Most of the food was over the top delicious (white bean and escarole ravioli, bolognese, spinach and artichoke arancini, and the squash blossoms). There were a few items that could have been improved, including the spicy meatball pizza - the meatballs were very dry and the crust was floppy in the middle, the truffle potatoes needed more seasoning and the Caesar salad was overdressed. Nice atmosphere and staff were great. We will definitely be back.
What a lovely evening we had at Crossroads. The service was great, from the moment we walked in the door. We ordered the stuffed zucchini blossoms and roasted parsnips to start. Those parsnips are easily the best I’ve ever had an arguably one of the best things on the menu. Served with espresso foam! WHAT?! We ordered the chicken parm with spicy rigatoni and the lions mane steak. Honestly, the steak was a bit too realistically for me, very fatty and it wasn’t my cup to tea, my wife, however, loved it! Some flakey salt or chives would’ve been nice to elevate the flavors a bit more. The chicken parm was such a nice comfort meal, just delicious! No notes. Lastly, we had a brownie sundae to end and it was perfect! Definitely worth a visit! Can’t wait to try more things on the menu!
Itbwas thebfirst time I bopped up in this lovely soot.they offer inside and outside seating. I just went with whatever was in ease and flow. From the timenInwalked in I was greeted with some awesome souls with beautiful energy. I felt good vibes from everyone. The ambiance was semi chill with anlittle bit of buzzinf in the air. I decided to get a Sicilian asuprene pizza and it was the move. I may go back and see about the stuffed french toast if it tickles my vegan fancy. Shout out to Albie for the recommendation and awesome energy! Cheers
LOVE Crossroads. I drive up from San Diego because they are consistently the best restaurant, everything I have ordered there is delicious, I love that seasonal options change and bring newness to the menu while being able to rely on staples. Friends have commented that 'you would never know it's vegan pizza' and 'this is the best breakfast croissant I have ever had' (vegan or otherwise!). Beautiful decor, great service! The vegas location is great too! The moussaka was sooo good, cheese plate always good. I mean everything just SO good!
For all vegan lovers, Crossroads Kitchen in West Hollywood is a must. Great atmosphere with dimmed lighting. Table spacing is comfortable. Very knowledgeable staff and very helpful when ordering. Plan to order several dishes and share (we had 6). Shoutout to our server Karina, manager Dave, and also helping was Jesús. We don't live in LA and this is our second time going.
My friend booked a reservation as this is one of their favorite spots and as I was traveling from New York, i thought we should go somewhere nice anyway! This restaurant ended up being exceptional. The cocktail was a mind-blowing array of flavors and I enjoyed the eggplant short rib very much. When i am back in the area, i would love go back!
Hands-down, the best vegan plant based restaurant we tried in LA. The food was amazing. Every single dish we got was flavorful. It is à la carte style, so be ready to share and definitely save room for dessert. We are so satisfied with our first experience here that we are going to be coming back to try it one more time before we head back home to Vancouver BC.
When I became a vegetarian, occasional pescatarian about 30 years ago, never could I dream vegan could be this good!!! With walls full of amazing reviews and Top chefs Cat Mora and Marc Murphy doing special nights, this is a must go! My highest compliments to the chef! Can’t wait to go back!!!
We are not vegan, but we really enjoyed the food here. The spicy rigatoni with chicken parm was excellent—full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The calamari was also very good, crispy and tasty. The atmosphere was great and very welcoming. The service was also very good; the staff was friendly and quick. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tasty and enjoyable meal.
Might be the best vegan restaurant in LA. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for both casual outings and special occasions, while the staff always goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable and cared for. Every item we tried was a hit, from the appetizers to the desserts, and the menu offers a diverse range of plant-based options that even non-vegans will love, making it a standout destination for anyone seeking delicious, satisfying vegan cuisine in Los Angeles.
Crossroads is like a home run with the bases loaded. I haven't had food that delicious in a long time. The food was well-plated. The flavors were multilayered and complex. The setting is upscale casual. The service is on par with the setting. I ordered the lasagne it was so good it made my hands twinkle.
The food was amazing the service was amazing and the warmth of the ambiance is great for sweet dates ! My husband brought me here for a second time ! I love it the only thing I dislike for such a beautiful place with a great taste in all and drinks too are the restrooms . They are tiny , stinky, and there never paper towels to dry my hands . The restroom definitely needs love everything else outstanding!
I went here for my birthday today and had a wonderful time. I ordered stuffed French toast which was REALLY good - the toast had the right amount of crunch to each bite and the berries on the toast were cooked a certain way to add lots of flavor. My girlfriend and I were the only vegans in our party - the other 5 guests throughly enjoyed their meals, and one did not even notice that we were at a vegan restaurant! This is a great place for vegans and non vegans alike. On a side note, on our reservation, we said that we were celebrating two birthdays. Our server asked and confirmed about the birthdays, but we did not receive any extra “birthday cake/desert”. I am only bringing this up because as we weee paying the bill, another server brought a birthday desert out, but gave it to another guest.. it’s just a bit weird because in the reservation, they have a “are you celebrating anything” question, but did not do anything (with our party) with that information. Just wanted to include that for the restaurant team and other guests planning on celebrating here. I still do not know if we were supposed to order our own cake. ACCESSIBILITY: Although we did not have a guest in a wheelchair, someone in our party has slight mobility issues. One of the staff offered to bring out a chair for him while he waited for the car - this was incredibly sweet and helpful. PARKING: Easy to find street parking (metered), 2 hour max
I love crossroads! I especially love the pastas and pizzas, the stuffed squash blossoms, all the salads, the pumfu piccata style is great:)

