The best egg rolls and good tacos!

I went through Wendy’s line first after work was hungry and wanted something quick the most rudest people ever they are always out of everything so I left mid order and came to jack in the box was a huge line but decided to wait! For them being as busy as they are they calmly took my order had everything in stock I ordered, ice cream machine always working so they aren’t lazy lol and was very polite! Kudos to your team and great job during a huge rush! Thank you! 👏🏽

It's fast food and it tastes like fast food. The service was good and our food was served quickly and was hot. We had the basic tacos amd they haven't changed a bit (perfect). I also had a salad which was very fresh and delicious.

Better than any other fast food restaurant remotely close to here. Food has been fresh every single time I have been here off Post Rd. Employees are good working and ensure youre taken care of. Never have to come back for issues with my order’s because everything is made right and made to order. I cant stress enough that the night crew here is on point with every order. My coworkers all agree with me, this Jack in the Box is the only place to order from nearby.

Try the new Boba drinks!!! Love this classic chain! We frequent this location whenever we go to Indy. Everything is always yummy. Try the new Boba drinks!!! They did not disappoint! great flavor and the boba pearls had the perfect texture! I would have a hard time distinguishing their boba milk tea from a legit milk tea boba restaraunt. So far only 2 flavors but very good!!

My mother and I were coming through here to get a quick snack on our trip to Indy and they was excellent the lady there it was late at night she was very helpful and very nice help my mom through all the options that she needed or wanted and I answered questions with no hesitation is through the drive-thru.

The first sip of the Monster Cookie Shake reminded me of a Tootsie Roll, which instantly caught me off guard (in a good way). After a few more sips, I could clearly taste the two cookies—first the Chips Ahoy, then the Oreo in the aftertaste. The combo gave it a layered flavor that reminded me of the Oreo Delight iced coffee, but richer and creamier. If you’re bored of the usual vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry milkshakes, I definitely recommend trying this one—it’s different, fun, and worth it. Definitely bear our expectation! My husband and I are trying Jack in the Box for the first time after hearing good things about the Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger. We end up ordering that, a spicy chicken wrap, and a loaded wedge. Food came hot and fresh! We both like our food hot so this hot meal really made our stomachs satisfied!

On a recent Sunday afternoon we were passing through Indianapolis looking for a place to have lunch that we don't have at home (Louisville) and I said to the wife, I said "Hey, can you see if there's a Jack in the Box we can have lunch at in Indi"?, to which she replied "That sounds good, let me check!". She found one right off if I-70, so I told my car to navigate me there (My car can do that) and in 10 minutes arrived at the Post Rd location. This location is right off of the expressway and it's very easy to find. It was about 1:30pm, so we fortunately missed the lunch rush. Before we even walked in I knew what I wanted, and that was those outstanding Jack in the Box tacos. We were second in line behind a small family, so that gave us enough time to look at the menu (although I didn't need to because: TACOS). As we stood there waiting to place our order with the cashier (notice that I said with a cashier and not on an impersonal freakin' kiosk like a boatload of other fast food eateries any more?) I saw a sign touting the Monster Taco, only available for a limited time? What's better than a Jack in the Box Taco? A Jack in the box MONSTER Taco! Yes, please, I'll take two! (for $3, by the way). Wifey had a burger or something...I was too busy being excited about getting Dem Tacos! The restaurant was clean and well-stocked when we arrived, aside from the drink station with, let's face it, is trashed in just about any fast food restaurant. The floors were clean, trash wasn't overflowing, and all the tables were clean. My wife's whatever-it-was burger was good (by her account). The Monster Tacos were very much worth taking a short detour off of I-65. I had the Angry Monster and the Regular Monster. The Angry Monster had a red taco shell and a spicier sauce..and I Liked It! The staff we encountered (cashier, primarily) was very nice and helpful. For the most part the staff was busy taking care of things, but during the 45 or so minutes of our stay, no one came out to take care of the dining room. Now that we know there's a Jack in the Box easily accessible during our trips to Ft Wayne and back...TACOS!

The food is kind of on the salty side that can be overwhelming after the 3rd bite. The milk tea was actually pretty decent and the tacos were the only good thing from there. It would be perfect if there was not that much sodium.

Food was great, especially when you swing in late. One of the best strawberry shake I've gotten at a fast food place, and I always get a chicken sandwich when I come thru. Drive-thru could be better with a bit of speed and a bit of maintenance, but that doesn't effect it too much.

