Opinions de Everything is Ramen Carlsbad
Surprised at the bad reviews here. Best food we’ve had at a theme park. We’ve spent a lot of time in Japan and although the ‘ramen’ noodles are really more udon noodles, the broth was good and everything else good. Pork belly was very tasty, and the tofu was also great. The soup was good but I’d go with the rice bowl next time, much cheaper and delicious. Our daughter was happy with her child’s ramen and we were glad she had an option that wasn’t something like chicken tenders We wouldn’t be disappointed being served this in a restaurant elsewhere
This one passed the 'kid' test. My kids loved the ramen. They both ate their entire bowl and wanted more. I got the rice bowl and it was very good as well. As expected the price was high, but that's to be expected inside of an amusement park.
Didn’t expect much from this Ramen place but I was trapped at Legoland so I had to deal with what was at hand. I was pleasantly surprised. This isn’t convoy Street ramen, it is amusement park ramen. We got a pretty big bowl of Ramen for $12 so I was pleased with that. I ordered the pork belly Ramen and it was so delicious. Not too much fat on the pork belly but I wouldn’t have minded aanyway, but my wife probably would’ve said something. The kids got the yakitori with orange chicken and they loved it. I didn’t get a picture of it until they ate half of it so the picture is not indicative of what you get. Everyone was friendly and the place was clean. My only complaint is the ice machines did not work, so if you got a Coke you didn’t get ice.
Good food, great taste. They have options from ramen or veggies and the kids meals have noodles or rice and chicken. Healthy and delicious alternative when being in legoland.

Surprisingly good ramen for being inside an amusement park, in fact quite possibly the best food I’ve ever had at an American amusement park. I got the tofu miso ramen and it came with a good soft boiled egg, enoki mushrooms, kombu, and good broth. Noodles were a bit larger and over boiled but it’s an amusement park and overall still very good! And price was on par if not less than what you would get at a ramen shop around here.

Good food served quickly. Enjoyed a bowl of ramen and their stir fry and particularly enjoyed having more options for food at an amusement park than just burgers and pizza. They did a decent job with their broth and their roasted pork is flavorful yet a bit too salty. Their noodles were good and the price was good for the amount of food I got.

Good alternative to pizza, pasta, or burgers. Also very nice to have a hearty vegetarian option. Tofu was delicious. Self service ordering kiosk was a bit finicky and required the help of an employee, but besides that pretty good. Food portion to price ratio was great. The ramen was very large and filling. We probably won't get the pork portein option again, but that is personal preference as it was a bit dry for my liking. But, my vegetarian loved the tofu and said it was one of the best park vegetarian options available. Broth, egg, and everything else in the bowl was great, too. Highly recommend.

Overall, better than I was expecting. I went on a pretty chilly day, and it was served hot, which I was thankful for. The noodles themselves are pretty terrible, but the pork belly, soft-boiled egg and soup was very tasty! They added pickled ginger, which was interesting but added a little extra flavor I appreciated.
Wow. I’m throughly impressed by the price of this place. I figured food from Legoland™️ was going to be way overpriced but it’s not too bad here at the ramen place. I mean it’s no 5 star restaurant but it’s good enough for the price you pay. I’ve had worse but no complaints here.
Convenient choice for a quick meal. Use a kiosk to order. The menu is limited but food is quite okay. About $13 for a ramen. They have a kid menu.
A bit too much ginger on the ramen soup and the steamed rice for my kid’s orange chicken box was too wet, basically mushy rice.
quick sevice hot meal, kid meal is good.

I was thankful to not eat another theme park hamburger or chicken tenders. The rice bowls come with some cucumber, onion, and shredded carrots. They have rice bowls for the kids. That was also nice to not have something fried. Three stars just because my pork was a little over cooked and dry. But again, it was a nice change of pace. They also need more outside seating. They also need more umbrellas for the seating. It is very much so in the sun.
We just finished lunch here. Kids all agree that food here is so so, even below average. Only can choose Chicken and Tofu, no pork belly today. Give three stars is because of the seaweed and beanspouts in the soup. Plus it is a alternative way to have lunch in park other than routine fried chicken or burger.
Came on halloween 2025 the park was not too busy so there were enough tables. I got the Birria Ramen and my daughter got the kids orange chicken and yakisoba bowl , my BIRRIA ramen tasted more like tomato sauce with cumin and shredded beef, definitely not BIRRIA flavor dont recommend $20 ramen bowl. My 10 year old daughter usually loves orange chicken but she wasn't much of a fan of the flavor here. However it is a theme park so I dont expect flavors to be on point.

Came with my girls because they craved ramen .. they gave us no veggies in our ramen. They ran out of chicken so they gave my girls pork it was an all out bad experience.. don’t think we will come visit this place again.. I gave it a 3 star because the food was not bad but it wasn’t what they have posted in pictures as ramen

Dont bother, it is not good at all. The "ramen" are more spagetti than anything else, the broth tastes like water and the rsst has next to no taste.

The worst ramen I had but every food in the park is terrible too
I don’t recommend this place. Kids meal portion is about two spoons. Ramen is the worst I’ve ever eaten, few noodles floating in a bowl of water. Pictures of the food are nothing like what we got. I can’t remember having worse dining experience than this.
Horrible. Waited so long. Had to go back in twice. Forgot salad dressing on Ceasar salad. Then gave us our main order without our kids bowl. Shouldn't be this difficult to get your order and food. Avoid this place in the park. Ruined our afternoon.
Nasty. Why am I paying sixteen dollars for this? Just not good. It felt like canned chicken with some teriyaki sauce dumped on top. The chicken smelled off. My son was starving so we had to eat it, but this was honestly barf level bad. Should be called everything is terrible.
