We enjoyed the MP, that pesto pasta was amazing. Fettuccini and Spaguettis w/ meatballs but I suggest garlic bread on the side with pasta plates.
Outstanding! The Johnny C and the San Gennaro sandwiches are unbelievable! Make sure you get the meat and cheese board as well 👌🏻 the pizza is always very good here and the ingredients are top notch. I highly recommend visiting, if you have not already. Don’t forget to get a dessert. The Zeppole’s are 💣
It was very delicious, we got the cheese garlic bread which was a shareable size very delicious 🤤. We also got the billy ray valentine it was veryyy filling and very tasty in especially enjoyed the sweety drop peppers that it had .The service was quick and attentive and they answered all the questions we had as well as gave us options for our next visit 💖
Absolutely fantastic! I spent a summer studying abroad in Florence and this pizza ABSOLUTELY competes with it. Unfortunately the bolognese fell slightly short of my expectations but that's ok because it just makes it easy for me moving forward to not have to choose between the two (lol). My girlfriend loved her salad, the calzone was just as tasty as the pizzas, and the tiramisu was great as well. The ambiance and service was fantastic as well. We'll be back soon!
The best Neapolitan style pizza in Dallas. Staff is friendly and caring. Will be back to let my kids play at the park within view of the patio.
The cutest little place! I really enjoyed the service and couldn’t have it any other way. The server was nice and helpful and was seated immediately. I did go on Memorial Day but around 3p, so no rush during that time. I will say, my friend and I honestly could’ve shared the pizza, because they are quite big. I will probably go again in the future and try something else.
Love it here! I go in for lunch often with coworkers, the food is delicious every time and the staff is always great -- very quick and friendly. Convenient parking across the street in the lot, cute historic downtown. Perfect!
Excellent Italian food, very unique. We truffle pasta, brisket lasagna, prosquito spicy pepperoni pizza, and a very good spinach and artichoke dip.
I say this as someone born and raised in Sicily, this is as close to authentically Italian as you can get just about anywhere on this side of the pond. I'm absolutely in love with this place and look forward to my next visit.
This is one of my favorite pizza places! I've tried around 10 different pizza styles and they've all been delicious. The atmosphere is great, and they have a terrace where you can have your dog with you! Really recommend!
Food was great! Place was busy, but our server Kyle was great! Best pizza had in a long time!
First time here and we tried the pizza of the month going off of the recommendation of our amazing waitress, Gabriela. We had the Pegasus pizza. It had a Greek twist with marinated olives, tomatoes, and when it came out of the oven they added Feta cheese and a creamy dressing. It was delicious. We ended the meal with a delicious seasonal dessert pizza. The base was vanilla mascarpone, thin slices of peaches with a hint of cinnamon. Topped off with Carmel when it came out of the oven. We will definitely be back!!
I’m back in Dallas this week for work, and my daughter invited me to dinner last night. Ohmygosh—Cane Rosso Carrollton! My foodie daughter never disappoints with a restaurant recommendation! My car was registering 110 degrees, and I got there a little early, so I hit the bar for some water and a starter. I ordered their fried artichokes, and oh, how happy I was that I did! Fried to perfection and the sauce was absolutely delicious. I saved some for Sharon and Marty. Oh, shout out to Leslie, my bartender, for the recommendation! We ordered their Crispy Brussels with ricotta, sweety drop peppers, bacon, Marcona almonds, and a balsamic reduction. Yum yum. We also added their Burrata & Peppers, which included arugula, sea salt, marinated peppers, hot pepper jelly, and focaccia toast. Another excellent choice. Sharon recommended the Long drink, so I got one of those—very refreshing! We ordered a couple of pies for dinner. On Hanna and Leslie’s recommendation, we chose the Straight Fire pizza topped with Calabrian chili béchamel, hot soppressata, fresh jalapeños, mushrooms, and house-made mozzarella. Definitely did not disappoint! We also ordered the Truff Daddy pizza topped with truffle mascarpone, roasted mushrooms, prosciutto, truffle oil, house-made mozzarella, basil, and parmesan. The balance of flavors what perfect—another hit! The service, atmosphere, and food at this place are over the top! Another BIG thank you to Hanna and Leslie for making an excellent experience for us. Afterwards we hit up the nearby 3 Nations Brewing. I tasted a few of their beers—loved each one. Fun!
