I normally dont have too many problems with the customer service here, sometimes there's something that's a bit frustrating but usually nothing big. That was until whoever the lady was who handed me my food at 10:32 this morning. When she opened the windows she said something I assume what my order was to see if it was mine but I didnt hear her properly so I asked "what?" Which can maybe be taken as rude but I dont think I sounded rude at all, I just didnt hear her. Then I told her I got the big breakfast and she rudely said "yeah thats what I asked". And then shut the window in my face. I get that its the morning and you guys are busy but being mad at a customer who literally didnt do anything is pretty uncalled for, I would have spoken up and gotten her name if she didnt shut the window in my face, I'm sure she does that to other people too because she knows shes being rude and people will say something about it. And I could have waited for her to come back but I'm not that petty. Step up the customer service McDonald's the least you can do is not have someone slam a window in my face. Also my eggs tasted like water. And the water from the eggs got on my biscuit and the bottom of it was greasy not the greatest experience, I guess there is a reason I dont come here in the morning 😂

Hadn't been to McDonald's in a really long time, but I was on work travel and decided, "Why not?" The counter staff is really nice, but the food was not good. I'd never tried a McRib before, so I tried it. I won't order it again. It was cold and did not taste very good. All I could taste was the barbecue sauce. They had stacks of unsold large fries, so I hesitated to order fries. But historically, McDonald's has good fries. I usually ask for them without salt so I'm sure to get a fresh batch, but another customer used my move and then lost his temper when things didn't go the way he wanted, so I didn't want to be a jerk to the really friendly staff and just ordered what they had. They were cold and soft. Diet Coke was a good mix. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Ordered a double cheeseburger to get the taste of the McRib out of my mouth, and the cooks must have forgotten to microwave it because the two slices of processed cheese were not melted. Overall, pretty good learning experience.

I am incredibly disappointed with this being my 3rd visit in a row with missing large order items. Today I was missing my double quarter pounder with cheese which means the remainder on my meal was fries and a drink. I should not have to empty out my bags of food in the car to confirm every item. I attempted to call the stores number to talk to a manager and the number take me to " Verizon wireless customer can not accept your call at this time" I am unable to leave a voicemail. I will not be eating at McDonald's again. I can't imagine how many customers are missing items throughout the day and dont say anything while this company is getting away with stealing from its customers 1 order at a time. UPDATE: its been over 2 months after reaching out to there customer care team with absolutely no response .

Update: definitely still a disappointment coming to this location. Doesn't matter if you go through the drive thru or inside, something is always wrong with your order. If its not forgetting an item or sauce, 3/4 full cold fries or a totally messy custom burger - the lovely F bombs from the crew while dining inside is the cherry on top.(2/28/2026) Took forever to get to place my order only to be entered wrong, tried to correct it at the speaker to be told it can be fixed at the window. Then was parked for over 20 minutes waiting for my order to be brought out. Definitely not organized.

Had a bad experience with the store. I ordered at 11:25 online, paid for it and then went to the store to just pick it up and ended up with my order at 1. First I went inside to pickup and was told it wasn’t ready that the order didn’t exist when I was already charged and the app said it was ready to be picked up, went back to doble check my order and make sure it was already and again was told it didn’t exist. Couldn’t cancel it because it was supposed to be “ready “.Had to get at the window and speak with someone else and get told that it was ready but the just didn’t have an item and had to change it. Ended up with a cold meal and eating late. Honestly I don’t think I would go back to that place.

This is the worst store to order We always have problems; there's food missing from our order, and when I try to contact the store, they never answer the phone. And when you go to the store, they're not even busy.

Every time I do take out or delivery, I am either missing an item or my food is cold or they completely mess up the whole meal, the teenagers need to pay more attention to their orders for the customers. Took my kiddo to McDonald’s to play and have lunch. Lunch was good and fresh, but it was soooooo cold it made it unenjoyable. Employees and customers in coats. Another lady in the play area bundled up with her hood on. Plus, something making a loud beep sound perhaps a faulty alarm, I’m unsure. Either way turn up the dang heat and check the alarms. I asked a customer service individual if the heater was broken and she just said, I don’t know. Oh and we were missing a Coke and it was too much of a hassle to get a new one with the line and one person working a register.

Overall this is the worst mcdonalds around. Slow service and I recently ordered a holiday pie. After waiting 20 plus minutes the pie was empty all the filling was dried out absolutely the worst!!!!!

I'd give my experience a half star. I arrived around 8:15-8:20ish to order some dinner, it was busy so I wasn't too surprised with how long it took for them to bring my order ( nevermind the history of them taking forever ), but 30ish minutes later, a customer came up to other cars telling us that their systems are down and how they locked the door. Upon addressing this to staff, one customer expressed it seemed like a good majority of staff there didn't care for the issue and was impossible to issue a refund through their app. I'm guessing the manager said that we'd get our food in the morning.. like really? Who's going to want dinner food for breakfast? Basically anyone who ordered prior to the systems not working got their food. Not blaming the staff for the technical issues but definitely could've done a better job at telling people they can't take orders and assisted in issuing refunds.

Sharon in leadership is very snippy and will give sassy retort when approached. Any curb side pick up and or delivery orders are not any priority during any time of the day as they do not impact drive through times. Rude and dirty establishment. Disgusting.

WOW!!! McDonald's sure has gone down hill!! 1st I went to the drive through ordered and had to wait 5 minutes for the food. Then my mistake big mistake. But got home only to find they're new Golden chicken sandwiche had two drops of sauce, false Advertising showing plenty of sauce. 2nd ordered quarter pounder and a double quarter pounder. Both in the wrong boxes. How had is it to get something so simple wrong?

As a doordash driver, I regularly run into orders that for whatever reason do not show up on the store end. One of the solutions for this issue is to place the order yourself as a dasher and doordash will pay for the order. The manager on Tuesday night at approximately 2am, September 2, not only refused to place the order, but threatened to call the police, insulted me, and was very hostile the entire time I was attempting to tell her that this is an option. Please address this, thank you.

My wife and I order from this location AT LEAST once a week… and every single time either the order is wrong, or we are missing certain items. Tonight we ordered a kids meal, 6 piece nugget, and a large SWEET tea and instead we received a normal tea and no barbecue sauce for our nuggets. Please fix the laziness.

The past few times I’ve been at this location they had me pull to the front to wait for my order. Then don’t even have the decency to bring anything fresh Frye are always cold and soggy. This has to be the worst location to get food at I’d say go over to the one off the freeway if you want your food fresh because this location will give you anything but that. They also don’t ever make my sandwich right not only is the bread burnt but it’s COVERED in onions. I waited out from by for cold fries & the wrong food 🫡

Waited in their drive up line for close to an hour. The person taking the orders had to be told repeatedly what I wanted. I thought it was because he couldn’t hear me from traffic but it was due to the Apple iPod headphone he had in. Nothing like waiting an hour just to get the wrong food.
