My family and I went here and enjoyed the ourselves. We go often and enjoy our time the games and food is always good. But this time we had exceptional treatment from the head chief Shannon Linn. She was very kind and attentive and very professional. Shannon our server was very kind and patient as well and we definitely appreciated them and we will definitely be back!!! So of course this spot is highly recommended!
Don't sleep on the food here!! Specials rotate every few weeks. The Asian shrimp app they had a few weeks ago was bomb, right now they're running Mexican themed specials with a mini taco burger that looked so good. My go to is the chicken avocado club - it comes with lettuce, cheese, bacon, tomato, and ranch with a good portion of chicken. It is so good. The fries are really good as well. We've also tried the Parmesan chicken entree (really bomb), burgers (cooked perfectly medium as requested and so juicy), and fish and chips (huge fish portion). For apps, I recommend the creole shrimp dip or nachos. The pretzel is huge and looks good, but I haven't gotten to try it yet. They also have power card specials for the games that can be purchased with your food. The alcoholic drinks are good - I usually only need 1 but I'm a lightweight. The servers have always been awesome and attentive, and managers do come by tables to make sure everything came out okay. Definitely will be back!!
Went on a Wednesday evening. The games were all half price(half the chips). Our server Lexi was an absolute treat, too. The food was exactly as we ordered and fresh. I had a little trouble with my D&B app, but the guy at the chip desk(I'm so sorry I don't recall his name) was extremely patient with helping me sort out my issue. We'll probably return in a few days!
The food is always hot and delicious and the staff... AMAZING !! the bartenders and servers always go above and beyond when we're there . Love bringing the kids but my favorite time is a quick date night with my hubby at happy hour ;)
Staff was absolutely amazing so caring. The food came out in a timely manner. Everything was hot. It looks delicious. It taste delicious!
Loads of fun for family and friends. Great food, servers were awesome.
We had a lot of fun. Staff was very friendly, food was good and they were quick with getting it to us. We got our appetizer and not even 5 minutes later our food was out. Games were fun and they had some great prizes. They actually gave you a good amount of tickets with each game you played.
Chicken nachos appetizer is killer! Lots of cheese and chicken. We stopped by with the office crew on a Wednesday and had great service, and the food was pretty good too. I will say the chicken tenders and fries are way too salty; like licking a salt brick. Everything else we got was good though. Arcade is average.
Dave & Buster's was great! The food was great. I had the Smashed sliders and ribs. The ribs fell off the bone the sauce was sweet and tangy. My husband had the Philly cheesesteak sliders and tenders. He sad it was good. The blue drink was called Dangerous waters. The game room is hugh, so many games. We went at lunch time on a Wednesday and it was quiet and very few kids. If you don't like crowds that's the best time to go. Weekends are busy. Fun place to go.
If you love video games.... our three kids spent over $100 in game credits in just over an hour. Games are cool. They had fun! Great time, but it won't be a regular thing. Don't plan on making a full afternoon of your visit.
We got burgers, a steak salad, nachos, and a chicken sandwich. The food was good. The chicken could have used some seasoning. The game area is super loud so be prepared for that. The noise spills into the dining area, so understand you are going to a game place that serves food. I would think some sort of plexiglass partition would be nice to dampen the noise a bit, but just know what you're getting into and have fun!
Great place to go with kids for arcade games, kids had lots of fun , there are cool games for adults as well.
Awesome awesome place… inside camp hill mall Whether you’re alone or with others you’ll have a blast here. The food is great and the serve alcohol as well. They don’t have pool tables though-yet is still an amazing place to visit. Will definitely come again
We come here every year on my daughters birthday, she was 21 this year so we got to sample the alcoholic drinks. Very tasty. The food and the service are always on point and fast. You think they are so busy we will have to wait forever, then you see your waiter coming with you deliciousness... Great time to have with family or friends.
One of the cleanest D&B IVE ever been too! The food was great I think we waited under 20 min for our meal got apps , beer food was amazing! We played games and the price point for that was great too!
Usually the rating reflected on maps is accurate, but I feel it should be showing at least a 4.6. I'm giving a 5 star review based on my experience. I've seen a lot of people post about the size, but how it is works fine. I wouldn't really recommend going on the weekend if you desire a more exclusive feel; weekdays are much better. The restaurant was awesome! They were so attentive and personable. My wife has food allergies and they were very sensitive to this. The manager brought out the food himself!!! This was a great statement and I could not be happier. All the food was delishious, hot and there were tons of options. We will definitely come back here for more family fun and food! Great job D&B!!!