Having lived in Naples, Italy, for four years, I am always on the lookout for traditional Napolitano cuisine. The wood fired oven at Cane Rosso is a truly impressive work of art! The waitstaff is friendly, and the did is delicious. If you are not familiar with true Italian pizza, just be aware that this is not American style pizza. The dough is well tended and hand tossed. Everything is crafted by hand with special attention being given to the sauce.
Excellent food!!! The pizzas are phenomenal, tasty and a good variety of ingredients. I really love the restaurant but Abraham who took care of us...stole our hearts, he gave us great suggestions since it was our first time there, he was very polite and kind and he is an amazing customer service representative.
Wow! After all my time living in central Texas never have I had the delight that is Cane Rosso . From the Amazing Stone oven pizza to the vibrant and colorful atmosphere I am blown away! My server Brian was amazingly attentive and knowledgeable about the drinks and pizzas that were served. It’s open floor plan and pizza made right in front of you were reminiscent of a high end “ cook in front of you restaurant “ without the stuffy high end expectations ! Cane Russos is a must visit through and through
I'm a neighborhood near living in Cane 😆 Rosso. It takes about 7 minutes to walk here. Surprisingly, I noticed living in this area for 2years and I just noticed they had a happy hour! 🍕The cost of pizza was $7 and nothing compared with the cheap price of a pizza. I added basil to my margarita order and it was free. The mac and cheese were on point. I'm wondering about their recipe!! 💖 I would recommend going to this place during happy hours and enjoy your affordable but tasty early dinner. I decided to come to this place often. Why not? You are not going to get better food comparing to this price. I'm attaching my receipt down below.😊 *** Follow me for more emoji reviews ෆ ***
If you come to dine in ask for Gaby. She is an amazing waitress and will go above and beyond just to make your experience perfect! The food she recommended me was on point and did not disappoint. Her professionalism and her joyful spirit is what will have me asking for her every time I come here. So if you do decide to stop here make sure you ask for Gaby!!!!
Never thought I'd be impressed with pizza but here we are! There was a bit of a seating snafu where our 5 min wait turned into 20 mins but once seated, service was friendly, attentive and the food came out quickly! Our Margherita pizza customized was great! 10/10 would eat here again! 😋
My, my my! This restaurant is walking distance from my apartment and I love to meet friends here for dinner/drinks! The manager is always soooo inviting, I can’t recall his name but he’s short with dark hair, he’s amazing! Now the food! Always hot and delicious! No matter what pizza I choose to eat that day, I add the hot honey sauce (from the honey badger pizza) to every pizza I order. It’s so good! Great food & atmosphere always!
A little noisy, but it was a Friday night. Honestly love this place. Been here many times. Recommend the Honey Bastard or the Truffle Shuffle pizza. Patrick was our server tonight and did awesome!
Absolutely loved this place - the vibe, the location, the food, the service. Had the house salad, the Brussels sprouts and the Cane Rosso pizza. The red sauce is divine. We love a good Neapolitan pizza and this place hit the mark. We will be back!
Took my mom here post snow storm Fern and our server, Maria, was amazing! Manager Matt was so friendly, kind, and knowledgeable! Brussels sprouts is a must! Those sweety drop peppers were a game-changer! Come support local as this winter weather impacted our small businesses nationally!
This pizza is usually done very very good this time. It was a little soggy and limp but it’s OK. They make a very good tomato sauce. A very good crust and their cheese is very very very good. You always have a good time when you enter there also you feel like you’re in the old school 1950s or 1960s with a bunch of mobsters around the pizza smells so good cause it’s coming out of that 2 to 3 minute thousand degree oven oh wow.
Truffle Carbonara cooked perfectly with a tangy sauce, egg yolk and breadcrumbs to top it off. Wood fired stone pizza oven S’more Calzone was a must try, perfectly crisp and chewy pizza dough stuffed with rich chocolate and creamy marshmallow fluff. Our waiter Christian was kind to let us know all we needed as first timers and provided exceptional service.
