Went there for the first time had the cheeseburger fry and drink for 1099. It was very good. The burger was good. The fries were good. The iced tea was good. Good service as well.

Maybe I shouldn't be critiquing Applebee's on this visit, after all it was Veteran's Day meal and it was free, and I really appreciate the offer. However, I got the bacon cheese burger, and it was pretty greasy, flavorful but greasy. Thank you again Applebee's but I will try something else next time.

well the food has changed drastically thank you back to good food but unfortunately the atmosphere was that of a Mexican restaurant.... could have been anything in English and it would have been better but with this environment im going to a Mexican restaurant not Applebee's

I will start off with the positive, and that is the atmosphere. The service was subpar. I got the sense that the employees didn't want to be there. The buffalo wings had a lot of flavor but came out at room temperature. The chicken Alfredo was extremely dry as was the ribs. We will be back, but only when bottomless wings come back.

I ordered the nachos and they were the worst nacho I have ever had. Barely any meat in the nachos. The service was okay. The ambiance was nice, not a busy night.

*PAID 79 BUCKS. 1."Mom where's the cheese(four cheese mac with chicken)?"... awesome question son because I dont know. Really pricey...seems to get more and more expensive anytime we order. Even the deals for 20 always add up more than advertised.... 2.Weak excuse for oriental salad (dressings ok) and side salad was even more pathetic 3.sample platter is to be expected basic boneless wings + pretzel with cheese sauce( got charged for extra and didn't get extra cheese sauce) was ultimately what I ended up enjoying since I was splitting mac and cheese with no cheese. 4. Crunch shrimp were crunchy not soggy even after driving home. I got mashed potatoes but They dont have GRAVY !?! Hmmm 5.deserts were the Best part because they were all cold and pretty self explanatory. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AT CURBSIDE PICK UP was the only reason I didn't give 1 star. Thanks.

My wife got the prime rib sandwich it was so super thinly sliced and so super salty she didn't even eat it we ordered chips and spinach dip the chips were super burnt and very oily prime rib sandwich is definitely not worth $20 and do not bother buying it there's not enough meat on it for one and for two it's so salty I can't even eat it

Discovery Days

The restaurant was disgusting. The seats had food all over them. The food was cold and just looked gross. The steak was like rubber. The atmosphere was very depressing and the workers looked like they were very unhappy. We left feeling grossed out. We got out of there as fast as we could. I wouldn't recommend this location and won't be returning.

Horrible location! Lazy and not very friendly staff. And extremely slow! We made the mistake of coming back after the first bad experience back in August. I don't understand how they can be so slow and almost lazy, especially when it was so dead in there. They waitresses and servers spent more time socializing than helping the guests...

This was a zero for sure. Awful rotten smelling wings, cold everything, extra celery that is usually cut off and discarded. Talk about money for nothing. Applebees will be the next restaurant to fold, If they keep this up.

4 of us went for dinner and all had complaint like fries were cold, took forever to order but my complaint is Table was dirty, server was rude, order my steak medium it came rare and I mean cold, order broccoli but got green beans, order Cesar salad but got house salad. Sent steak back but by time I got it back everyone was done eating and as rude as the server was I was afraid to eat it.

My family and I recently visited this location which we often do. It was a Friday night, but not too busy. We were given terrible service. Our waitress started off by taking our drink in which my bar drink in particular was not available it took her ssveral minutes to inform me that it was not available when I ordered a new drink which again was not available it took her even longer to inform me, so I resorted to ordering a soda, and she just seemed very annoyed and inconvenienced by me. Are appetizer came out very timely, but as far as our meals two of my three children’s meals came out more than 20 minutes before the rest of the food. By the time, my third daughter’s food and my husband and my food came out my other two children were done eating. Our waitress never offered refills nor did she check on us, and upon filling out the survey at the end of our visit, I requested a phone call in which I received from a gentleman in Arizona, who spoke over me the whole time and his excuse for terrible service was that the server was new which means that upper management doing training Must be lacking the skills to properly train new hires. I hate to make these assumptions, but after speaking to the gentleman from Arizona, it was clear to me that the culture of upper management is not friendly. And maybe that’s why the server had a terrible attitude, the whole time even upon us leaving she walked past us quickly and said bye with a rude tone of voice.

Come for the atmosphere, stay for the food... NOT! First off, I got seated near a really loud family with uncontrollable kids.. I ordered the chicken tenders platter (comes with fries), despite what the picture on the menu looked like (I was being hopeful). I was even more disappointed when the actual plate arrived. The fries were ok, but the chicken was way ever breaded and even more over cooked (just shy of burnt). I scrapped off most of what I could to eat the chicken but felt it was a lost cause. I got about 50 percent of the chicken out.. This also came with coleslaw; that was a little wilted. The service was great, despite everything else. If you like screaming kids and loud families and mediocre food, this is the place for you.