We haven't been to Jack in the Box since we lived in California over 20 years ago. My burger tasted good, just that the patty was dry. They put enough condiments on it, so the sandwich itself wasn't dry. My husband ordered the egg rolls. They were very delicious. Full of flavor. The service was average, as was the atmosphere of the restaurant.

I've never had Jack in the Box before, but I was craving a milkshake at 4:30am after being up all night working and this was the only place open with strawberry shake, according to Google. I drove 30 minutes across the city to get here and the drive-thru person apologized but said they were no longer taking orders. No explanation, no alternatives, like online ordering, offered. I lamented that I had driven so far just for a milkshake and was going home empty-handed-- luckily, she then let me know that they COULD make shakes, just not food! I was thrilled, and the shake was absolutely fantastic. I appreciated them taking my order, but I still don't know why they had stopped serving food. I didn't want to take stars from their service for this experience so I marked atmosphere as 1 star although I didn't go in (not sure if I even could have since they stopped serving food). I was really happy with the shake though!

Food is hit and miss. Some days is fresh and all in the bag. Some days it is not. This particular day, they forgot over half my food then gave me a hard time about getting the food I paid for

The food is always delicious, the staff was polite like everytime I am able to make it to one since we don't have any in Ohio close to us. The sweet and sour sauce was forgotten, also they never answered the phone when I called. But I give credit to the manager at the time that answered the door when my daughter went and knocked on the door and kindly brought her the sweet and sour sauce and a few extra which in our opinion is the best overall.

Tacos weren't very good. Meat tasted bitter for some reason. Rarely get Jack in the Box as there isn't one in my area but I was coming home from a trip and thought I'd stop. Always have a good experience with their tacos and I was excited to order six of them for the ride home. However, despite coming out fresh and hot, the taste was disappointing. There was a bitterness in all of the tacos that I couldn't put my finger on. I kept eating a new one to see if it was just an isolated thing but it wasn't. The tortilla shells were very crispy but not tasty, I barely even saw any cheese and the usual creamy melt in your mouth mixture of meat and sauce just somehow was off. The meat had a slightly sharp metallic taste and the lettuce also seemed a bit off as well. Visually the tacos looked good so I was even more disappointed that the taste didn't match the visual appeal. I also ordered onion rings and loaded fries. Fries were decent. Onion rings were OK but didn't taste like they were panko based as advertised. Overall I wish I had also added a couple of burgers or melts to my order to make up for the tacos. Still love Jack in the Box, though, and this was my only bad experience so far so I'm happy to visit again!

Overall 3 stars, I guess. 1 star for food because I waited 20 mins and was served COLD food!! I also waited for a few minutes while the employees looked at me but never came to the counter, not once speaking up and acknowledging that I was there. It's leftover "fast" food, with a mom and pop restaurant price. Atmosphere I give 4 stars because everyone else already got the memo and stopped dining in, or there all together. Sadly I won't be going back to waste my money again. So reheated, over priced, probably leftover, stale, Jack in the box tacos for dinner it is, because I done spent too much to throw it away.

Waited in line nearly 15 minutes and upon finally reaching the order menu I was informed that no orders were being taken for 15 minutes. I was informed also, that I could use the app to order...which I setup and made my order. After waiting an additional half hour to receive my order ... My burger was warm, my fries were cold and my shake was liquid. I anticipate that possibly there was some technical problem beyond anyone's control so I'll try and not be too harsh...this time. I hope that if I return in the future it will be a more positive experience.

The food was alright, but the restaurant seemed understaffed and was slow. It was our first time trying a Jack in the Box. Would try again in the future to see if the experience is better at a different location. The menu is huge! The curly fries were my favorite, and we enjoyed the mini tacos.

I only like the egg rolls, onion rings and root beer from Jack in the box. The fact that they’re open all night is how I usually end up there. But their staff is always great, polite and professional. 😊

Food was standard for the restaurant, so that was fine. What was off-putting was the cart filled with belongings from a homeless person parked at the door and the man himself sleeping at a table in the restaurant. A strong urine smell came off of him, and he was in the table by the door in full view of staff. We entered and made eye contact with an employee, but no one greeted us. Finally, someone shouted they would be with us shortly. We will probably not visit here again.

