It was very clean but my burger was slimy and smelt of toe jam. ( not trying to be passive agressive) I got soda and I mated it was flat and yucky. The good thing was that it came fast. Bathrooms were horrendous. I would recommend for a fast bite and a little clean. Pls use febrezz. Bye thanks for the meal

It took 40 minutes on the drive thru for several workers to get orders done. This is by far the WORST McDonalds I have ever been to. They did not even give me a sweetened iced tea with light ice. They gave me some tea with lemonade or orange juice with absolutely no ice. All my food was cold once I got it. These workers dont give a hoot about how much time they are wasting and it really shows. My happy meal had the little fries upside down in the box. They could not even get that right. They did not give me the honey mustard I ordered with the meal either. The only thing done correctly was a bottle of water. Do not ever go to this McDonalds. Unless you want really bad quality service, really long wait periods, and what you never ordered, you are better off going to another one 10-15 minutes away. This location is bad. Their workers should just all be fired for how poor they work as a team. Being a 24 hour McDonald’s only works when you have actual workers. Not some lazy Gen Z'ers who put zero effort in their job. And before the owner of this Google page responds back about sending feedback from the direct website about my experience, I’ve already done that. So your generic response to my review won’t be necessary.

I have been to at least 100 McDonald's restaurants over my lifetime but this place takes the prize for the worst McDonald's restaurant ever. They consistently get your food order wrong and if you place a delivery order, and file a claim, you'll get back pennies instead of what you're really owed. Absolute scam! This is also a McDonald's that doesn't seem too concerned about quality employees. A girl working the drive through had a massive hickey on her neck. Try finding a clean table to eat your food. Absolutely nasty. Try ordering food for pick up off McDonald's App, where you get freebies and deals. EVERY TIME MY ORDER IS CANCELLED before I get to the store. Another brilliant scam. Too many other McDonald's around to have to deal with that kind of bs. Once I establish which corporate entity owns the McDonald's on Suffolk Ave. in Central Islip I will make sure I order from different owners who CARE what they're restaurants are doing!

Literally a bunch of kids just fooling around doing the much but there job. They made us wait for almost 20 minutes and never got the food then I called they said they would prepare it again and then came out with literally have the stuff missing. One of the guys signaled me to come inside making me get up bc I was correcting there mistake. And I was so chill about it to for him to make me get up and go inside. And when I get inside he disappears and I’m waiting there for 5 more mins till another guy asks me what I need. Literally such a wasteful experience

Waited over 45 mins to get fries. Pull up to the window and i saw all the worksers joking around and vaping. I asked for the manager and a guy came and said he's the manager (Lashawn) and his response was "you should have left and we are under staff" if you want to vape do it away from the food. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! BUNCH OF KIDS GETTING HIGH!!!! Do not go to this location.

This location sucks the the kitchen ladies mess up my food every time I order through the DoorDash app I always get no pickles or ketchup yet every time is has both they give you no sauce sometimes even when u have nuggets my special sandwich is also not labeled with white tag like it’s supposed to be because I modified the sandwich to my preferences that I PAID for and lastly the store is ran by poor management who isn’t apologetic ur better off going to the islandia location or the Brentwood location although they’re owned by the same person Huntenterprises to be exact Donna’s employees at this particular location definitely don’t care about they’re job they always have an attitude

Guess it’s really not worth it coming to mcdonalds here. You pay the same price you would at any other McDonald’s except here the food is complete trash. You get told they are out of a certain product and then they turn around and sell it to a couple of customers after you. I ordered chicken nuggets which may just as well be made out of cardboard because they were dry af and I ordered a blueberry muffin which was dry as well, tasted like stale bread, lastly I ordered a holiday pie…. They gave me one that said “enjoy by 10:15” which was a whole hour and a half before the time I had it. They gave me a replacement and it was equally as dry. This McDonald experience was complete trash.

Just waited in line for over 30 minutes and ordered a deluxe quarter pounder with no onions. This is what we got... "no pickle, add pickle, Xtra American cheese". The sandwich came with two bites already taken out of it! We're in the middle of a pandemic and they're serving half-eaten food to customers. Unbelievable.
