Hands down best McDonalds on the island. Wait is always super fast and the food is always steaming hot. Again, it is just a McDonald’s, but I’d pick this one over Shirley!

I have an autistic child & to be quite honest this is the only place that I can buy my son french fires that won't get him sick. Which means to me that they constantly change their oil. Thank you!!

Great food! Always great for a quick meal. Their chocolate milk shakes are the best! I love the big breakfast with hotcakes as well, along with a hot chocolate. Yum!

Went thru the drive thru around 5:45pm which I would consider peak time for dinner and I drove right up. There was 2 lanes to choose from. They had both windows open so I paid first with a debit card which made it contactless and I believe quicker. The staff was also friendly and confirmed my order at the pick up window which was smart. Definitely would recommend. 👍

Excellent McDonald's. Quarter pounder and big Mac fresh rolls great presentation. Looks like the picture. Service friendly. Seating and bathrooms very modern comfortable and clean.

This location stands out from the rest. Always friendly service from the professional team here. Superior food quality. I just had 2 of the most amazing Big Mac's ever. So fresh, full & scrumptious!

The food is great and good to eat if you are on a budget and the service is great there fast and quick handed and I really enjoy the place and how it looks I really recommend this McDonald's if you are hungry and live around here.

I come here often when i visit my family in the area to grab a quick bite to eat. Not a bad mcdonnalds, its alot cleaner and nicer than it was many years ago. Has 2 drive thrus almost always open, fast service, foods pretty good. Be warned tho, for some reason there burgers and frys are a little on the saltier side than other mcdonnalds.

McDonald's is not my cup of tea and it was my first visit in years. But if you're into fast food, then it's a good place for a quick bite. Clean with good customer service.

McD's is always a great place to stop. Clean bathrooms and friendly people. PS I always use a coupon survey on a receipt to save money.

I usually do drive through, but today I dine in for a quick breakfast, very clean , quiet and pleasant staff

One of the best locations on the island the wait to receive your order is less then 5 minutes it’s fast and convenient service if you through the drive through there are in fact 2 lanes to choose from

At arrival, staff took our order and was very polite. While paying the young lady handed my husband the machine to insert his own card to ensure no contact. Our food was ready once we arrived at the 2nd window. ALL food was fresh, hot, and tasty. This place is the best McDonald’s we have ever eaten at. We come originally from Queens, NY so we have been to many.

It's McDonald's 🤷🏻‍♀️ You know what you're in for. Good tasting, not so healthy food at a reasonable price.

I go to this micky d's every other day when im taking my afternoon walk. Its always nice a d clean inside. Easy to hit on my route home. Ive been ordinary the same thing since I was a young boy. Mcchicken medium fry and a sweet tea or coke.

The manager here Mature lady goes out of her way for anything for perfection ! She’s got her staff doing a great job ! If something isn’t right they gladly fix it ! Polite nice & now I go here every other day for something even just a drink or coffee ! The burger in Shirley are chard so are the buns management horrific ! Over here they are just right ! I gotta say this location thumbs up ! They are caring ! Customer satisfaction customer comes first here!!

On 6/23/23, I came there after work around 11pm ish and the person before me had ordered 5+ large meals, Eileen and the entire night crew worked proficiently as a team to get the line moved out as quickly as possible. While watching them through the drive through, I saw a lot of good communication between staff! Very remarkable! :)

Standard fast food. It was served quickly and courteously. The establishment was nice and clean.

Stepped in feces and urine in the bathroom. Told management and it was cleaned immediately. I loke the kiosk server but they never refill tge table indicators.

Front end staff could be a little more friendly and attentive. Food was delivered correctly as ordered.

Clean quick and friendly. Clean bathroom. Table service most of the time I’m there. No waiting at the counter.

I vastly prefer this location over the one slightly closer to me in Mastic; the franchisee made nice interior design decisions and I really love using the new Kiosks because it gives me time to parse the entire menu for the 3-4 vegetarian options on the menu without the obligation to immediately place an order; had only previously seen that in the city.

I always order through the app and it does speed the drive through up a bit.

Food is good or like any other. But service could have been improved. The front desk cc reader does not work, at least more than a week now. Want to place order with human, but often times they not present. I frequently goes to these places due to occupational hazard. If anything improves, I will update my review. Btw English is important.

Messes up orders all the time. Always have something broken or not working or serving at rhe time. Breakfast all day they don't honor anymore like they should. Just not the best McDonald's

Shirley is better. There is always a line here and they usually get the order at least partially wrong. Though they are pretty nice

I'm not that big on fast food, once and a while it's good, today was a good day. The egg Mcmuffin with Orange Juice and Hash Browns was right on time and the service was good. This was at the Center Moriches Micky D.

This used to be an excellent location. Every McDonald's on the east coast are starting to fail miserably in every area. Bad reviews on most, not ONE response from management or the owner (s). Absolutely a disgrace. This company is going down hill qwickly. They need some lessons from the Hardee's burger chain which blows away McDonald's food, employee quality and cleanliness!