This J&B has been more miss than hit lately. Very greasy no matter what you order lately. Just seems like quality keeps steadily going down but the service is usually good 👍🏽

It was confirmed 10nweeks ago that the inside is open until 11. The front door was unlocked and they told us it was drive through only. Also, no Boba 😞 The staff was also very rude to us in the drive thru.

I wouldn't be honest if I rated this Jack in the box any higher. The food was tasty,however the portions are small for the price,the menu is too all over the place with no consistent variety. The service was less than enthusiastic and a bright pink hair was in my loaded potato wedges which were small in the first place. Though my order was replaced . It was so cold in the store we chose to eat in the car. It felt like all the doors were open like being outside. All in all it was a almost depressing, lack luster,freezing cold environment ,with bored looking employees and overpriced under sized food .

What's this location, haven't eaten at Jack In The box in years. Since I live in California and I tell you I will not go back to this location ever again. I was unaware of a cheeseburger a bacon cheeseburger having Mayo on it as a condiment I grew up with it always being ketchup and mustard. When I took it back inside and asked if they could remake it because I'm allergic to mayonnaise. She was just very rude and then she asked for the two cheeseburgers bag, and I said instead of you throwing those away could I give them to the homeless guy that was right by their building. She says no we don't want to encourage them to try to come in here and get food that I had purchased them, which I really had. And besides that I told her that I thought you could not take food back over the counter. You know like the board of Health doesn't say you can. Because when I ordered them I was sitting there talking about what I wanted on it and not once did they say mayonnaise came on it. She made me stay in there for quite a while before she even came to help me and then like I said there's nothing but attitude. Then when I sit there and said you know as long as you've taken to come take care of me my other food. I could ask you to remake the whole order she just turned her back on me and walked away. This is the slowest service worst than the Wendy's on Keystone. The Hispanic guy st the counter never told me how long my order was going to take. I only gave them two stars because the young dark skin skinny black guy with the short locs was doing everything and very professional.

The chicken strips were burnt, the fries were decent, the wrap was fine, the tacos were fine. Suzette and her attitude were the issue. Every single table was dirty. Instead of cleaning, they were all in the back cackling like hyenas. Also, if it says I get 6 sauces per order when I use the app, I should get all 6 instead of only 3 and Suzette telling me that they don’t do that. Why is it on the app then? 3 sauces don’t last for 5 tenders and large fries.

I ordered a few different menu items including the new mini tacos. We were given the green avocado sauce with it. My daughter dipped at first without looking. I opened my sauce shortly after and was disgusted. It was gross. The sauce was brown and had seperated with oil on the top. It was nasty. I don't know if should have been refrigerated and wasn't. Just not sure what went wrong.

I asked for the sandwich (specifically mentioned no chicken in that) but still they added chicken in that. I don’t know why the cooks do that every time.

waited thirty minutes in the drive thru with no cars in front of me, no explanation, food was cold. after eating, i started burping sulfur a lot, an hour later i vomited it all back up involuntarily. not coming back here until i have heard a full news story explaining what has been going on at this location, what was done to fix it, and that everyone responsible has been replaced. i love jack in the box food. but i will not go to this location til then.

TL;DR - Sat in line for 15+ minutes to only be told I would have to go through again I normally only visit this location 1-2 times a week for a quick snack and a drink. This time I sat at the speaker for over 5 minutes and was never acknowledged. Thinking that a headset battery had died or that they were closed for some unknown reason (order screen showed a PC failure), I pulled around to the window. There was a vehicle already at the window, and I couldn't tell what the issue was, but they sat there for about 10 minutes to get 2 small cups of something. Once I was pulled up to the window, I advised the person at I wasn't sure if their headset was out, but no one responded to my greetings at the speaker. I was advised that although I just wanted to purchase Large Diet Coke (87F outside and they have 44oz. foam cups), I could not order at the window and would have to go through line again... there was no other option, and I even repeated this information just to make sure they were aware of the series of events. As trivial as it is, this type of behavior really puts a sour taste in ones mouth. I suppose I will just have to visit Steak n' Shake for my foam cups for a few months and give them another shot at a later time. I really hope the lack of customer-friendly policies improves!!

Wish I could give no stars! I've been to this store in the past and loved the quick service and food was always great. Today it took 15 minutes (while sitting at the speaker waiting to have my order taken) to even place my order and then another 15 minutes to actually get my food. There were no cars ahead of me. And to top it off, my food was cold! So sadly won't be stopping at this store anymore.

