It had been a while since I’ve been here! The remodel is fabulous. The staff is friendly. Staff was constantly moving, getting the orders out promptly. The manager Lee was making sure everything was correct on the orders and helping his staff as needed. Glad I came in to eat!!
Quick and fast service. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was apologized for being out of biscuits. And asked what I wanted to substitute for the biscuits.
I was just passing by and make a stop in this Mcdonalds. The place its very clean and the crew members were very friendly and very fast. I will recommended if youre in a rush.
The morning crew here is pretty solid. More often than not, the McMuffins are crispy, the coffee’s hot and I’m always in and out of there really quick.
Everything was great. I just wished the employees wore hair nets and maybe wash their hands between each job task. Very nice and attentive employees though. Yes I was very observant 🫣
The kids at the window need to to better. The boy who gave us our food was great and very nice. But the other one need some work. I told them I was missing a big Mac the kid with glasses came to the window and told me it was in the bag. I told them I got one but not the other. He went back to talk to 2 people and then came back and told me again it was in the bag. Again I said no I only have 1 and we ordered 2. Then tells me to give him both bags. So I did, and then he asked me in a way that sounded accusingly if I was missing the other burgers as well. Again, said no just the Big Mac. After having to repeat myself 4 to 5 times they finally brought me out the food I was missing. But the fact that I had to continuously repeat myself to the same kid and then him acting like I'm trying to get extra food for free was a little ridiculous.
Fast food is one of the easiest jobs. Do better.
The employees are always arguing in the back. I ordered food on the app the other morning and when I got there they said they had none of my items… they said my money would be returned and never was. Then when I called to speak to a manager he hung up on me and never answered again.
Showed up at 10:45 they told us they weren’t serving anyone because they close at 11:00, maybe change your times to 10:45 so people don’t drive over there thinking you’re open.
Just went through drive thru. Ordered a Medium Grinch fry & a large fry with a double cheeseburger for my daughter. Get home & I get a bag with grinch seasoning but no fries????? Called 10 times to the store & not one answer.
Tables are either dirty or taken up by employees .. not many seating choices.. it's always freezing here too .. bring a sweater .. parking lot could use a better design as well .. drive thru cars make it so you can't park easily or leave ..
On Wednesday, the 21st, I visited the drive-thru to purchase two iced coffees. I only stopped because the line was short, and I anticipated fast service. However, the experience was far from fast. I paid for my order at 12:15 PM and waited in line for approximately 10 minutes before the employee at the second window informed me that they were out of iced coffee… Although different coffees were offered, by the time I left, it was already almost 12:30 PM. Despite there being managers, a supervisor, and a general manager assisting at the front, the line remained stagnant during my wait. I can only imagine the wait time had I ordered food. Folks should really just take their business to the new Acosta McDonald’s up the road on Montgomery to avoid this mess..
Since when does a big breakfast with hot cakes come with a hamburger patty and onions. I always get a big breakfast from here and anytime throught my life and it’s supposed to come with a sausage patty!! No onions! Please retrain your team members!!
I ordered curbside, assuming it’s be done sooner. I placed the order at 12 got there around 12:30 it wasn’t ready, I waited for 20 minutes just to get my food. then they forgot my drinks, fries, pies, and sauces for my food. that is insane! I would not recommend this place to anyone. The only thing that was great was the young lady that brought us the food. she was understanding and did her best to get us everything we were missing.
This is the second time, I order here for breakfast, just make sure you check the food because my burrito was hard as a rock!!! So I don’t know how long it was sitting there on the counter but come on man throw it out!
I went by and ordered two meals and a McFlurry. Took long enough through the drive thru and when I got my food and I didn’t check anything f I just left. When I got to my destination and pulled out my food to eat One meal was right the other, no meat and had ingredients I did not ask for and it was a mess!!! I called the store for 10 minutes straight and no one answered!!! Horrible!!! I only gave them a star just to add this review, never again!!
Ordered my food for here with the manager and it's been over 20 minutes. I still haven't gotten my food when I've been the only oder on their screen the whole time. Absolutely ridiculous for a FAST food place. When I complained got my food in bags instead of a tray and they messed it up. This was the most simple order ever, everything plain and the kids just the meat. This should not have taken 30mins a fancy restaurant doesn't even take that long.
This happened last week but just now getting around to posting my review. I don't understand how this happens..believe it or not this is the second time this happens to us at a McDonalds. The first time was in Lytle. We are not eaters of red meat not even a little so after realizing what I was biting into I was grossed out & made me sick to my stomach. I did not call the place with my complaint not the first time or this last time because honestly I think if they're able to make a mistake this bad then they must be capable of spitting in someone's burger. I shouldn't have to worry about my family being handed food that may harm them. Trust lost customer lost.
Very rude customer service. The manager looker mad . I had to wait 10 min for a happy meal. Only 4 pc chicken nuggets. The manager was mad because I asked her twice what was happening.
