We ordered matcha red bean sesame milk shave ice, and it was super good! You got different layers or flavors and textures, and I must say whoever came up with this idea of the orchestration among these three ingredients is a genius. The store is pretty busy during the weekend afternoon, so it is kind of hard to find a seat.

This place has lovely shaved ice. It’s not drenched in sugar or condensed milk. You can add it yourself. I love the fruity melon one! The large is enough for 3-4 people. Tastes great. Bathroom is included. Nice added feature in the heart of Chinatown. Cute place who adores BTS w life size cardboard figures and music. It’s kinda loud in here because there are a lot of people and the desserts are tasty. There is a bathroom but sometimes it’s not in order and they do have Wi-Fi but they don’t have it for Friday Saturday Sundays. Overall, it’s a fun place to have dessert and talk with friends. But do not bring your car here because parking is terrible as in many places of New York City..

Such a cozy little dessert spot tucked in Manhattan! I stopped by for a treat and was so glad I did. The bingsu was fluffy and not overly sweet, and the presentation was adorable. The staff were kind, the vibe was chill, and it’s the perfect place to relax after a long day. Whether you’re into shaved ice, matcha drinks, or aesthetic desserts, this spot has something special. Will definitely come back with friends!

Too sweet. But it's worth it. The atmosphere is clean and pleasant. They have delicious desserts. Today was my first time going and I tried an oreo flavored shaved ice cream. I couldn't finish it so I'm happy I received a large amount for an acceptable price ❤️ I will recommend it and go with friends for the next one. The staff is friendly ✨🙌

this is my FAV cafe ever i always end my chinatown/soho excursions here and this is my go to for when im craving something sweet or if i want to take someone somewhere cute:) i love the interior, its super cozy and cute for taking photos. Ive come here COUNTLESS TIMESSS throughout the last couple years and they’re consistently good! workers r also friendly, just an overall nice environment. Also there is a bathroom :D my favorites are their matcha cheesecake bingsu, their choco oreo bingsu, and their red velvet latte (on the sweeter side)!!! 🩷 their latte art is so so cute too

This is a good hangout spot with friends for a sweet treat run. I like that there's 2 options for shaved ice sizes. I know this store also had k-pop collabs in the past and they have alot of decor from those events which is super fun to look at.

Love this cozy spacious cafe! my sister and I ordered the Nutella Strawberry waffle with hot chocolate and cup of coffee and everything was delicious! The cafe is clean, staff is friendly and efficient, and there's seating for small groups as well as large groups. Will be back to try everything on their menu!

hidden gem across the street from where i used to live. great location especially before a night out on a weekend. low key, a few options to sit oriented variously, not the comfiest but good enough for writing/work, plenty outlets, unobtrusive clientele music low midtempo loungey, plenty of delightful sweets like pistachio layer cake, macarons, and earl grey pudding.. pretty standard coffee. something about a recessed floor from ground level makes it feel like a safe little hovel. i love cafes like that. (last review of a similar place.)

The cake thing I got seemed like it was frozen but then wasn't defrosted all the way. I honestly couldn't finish and chucked it in the bin. The tea I got was yummy and sour and pretty good. The atmosphere was chill. Nice table. Good place to sit. The ceiling was dusty and the vents could have some cleaning. The walls had a very strange vertical wallpaper that looked off. Honestly not bad though. Decent place to pop into for a hot tea and a rest especially on a rainy day

I stopped in on a whim looking for a sweet treat and I found one. The mango treat hit the spot. It was made to order and seemed to be fresh mango. From the looks of it the portion of the other treats were big, so things are shareable. many people were enjoying coffee and working when I arrived. The space was clean and spacious.

I came here in the past for their bingsoo and it was good. I haven’t came here in years and so I decided to get a drink from there. I ordered a strawberry matcha, and someone else ordered a caramel macchiato both less ice and less sweet. I was told that the caramel macchiato was good but the strawberry matcha I had was really bad. There was no matcha flavor at all and it tasted mostly like milk. I did ask if I could exchange the drink but the cashier said I couldn’t so I asked him if he could make it sweeter or add more flavor in it so he added more strawberry syrup which made it taste better but barely. It wasn’t the sweetness that was the problem, it was that matcha flavor itself. Another thing was that they charge $0.25 for less ice. I wish they would’ve informed me of that beforehand otherwise I wouldn’t mind regular ice. Even when I got less ice, the cup wasn’t filled all the way up. I’m not expecting it to be filled from the brim, but especially because I paid for less ice I would expect to have a little more liquid. Overall the decor is nice and it’s a good place to chill/hangout. Music is good too. Maybe next time I’ll come to try a different drink and stick to the bingsoo. But this time I came, I was a bit disappointed.

What I got instead was a cup of sadness with commitment issues. The shaved ice somehow had no flavor. None. I have had ice cubes straight from my freezer with more personality. Easily the most disappointing dessert I have had in NYC, and I have been living here my whole life, so please take that as you will. I kept waiting for the “sweet moment” to arrive and it never did. Just me, flavorless ice, and regret. If you are craving dessert, keep walking. This was a moment, yes, but sweet it was not. 🍧😐