It's a pretty good place. Lots of games. Several beer choices, good food. I sat at the bar and the bartender was great.
I wanted to take a moment to recognize two of their team members for an exceptional act of kindness and dedication today. I was visiting the Camp Hill location this afternoon with my daughter, and we were playing the Basketball Connect Four game. While taking a shot, my wedding ring unexpectedly flew off my hand, and we had no idea where it landed. Once Preston and Hugo were informed, they immediately stepped in to help. They brought flashlights and thoroughly searched the game we were playing, nearby machines, and the surrounding area for over thirty minutes. Their persistence paid off. They ultimately found my ring underneath a game located a surprising distance away from where the incident occurred. What stood out most was their genuine concern and willingness to go far above and beyond what anyone would reasonably expect. Their actions turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a memorable and positive experience. I wanted to share my sincere appreciation and strongly recommend that Preston and Hugo be commended for their outstanding customer service.
The food here was amazing! One of the best meals ive ever had at a D&B! A very open relaxed eating experience. The gaming area was smaller than I was used to so the noise and flashing lights were a bit overwhelming in such a tight space. It was nice to be able to go into the mall for a break.
"Go to" place for fun and games for people of all ages. Limited food options but I go here mostly for fun!! Voodoo pasta is a must try!! Edit: I have been to Dave and Busters multiple times. Their drink (pink lemonade) is inconsistent in terms of flavor. Last time I went, I had to ask the waitress to change and they told me that they needed to refill the machine, they got a new glass but the flavor was still bland.
This place has been here for a long time. This is the first time I actually came inside. I was actually quite impressed. Everything looked immaculate, clean and brand new. Food was actually decent and you can never go wrong with alcoholic drinks....didn't have a chance to play any games with my mum as after she ate and had a couple blue moons, it was her bedtime😉
Great experience. We were sat immediately on a Friday night. Our server was awesome. He was personable and friendly and attentive. The only thing he forgot was our waters but he apologized. The giant Bavarian pretzel is huge! Bigger than the one in Virginia Beach VA. Our food was good and the adult beverages were strong. The games were a lot of fun too. Seemed they were higher priced than VA Beach. And the prize selection was minimal compared to them too. We had a very fun night though and would definitely go again!
Staff was amazing and place was super clean. We had a great time.
The food was pretty good. The service was a little slow but it was a Saturday evening so they were busy. There were a lot of people playing the games so we had to wait to play almost everything.
We went on a Saturday around 5pm and it was extremely packed. And hot! We were sweating like crazy. There is no need to have the heat turned up with so many people there. It was so crowded, the game options were limited. But my kids had fun and that's what matters the most.
This is a Nice spot, it’s big, Different environment than Round 1 but in a much better way. It feels more free, not as loud (still loud obviously as it’s a massive arcade and sports bar) and just not as chaotic. The wings are very pricey but they are really good. They surprised me. The salads are expensive but only average. The service is was good.
MY FAMILY absolutely LOVES DAVE AND BUSTERS. We try to go every week because Wednesdays they have half off gaming which we love. The service is always good and the food is as well. By far our favorite place to go for good and family fun.
I honestly wasn't impressed with the food. The first time, maybe I picked the wrong thing. I had the fish and chips, and the portion was small. The fish was flavorless. The only seasoning on the plate was salt. The second time we went there, we had burgers, and they were very good. The churros with caramel and chocolate did not seem fully cooked. It was very doughy. I guess it depends on what you choose from the menu. It's hit or miss. Also, I find it to be ridiculously expensive for what you're getting. The staff is always very friendly, the bartenders are great too! If you plan on eating and playing games, you will spend $150 easily. There were a lot of games that required at least seven credits, which I believe has increased since we last went , so you will blow through money very quickly! My son loves it and it's a good time, but it's not something that we can do all the time because it can become very costly. For example; one time we ate before we went there and only played games. I spent $55 dollars on tokens/credits and we went through them in about an hour and a half. It's just never a cheap visit there, even if you don't eat. We also travel 40 minutes to get there. All in all, you will have a good time, but it's a once in a while treat, not something you can do all the time if you don't plan on spending a lot of money.