The food was excellent. I bought the cookbook. It was our 40th wedding anniversary and we were planning this dinner for months as we are not from the area but heard wonderful things about the restaurant. I was disappointed because we had planned to have the 7 course meal and were told there was no chef available to meet with us. So we just ordered the entrees. The mocktail was fine we really loved the lions mane steak the best. I had made the reservations and let the restaurant know it was our anniversary but one of the waiters told us they don’t do anything special for those occasions. I did see them bring a dessert with a candle for another couple so it may have been a special request. I would definitely recommend trying it out.
We recently dined at Crossroads in West Hollywood and chose the seven-course winter tasting menu. Overall, the experience was good, but not exceptional — especially considering the price point. The standout dish of the evening was the ravioli. It was beautifully done and full of flavor — we honestly wished the portion had been slightly larger because it was the most memorable course for us. In contrast, the parsnip course felt oversized and a bit heavy within the flow of the meal. Reducing the parsnip portion and increasing the ravioli slightly would have created a better balance. The main course was well-prepared and flavorful, but again leaned on the heavier side in terms of portion. For a tasting menu, we expected a more refined progression — slightly lighter portions would have elevated the overall experience and prevented the meal from feeling too dense by the end. Service throughout the evening was good and attentive. However, one detail that felt underwhelming was the advertised “meet and greet” with the chef during the truffle course. While someone came out to shave the truffle over the ravioli, there was little introduction or interaction, and it felt rushed. We weren’t even certain it was the chef at the time. Given the expectation that this would be a special moment, a more personal and intentional engagement would have made the experience feel more polished and worth the cost. Lastly, we wished the dessert menu offered more variety. After a multi-course experience, having a few more dessert options or a more exciting finale would have rounded out the evening beautifully. Crossroads offers solid vegan cuisine in a beautiful setting, but for the price of the seven-course tasting menu, we were hoping for a more exceptional, thoughtfully executed, and personalized experience. On a lighter note, one unexpected highlight of the night was being seated next to Will.i.am — definitely a fun and very LA surprise that added a bit of excitement to the evening.
I'm not vegan and I prefer meat but your a vegan spot it's not bad. The first photo was my favorite dish. Just don't make me eat "egg" in the Carbonara pasta again. It definitely doesn't go with the dish bleh. The service was pretty good. The bathrooms clean. Small walking areas and the wait was long but probably good for you if you're vegan.
We tried their tasting menu and were happy with the options they had. While expensive, we got to try various small plates, unique in their presentation and taste. The interior had a busy, yet cozy fine dining vibe. Their dishes have heavy truffle taste, so if you're not a fan of mushrooms, may want to go elsewhere.
The starters, salad, and main dishes were divine. Nice atmosphere. Fancy, small, beautifully plated food. Everything is plant based, but the cheese tastes real. The pasta with an "egg" looks and acts like a yolk. It's amazing. My only disappointment is that all the desserts were overwhelmed by the taste of coconut, which I don't like. But my wife like I will say that I’m not vegan or vegetarian, but I went for Valentine’s Day with my girlfriend and she really enjoyed it and I also kind of enjoy the food. It was good, but it just felt like there was nothing. but for someone who eats meat you know but it for her it was really good. I would recommend it if you’re vegan or vegetarian

I wish i loved it more but its just not that good. The truffle pasta was 10/10 we got tortelini which was like 6/10, kinda lame, the mushroom arenchini felt like something bought from whole food frozen section- but we told them that and they took it which was nice. We got the ceaser salad which was great and the eggplant steak- it was good but its not protein nor similar to (veggie) steak…

I waited to come here for a special occasion because of the exorbitant prices and I'm left pretty disappointed. I ordered delivery so maybe that was part of the problem. It was pretty hit or miss. The good: The eggplant short rib was pretty good and a unique preparation that I felt justified the cost, and I got a couple of appetizers that were also tasty although definitely overpriced for the size (most of the vegetables/sides on the menu are pushing $20 each and really aren't that complicated). The bad: I got some pasta which was extremely basic and pretty much the equivalent of what you'd get from a box of pasta roni for 25x the price. I also got a pavlova for dessert which, when it arrived to me, wasn't a pavlova, it was a tiny puddle of melted cream with a couple of peach slices in it. I don't know what happened there because from what I know a pavlova shouldn't melt in a 30 minute period and if it melted because some sort of sauce was put on it then I would expect a place charging close to $20 for a dessert to at least be able to package the two things separately so they arrive as they are meant to be consumed. Or maybe it didn't melt and I just didn't get the proper item? I don't know. All I know is if I'm going to be spending over $100 on two entrees two sides and a dessert it better be high quality and this ranged from just good to embarrassingly sloppy/a complete ripoff. Do yourself a favor and go to a more mid-priced vegan place in LA (there's plenty) that will charge you a reasonable amount and actually put care into their food.