Awesome food! And leave room for dessert! The peach pie was delightful and in season. The presentation of the carbonara was fantastic and I took great joy in mixing in the yolk. The artichoke dip was abundant portion and feel free to dip your pizza in when you run out of chips #protip
We came here on recommendation of a local friend of a friend. Brought a volleyball team and parents in the evening and half way filled the restaurant. Every single person said that it was amazing! Well, a couple people got some spicy stuff and thought it was too spicy, but I got the spicy pasta and it was AMAZING. The pizza was much thicker than I expected for being cooked in 90 seconds. The margarita pizza was delicious. When we come back, this will be on our list to come back to for sure.
Love their Neapolitan style pizzas! I just love the classic Margherita when it comes to brick oven Neapolitan, I just wish cane Rosso added more than 1 small piece of Basil on their Margherita pizzas. The brisket lasagna is great as well, but it is only available on Fridays and Saturdays. The spinach dip is pretty good, but the corn tortilla chips have a strong corn flavor, which is overpowering, hindering the flavor of the dip. The Truffle Carbonara is also great, rich in truffle flavor! I just can't have too much of any truffle dishes personally, so it is a good dish to share!
We always have a great experience at Cane Rosso! Favorite salad is the Capra Stack and all the pizzas we’ve had are great. You can get a 50/50 pizza, so we usually get a half red half white – Billy Ray Valentine / Honey Bastard is our favorite.
Great food and extraordinary service. We went to Cane Rosso during the yearly Carrollton Festival which made it busier than usual. Despite it being busy, our waiter, Damian, made our dine in experience exceptional. He was attentive, customer-oriented, and even took time to engage in some good conversation. We'll definitely be back soon!
Fernando did a great job! He kept our drinks filled, was sweet to John Henry, (our Golden Retriever Birthday Boy), and generally made it a fun celebration for our family!
Very pleased with my overall experience. For an appetizer I got the zucchini and artichoke fritters which were the perfect way to start the meal. They were perfectly crispy while still moist on the inside... the dipping sauce complimented it very well. Everything was reasonably priced and tasty! Both the "Farmers only dot com" and "Paulie Gee" pizzas were amazing. I swapped the soppressata for chicken and it was just as yummy. The spiked sangria had just the right amount of alcohol with great taste.
Food was excellent and the service was even better! Really fun patio atmosphere as well. Fernando was a great server and super attentive!
Went to Cane Rosso in the evening and had a great experience. We got an awesome National Pizza Day deal on a Honey Bastard and a Margherita. Our server Fernando and the manager Matt were both very attentive and made sure everything was perfect!
The food was so good. Even my 6 year old niece loved her food. Will be coming back. Ellie was a very informative and a efficient server. The service was great!
Can’t complain! Gabbi was great. The food was amazing. The only reason why I gave it a four star is because we had to send back the pizza because the jalapeños on it were SO spicy. I don’t know where they got those jalapeños from but holy moly! We thought it would be for flavor. GabbI was totally cool about it and super accommodating. They have a great drink menu as well. We had the lemoncello margarita, the sangria, and the honey basil smash… all were fantastic!
The restaurant is a loud atmosphere of amazing people, from the manager to the server FERNANDO!!! We had the spinach dip and two of the house pizza, Hot Bastard and the Crab Rangoon. Yummy but had to get a to-go box because between the 3 of us, we couldn’t finish it all in one sitting. We will be coming again!!
My wife and I enjoyed the focaccia. It was soft, delicate and the upgraded ricotta cheese was a treat. The pizza took a while to come to the table. It was a Wednesday night and just a few tables occupied. We weren’t sure why it was taking so long. The server apologized so I assume it was a holdup in the kitchen. It was worth the wait. The pepperoni was crispy and the pesto was phenomenal. We added garlic to our pizza and it was an explosion of taste! Overall a great experience but best to visit when you’re not in a rush.
Lure Ball Bites — Today’s Catch: After four hours on the road dropping my dogs off at camp, Cane Rosso felt like the perfect Pokémon Center stop to end the day. The Star Wars theme adds some fun flair, but the real charm is the staff. I walked in on them snapping a group selfie, and the energy felt like a happy party right before a Gym battle. The team member who helped us order suggested going half-and-half, which was a clutch move that let us try both the CBF and the Cane Rosso pizza. Between the two, the Cane Rosso clearly landed the Critical Hit, while the CBF is a solid pick if you’re cool with pesto leading the move set. Great food, great vibes, and a place that makes pizza night feel like a repeatable quest I’m excited to come back to. 🍕✨
Great food, kind staff, wonderful atmosphere. Really enjoyed everything. Order anything, the whole menu is amazing.
