I've NEVER in all my travels seen a more efficient, upbeat, courteous, fast, and tasty burger joint like this. Fantastic service and very fresh food that's equally tasty! Not disappointed at all. Oh, and I think there was a concert somewhere tonight....drive through was full also....

This location is always packed the drive thru is out to the road. Even though its has a long line it moves fast. The employees are always courteous here. I have had my order made wrong but they do everything to make it right and apologize over and over. Keep up the awesome work.

6/6/2023 Topic: where is my extra onion? I bought food today (with a customer service issued card - due to a mistake on a previous visit. It was a simple mistake that seems to happen far to often… Extra Onion is the subject. I always order my burgers with two slices of raw onion. 8 out of 10 times they get it right. Today? They didn’t get it right. I had to laugh to keep from getting upset because I actually ordered my food inside this time. I figured there was no need to check the bag. Well, that was my mistake for not checking, as when I got home and open the bag… There it was - a single slice of onion. I just called last week about this and they sent me an apology and the client cards for a free meal. I literally used the free meal card to get a meal that technically would require I call again to discuss the very same issue. Well, this time I’m just going to post this and see if they reach out to me instead of me calling in and complaining. You’d think I was being petty but, just like any other person, you want the burger as you requested it. In N Out have great people and I know they are busy and work hard but I’d just like my burger to come as I ordered it. Let’s see if this reaches someone. 5 stars is not going to trigger a complaint to resolve but I’m curious if they read the reviews and will my complaint (within a five star review) be seen. Let’s see how long it takes.

I dont know how they do it! The place was completely packed and had a line outage door but we ordered and got our food in 10 minutes! Also, none of the food quality suffered due to being busy. All our burgers were as we ordered them. Even the girl sweeping the floor had a genuine smile. Great job to the employees. I

Road trip pro-tip: in-n-out has the cleanest women's bathroom available on the road, this location is no exception. It's great to be able to stop here, park in a well lit safe lot, relieve myself in peace, and get something to eat. They also are one of the easiest, cheapest, and tastiest gluten free fast food options available, so you can actually get a good meal in before getting gas at one of the nearby stations and hitting the road again.

Heading across the 10 from AZ to Cali. Pretty long drive thru line, but got it done fast and right. We were there around 2:30 and surprised how busy they were. Then it was over. We sat in the car to eat, which they always ask. We were traveling with our dog. Too hot to sit on the outside tables. Burgers were hot and tasty, like always. This time, the fries were a little more done than I prefer but still ate all of them

The drive-thru is accessible and parking is relatively easy. Sometimes parking and leaving your parking spot can be difficult with the drive-thru line, so just be aware of where you’re parking. Restrooms are relatively clean and the food/service is always constant! We stopped here on the Saturday after Thanksgiving and it was packed, but the nice part is people are literally In-n-Out and tables open up pretty quickly. And for how quickly the tables are turned over, the staff is awesome at cleaning up!

I've been waiting to go to in and out for so long over its huge popularity! This is my first time here. It was very busy but managed to order quickly and got a table. Restrooms were ok. Service was ok. It also came with unlimited mini green chillis next to the ketchup dispenser. The food was very delicious! The burger was amazing! The fries were ok and the milkshake tasted like a milkshake at five guys. It's even cheaper than five guys! Overall, worth all the hype! Highly recommend!

Everyone knows In-n-Out is good, but this is next level, easily the best I've had from the company. I got a 3x3 with grilled and whole grilled onions + chillies, light well fries, and a vanilla shake. What I appreciate the most is they actually took time to cook my whole grilled onion longer, thank you and keep doing that. Fries we're perfectly cooked and the shake was as thick as me. 12/10.

Fantastic. Even though they were pretty busy, it didn't take long to get our order. The food was great and the strawberry milkshake was perfect to wash it all down with.

This was my first time visiting an In-N-Out Burger. We stopped at a busy location during the lunch rush. There was a short wait for our food once we ordered. The food was made to order. It was hot when served and was delicious.

An oasis in the desert. On the way to coachella we stopped by to have some burgers and fries. The line moved pretty quick and nobody seemed fazed by the sandstorm going on outside. Everything came out fresh and sand-free.

We got the double double, animal style (comes with grilled onions and extra special sauce) and fries animal style as well (sauce, grilled onions and cheese). The burger was amazing, smash burger style, the grilled onions and sauce were amazing, the burn was perfectly toasted. The fries were cold and and flavorless even animal style. They were surprisingly bad. (Maybe we didn't get a fresh batch?)

