Chilis and no I do not send back food because I see and hear things about what happens when you ask for your food to be remade.

First, The southwestern egg roll appetizers are pretty darn good and came out quick. I ended up getting the full rack of ribs which gave you two flavors instead of just one for an extra 5 bucks. I’m glad I did because although I didn’t like the honey habanero, I did like the dry rub with the bbq sauce on the side. The honey habanero is mostly sweet and wasn’t spicy in the slightest. The coleslaw was surprisingly good with a hint of sweetness and that’s on someone who doesn’t like veggies. The street corn was one of a kind, I recommend to everyone since this is normally hard to find anywhere and it tasted close to the real thing. Lastly, my wife got the rib-eye steak and honestly it was better than any of my ribs. The steak was perfectly tender and yet crispy in the outside, I definitely will try that next time instead. One downside is the little device on the table where you pay, it was so sticky and disgusting! They need to start cleaning those and not just the table.

I'm not a huge fan of Chili's, but I really enjoyed today's visit. The last time I was at a Chili's was this location, and that was January 20, 2022, so as you can see, it's been a long time. I honestly didn't know what to order. I was eyeballing the hamburgers because of my indecision, but then my wife said she was going to order the Margarita chicken, so that's what I ended up getting. And boy, am I glad. It was delicious.

Their burgers are good. Servers are quick and courteous. For the price Whataburger charges, these are a close second and you get a little more without the fast food vide. I just wish they would offer more of a selection of burgers to choose from. My only critique would be, the smash burger I ordered turned up rectangular for some reason ha ha ha.

This location is perfect for when shopping around the area. I have gone on multiple occasions but on this particular one it was 4 of us visiting. We went on a Sat around 3-4pm - surprisingly there was no wait and we were seated pretty quickly. Our server was on point the whole time with our drinks and orders. Our orders were: 1 regular cheeseburger which comes with a side of fries, 1 surf & turf (sirloin), and 1 ultimate smokehouse combo (amazing btw). 3 of us had cokes and 1 of us had a margarita. Our total was just under $100. I unfortunately only have one picture of the food but everyone seemed to enjoy their meals. Will continue to keep visiting this location.

I used to come here all the time, so it's a shame this place has gone a little downhill. First of all, the hostess seemed to be annoyed with us. We finally get sat down and it took over ten minutes for our waitress to come get our drink order. Then another ten minutes to finally receive our drinks and for her to take our order. I'm not sure if they were under staff or if our waitress was just not good. It wasn't super busy either. We hardly ever saw her, only refilled our drinks once, didn't ask about the food, overall just wasn't a great service. The food was a mixture of being good and bad. I ordered boneless buffalo wings, they were hard, tasted old, no sauce on them, and overall flavor just was not good. Their alcoholic drinks can be good or bad, depending on your preference. My main problem is that they are deceiving in terms of what they are showcasing on menus. The drinks does not look as good and all done up like they're advertising for.

The couple was treated with respect and the mistake was quickly corrected. Been going to Chilis ever since I was a young lad. I used to love this chain because it provided good food and exceptional value. Not so much anymore. The portions keep getting smaller by the year, the prices keep increasing, the cocktails get sweeter, and even the condiments are not kept on the table anymore! Sorry Chilis but you have lost your way and an entire family of faithful patrons.