The staff was so lovely and our pizza was incredible. As a first timer, I can't wait to go back again.
It was a pretty busy Monday since it was happy hour all day and they had the $10 Honey Bastards. Everything went great! Service was on point. Fernando was our server and he made us feel super welcome. Overall, such a good vibe and definitely a solid experience.
Excellent pizza, salads and starters. I tried the pizza of the week at the servers suggestion-it was excellent and something I would not have otherwise tried. There’s a very nice wine list and also no alcohol cocktails. I plan to try the gimlet and whiskey sour in the future. It gets busy so I dine out early. The meatballs are also excellent and I just have them without the bread. Lucky me I live around the corner so I walk to the restaurant in Carrollton.
It is always a great time and absolutely delicious pizza at Cane Rosso in Carrollton. We were there again last Saturday with a large party of 23. I have never seen anybody handle such a large party as well as Gaby did. She accommodated all our wishes and food and drinks were always on time. Tha k you for the great service.
the food was so so good and our server Fernando was very friendly and nice and checked on us a lot, and everything came out so fast. he def made the whole experience way better. definitely coming back. 😁
I stopped in last Saturday night to grab a pizza to go and had a cocktail while I waited. Shane and Patrick were great. Even though the place was super busy, they handled everything with such a calm, friendly vibe. It honestly felt like being welcomed into someone’s home. Can’t wait to come back and try another pizza. 🍕🥃
Brian was our server yesterday. He was fast, efficient and also running the entire establishment yesterday. There were 3 servers on staff during lunch. He managed to be the food expeditor while also providing us exceptional service. My friend and I came in and ordered the Lunch Combo. What a great deal as you can choose between the pepperoni, sausage or margherita pizza with a side or salad or tater tots. The pizza was fresh and delicious. The tater tots were crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. Don't forget to order a side of their amazing ranch to dip!
Cane Rosso is just the best! Food is artfully crafted, service is exactly what one would expect and atmosphere is adaptable to the time of day and the present crowd. I ordered the prosciutto and arugula pizza, beau ordered pasta of the month for June— mushroom gnocchi + add on chicken. Flavors are immaculate!
Absolutely loved our visit! The waiter was incredibly sweet, polite, and informative. The appetizer was nice and cheesy, and the little candle with the string lights gave the whole evening a romantic touch. Our pizza came out fast, looked amazing, and tasted even better. Service was attentive and quick, overall a wonderful dining experience!
A solid place to go if you’re craving a higher end pizza with some unique flavors and combinations! The staff is great and restaurant can host large groups so it’s a great place to plan a get together! The price range is a little higher but the food is great! I highly recommend the honey bastard pizza and the Crispy Brussels was a delicious appetizer!
The best pizza in Dallas without a doubt. Had just a pizza and some fried cheese nuggets and it was divine, perfectly baked pizza in a brick wood fired oven, amazing crust, perfect dough flavor, that pizza is made with passion. Drinks were just 2-6$ during happy hour on a weekend. Pizza was 16$ I guess, but on weekdays happy hour margarita pizza is just 10 which is a steal deal for sure. Will definitely bring all my friends and family again here.
Gabriela was awesome! On top of everything and food was great. Great costumer service after we didn't get our appetizer. Try and get seated with her!

Best pizza around! Love the atmosphere and love the different varieties of pizza. The reason I don't review more is it takes too many characters.
The pizza and tiramisu Freaking delish! Waitress Elizabeth was great. Cool bar set up and music.
All dishes great! Best pizza in town!\nFriendly, people oriented staff! Sometimes parking is tough!
House salad and pizza were so delicious and waiter was attentive and provided excellent, friendly service! I had the Cane Rosso pizza.

Went here for Mother's Day brunch, everything was great, we sat outside our drinks came quickly I had the chicken and waffles, could have had more chicken but the syrup was delicious. Husband had …
This was my first visit to this restaurant. I ordered a gluten-free Margherita pizza with sausage and spinach as add-ons. The pizza was okay. It is difficult to find a good GF bread alternative. My son ordered a Billy Ray pizza and was very pleased with it. The waiter was very friendly, but when it came to the dessert menu he recommended that we order a particular dessert. Once the dessert arrived, he realized that it totally had gluten in it. He offered to have it returned to the kitchen, but my son decided to keep it and take it to work the next day. The atmosphere was a bit loud for me at times. If we visit again, I will probably order something other than the GF pizza.