An employee inside of the restaurant was yelling so loudly, I could hear her inside of my car while waiting in the drive thru. Took more than 10 minutes for them to take my order. Lots of homeless people milling around next door. I understand it was 1 am, but even Detroit doesn’t feel like this. No idea how a location with service like this stays in business.

I expect this place to close soon. When you go in the overnight hours between 11 and 7 they'll turn you away. The reasons varies but you're not getting any food up out of there. Me and several other people I know have stopped going because we are tired of being sent away if you say you are open 24 hours then you should be serving food 24 hours not wasting people's gas coming up there and then not being served. Never going back... Not worth the 50/50 chance of getting there and not getting any food while spending my gas

Avoid this location at all costs! I used to love Jack in the Box, but this location shouldn’t even be open. I had my food thrown at me angrily through the drive through window. When I went in and tried to speak with a manager I was informed they weren’t on the premises and that I would have to wait at least a half hour for the manager to arrive for me to speak with them. I also found out all the employees working at the time were minors. I honestly don’t even get how it is legal to not even have an employee over the age of 18 present at an establishment like that during business hours. I was too afraid to even consume the over $50 worth of food we had ordered.

I went to Jack in the box around 11. I waited in line for at least 30 minutes. When I got to the speaker box I was told the system was down, which is very hard to believe because it shouldn’t take 30 minutes to tell the 6 cars in front of me the same thing but whatever. I’ve been to Jack in the box 3 times and only once have I actually been served. It’s starts with management, your managers are allowing this lie to continue instead of hiring those who will do the job properly. Please do better.

The service sucked, the atmosphere sucked and the food wasn’t much better. The employees here have a chip on their shoulder that they don’t know how to knock off… hopefully someone in corporate or higher management, views this and takes action and educates their employees on the importance of politeness and common courtesy.

We are truckers and were traveling in a van and came here after dining hours. Our van was too tall to fit through the drive thru so we nicely asked a worker that was off duty to see if we could get some food cause we were hungry and one of us was sick and didn’t feel good. The guy that was on break was nice and offered to take the order and put it in for us. While we were telling him the order, this woman that was working asked what we were doing and said that we can’t order it’s after dine in hours and was rude and threw a fit so we left. As I pull up a employee yelled out "we are closed" I asked if they where not 24/7 he said "yeah, if we are fully staffed" I have been sitting here for over 20 monutes trying to understand why the employee is still here, all the lights are on abd tge door propped open with a "caution wet floor sign" Sucks its been over 8 years since I had Jack in the box. Absolutely ridiculous that you can't stop and have a meal without going drive through. Traveling cross country, this is what greeted us in Indiana! Wow!!! Thanks so much Jack n the Box. I'd hate to see what your late nights look like if this is how you handle lunchtime!

Stood at the counter for 7 min and employees about 6 of them just kept passing by ignoring me no one even acknowledged me or bothered to take my order … considering there was atleast 6 employees better staff needs to be hired!

I pulled up to my second Jack in the Box in Indianapolis (because the Greenwood one was closed "due to staffing" ) about 8:30pm and sat behind 2 other customers in the drive thru for 25 minutes. When I finally made it to the order box, I was told it was going to be 30 more minutes because "the systems are down" so I declined because I wanted to continue on my 3 hour drive. But I couldn't get out of the one lane drive for another 15 minutes and they took the order of the car sitting behind me, so when I got to the first window I placed an order anyway since I'd waited that long. After placing my order, the employee told me to pull around to the lot and they'd bring the food out to me.  I continued to wait until 9:30 and still had not received my meal over 30 minutes passed the time I'd ordered it. I then called the phone number on the receipt to get an update or cancel my order since the dining room doors were locked. It rang until the answering machine picked up. Finally after being unable to reach them on the phone, and watching two customers get their food after they parked 20 minutes after I did, I left without my food. I'm not sure what all the employees were doing in there, I saw several in the store, despite acting understaffed, with signs mentioning "no late night, closing at 10" handwritten signs on the menu board. I'd imagine a combination of unmotivated and lazy workers and poor wages are a large contributing factor to the quality employee shortage. I notice the multiple hiring notices on both locations and on my receipt boast flexible scheduling and no experience needed, but say nothing about fair or competitive wages. If you're not willing to pay good and fair wages, you won't find good workers willing and motivated to apply and come to work.