Party of 20. Birthday. Store was NOT that busy and empty tables around. After 45+ minute wait, we were seated in two tables on different sides of the restaurant. The evening "Manager" or whatever she was didn't care, did not try and was rude. Had tables there empty all night. Food was ok. Beer cold. But I will not be back, three tries and three strikes. My favorite place to eat, has disaapointed me greatly for one reason, and one reason only. Chili's doesn't have chili anymore. Why? What is the name without it's namesake on the menu? So I called in an order in my lunch break, simple order ! Soup , I asked for the chicken enchilada soup, no tortilla chips, I should have checked before leaving, but had a short lunch break, I get to work the 1st thing I noticed is the tortilla chips, then I noticed that the so called (bowl ) wasn’t full , look I understand the cost of food is up , but if you are going to charge me almost 8 dollars for a so called bowl of soup. The service and food quality at this location has gone downhill in the past year. I usually order to go, and there's ALWAYS something missing- items that are supposed to come with the meal. I usually check and have to go back in to fix it. Last night I did not check (duh), and my fajitas came with NOTHING but hard flour tortillas, rice, and beans. I also paid extra to "jack" it up with white queso, didn't receive that either. Per the Chili's website fajitas come with garlic butter, cilantro, bell peppers & onions. Served with Mexican rice, black beans, guacamole, sour cream, pico, salsa, and shredded cheese. I didn't even get the garlic butter. Will not be going back ever.

This location makes me feel like they hate people in wheelchairs. The last two times I've come, they purposely refuse to allow us to sit in open tables that are much more accessible because they say the sections are "closed" and my family has had to wait over an hour while others walk in and are seated within 5-10 minutes. I watched the wait staff in the back preparing food. They pick up fries with a scoop in one hand and use their other hand as a scoop. After taking a break and playing on their phones and assisting the counter, they repeat with the food. That cannot possibly be sanitary.

Absolutely terrible. We had never been here (in the 3 years we've lived here) and apparently there's good reason for that. We placed our order online and it stated pickup would be 8:28pm. So, we arrived right around 8:25, planning to wait a few minutes. No big deal. When we got there, there was a couple already waiting inside. My husband went in alone. He texted me the entire time. No one greeted him. He said the manager was counting down the till and just ignoring everyone. After the other couple left, they finally acknowledged my husband. Around that time, another gentleman came in, stating his order was wrong. My husband FINALLY got our food and came out at 8:48 (per the attached picture). That's absolutely ridiculous. It was an extra 20 minutes of waiting. Not including the time from order (which was 8:06). The manager was apparently rude, monosyllabic, and just didn't seem to care. We of course checked the order before leaving, since others were having problems as well. They forgot toppings for the dessert for one. My husband ordered some appetizer sampler with double cheese curds. When we checked, it was just the saddest little amount of food. It seriously had about a child size handful of food. His cost more than my meal (which came with a drink, pasta and soup). He took it back inside and they ended up giving him a second "serving" of it. Terrible. I wasn't impressed with the food. My son really liked his ribs, so that's a plus I suppose. The biggest issue for me though is the service. An establishment can have amazing food, but if you treat your customers poorly, why would they come back??? We won't be back. That's for sure.

Server was rude checked on everyone except for my table we had to complain and then magically our food came out at the city there for almost 20+ waiting, and watching her give everybody else their food except for us probably never going back to that location

Me and my girlfriend went in Friday night to eat and just have a drink or two. I recently moved from Florida and haven’t updated my id. the server didn’t know how to check an out of state id so she brought it to the manager. The manager was checking for about 5 minutes so I offered to prove it was real by proving my residency, pictures or videos anything. The manager said it wasn’t worth his time and that if I called the police to prove it’s real that he wouldn’t serve me due to the scene it would cause. So we had to leave and go eat somewhere else even thought we go there to drink all the time. Manager was super rude and apparently doesn’t know how to actually do his job even with the book in his hand.