I would say do a reservation because when I got there around 5 on a weekday they were a bit weird about letting me know I would only have 45 minutes to eat before the next reservation came in. But the server was great. The food was very surprising. I really enjoyed the pasta and the pizza. Pizza is thin so you won’t get too full . And the pasta was very flavorful. The beer was the coldest I’ve had around here. Would def come back!
Nice restaurant with awesome food. Visited today and tried their famous wood fire Owen pizza... It was delicious 😋 Good hygiene, in kitchen and tables. Our server didn't seems welcoming to us, because she greeted customer on next table much better way and enthusiastic. Not sure why? Pet friendly place, though it's outside seating but good. Enough public parking near by.
Tried the pizza of the month, fiesty Luigi, see picture. Tasted like Italian sandwich. Good but not great. Stick with honey b or need to try the magnificent b!!! Update July 29, their service has gone down. The pizza quality is not the same. Pizza of the month lacked balance, too rich with cheese, nothing to cut the fat. Downgrade to 4 stars.
I am giving a 4 star review because the food is always fantastic at Cane Rosso in Carrollton but, the service is hit and miss. We arrived around 6pm and waited about 40 minutes for a table which was fine. The food is worth the wait. The server brought the wrong drink but made it right when I reminded her. We ordered the crispy Brussels as an appetizer but found out a bit later that the Brussels were sold out so we didn’t get an appetizer. A little slow on drink refills as well but the place was packed. We ordered the pizza of the month which this month was their take on a “French onion” style pizza. When I tell you it was one of the best pizzas I have ever had I mean it. We even ordered another one to go. We also had the caprese chop which is always a tasty salad and it is hearty. Shareable for sure. The truffle carbonara pasta dish is also hearty and delicious. I recommend this restaurant when you’re in the mood for some excellent pizza and/or pasta.
In town for business after long day and stopped in for early dinner. Greeted at door and quickly seated at bar. Not busy... Server was great and went over happy hour specials. Decided on Capra salad and Emma pizza. Salad came out promptly and was delicious! Dried cherries and goat cheese was great flavor combination. Seated at bar so great view of pizza being prepared and cooked in wood fired oven. Nice char to crust and sausage and sauce were great. Staff were friendly and provided great service!
Had a girls' night here a week ago and it did not disappoint. My husband and I used to come here frequently, but restaurant had changed and it was no longer our favorite, but after girls' night, I feel like we need to add it back into the rotation. Food was fresh and delicious. We shared a bottle of wine and our server, Patrick, took great care of us and checked on us often. We will 100% be back.
This Cane Rosso has a nice date night vibe to its atmosphere. My friend and I wanted to grab something to eat and decided on cane rosso because the service is fast for a brick oven pizza. The pizza did take a few to arrive but because we ordered a ceaser salad we weren’t in a rush for the pizza. Everything was hot, amazing and fresh! The best hint of spices to the pizza that kept me wanting more and the doughy crust was splendid. The service was good but could be better. I was first sat right next to a party when there was more tables available around the room. I asked to be moved and the process was seamless but it did feel weird to be sat next to a large group. We also didn’t get a refill on water till we had to ask when signing our check but other than that a nice place to get pizza.
Came here to say to grab a quick lunch after a workout the food was just as good as I remember. I opted for a chicken parm instead of pizza so I could get a side salad as well. I couldn't even fini…
Very spacious restaurant and has good parking for a Friday afternoon.\n\nWe got the cast iron spinach dip which I feel didn't have enough spinach. It was pretty creamy and cheesy. The overall taste…
ambiance was what we expected... 70's themed rustic vibe.\n\nSoft pizza crust; light on the toppings; marginal (lengthy) service.
Food is tasty and area is quite cute. Plenty of parking. Service was a bit slow on the day we went, which was a Friday.
Used to be one of the best places in DFW for pizza, then abruptly changed their menu and ingredients at the same time they raised prices. Quality of toppings greatly deteriorated.
