Placed my delivery order on the website. My order was confirmed at 11:03pm. My delivery address was a mile away from establishment. Come 11:55pm, having gotten no update on order nor delivery. I called. The manager got on the line and informed me that my oder was done yet they only had one delivery person, and it would be another 30-45 minutes, or it could be picked up. When arriving to pick it up, my order was just going into the oven. Once back to residence and ready to eat, 2 out of 3 items ordered were completely wrong.

THIS is the New York Style Pizza? How? The Cheese Is Not Even On The Pizza. I am SO disappointed because this is the first time I have tried this location. This can't possibly be worth putting into a pizza box and sending it to a paying customer. No I don't want my money back, but I promise I won't ever spend another dime here. I hope the experience is better for everyone else, but I have to give one star for how the pizza looked and 5 Starz for my delivery driver calling when he couldn't find the location. OH AND PLEASE find a new "CONTAINER" to place peppers in PLEASE. Whoever BAGGED this up...smashed the peppers LoL 🤦🏾‍♀️ DID I MENTION THE BROWNIE 🤦🏾‍♀️ WELL I don't think I need to say anything, just take a look at it yourselves!

This place is the worse!!!! They get your order wrong, even when you give specific instructions, they have attitudes, no garlic oil and refuse to answer any questions when they are in the wrong!! I will never come back to this location and please someone give me corporate number!!!

This location makes tasty pizza, but the staff ALWAYS ignores the specifics of my order. ALWAYS. When I order a pizza online, I always choose “pie cut” over “square cut.” See receipt and the received order. When I confront them about it at time of pickup, they offered to remake it, but I refuse to wait for them to correct the mistake at the pick up window. Two orders ago, they asked for my phone number to credit my account. They never followed through. Tonight, the manager informed that they admitted to automatically square cutting thin crust pizzas. They are are aware of their disregard and poor service and refuse to do anything about it.

The manager is very rude. I mean completely unprofessional and very disrespectful. The food sucks. The pizza gets rushed to cook and tastes like trash. Everything about this location is trash.

This is by far the worst pizza I have ever had from a domino's. The ingredients for my pizza were old and they burnt my stuffed pepperoni bread. I tried to call and sat on the phone over an hour at number 1. "Update" I responded to the owner that responded to me originally and I haven't gotten a reply. I called cooperate and talked to them and they said I would hear from them within a day still nothing. I have disputed this with my bank because I don't have time for this and I couldn't eat that crap.

Two hours, twenty minutes after ordering from this particular store, my pizza arrived by delivery. Yep, it is dry as it looks AND cold!!! I ordered extra sauce and there was no sauce applied. Tried calling several times, they force you to listen to the same recording over and over again, until it drains you. Needless to say, one less repeat customer.

BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! I ordered a medium pizza with a 20 oz lemonade and specifically told the drive to hand it to me and not put my pizza on the porch. Well, she done it anyways but I caught her and told her that I’m sorry but you can hand it to me like I requested, thank you! Then, not to mention, she forgot my lemonade. I’ve been calling for days and no answer. They never answer the phone which is bad business. I want a full refund bc of the service and the fact that I paid for a lemonade and never received it! I’m so upset! My bill was $30! And I tipped her well!

Claims they delivered my pizza. They did not. The only option for resolution is to call the store. The store does not answer and has all calls automatically disconnect. I drive to location in the rain and explain my pizza was never delivered. The driver claims they did, but there is no pizza on my doorstep. I have motion activated cameras and there is no footage of them delivering a pizza to my house. They refuse to give me a refund. Don't deal with this location. They'll steal your money. I'm not sure why jobbers are protecting $32 from a large corporation like they earn commission. Dominos is impossible to get ahold of for customer service. It's all automated garbage that routes you to the local store, but there's absolutely zero you can do when the store has their number automatically disconnect.

Ordered online, delivery status says delivered, food was never delivered, driver never left the store! When you call the number there's no human just a recorded message. What's going on over there?? I see from other reviews this has happened to other people.

I spent my last ten dollars on parmesan cheese sticks at Dominos on Union. He handed them to me through the pick up window. I sat them on my passenger seat. Short drive home I grabbed the box and grease was all over my leather seats. The box that they came in half full of grease. I took them inside opened the box and they were floating in grease. It was so disgusting. I had to throw them out. I’m done with Domino’s especially this one. No dinner for me that night. Thanks for wasting my hard earned money! Gave one

I ordered a pizza through the app it literally took 2 hours for the pizza to arrive. I tried to give them a call I waited 45 minutes on the phone no one would even pick up the phone I was just sitting on hold.

My husband ordered pizza at this location for the first time and the order came totally wrong. I’m pregnant craving for a mushroom dominos pizza plus my toddler only eats plain or mushroom. I got a pizza with mushrooms, disgusting meet , white sauce and olives. It was totally a tension during dinner with a toaddler screaming for food plus the frustration of spending 30 + on the phone trying to fix it. Still on the phone.