It's McDonald's lol. It's pretty basic there's no fun play place for the kid's here. Most of the staff is nice however there's one woman who seems to have an attitude for no reason and she's extremely hard to understand. It's ok clean wise although the table we sat at I had to wipe it all down from ketchup and other stuff all over the table. On the plus side they have antibacterial wipes available for you. They also have ipad machines to put your order in and they bring it to your table :).

Drive through line was long so I went inside. Unorganized inside with what seemed like 1 person handling inside pick up window, the only open register and taking drive through orders while fixing receipt printer. Took forever, no longer "fast food"

Staff don’t greet you, they don’t even acknowledge you unless you wait a few minutes when they stroll to the register, I get it, it’s not an ideal job but come on now, say Hello, How may I help you? or something showing that you give a shit.

I used to love coming to McDonald's for a cheap bite, now its just as expensive as the diners near me. By myself I can easily spend $20-$25 and that's going to get my myself. Even their value menu is $3.39 for a mcchicken, and the quality of them has gone down significantly. Occasionally when I do order, half the time my order is correct, the other half it's wrong. When it's correct atleast it's hot and tasty. But when it's wrong, boy it's wrong. Cold, wrong order, can tell they're in a rush. If they go back to their old prices, maybe it'll be decent again. For now, You're better off going to a diner or regular food place. Quick service places aren't what they used to be.

Always gets the order wrong, no matter how times you repeat it. Even if it’s right on the receipt the foods always wrong. Fries are also cold everytime you get it.

Food value poor quality pends on each item. Incorrect order poor organization skill numerous wrong orders.

Mcdonalds food is amazing and all but the atmosphere while working there was terrible. Did not feel heard at all and definitely was not treated equally.

We came in the drive through and the lady on the speaker says “are you using the mobile app” we said no and then she just stayed silent and so we thought she didn’t hear us we say “no we’re not” she goes waiting for you,I work in fast food I would never even say that to someone,ever super disappointed in the service we received

The girl who works the cash register at the first window has a big attitude problem and is a liar. I ordered one burger at the drive thru. I saw the total and got out exact change. When I pulled up to the first window to pay she told me my total and it was higher. I told her that when I placed my order the board told me different. With the dirtiest look on her face she proceeded to tell me that the total on the board doesn't include tax. What???? I payed the extra amount but will not be going back.

The manager is extremely rude and argumentative and the person they have at the window who takes the order does not understand English fluently. The manager came on the speaker and was very rude and argumentative I thought he was a kid when I pulled around to the front window he was a grown man just looking to argue with customers instead of trying to make me happy. I don’t go to McDonald’s to be argued with I come to this McDonald’s every single day at least four times a day for my coffee and breakfast for my grandchildren I am disgusted with this McDonald’s! Big Mac was cold. French fries were also cold. Ketchup packets had sticky stuff all over them. Happy meals were wrong. Not a good visit and it wasn’t busy.

Monday morning at 8:30 am.... No one at counter, no one visible from counter , when employee did walk over I asked for a medium coffee with 9 creams. I got a medium coffee with 2 creams and an inch of space at the top, he didn’t even fill the cup up... he had walked away from the counter so I had to get his attention again.. I said “are you kidding me, you didn’t fill the cup.. is this even 9 creams?”... no lie he’s under the impression that 2 on the cream machine is for medium and dispenses 9 creams 🤦‍♀️.. I asked for more cream and he pressed 2 again and handed me my coffee back. ... so 4 out of the 9 creams I asked for and he still didn’t get it..... TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!

Girl at drive up should not be working in anything customers service. Completely unprofessional and just rude. Management isn't any better. I would expect a little better for Center Moriches but guess you will just hire anybody to fill a position there. The attitude comes with your meal at this location. Avoid it bc they aren't concerned with fixing it.

We got very sick from eating here the other night and it was horrible. We get McDonald's all the time and when I tell you we were so sick food poisoning sick. I happen to be a nurse. So that's all we had a few double cheeseburgers and a 4 piece chicken tender and a drink and was beyond sick. Maybe proper handwashing ...idk all I know I was beyond sick!!!

They never fail to F*** up your meal everytime. I don't eat fast food much, actually the last time I was there was about 2 years ago because they don't give you your meal, today I decided it would be nice to get fast food, well right at the window wrong sodas and no frys. Don’t buy the cinnamon roll. They are good at most McDonalds. But the one I purchased in Center Moriches was like a rock. And when I complained I was verbally assaulted by the the lady at the drive through and then the manager.