We had the build your own pizza, spaghetti and a child's spaghetti. The pizza, I'm sorry, I was not crazy about. It was wet and very thin. Luckily my 93 year old dad doesn't eat much and the consistency was good for him. And I understand Spotting the crust to show the oven cook but it tasted too much burnt. What rounded up and saved the evening was the tiramisu, that was delicious, much so that I didn't get to take a picture. Lol it's a great thing that they help our four footed animals, that is the humane thing to do.
Only 4 stars because the food took FOREVER, over an hour and 30 minutes. However, the pizza was amazing. I recommend the Cane Rossa.
We usually like the food there, we’ve ordered delivery a couple of times usually hit or miss to be honest. Last time they sent us burnt pizza, the other one was slightly undercooked too. The fact that they would send obviously burnt pizza is pretty disappointing. But when not, Burnt pizza is pretty good.
Got the Chicken Tikka pizza takeout. Flavor was good. After the first few pieces it seemed to droop between my fingers more than most pizza. It seemed the crust was underdone. Was too hungry to notice at first. It did come out really fast, but no one was there either. My first time. Will try Frisco. From reviews seems like a one off.
The food is AMAZING! The service - (hey siri, what’s the opposite of amazing). The service was pretty rough. I’m typically very understanding of slower than normal service and give waiters a lot of grace. You’ll notice there aren’t any photos of the pizza; that is due to us being so hungry after waiting so long to order that we immediately had to dig into it without thinking about photos. But this visit, it took 15 minutes to get a water. I again would understand if it was crazy busy, but it wasn’t very busy at all. After getting water we ordered some appetizers, they accidentally rang us up and brought out an appetizer we didn’t order. Luckily they comped it. It then wasn’t until we had finished eating all of the appetizers that the waitress visited us again to take our pizza order. At this time, we asked for some extra chips for the artichoke dip. We didn’t get these chips until after the pizza arrived. Some people at the table never got a refill on their water. Again, I understand that waiters have a lot going on and usually never blame them for bad service, but with it not being very busy so I am a little more critical this visit. We still tipped decently well, but hopefully this waiter will do better next time!

I came here for the Margherita pizza, which I heard is better than Cavalli, and I was disappointed. They're super busy with loud music and lots of drinks. That's not my type of scene, but I was just here for a carry out, so not such a big deal. I didn't get an ETA on my order so had to ask, but it didn't take a long while. Now to the actual pizza. It was mostly dough. They really skimped out on the sauce, which actually tastes quite good. I couldn't believe there was literally not one piece of basil on it. How do they call this authentic? Then the crust itself was compacted rather than fluffy and soft on the inside with some air pockets. The outside of the crust lacked the char I got at Cavalli plus wasn't crispy or crunchy enough in general. So, I can get a better Margherita pie at Cavalli for $9 whereas it's $15 here, and the extra 67% is not worth it at all. Save yourself some cash and have a better experience by going to Cavalli. It's the best I've seen in DFW so far for an authentic Neapolitan-style pizza.
Food was good but service was horrible. Apps arrived timely, but waiter didn’t come back and we had to ask the hostess for a waiter to take our order. Our entrees arrived 1 or 2 at a time, 20 minutes between the first and the last. When the bill arrived, we were charged for extra bacon when we ordered no bacon on a pasta dish. Poorest service in memory.
We typically go to the one in Arlington but twice we happened to be in Carrollton and decided to go here... About a year ago we went for dinner about 4 pm we walked in and it was more than half empty but they told us it would be a wait.. another couple came in behind us and were told the same thing.. after about five minutes someone came up and told both of us they could seat is immediately but we needed to be finished in 30 minutes because they had a big party coming.. we both agreed and they sat us across from each other and it took ten minutes to even place our order and we joked we might be able to if we could get any service... None the less we were both rushed and when we left there was still no large group and it was half empty still.. fast forward to this past weekend.. we are in the area again and swing by... The main dining room was 90% empty but the back room to the left was slammed full with a large birthday party... They sat us inside that room with the large party and they were all standing and hovering around our table as we were sat right in the middle of their party... They had to move all the presents they had stacked up next to the table we were sat at and two ladies were actually using the table we were at to hang their jackets and purses... It was utter chaos.. we finished and as we left the main dining area was still 80% empty... No clue the logic but we won't return to this location again.. pizza is great though!!!