Best burgers in the world. We’ve never had better burgers and animal fries. Visited from the UK in Aug 2023. Store spotless staff super friendly. We came twice during our vacation❤️

Our first visit to this location, and our first trip back to an In-n-Out in a long time (none for at least three states from our home). Always so great to see the staff working so hard to make everything right and keeping such a positive attitude. The restaurant was very clean and the crew cranked out over 75 in store orders in the hour we were there. Toss in the drive through, which was wrapped around the building both when we arrived and when we left and I'd guess close to 125 customers were served in that one hour. The tomatoes, onions and lettuce were so fresh and thickly sliced.

The place is always spotless, and the bathrooms well kept. There is a particular employee by the name of Jasica and I hope I spelled that right. She was extremely attentive to all of the patrons in the dining area. She even was bringing food to people and keeping a smile on her face. One of my best experiences at Inn n out in general.

The staff were very friendly and pleasant. This location was very busy. Plan on spending 15 minutes before getting your order. The drive thru was packed. I recommend ordering inside.

When you crave A REAL HAMBURGER this is the place to go. Yes, prices are higher so we just go less often. I believe we have gratefully discovered that BURGER KING also makes a Great grill fresh made burger for half the price.

Their classic cheeseburger and fries 🍟 are better than any other fast food burger 🍔 joint. You can always add complimentary fresh onions, if desired. A lot of people are unaware that they have a "secret" menu. Just Google it. Included on that menu are something called "Animal Fries" that are delicious! They are topped with melted cheese and special sauce. YUMMY!

This was the first time I visited an In-and-Out Burger ever. I went because my coworkers kept raving about it. I am from the East Coast so I never experienced it but when we went, both my son and I fell in love. The place reminds of the type of diners I have seen on television and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. My fellow patrons were cool too. Have you ever thought about taking this franchise north of you to the Seattle area? Just saying….

It's In N Out. You know what it is and what it is great fresh burgers and fries. The parking lot can get pretty wild being adjacent to the Ten. I wouldn't even try to Drive Thru after 12. Always worth the wait. Animal style. Well done fries. I wish they still did 10 by 10s though.

Truly amazing location! I've never had anything other than excellent, exceptional service and superior high quality food! Drive through gets quite crowded but you can always park in the vast parking lot at Walmart located adjacent. Enjoy!

It's not what it used to be. An order of two patties with two cheese on a bun made of onion costs more than an entire burger??? And they purposely didn't add the onion that the flying dutchman notoriously comes with??? Where's the sense these days smh. On top of that, they gave me fries that were so dry and hard that I couldn't eat them on my animal style fries. Took a video and called my bank to get the refund to save myself the embarrassment of people knowing I fell for such an act of carelessness.

And of course on our way out of Palm Springs and leaving our conference my buddy had to have one last In N OuT burger before he headed back to the Midwest and I headed back to Tampa. I grabbed some fries and a chocolate shake and my buddy of course grabbed a double with fries and coke. Absolutely love the service and the environment here. Always great chilling at an In N Out!

All In-N-Outs are busy, but THIS ONE is a whole new level of busy! Drive-thru line was constantly moving and never seemed to shorten!! 🍔🍟 🚙🚗🛻🚓🚐🚕🚗🚙🛻 We even had to wait for a table inside. Our food came out relatively fast 🍔 🍟 💨 even though they were very busy. The drink station as well as the soda fountains were so clean 🧼 👏 Amazing considering how busy this place was. Food, obviously was delicious. 😋 #2 no onion no tomato protein style with extra spread Parking can be limited due to the drive thru being so busy!!

I recently hit up In-N-Out Burger, and I’ve got to say, it was awesome! I ordered a cheeseburger and fries, both animal style, and the flavor was on point. In-N-Out was a must try on our trip to Palm Springs and it did not disappoint! The staff was super friendly and we enjoyed chatting with them. We tried the Double-Double both regular and Animal Style. They were both super good! The burgers were good quality for the price, and the Spread is delicious. The fries were also good, we tried them both regular and Animal Style. Their pink lemonade was delicious, and so was their strawberry milkshake. Overall we were impressed and satisfied!

I always wondered why there would be a full parking lot and a line of customers at an In-N-Out Burger when the perfectly valid fast food locations nearby were not at all crowded. A few years ago, I stood in line at one of these places and ordered a plain hamburger with nothing on it. I was not impressed. Today, at this In-N-Out location, I had a cheeseburger, animal style, with hot pepper. Animal style is a "secret" (not mentioned on the posted menu). It means that the burger is grilled in mustard and covered with grilled onions and very good pickles. This distinguishes In-N-Out from the other burger places. And the burger is somewhat better than the burgers at other fast food places. I don't think it's enough better that it justifies waiting in line when you can get instant lunch at the competing fast food places nearby. This place is kept clean and neat despite heavy usage. The parking lot tend to be full.

