Love this place. James is one of the greatest bartenders I have come into contact with. Definitely try and come in on his nights. There’s a difference otherwise. He makes the entire experience just so much better. Great drinks and great atmosphere.

Attended a gig Whiskey & Kniives. The place very cozy. Staff very friendly. Reasonable drink prices. What I really liked was the water station set up, so you just help yourself, very convenient so you dont have to wait on a glass of water, especially here in the desert, got to stay hydrated while drinking your favorite Cold IPA...

Bar tender was dressed in a 3 piece suit, to make for a speakeasy vibe. The cocktails were nothing special unfortunately, but it was nice to pop into a locals bar walking distance from the place we were staying at.

Bar tender was dressed in a 3 piece suit, to make for a speakeasy vibe. We went in. We have NEVER been. Waitress comes up and goes “I’m not serving you guys, my bartender pointed one of you out and said ‘absolutely not’” completely mistakes us for someone else. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Immediately just said “get out” we were in for 2 minutes, have never been before. Very strange. My friend pointed out said “I’ve never been here?” She goes “ha ok goodbye, get out” just kicked us out for mistaking my friend for some stranger. Again, our first time ever entering, never been here before

The late night bartender, 11pm to 2am at 1/8/26 -  1/9/26, for barely an unexplained reason cut me and my friends off after just 2 rounds of drinks while we tried listening to music with drinks at 11:30pm just because of 'who we knew/associated with'. Extremely unprofessional and terrible service.

I went one time and there was some tall girl named Liz that works there well she was very very rude !! I definitely will not be going there anymore!! If you don’t want to feel uncomfortable I suggest you try your luck with another bar to avoid this rude girl.

Manager was extremely rude, never going there again. Just disgusting behavior as a human. Mind you, I used to go there A LOT. Once I was treated so poorly, decided going there was not worth it.

My friend annd I gave her our ID’s annd she asked for a second form of ID bc apparently my Alaska state real ID wasn’t good enough. After telling her no, most people don’t carry two ID’s, she said she had the right to and then asked if I was from here?? Girl, i have an Alaskan ID obviously I’m not from here…? I know you have the right to ask, it was just weird bc of the attitude and the fact that my ID is valid and I don’t have another form of ID. Definitely go here if you like miserable bartenders and a bar that smell musty and gross.

Horrible experience. Do not come to this bar. First off, it smells like cigarettes and is almost pitch black inside. Pretty sure it used to be an apartment building, due to a sliding mirror closet being RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BAR. On top of all that, The bartender was by far the most rude and ignorant person I have met in this valley (redhead middle-aged woman). Didn’t even properly greet us, and immediately asked for ID’s without even giving us a menu or simply saying hello. When we gave her our ID’s which are completely valid, she legit inspected it for over 2 MINUTES and then rejected them, simply because they “look different.” Keep in mind were all 23 years old and have Vertical ID’s. I have no idea how she was hired, wasn’t even able to inspect an ID properly and gave us an attitude the entire 5 minutes we were there. We just got up and left. Management needs to take a closer look at who runs their bar, because whoever that was doesn’t deserve to have that job,
