Opinions de Thai Noodles Cathedral City
First place in the US where the drunken noodles tasted like home (Bangkok). I appreciated that they did not add all the egregious veggies like most US restaurants do. They stuck to the same ingredients as you would get in Thailand. And the noodles were fresh, not dried. And they had the same condiments on the table that every noodle stall in Thailand has: red small chili in fish sauce and the green chilis in vinegar, which again I have never seen in the US. If I lived in the area, I would be going often, but as snowbirds, visits will be limited!
Really good Thai food! Most of the dishes can be ordered with a choice of meats but also with tofu or just veggies. The service is friendly and quick. It was not very busy when we were there (on a Monday night). This place deserves more customers.
Great food. Great service! I disagree with the one star reviewer who set-up an account just to leave one star review and doesn't have the courage to use their real name. The food is better with the new owners. Take out is fast and good!!
Best coconut mushroom soup in town. This mom and pop shop hands down beats the rest of the “local franchise” Thai restaurants that I don’t want to specifically mention. Their pineapple curry is delicious. So’s their spring rolls and also glass noodle salad.
Freindly staff. Good and welcoming environment. We had chicken fry rice, fresh spring rolls, beef salad, pad see ew. Everything was delicious and good. The price was not bad at all. Will definitely come back.
We went for dinner. While you don’t go for the ambiance the food is great! My husband ordered Pho and I got Curry. The Pho was great but the curry was outstanding. Fresh and bright with crisp beans peppers and peas. I would order again and again.
Great food. Very nice staff. Quick service. Will def come back
We went there in a 7 member group. There was only ine person who was waiting, billing..doing everything. He was super polite, patient and took all our orders very cslmly. Then the food came out. Each dish was perfect. Coming from bay area, where most of the Thai food has been americanised beyond recognition, this restaurant was a very pleasant surprise. All the dishes, were amazing. Even chicken popcorn was extremely good. Hats off to the chef. And the front desk.
Awsome place. Very friendly. Amazing food. Everything from the pad thai, cashew chicken,House Salad, and tom kha soup and green beans were so refeshing. Thai tea was perfect. Came here when i went to visit my grandmother. So happy my wife and i chose this as our dine out spot. Def will come back when we are in town again.
This was a delightful meal. Prices were reasonable. Quantity of food was good. Our table had a noodle dish, a fried rice, and a panang curry. All were good. This is easily one of the best two Thai restaurants I have been to in the Coachella valley. I will heartily recommend this restaurant to friends.
I loved my eggplant chicken! Very authentic! I’ve been to Thailand and it tasted just as good. The staff was very friendly too!
Best Thai Food!! Out-of-the-way, small Thai family restaurant in Cathedral City. Extensive menu, lots of delicious choices... you can choose a degree of "hotness"for each delicious dish. Friendly, quick service...inclusive atmosphere. They need larger, more comfortable space for the best Thai food ever!!!
A hidden little gem of a Thai restaurant, lovely food good prices fresh vegetables, nicely laid out menu, always a good value, never very busy, always quick service... We love this place, and I encourage everyone looking for Thai food to give them a try.
This the best pho in California! The broth is the perfect flavor and tasty. I come 50 miles just to come here.
Our favorite hole in the wall. love the Tomyum, they don’t get shy with the lemongrass! their new menu item chicken potato puff is amazing!
Small restaurant with great food. Only minus 1 star on atmosphere because of 2 tables being used for storage of to go containers and another for menus. Fast and really hot served food. Don’t be fooled by picture of spring rolls. They looked so good we dove right in before pics taken. Plenty of awesome peanut sauce for the 6 spring rolls. Cashew chicken #53 was plenty for two people. No charge for share plate. Several Asian beers and mixed drinks are available. Service was very attentive. Good value for amount and quality of food.
This place is a hidden gem for sure. Looking from the outside I was hesitant. Once we sat down our server was super helpful and attentive. My mom ordered the seafood pho, I had the green veggie and tofu curry. Then we split a papaya salad. The serving size was huge for Thai food and the papaya salad is a must. I really enjoyed my green curry, but we both really enjoyed the salad.
Ratings dont lie! Food is excellent and staff are so nice. Visiting PS, we came here twice.
I had lunch here for the first time. Ordered the Chicken Pho. It was very good. Glad this place is so close to home. Don't have to drive to Palm Springs or Indio for some good Pho. Definitely recommend 👌 will be back. Panakun was our server. Thanks!
I came here for dinner on a Saturday at around 6pm. There was no wait for a table. Food and drinks were very good overall. Parking lot got a bit full later on so I would recommend coming early.
I got the Basil fried rice spicy level 4. It was very delicious 😋
Okay, my 2nd visit. I had some Panang Curry Chicken, and my guest had a shrimp Pho. It was pretty tasty, only 1 server, but the place is pretty small. They also gave us a free Corn Tapioca desert.
Good pad Thai and peanut sauce ! I tried to use a promo code off website for free egg roll but didn't work otherwise 5 stars!
I just found this gem recently. Thai food that taste like real Thai. The size of restaurant is not big but the varieties of food are big enough. Fresh vegetable and ingredient. My American husband who is picky with oriental food likes their orange chicken. Lightly breaded but crispy. Recommend; fried tofu, fresh Spring roll, pot sticker, pink noodle, pork leg fillet, pad Thai and fried rice. I ordered take home pork fillet. The portion is so big, enough for a couple ppl.
Fantastic food, especially tofu spring rolls, pad Thai and chicken/vegetable pho. The peanut sauce is super thick and yummy!

