The southern fried chicken sandwich is phenomenal and the huge beer selection is top notch. They’re also dog friendly inside! Great vibes all around

Good food, fast service. Everyone is very friendly. The menu has a little of everything and everything I have tried is excellent. The beer selection is extensive and the bartenders and wait staff are very knowledgeable.

This is the best brewery in the area. Beers are the best. Try the sours as well. Apps are the bomb. Ask for Steel. I will be back again!

Excellent selection of food, drinks along with warm and welcoming staff. This place has become a favorite weekly pit stop if I’m on this side of town. Views of the airport’s runway are a bonus if you’re an aviation enthusiast as well.

So many great Belgium beers in this amazing location with a great view. Lots of great food options but as a sour and Belgium beers fan the drafts and bottles here can't be beat. Lots of classic pub food but overall a nicely curated menu with friendly staff and breezy location with a nice view

Dogs are welcomed inside, which can be a source of entertainment. 😉 Weather premitting, there is a great area for outdoor seating.

What a gem! A wide selection of tasty beers and really amazing food! I ordered the Santana burger with a veggie patty and was very pleasantly surprised to find out they make their own delicious (and massive!) veggie burgers in-house! My mom got the ahi sandwich, and both were great. Will be back!

Great beers, but not many of thier own on tap. Food was great! I had the Mac n cheese bowl with broccoli - it was awsome huge! Couldn't finish it. Others at the table had their burger and fish and chips. Burger was perfect, but the fish was overcooked or cooked in old oil. Great atmosphere and service.

Food was very good, just a bit too salty. Good service, but a bit noisier than I usually like. I got the seared ahi sandwich. Our table split some appetizers.

We frequently come and service great and food is good quality. Good beer selection and atmosphere. One critique would be the low budget silverware. Dollar Tree quality. Eating my enchiladas felt like I was at the elementary school cafeteria.

A hidden gem. This place has a great atmosphere with lovely views of the palomar airport. I only rated it 4 stars because we really didn’t have enough food to properly rate the restaurant. I had the wings medium heat, they were excellent. My husband had onion rings and they were excellent as well. There are lots of beer options here, the service was great!

First time here. We live in Oceanside and we were meeting a friend in Bressi and this seemed like a great option based on the reviews and photos. Everything on the menu sounded so good. Here's what we ordered: * Ribeye Burger ($20) Description shows "habanero jack" but there was nothing spicy about this at all. It has steak sauce on it. The meat tasted great. Bottom bun was a bit soggy and top bun was thin & crispy. Kinda weird. Still tasty. Also ordered Parmesan & Garlic fries (+ $2) - but I would pass on ordered these again. Just not a fan... * Irish Fish & Chips ($18) One piece of fish. It's ginormous. Fries are big steak fries. Very tasty and I wish I ordered this. * Southern Fried Chicken Sammich ( $16.96) Our friend ordered it without the sauce which was a terrible idea. It really needed a sauce! Can't review it much because of that, but it sure was crispy. * Mac Daddy Mac & Cheese ($14 + $6 for Chicken) This was just okay. I LOVE mac n' cheese in general (think Velveeta) but this was not it. There was barely any chicken in it. Noodles were hot like the sun and there just wasn't much "cheesiness" about it. Kinda disappointing. We had several beers and ciders, all good but we noticed none of our glasses were filled to the top. Kinda feels like we got gypped a bit. Overall, we really liked this place. Food was good minus a few tiny gripes. We would definitely like to come back and try more stuff.

Great beer selection, food mediocre. Nice spot for watching sports and drinking beer, but that’s all I’d recommend. I’ve had a few dishes here and all of them fall short especially given the price points. Paid 19 dollars for a buffalo chicken sandwich that I couldn’t pick up off my plate. Had to eat it with a fork and knife. Fries were trash too. Pizza looked decent so I’d stick with that if you have the drunchies

Burgers were huge but overcooked. Medium rare had no color to it and onion straws were burnt. Beer was decent. Really nice server

Located in a light industrial park off of a very American boulevard, Carlsbad Brewing Company is one of those glad-I-went-but-prolly'-wouldn't-go-back places. No knock, as it is a craft brewery located in Southern California, and there are worse places to be, but they could, and should do better...