We actually were turned away once we arrived. We had called on Friday to notify the management team that we had a party of 60 coming on Saturday around 1:30 pm. We also called on Saturday morning to reconfirm. Once we arrived, we were informed by a young and very rude hostess that they could not seat us at the same time. Then she called the manager, who confirmed that they could not help us since they only had 3 wait staff on duty. We let them know that we had called beforehand notifying them the previous day and then again on that morning. We also let them know that we could all split up in parties of four so it would be easier for them to seat our kids and parents. Meanwhile, while we were waiting, the hostess continued to seat other parties that were walking in that arrived after our party. When we asked, she replied very rudely that her manager told her to do so. We were treated very disrespectful and rudely by the hostess and the front of the house manager. Especially the young hostess, the manger was actually not saying very much, she kept looking away when we asked her any questions. She allowed the young hostess to be rude and disrespectful. We decided to go ahead and leave at that point. We decided that there was no reason to stay in a location where our party was getting disrespected and your manager ignored us and let some young child address us so rudely. It's very surprising to us that the store wouldn't want to make some money. Especially after we informed the restaurant two days prior and the day off that we would be arriving around 1:30 pm. Very surprising! I do want to thank you for your rudeness and unprofessionalisem because our kids saw how ugly people can be! Luckily, Cracker Barrel saved the day. We walked next door to the Cracker Barrel and were eating in less than an hour. Their staff was very welcoming and so happy to take care of our party of 60.

I ordered to go and my chicken strips were very cold which I could kind of understand even though from where I ordered is across the st. Then I ordered a skillet queso it was put in a 10 oz but was only filled up to 5oz to top it off the fries were the worst thing of all there’s a picture below to show you what they looked like . Over all this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with chilis including there to go worker he was horrible & so rude , even slammed my door out of anger because I complained about my food! Chilis customer service nor food has ever been this bad .

Food was just thrown in there. Two of my burger bites had a lil bit of bacon in it and the other two had nothing. It was super dry as you can see on the photo. We left them an extra tip because of everything going on and got some nasty food. Never experienced this at this location. So miss going inside a being able to get some better food.

Been waiting for 20 min at the front for a table when not only are there several 6 tops available, there are also 3 6 tops that have food on them that no one is cleaning, the managers (2) just walk around doing nothing at all, no help, no nothing. They could be cleaning of the tables but they are holding the walls up, as a previous manager of restaurants, this is poor Service. This is definitely something that should be addressed and fixed. It’s very annoying looking at all the tables available but they don’t want to seat anyone due to them trying not to use one side of the restaurant and keep there table use to a minimum. This is the poorest thing I have every seen. Usually they are very fast with the seating and they are not busy at all today, it’s 1:16 on a Wednesday and they are not busy at all. 1 star service. We should have went to on the border.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. The overall customer service was poor, and unfortunately, the biggest issue came from our waitress, Sam. Instead of providing professional and attentive service, she displayed a lack of courtesy and professionalism throughout the visit. Simple requests were either ignored or met with an attitude that made us feel more like a burden than valued customers. There was no effort to check on our table, refill drinks, or ensure we were satisfied with our meal. The way we were treated left a lasting negative impression and took away from the dining experience completely. Dining out should feel welcoming and enjoyable, but sadly, the service we received from Sam was the opposite. I sincerely hope the management addresses this, because the food itself has potential, but the customer service makes it very difficult to want to return.

This was the worst visit that we've had at this location. We waited over an hour for our salads and then our order was wrong. Then the manager thought it was okay to continue to charge us full price for after we waited over an hour to get the wrong food and then he said he would remake them and when we got home it look like someone had scraped left overs in our chicken.

I came here during my lunch break to eat a meal. Little did I know I wouldn’t even be able to eat it in the whole hour I was there. Food came and I took the first bite of my crispers to realize the chicken was very uncooked! Someone needs to check their food handlers certification. Never coming back!

I had a horrible experience with this location. me and my friend doordashed a 50 dollar order of food. this location gave our food to a falsified doordasher who was a male, meanwhile our doordasher was a woman. so they did not take precautions in checking the phone for authenticity. When we called the chilies the manager on duty basically said he couldn’t help us, was short and rude, and told us basically it wasn’t his problem. never got our food or a refund and are beyond pissed. will definitely tell all of our friends not to go to this location or business in general.

We came in and were told it would be a minute. The hostess did not ask for our name or number. 4 separate couples came in after us and she sat every one of them first. We sat there watching and waiting. She made eye contact with us and then sat others at tables and booths. We left.