I ordered from here on the app and showed up about 15 minutes later to pick it up. It wasn’t ready when I arrived and I ended up waiting another 15 just for them to give my order to one of the customers in the drive-thru by accident. After this guy drove away with my food it took them another 10 minutes to remake my order and when I got home and bit into my burger, it was raw in the middle. I love Jack in the Box but it’s safe to say that I am never going back to this location again.

Pulled up to place the order employees outside smoking said they will not be open until six. They figured I wasn’t going. Nowhere said I can come through the drive-through to tell me that the card reader wasn’t working once I pulled cash mysteriously car was working. counted about 4 to 5 employees

I gave them one star because they are not where I live right now. But when I lived in Las vegas that was my son's favorite place

Was informed that they were not taking orders after I viewed the menu and talked to an associate for a second. When I stepped up to the cashier that's when I was told. No signage on the door, no notice. Just not taking orders. What... The bathroom was a disaster. Smelled of dirty diapers, there were dirty gloves on the floor, and the paper towel dispenser was busted open. Only a couple of employees were masked - at a half hearted attempt at that. Whoever owns this franchise or manages it needs to get their business in order.

This is my first experience with JITB and I have to say I'm disappointed, to say the least. I waited at least 30 mins for a number 2 and 7pc jalapeños. What I got was over cooked poppers and definitely not the correct sandwich. Charging 13$ for this is criminal. I do not recommend

My husband and I get off work at 3am. Not much is open then but that's dinner time for us. Last night we went through and the guy taking orders told us they didn't have anything that we would order. That they, "don't do ice cream" or they were out of waffle fries and they couldn't substitute the waffle fries with curly fries. Wild stuff. Blatant lies. Went through just now. It's 3:49 am now. We've already left. Same guy. Apparently they close at 4:30 am so they can't take any orders?? Seriously?? Funny how when pulling off their pickup windows even says they're open 24 hours...not that that explains why they can't take an hour 45 minutes before "closing." Dude, i just worked a 10 hour shift in the sleet and snow I just want to eat and get some sleep. How is this guy still even employed???

Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich as a lettuce wrap instead of the bun. They gave it to me in a salad bowl with sauce all over and nothing wrapped... If you dont know how to do a lettuce wrapped sandwich, then dont offer that on the menu. So far, the only place I've come across that does it well is Five Guys and In&Out

Couldn't get our order right after 2 different tries. Absolutely No one else there. Food was cold even after remaking it. Ill not be back

I used to be a long time regular customer here until today. Order off the mobile app and they usually have it ready by the time I get there but today I walk in, stand at the counter for like 5 minutes at least 3 people that I saw working there at the time and they weren't busy at all and not one of them said a word to me and it looked like they were only servicing the drive-thru so I asked, "Anyone working up front here?", after waiting a little while and the kid at the deep fryer says, "Just a sec", and keeps screwing around with the deep fryer so I just turned around and walked out the door. I just want my credit card refunded and I used to come here 2 to 3 times a week since I drive for a living and have to eat on the run a lot and until today, they had been pretty good and efficient but after today, this was my last visit, you don't treat long time regular customers like that, I'll spend my money somewhere else.

Ordered through Uber eats late night as I just got into town after 12 hours of driving. Ordered a combo didn't get fries or the drink the other sandwich that I took a picture of is dry and hard as if it's been sitting there for hours. How do they sell a combo with no fries or drink just a sandwich??

I usually don’t even leave negative reviews but this is absolutely unacceptable. I order jalapeños poppers which are $7.10 btw and this is what I get. It’s supposed to be 7 individual poppers but I got this undercooked mess. Like how can you serve something like this. Do better!!!!

I actually love Jack In The Box so it takes a pretty bad experience for me to complain. I go to this location frequently and most of the time I am having the same issues. The majority of my fries are either rock hard or rubbery and they are all cold. The burger was not fresh and not even warm. I rarely see these problems with other food chains, sadly I guess it's time to give up on you Jack.

Food was ok once they got the order right. It's jack in the box so I haven't jack in a few years so even if food was bad it would have been great. Manager/ Owner in dress shirt does nothing to manage. He sat there while another employee was belittling the girl at the counter. How do you do that in business? I'll find another location to go to