I will never go back to this McDonald's again they charged me for sauce after I spent over $50 dollars. I'm a long time customer and have never been charged for sauce. When I asked the Manger about the charge he was rude on top of it. I will now give my business to burger King instead.

i order online and i order 3 mcChickens and my 3rd one was under cooked it was gooey all around i couldn’t eat my other chicken bc how nasty it was. they had me pull up to the side and i’m guessing to make them fresh i always go there and this is my first time with a problem never again. as a fast food worker this is the nastys thing i saw only took one bite good thing i looked after i took a bite otherwise i would be sick.

Wish I had seen reviews on coffee. 2nd visit and coffee Latte was sweetened after ordering no sweetners or syrups the first time and second time tasted like cleaning solution. Will never be a third time. You are the worst coffee lattes anywhere. Also had me wait on side for just a latte. Seems weird but what do I know.

Don't buy coffee here. Bought a coffee and it was weak. Did not had that coffee burnt taste like other locations. It was like drinking hot water and cream. 999 Montauk Highway location makes it way better.

I ordered food for pick up via app as I normally do however this time I chose the location I was closest to (626 montauk hwy Moriches) instead of the one I frequent (971 montauk hwy Shirley). This was a terrible Liston my part. When I arrived to pick up my food I was told my card declined. I saw the charge was already taken from my account so I told the window person and he said to move up to the next window and they’ll fix it. Ok. WRONG. The person at the second window said they couldn’t help me although they could see my order and name with the food right next to them. I went inside where I waited an additional 5 mins for help . After telling the person my issue, he got who I think was a manager (short round young woman who may or may not have been pregnant not sure) with different clothing but no name tag so I’m not sure. She could see my order, my name, and my food but could not give it to me because of “system issues”? After offering no solution, she had the audacity to ask me to “step to the side so she could help the other customers”! I was in shock with no food and wasted money and time. I will NEVER recommend or visit this location EVER AGAIN.

Made an order thru McDonalds app and staff treated us that we are scamming them. we had proof of the ordered and got billed to my debit bank account. very unprofessional staff and manager. I will escalate this to the corporate and complaint about this. there is no point using McDonald App if they are not honoring my order. what a shame!

Hamburgers use to be much better for a McDonald's,must pull to the side and make sure order is correct and , hence make sure you got what you ordered, no longer go to that particular McDonald's

I’m not even sure why I still go to this McDonald’s in the morning. I usually frequent it for a “fast” breakfast but the last few times I’ve gone it’s taken 10-15 minutes or longer to get my order. I only get a god damn bec bagel in the morning and nothing else! Hire more people or train your associates to be more efficient. Knowing how corporations work though I wouldn’t put it past it that this location is just poorly staffed for those sweet quarterly gains. If this was a one time thing I understand, things happen, but when it’s a pattern there’s an underlying issue folks. Couple this with how pricey McDonalds has gotten in recent years it is no longer the value proposition it was once. It’s not worth it. If you’re gonna charge almost $15 for a breakfast meal at least be fast or at least be a higher quality meal. I wouldn’t mind waiting/paying more if the food wasn’t just your typical fast food garbage.

Sent my daughter in to grab food at 7:09 and I had to go in at 730 to find out wth was going in. I waited a 2 minutes for someone who worked there to actually come out and they had an order and I asked what's in it and she said "it's not yours" and thats when I politely said it could be my daughter's who's been standing here for 30 minutes patiently waiting for fries and 2 burgers... she said she would go back and get it and then another fee minutes go by and then finally she comes out with her food. Fries and burgers were room temp warm. Coming from working there when I was a teen, customer service is just lost. I don't understand it but I don't eat there in general so all it's done is given me more power behind my no's to my kids, the food is trash and so is the service.

Personally, if I get fast food, I’m never going to McDonald’s I love their fries. I love their food, but I’m tired when they get things wrong getting dirty looks and wondering why I have half my food missing and I have to sit and wait another 30 minutes. It’s supposed to be fast food.

If you want a cheeseburger in the afternoon, "please pull up and wait" for someone to bring it out to you. If you want a BEC bagel in the morning, "please pull up". Nobody in front of or behind you in line... "please pull up". There is never a time coming to this McDonalds where I am not sent off the drive-up line for even the easiest of orders. The slowest of all the McDonalds I've been to (and even all the local fast food places)... and that's not even mentioning the amount of times they don't get the order right to begin with! Takes twice as long as the Center Moriches Wendy's, costs more, majority of the staff seem truly miserable at all times, and there's always an issue. This location is not worth the stop.

Absolutely rudest drive thru person I’ve ever met at McDonald’s franchise. Told me “you’re not allowed to place 2 orders at a time”. Newsflash, I place double orders all the time at several locations. Especially with other people in the car, who want to redeem their own points and purchase their own food. Do better !

If there was an option to give zero stars I would . Not to Happy with this place I'm sorry . I saw people being treated differently and some people being treated as favorites not right. Place also has a toxic atmosphere. To many on break at the same time or not paying attention and on their phones. Place is being ran very poorly needs better management. To many mistakes also with the food unless it's because barely anyone can understand English not really sure what the problem is but all need to get their act together.