I was motivated to write a 1 star review due to the recent run-in with the corporate which incompetently ran the Phantom Fun campaign. We legitimately solved a clue via different phones, and obtained unique QR codes which entitles 100 game chips to be added to the Power Cards. Since not all of us play, I went ahead and had the QR codes scanned and applied to my Power Card without error. Lo and behold, a week later when I tried to use the card, it could not be read. The manger said it was locked and I had to call corporate. I did and the corporate said since I loaded the same reward multiple times on the same card, they considered it a "fraud" and they revoked all of my game chips earned from this contest. I considered the IT department incompetent -- OK I didn't read the fine prints, but why did the staff and the system allowed me to load the game chips on the same card; and why did I have to lose ALL of the game chips?! Not worth it to pursue the Better Business Bureau route for this incident. I wasted so much time already with the contest and the support staff in vein. I decided it is unfair to punish this local location for the corporate's failed campaign. I've always had positive experience with this location, especially Todd, who is always friendly and attentive with my take out orders. Not sure how many managers there are in total, but 4 out of 5 I've interacted with were nice, friendly and civil. The dining areas are modern and inviting. The location is super convenient, right inside the Mall so the family members who don't play can spend time in the mall instead of being held hostage at the arcade. Their sliders and loaded fries apps are excellent as well.
It's a fun, happy place for an evening to get away from it all. I get the feeling the food is not the most important part of Dave & Buster's. It's just average food, which is why we only go there about once a year. It's a nice place to celebrate a birthday.
Pretty great place overall, over fun with the family for some games and food. Points and all of that are definitely pricey but still an amazing experience. I would highly recommend to anybody that has about an 1-2 hours to kill.
Before going there make sure you get food elsewhere because the food is expensive. If you love loud, flashing lights and kids running around, this is the place for you. May family and I visit often and we love it.
The food was okay. You don't really go to this place for 5 star cuisine though. Even when eating "the magician" stopped by our table and had us in awwl and cracking up. The games are always a blast. The staff are always friendly. All around fun place to spend a night with friends for a few drinks and some kid and adult friendly shenanigans.
This place has so much potential, and I hope they live up to it. I rarely give 5 stars but I think in time this place might get one. Right now the food was good, the value was good. The place was clean and easy to find. The knock on the place is the service, just so slow. I was there with a group of 8, we ordered fountain drinks and our waiter took over 20 minutes to get them and he was not busy. The games were good and this place could be great and I hope it is soon!
Food was good. We tried multiple drinks they were also great. The issue was the service there were multiple issues but just one example. My nephew spilled his drink, before the food arrived. We had asked multiple times for him to get a new drink and napkins since we used all of them to clean up the spill. We were all done eating before he got a new drink and some napkins. Not a huge deal but just one of the many issues. Just not worth 5 stars to the group of us. On food a drinks alone 5 stars.
First time here. It is a little on the small side, especially compared to Round1 at the Park City mall. That said, it was still a pretty good visit. The table service was a little slow at the start, but the food was very good and the portions were good. The Sunday deal of $20 for a meal and game credits is great and Miller Lite 20oz draft is $5. It got pretty busy around 1:00 on a Sunday but we were still able to find games to play. I would go back when in the area but it's probably not worth a special trip.
Their payment system is strange. I did a split payment and she wanted me to swipe my card for the full amount first. Like what. My sisters burger was messed up. They took it back and we damn near watched the full football game without her food. My food was okay. Spinach dip lacked flavor bad.
I enjoyed playing the games and there was a good prize selection, however the hostess told us there was a 25 minute wait to be seated which was not a problem with me and my partner but she failed to actually put us on the waitlist. We had to go up again to confirm considering they were taking back multiple parties that got there after us. We paid for the eat and play bundle, but ended up leaving without eating because of this. I would recommend going for the games and not the service. They were dismissive and rude
First time at any Dave and Busters. Food was mediocre at best, everything seemed microwaved. Waitress was attentive but spilled my drink on the table. Games were fun but got repeat after a half hour. Overall, it's a Chuck e Cheese with alcohol for adults. A note completely unrelated to Dave and Busters. Do not listen to Google maps for parking if you're going to be there after the mall closes. We parked on the side of the mall and ended up having to make a 10 minute walk around the entire mall because the mall was closed.