This In N Out was very clean, lots of staff, and we got our food very quick. BUT something was very off with the French fries. Double double was great for myself and my wife, but the French fries tasted off and were very crunchy. The color looked perfect but they tasted over done and were crunchy like chips. I asked for new French fries at the counter and they were nice and obliged. But aain they tasted off and were crunchy. Weird because normally In N Out fries are sometimes soft. 🤷

I love In-N-Out's basic menu, but I noticed something different about the fries. 🍟 they didn't look & taste like the usual freshly cut potatoes with little bits of potato skin on them. 🤔

This is a good burger joint. It is spacious and very clean for a fast food restaurant. The service is friendly, and the burgers are well prepared, but the fries are old and our food came out noticeably slow. The restaurant isn't that busy. So there are pros and cons. As a fast food option, this is a reasonable choice.

Definitely different from other fast food that I'm used to NY. The patty tasted so fresh. Try their Animal fries, it's chesse fries with some kind of sauce, yumm! Hot cocoa is good. They do not serve bacon unfortunately. Still worth to try it.

As always, great dining. The space is large and I have heard that the parking lot will fill up. There is an intricate drive through flow that you should pay attention to. I love how this is a new establishment with very friendly staff. The location is very clean and has not been scuffed and roughed with graffiti. The food, amazing. There’s plenty of outdoor seating and indoor seating. I highly recommend getting there as soon as it opens.

Had a dine in experience for the first time, very nice employees and got there early. The burgers were messy, but what'd you expect for animal style? Animal style fries weren't the best, the cheese cools and it turns into one large clump. The strawberry lemonade was far too sweet and artificial, but the shakes were delicious.

The burgers were so fresh, but the fries weren't my favorite. Ordered normally, they kind of had a texture similar to cardboard. Ordered "light," they were much softer but still not my favorite. An animal style burger and their homemade pink lemonade though? Excellent! And their #2, which is what I ordered both times, was under $10. Servers were attentive to make sure everything came out correctly! Atmosphere three stars because it's just like any other fast food place 😂

So normally I have nothing derogatory to say when it comes to in and out. I am a die hard fan and customer and have been for over 50 years but this was my second visit in as many days to the frank loyd Wright location and both times the atmosphere was diminished and depressing. Not one employee smiled the whole time we were there on both visits. What we did witness was kind of depressing and not what i am used to experiencing at any location especially the one I frequent almost daily.

The place is okay, it is inexpensive and good to go occasionally but I honestly just don’t understand why the drive thru is excessively long and slow all the time. The menu is very small so it is just a variation of the same thing, yet it has taken me up to half an hour to get a burger. I think dining in is faster than the drive thru but parking is blocked with drive thru cars as well so keep that in mind.

😔.. Having grown up going to In-N-Out, from SoCal to NorCal, like many other Californians, this In-N-Out is the worst one I've experienced. Staff is kind. But they get the orders wrong frequently. Another issue is the burgers are not up to par with other in-n-outs. Example- I asked for Extra Lettuce, pickles and tomatoes, yet I received literally one sliver of lettuce. Pic attached. (That is supposed to be a double double).. womp womp womp

I ordered 2 double burgers and 1 burger through the drive-thru, but when I got home and took them out of the bag, they had given me 3 burgers instead. So disappointing!

I have been to many In-N-Out locations throughout my lifetime. My husband even worked for the company for 9 years. We love In-N-Out, but this location's policies are terrible! They have associates acting as security guards at every door, and you can't enter without their permission. At the first door I tried to open, the associate had it locked and told me to use the other door. When I got to the other entrance, I found that the line to order was outside, even though it was so windy it felt like there should be a tornado warning! I looked inside, and they were not allowing any customers to wait in line inside the building. Every customer had to wait outside. They had two associates acting as security guards at the second entrance. Who knows what kind of havoc might have ensued if I tried to re-enter for a drink refill. In-N-Out is known for taking orders quickly, but this was the slowest one I've ever been to. They allowed one customer in every 3-5 minutes. It takes 30 seconds to take someone's order, so I don't understand why they weren't letting people in. I'll definitely be going to a different location next time.

Totally unbelievable I'm a In- N- Out honk, I love me some I-N-O ! But today I tried " the flying dutch sin" Yes it's a sin something so crappy would be served at I-N-O ! The "sin" consisted of two extra greasy petite hamburger patties with cheese, flanked by quarter size medallions of onions that didn't even cover a third of the burger, topped with a spoon or two of extra grease. It was totally disgusting and unedible. In an attempt to eas withe my disgust I reached for my favorite, golden brown extra crispy french fries only to find out that they were cold and coagulated. NOT HAPPY! I'll be back 😅😂

Stopped by this place for a meal on a road trip and I regretted it. I was so excited to get my fries but they came out very burnt. I returned the fries and asked if they could make another order of fries for me and they came out worse. The burger was not that good either. The fries really ruined the meal, I couldn’t even finish them. Wouldn’t come back to this IN-N-OUT location again.