Visited this location last night. We were a party of 7. Hostess was very kind and accommodating. Our issue was with our server. He seemed great at the beginning but service gradually declined. Even tough this place was promoting their “February Menu” they were out of Calamari, out of Rose Wine ( all of them) food arrived cold after 40 min. We had to ask for silverware, napkins, kids drink refills and so on. We visited the location at the star back in December while it was incredibly busy their server was charming and attentive our food arrived quickly and hot! Their manager kept approaching tables asking if everything was alright. It’s a bum because this location is closer to us, but we will not return.
We had a 6 top for a birthday celebration. Our server brought out pizzas, then later brought out the appetizers which...is weird and wrong. We all had precisely 1 drink because nobody ever came to refill our waters and sodas. (Literally the entire time and we were there from 625 until about 815) We sat from 7pm to 745 with people coming and going with ZERO service. Its like we did something wrong, we were so confused. I finally went to front to ask manager for help, which i hate doing having been in service before. I'll eat the wrong food. I'll sit. I hate to complain but geez. I'm still so confused what happened. How can 6 top sit for almost an hour with no service?? When I talked to manager he was lovely. Made sure we got boxes to go asap. Overall, we won't be coming back or recommending to others because the whole experience was just weird. Paying full price after sitting that long, with food coming and going randomly... not even a "happy birthday" for the celebration. It just doesn't sit right with me. Give the girl a free slice of cake, apologize? I don't know. Anyway, art on wall was cool. Parking was easy, the lot was large. You can reach several pokemon go stops, if you're into that.
Good pizza but absolutely terrible at on time carry out orders. We’ve had problems for the last 5+ attempts. Never on time, and has been as late as 45+ minutes past committed ready time. Today it was 15 mins late on an order placed nearly 90 mins in advance. Apparently the pizzas were ready on time but the kitchen items — a salad and a kids meal — were the hold up, because by the time the whole order was ready, the pizza was cold. Not worth it.

Awful customer service. Placed an online order. Was informed to pick up in 30 minutes. When we got there we're told order was not ready. waited another 30 minutes and we're told it was being worked…
So sad. Food is great, they just can't handle the demand. I ordered, paid and waited forever for my pizza and salad. I left with nothing. When I asked my server to please put the order in again, ob…

Took an hour for our food to come out. Server told us it was due to the amount of orders that were ahead of us, but multiple tables that came in before us got their food before us and some were even done before we even got our food. Terrible first time experience, definitely won’t be back.
came in on a monday when it was not busy party of 4. sat down and wasn’t attended for 20 minuted while we watched several customers come in and get seated and served immediately while we were ignored. terrible service off the bat and the menu was super small.
Update again: went back after years another disappointment. That's the last time, never going back.. Update: I am updating my review to 5 stars due to management's response to my initial review. They were extremely professional and offered a well-baked free pizza to make up for it. Good job Previous review:After waiting in line during covid-19 years and being told that a Margherita pizza takes longer than others to be ready, that's what we got for my kids.
The baby changing station in the restroom of this place should meet safety, cleanliness, and comfort standards to allow parents to change their babies properly. The changing table is literally disgusting, filthy, and it’s also falling apart, making it impossible to use because it’s completely tilted. I’ve been coming to this restaurant for several years, and I’m very sorry to say that the quality of the food and service has gone down drastically. I don’t think I’ll be coming back
Service is awful. We’ve been sitting for 15 mins. No server approached us. 4 other parties came in and they were served before us. We were finally approached after 20 mins. We ordered Zoli pizza, Bolognese and Chicken Alfredo pasta. The pizza was exceptional. The hot soppressata balances the sweetness of the Italian sausage. The Bolognese pasta was meaty and flavorful. The Chicken Alfredo is OK. While we’re eating, the server approached us several times to ask if we are ready for the check or if we want a box. We feel very rushed. We don’t plan on coming back because of the poor service even if the food was great.
I had dinner there tonight and was so excited because I have heard raves about it. I ordered a plain pepperoni pizza and had a couple of glasses of wine so I spent almost $50. With tips. This was the worst pizza I have ever had. It was so thin that I had to cut it and eat with a fork and none of the pepperoni stayed on the pizzas also, the dough even though thin, had to be cut with a knife. Also the crust was not just dark but burned. The black thing on my plate is the burned crust and this was leftovers that I brought home.