The atmosphere is VERY loud. We have been there a quite a few times. The games are fun, but when you have been there 6 times... they get kind of boring. I couldn't take all of my family due to sensitivity with loud noises. It would be great to have 1 day even for a few hours to have a sensory friendly time. Food is typical chain restaurant cuisine. Depending on the time of day you go, depends on the wait of service. My husband, 2 year old daughter and I went during the middle of the week and it was dead but slloow service. We went back on Friday, it was very busy and service was scattered but faster. Understandable to have more staff on busy times. Just during the week, you might wait longer. To improve, I would say change out some games every so often to keep them from being boring and add 1 day a month, week or every few months to be sensory friendly to the whole family can enjoy it.
When I saw this Facebook post I was like okay fun time for the daughter and her best friend!!! Packed the kids up got to Dave and busters and got told they are not doing it today it was last week?!? Date on post says October 31st clear as day!!! All I got was date was clearly posted wrong we cant do anything! Clearly I can’t turn to 2 young girls and tell them we just drove half an hour for nothing…. Still spent $100 I just feel like since it is posted by them they should have honored the deal or at least offered something but got nothing!!! We usually come every Wednesday but that will definitely be changing after how today went! And I hate to post this because our server was beyond amazing!!! He was the sweatiest person and the only reason we had a good time!!!
Kids had fun, despite some other things. Bought a season unlimited card with only 3 days left and paid $99. Bit pricy for only 3 days. No other option. Kelly the bartender needs to find a different line of work. Absolutely the worst attitude. Told her I needed a drink when she had a chance and her response was “so does everyone else”. Then she complained about the other two bartenders not helping out. I couldn’t care less what her frustration was, I just know I sat there waiting forever to get drinks. Then she had an attitude when we asked to pay the bill with multiple cards. Not that we wanted to split the items, however that wouldn’t have been hard either, but we were only asking to put a certain amount on 3 different cards. Apparently, this was just too much to ask. I spent years bartending and this is not a big deal. She just has an overall bad attitude. I will say they had a great guy going around doing magic tricks for the kiddos. They enjoyed him. Atmosphere was good at least and a lot of games that we didn’t have to wait to play. The unlimited season pass would have been worth that if we knew about Dave and Busters before, and got more than 1 day out of it.
We were there for the new years years party last night. 1st thing we got there at 630. We had a table booked for the 9p-1a new years party knowing that we went to play games before hand, but still would have like to have a table. We were told they were 2 hours behind looking around about half the tables were empty. ( throught the whole night they stayed empty) we finally got into one of there boths that have the games built into it. Enjoyed ourselfs there. (Which we paid extra for) Till we moved to the reseved tables for the NYE party. Let me start with, they ran out of the party supplies which was fine but if we would have had kids that would have been very disappointing. The food was so salty we could not even eat the food. One person at the table had no food. Only a coke. We had told our waitress nothing was offered to fix this. Only that the cooks get heavy handed on the seasoning and when she eats food from dave & busters she has to ask for no seasoning. We did order food before the NYE party and got some frech fries bbq boneless wings and the spinach dip. we could not eat the French fries because they were so salty. I did take a look around and im sure most of your other guet felt the same way anout your food. Very very disappointing 😞 i feel like we payed 280.00 just to sit at a table have a coke a water. Other adults were haveing adult beverages so they ordered at the bar. On top of all the other things we payed for.
The food was medicare at best. I ordered wings and they were overcooked/very dry. Our service was extremely slow and our waitress didn't know how the combo meal & play credits worked. I really thought the value of the combo deal is good if you're okay with food that's slightly above fast food quality. I asked about what was on draft for local beer, and the waitress just shook her head "no". We also ordered a mixed drink but it turned out to be from a can. The place is dirty. I understand it's not a 5 star restaurant but it didn't appear that the tables were clean. There was a bad smell when the air kicked in. We also had to basically beg for our check. I will not go back. There's better places around. There are better arcades and better food locally; go to those instead.
Every single time we go, issues. We have scheduled 2 birthday parties here over the years and both times they've been nightmares. I don't know why we keep trying but we won't again. The food is not good, the service is mediocre at best, and it's just never worth the trouble. They don't seat you when you've scheduled, the food takes an eternity (even when they don't seem to be very busy), the servers are tired and bored.
