Ordered the Monster Munchie Meal. Monster Tacos had a little to much sauce on them. I did not get the Seasoned curley fries, that are supposed to be included in the meal.

Used to be my go to location since it was only right down the road, but the last few times going through the drive thru (varied times through lunch, dinner time and late night) the fries were either refired to make them hot again and way too crispy, or they were cold. Twice items were forgotten and had to go back to get them. The jr bacon cheeseburger has always been a reliable staple and they seem to be different patties, buns, or forgotten condiments every time now. Not sure what's going on or if certain times of staff are being trained differently but the consistency has made me take my business to the other fast food locations in the area. Only a few times have I encountered rude attitude but it seemed like it was because there was only one staff member and they were doing all of the work and it was a packed drive thru. Generally not awful. But also not good. It is what it is.

Used the drive thru for tacos. The volume on the order kiosk was so low, we could barely hear the order taker. The tacos were some of the best we ever had from Jack in the Box. They were crispy, and not at all oily. When we want tacos, this is the Jack we will head to. I just hope they get the kiosk problem fixed by then.

I haven't eaten at Jack in the Box for over a decade. My youngest sister let me know that they still served the Ultimate Cheese burger, which was my favorite, back in the day. So, I decided to order it along with the curly fries as a substitute for the regular fries a lemonade w/no ice. The burger looked like the size of a burger from a kids happy meal. The patties looked like one patty carefully cut in 1/2. The curly fries were cold and dry, like they were sitting from a previous order that may have been canceled. My family ordered curly fries as a substitute for French fries as well, yet they only received the regular french fries and was told it would be an extra charge. My curly fries was a combination of curly fries, french fries and a couple of waffle fries as well. Needless to say, This was a choice because it was close to the freeway and we were hungry. and needed some nourishment before we got back on the road to Arizona for my niece's graduation. They need Needless to say, I will not be going back there or to any other Jack in the box ever again.

When I go to this jack in the box it seems like they can never hear me on their intercom. Then they ask you how many condiments do you want. Then when you get home there isn't any condiments in the bag. Vero, always does a good job and I never have problems with her. But your other employees need to be retrained. Please quit hiring knuckleheads.

The service sucked. And I rarely give low reviews. There wasn't really anyone in the parking lot during lunch. Only one. Went through the drive through the person was rude didn't answer about a menu item. The prices were high. Ordered a cheese jumbo jack. Received no cheese. Never will go back. Fries were cold and stale. Thanks but no thanks for 31 dollars for nothing. Charged for a breakfast burrito meal. Given only the burrito. Tried to say something. They didn't care. So drink or hash brown.

I asked for no sauce got extra sauce. Got charged for extra lettuce but didnt get any. Then got curly fries soaked in oil not even cooked. I was on way home thought all would be OK but when I was ready to eat I wasted money on trash food thanks a lot for crap meal lazy workers!!

I ordered a 3 piece eggroll and I got asked if I wanted any sauces I said just a ranch and a teriyaki and the girl gives me two sweet and sours. She was too busy flirting with her manager so she wasn’t paying attention.

Order a ultimate cheeseburger plan and got a chicken sandwich with everything my curly fries where cold the only thing that was right was my hi-c orange but I ask for no ice and got ice 🤦🏽‍♂️ all bad now at work with no lunch to eat!!!!!

That Was the Worse Service ever especially they Messed up my friend order and they Charged Him twice for something that he didn’t ask for. Manager asked him to Pay again in order to correct their mistake I was trying to communicate with her in English and she talked with her employees in Español so I don’t understand how she became a manager:/ And here is the receipt as a proof. I will follow up with corporate regarding this issue.