Ordered chicken pho to go, genuinely some of the best food I’ve had in a while it was SO GOOD I vacuumed it!!
My husband and I have been looking for a really good Thai food in the area and we finally found it. This very small restaurant is big on flavor and service. On our first visit we had Panang curry with chicken, and pineapple fried rice with chicken and shrimp. Both were excellent, with leftovers for another meal. We ordered two large Thai ice teas. Large is an understatement. One would have been big enough to share between us. Service was efficient and friendly. We will be back -- often.
Absolutely the best red and yellow Thai chili. These people are authentic because they're Thai and they know how to do it and with the right spice level number three is awesome

I order from here pretty often. I can't say it's 100℅ authentic Thai food, however, it's definitely worth trying. I enjoy every plate I've tried from pad Thai to Tom yum Kai. All of it is pretty good. I recommend it if you need a Thai fix!
Decent Thai place! Cute little place with just enough decor to be a Thai oriental restaurant. We had the popcorn chicken for the appetizer, very delicious and addictive! We ordered the Pad Se Ew noodles and Thom Ka soup. Both were great, very satisfying, and filling. Points docked for only one server who had to handle all the tables and unimaginative and dated ambiance. Worth a try though!
Had pre order a seafood combination soup. Ready for pick up in 15 min. Fast service and tasty food. Will be back to dine in.
I actually really liked the spring rolls: large, packed with veg, shrimp and a very light rice paper wrap. I had the red curry (chicken) and it was on par with other Thai curries that I've had but nothing outstanding. Prices were quite reasonable for this part of the world and service was very pleasant.
A small but very good Thai restaurant, wedged between a burger joint and a Mexican eatery in the cirner of a strip mall. The food was excellent (Spring Rolls appetizer; Cashew Beef; Green Curry with combination chicken, beef, and shrimp), very tasty with the perfect level of spiciness. The waiter is very friendly. The place ranks "low" on atmosphere, but that's not why I/we went there (as others have also pointed out). It has the potential to become my new favorite local Thai food place to visit. Oh, wine is also served at the location; may be beer, too.
OK place to get Thai food. Nothing extraordinary, just average. Small portions compared to the price. The Pad Thai I ordered was pasty as if it had been sitting for a while and all the liquid was sucked up by the noodles. My friend's Yellow Curry had undercooked potatoes. Overall it wasn't bad but I probably won't go back unless I have to. I found other places in the area that I like better. Maybe early Sunday evening isn't the best time to go here. They did appear to have a lot of people picking up orders to go.
The food was very flavourful. I had the Tom Yum that was a bit sour compared to what I am used to, but it was still good. The service was great. They have Mickey Mouse cups and plates for the little ones, which i thought was a nice touch. The only negative was the portion size compared to other Thai restaurants. If the portions were larger, I would have given a 5 star. We will be back.
While the atmosphere was giving 1 star the service made up for. The meal was Kung Pao Chicken, I couldn't put my finger on what I was tasting. It was almost like the chicken was going bad and it was washed and added to the sauce to disguise it. The pan fried noodles were delicious to bad the portion sizes are smaller then what I expected for 15 dollars. The Thai Tea was a large serving, something that can be shared between 2 ppl. I wish the decor could've gave a little more, oh yeah and don't fill up on drinks because there's no where to urinate. Sorry folks no restrooms even for paying customers.

First visit and had yellow curry. The ingredients were better prepared than other Palm Springs Thai restaurants I've tried and flavor profile of sauce was very balanced. Only issue was I ordered mild and reiterated that 3 times. My mouth was on fire and had to dumb down the heat with mango. Based on reviews I'll give it a second chance however mild was not, hopefully miscommunication as opposed to inability to adjust spice level! The good chefs also have days off!
Just ok. The Thai iced tea was good as well as the Tom Kha Soup. The Pad Thai was ok, cc rot for soke. Of the noodles weren't cooked all the way (still hard). The service was good enough. I ate outside because the inside smelled like cleaner.

Got the Panang Curry at level 5 and they gave me a bowl of yellow water. Second time I've ordered that and got the same thing. Not as good as it used to be. You won't have a hard time finding a seat and the service is quick, so it has that. Appetizers were okay, but I was so disappointed in my main dish, I just payed the bill and walked away after two bites. Can't honestly recommend it after that.
Been coming in here for two years used to have the two sons running it, it was fantastic. Sitting here now writing a review, food is mediocre order a Tom Yum soup I don’t know what I got but it was far from being a Tom Yum soup. Food was out brought out on time. I got served rice that I had to wait 15 minutes before I got the curry to go on the rice. This place has gone downhill.
$10 for 2 fresh salad rolls, with a half of a shrimp and a bunch of lettuce, no slice of pork and no vermicelly noodles... Not a fair price in my experience. The peanut sauce was good. I'll stick to Vietnamese, it was convenient and I thought I'd give it a try...NOT.

.:I asked for a Thai tea, no ice, but it tastes watered down... I was more than happy to tip for what I asked for... but something told me not to by the time I got there & I am very happy I didn't... & the food is okay... it just doesn't live up to my Grandma's homemade food... but nothing will... the different types of curry she would make:.
Just order delivery but the delivery service found the store is closed.
Worst pho I think ive ever had. And extremely overpriced. I ate 3 bites and had to throw it away, which was a waste of $25.
Ordered 2 noodle soup and spring roll Received only spring roll Called the restaurant nobody answered my question
We were told by the hostess online orders were overwhelming their system. So she politely told us to leave and not sit down.