Horrible Experience- I was told there was about an hour wait to be seated and waited patiently, but the hostess continued seating walk-ins. I even spoke with someone I personally know who was seated before us; they told me they were a walk-in and only came because a nearby restaurant had a long wait. Yet when I asked about our table, I was told only reservations were being seated. Shelby, who is apparently a manager, was rude and dismissive and referred to me and my 7-year-old child as “you folks” in a very condescending, inappropriate manner. I even made a reservation while waiting and was still skipped while another group was seated first. Very strange and unprofessional encounter. It’s especially unfortunate because my child and I enjoy coming here, but we will not be returning.
My fiancé and I recently visited Dave & Buster’s for the first time to celebrate a friend’s 21st birthday with a group of six. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by subpar service. Initially, our waitress, Katlynn, was attentive, taking our drink and entree orders. We had opted for the Valentine’s deal, which included two unlimited play cards, two entrees, an appetizer, and a dessert for $100 per pair. However, after our meals arrived, Katlynn was nowhere to be found, necessitating multiple trips to the bar for service. Our table remained cluttered with dirty dishes throughout the meal. When Katlynn finally returned, she asked us to review our receipts. She was impatient, standing over us and attempting to snatch the receipt from my fiancé’s hand. Our friend encountered an issue with drink pricing, which Katlynn dismissed with a dismissive “it’s just one drink” and an eye roll. Initially, I was presented with a receipt totaling $250, despite ordering drinks during happy hour. The subsequent receipts provided to my friends and me contained numerous errors. The happy hour drink prices were charged at regular rates, and a 20% gratuity for a large group was added, despite our group not meeting the policy requirements. We sought assistance from the manager, Dean, to address these issues, including the lack of attentiveness, missing desserts, uncleared tables, and incorrect receipts. Dean focused solely on the desserts and was dismissive of our other concerns. After consuming our desserts, we had to approach him again to rectify the receipts. He insisted they were accurate and claimed we ordered drinks after happy hour. We offered to review the security footage to confirm our order times, as we were certain we had not ordered after happy hour ended. We also requested the removal of the gratuity. Throughout this process, Katlynn continued to exhibit an unprofessional attitude. After much deliberation, my final receipt was adjusted to $183, this was $67 less than the original receipt I received. The issue should have been resolved correctly the first time, not after multiple attempts and certainly not with attitude from the employees. Despite this bad experience, we still were able to have a lot of fun playing in the arcade.
I was a new customer with 4 kids with me. Arrived and had no idea how to proceed. Saw large machines in entry so I paid for play and eat combos. Then stood in line and was told it was a 2 hour wait. Played games, which were extremely overpriced and my kids won enough tickets to get a piece of candy. Not what they were expecting for $10 worth of games. When we were seated and went to order here’s what happened: 1. Drinks were not included in our meal. Should have been specified on the machines when we paid. 2. Ordered appetizer that never arrived. 3. Pulled multiple long strands of hair from 2 plates served to us. 4. My son was served sour cream instead of mayonnaise 5. Our guest was served blue cheese instead of ranch. 6. I was served sweet tea instead of non-sweet tea as ordered. 7. Ketchup bottle on table was completely empty. 8. Did not receive a coy of our check and was told the printer malfunctioned. This was an overwhelming and poor experience from the moment we walked in the doors to the time we left.
Went in on a Sunday morning with my wife who just had a recent surgery and asked for a booth. The hostess informed us they didn’t have a server that can go cover a booth; the booths were literally next to regular tables, there were like 3 customers eating, and plenty of employees doing nothing. This was an embarrassment! So if your hurting or disabled and have very reasonable requests, if is apparent they do not respect these people as customers.
Came for an impromptu birthday party. Showed up everything looked awesome . There was no servers unfortunately and the place wasn’t even 50% full. That threw everything off and caused us to buy cards first instead of with our food. It took 30 mins to get a server and 20 mins for drinks . But the server Kyla was excellent she was getting killed and was doing a great job. The GM guy was cool who fixed the problem best he could. But it all could have been avoided with a proper creating at the door and having a table with a server. This was my first time here and not a good visit. Food was ok and came out disorganized and sometimes cold. The young man at the front with dreadlocks was also awesome and deserves thanks. But overall very poor experience. The guy took off $6 when I already got tricked into the card. What a scam. Dude wearing the Bears jersey isn’t worth a damn. The cards are useless. They’re basically three or four swipes for every $10.