First visit, I had the Ahi Tuna Sandwich and it was good. Today's visit, I ordered the "Let's Meat Pizza". I am a huge pizza guy and make my own dough. In addition, I do enjoy other establishments recipes too. The quality of pizza sauce and flavor with toppings was delicious. The crust was edible up towards the back where it started to get tough and hard to chew ( couldn't eat the crust - my favorite part ). I've never come across a recipe like this as it seemed more corn flour, than flour itself. I ate half of the pizza and left the rest for trash. I mentioned the above and the server said, " sorry, that is the first complaint about the dough". I said, "it's not your fault". I was offered a beer for comp. I declined. I was hoping for a similar amount off the bill instead. I still left a nice tip to the server.

Good for drinks, not really good for families with kids (mostly because they won't appreciate the food for the price you are paying). Drink selection is amazing and the local brew is always awesome. Single hop series is great for anyone that wants to learn. Food is good but prices are steep. $30 burgers are gourmet if you are into that, but I think the sauces and extra over powered the meat in ours. Pizza was just ok. Atmosphere is cool with the classic motorcycle theme. Place was smaller than I expected per the pics but good for smaller groups.

I like this place, but the prices for the quality don't match up. For this reason alone, we don't frequent Carlsbad Brewing Company. We live nearby, but each time we come (maybe once every 6 months), we remember why it's not a go-to for us and our friends.

I was recommended to check out Carlsbad Brewing Company from friends and to my surprise my Ribeye Burger wasn't even cooked. I received raw meat patty with a stale oat bun that broke in two pieces. The slices of cheese was more like wedges of non melted cheese. Overall, my beer was the best thing I consumed during my visit.

Would love to say the food was great… But it wasn’t! So many reasons to be better… and yet just a complacent attitude and mediocre product. Wilted salad, greasy fries and expensive for the venue. Carlsbad deserves better … Too bad! Save your money! 🙁

My boyfriend and my daughter’s boyfriend ordered the burgers which were huge and delicious. My daughter had the fish tacos and was really pleased. Beer was great but I , on the other hand, had the butternut squash raviolis which were tasty but outrageously priced at $20 for 8 raviolis!! Crazy how the other portions were huge except the ravioli! Not sure if I’d come back but I definitely won’t be ordering the ravioli again. Kinda bummed cuz I really enjoyed everything else

I don't drink, but I hope their beer is better than their greasy food. The pizza is bottom of the barrel stuff. Way too much C grade cheese. The fish had an odd (off?) smell. Factory farm beef on offer. Noisy inside - lousy Acoustics. Outside is nice. If you are non-dairy or vegan, run away. Nothing to choose on the menu. I expected better from a brewery in Carlsbad. Silly me.

This place might be good for a beer, but the food is just not good, it looks fine, but it’s really not good. It’s mediocre, I would eat elsewhere.

I’ve been here once before in the evening and had decent service and overall nice experience. Tried it again for lunch a few weeks later with someone who had never been. First off, the sunlight revealed a much different experience with respect to cleanliness. Dogs are permitted and there is dog hair EVERYWHERE. With the breeze and kids running around, dog hair was drifting all around, be we couldn’t actually see it until the sun started shining directly through the windows. How much actually gets into the food is disturbing to think about. This place needs a visit by the city/county health department. Animal fur and dander around food being prepared and consumed is not acceptable for any restaurant. My girlfriend is highly allergic to all animals and started having reactions half way through the meal. They seemed very understaffed and were very inattentive. Definitely a locals only place. Won’t go back.

We were having a good time server interrupted us to tell us she had to leave that if we wanted to close I said no we want to order more she pushed and my nice husband caved we can just open a new bill she said it bothered me so much how inconsiderate and troubling us I told the next server and she understood and told her we were going now. I don't plan to come back.
