Came here with my wife for our anniversary and had a great experience. The vibe is really nice low lighting, modern, perfect for a date night. Food was on point from start to finish. Steaks were cooked perfectly, oysters were fresh, and the bacon wrapped scallops were. Instead of bread they bring out a French fry flight with different sauces, which was actually really good and different. Service was top tier. Our servers were super attentive and the manager even stopped by to check on us. Once they found out it was our anniversary they surprised us with a little treat, which was a really nice touch. We’re from Staten Island and will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Very nice restaurant. The food was great, the atmosphere was comforting, and the service was amazing. Our waiter James did a great job with everything. He asked if any of us had any allergies and also gave us complimentary items. We all had a great time.

Last night my partner and I went to to Bourbon Steak after not being able to find a last minute Restaurant to seat us. We showed up over 30 minutes early and they let us in early! The ladies at the host stand were so extremely polite. We were seated in a beautiful both in the corner had an amazing view of the restaurant. The service from our waiter was really great other than a few miscommunications (over the french fries and not asking to pack up leftovers so if u like leftovers definitely ask!) ALSO the fries were served instead of complimentary bread so u dont have to ask for them and they were amazing!!! All of my food was delicious I had the ceaser salad, truffle mac n cheese, and mashed potatoes while my partner had steak and ceaser salad with me. He said his steak was cooked perfectly he just didnt care for the fatty parts, for me the potatoes and ceaser salad were actually perfect no notes however the mac and cheese was very different from anything ive ever had before because the noodles were baked standing next to eachother (see in picture) me and my partner enjoyed them very much! And they dont like truffles so if you like mac and cheese you’ll probably still love it! Overall the food was delicious, the atmosphere was so beautiful, and the service was amazing I can’t recommend enough if you like steak or American food. Also we saw someone getting engaged and it was the highlight of our night!!

Dino our server was excellent! His menu knowledge was incredible, and he was extremely friendly and attentive. The food was fantastic, some of the best steak i’ve ever had. Special thanks to Dino and the rest of staff for making us feel so welcome!

Nice atmosphere, love the low lighting perfect for date night. Servers go above and beyond, the manager even stopped by and asked how our trip was going. I had two lovely servers bring my husband and I a little treat since they knew it was our anniversary. The entire staff was 10/10, even the food runners made a good impression. The food was delicious and I would most definitely recommend the bacon wrapped scallops *chefs kiss*. We are from Miami, we were only visiting NY for the weekend, but our server told us they also have a location in Miami!! Super excited to go that location now.

We had an incredible dinner! The caviar Twinkie was a unique and tasty bite. The oysters were great. Steaks were great and soups and sides were delicious. Instead of bread service they greet you with a French fry flight with three delicious dipping sauces. The atmosphere is sleek and beautiful and the menu offers a great mix of traditional and trendy items from land and sea. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved our experience here! The ambiance is relaxing, relatively quiet and comfortable seating. Our steaks were perfectly prepared and each accompanying dish was phenomenal. We particularly enjoyed the truffle pinwheel rolls and the beignets for dessert, which were great for sharing. We will be back!

My husband and I decided to pick this restaurant because of the reviews, menu and sophisticated design. We were greeted and brought to our table within minutes. We had the friendliest and professional servers to assist our table that night - they checked in often in between courses and also recommended one of the best desserts we’ve ever had! Hands down, one of the best steakhouses in NYC.

The star of the evening was our server Marcella who treated us like royalty and made us feel so special. She made a very big deal about our twin boys' recent college graduation and was so kind and friendly. I would come back just to experience her excellent service, Food was very good but steaks were a little under seasoned. The onion rings, fries, and mashed potatoes were notable. The Somm steered us away from a Brunello for another Tuscan wine that we didn't really enjoy as much nor did it match his description. Not sure why he pushed it so hard. Overall, lovely experience that I would recommend.

We had an incredible meal here. Everything was fantastic from the moment we sat down until we left. We spent over 3 hours at the restaurant and it felt like it flew by! Our servers were attentive, charismatic, and kind, and one of the managers and chef even came over to introduce themselves and ask how our experience was. Highly recommend!

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic and beautiful! We chose it to celebrate our engagement, and the team truly went above and beyond to make our evening special. The atmosphere is incredible – a truly high-end and elegant setting. The staff is extremely attentive and made us feel so well cared for. They even surprised us with a bigger table and some complementary food items, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everything we ordered, from the classic Caesar salad to the perfectly cooked bacon-wrapped scallops and the absolutely delicious steaks, was phenomenal. Seriously, it was some of the best food I've ever had! This restaurant definitely made our engagement celebration unforgettable.

Beautiful restaurant with an awesome and friendly staff and amazing food! We came in for a date night and had a wonderful experience. We started with the bacon wrapped scallops which were one of my favorites. We shared a steak and some side. The mashed potatoes were just heavenly. So light and fluffy! The truffle Mac and cheese was amazing as well and the presentation was awesome! Also get the pork chop! I came back on a separate visit and the pork chop was my favorite! Savory and sweet and extremely tender!

Prepare to spend $300-400 (with~20% tip) for a nice dinner for two. Some of the best food I've ever had at a steak house. Steaks near perfect. Baked potato and crispy brussels sprouts excellent. Ceaser salad very good but very overpriced at $24 for literally 8 leaves of romain, each barely the size of playing cards. Also, biggest issue of the night was waiting over an hour for the steaks to come out after the appetizer arrived. We knew something was screwy because our servers kept peeking out at us and the look on their faces told us they new they messed up. Offered us complimentary glasses of champagne when they saw me checking my watch which was nice. All that being said, still one of the best meals I've paid for and the staff was still kind and attentive. 4/5 overall, definitely recommend and would go back again.

Place is gorgeous! Worth a visit for the interior design alone, it’s giving luxe mad men vibes. Kicked it off with oysters which the server talked up, but they were some of the worst we’d ever had. The size, the taste, the overall experience was not of the caliber we expected of $6 a piece oysters. After expressing our disappointment with the oysters the server kindly comped up, which we greatly appreciated. We had the prix fixe, a few of the dishes were delicious, but a couple of others including the steak were overly salted. The saltiness of the steak made us question its freshness, but it wasn’t terrible. Funny enough the corn soup was one of my favorites. Not sure if I would rush to dine here again anytime soon, but had a pretty good experience.

When we arrived to check in for our 8pm reservation they said they checked us in and that it would only be a minute. 20 minutes goes by so we go up to check with them and the girl goes oh nobody actually checked you in its gonna be another little bit. no apology but okay fine. After another 15-20 minutes we were finally seated. so around 40 minutes after our reservation. When we finally ordered it was very underwhelming. The French onion soup was very good, the broccoli cheddar soup had a floury taste. The truffle bread was mid not very strong of a truffle flavor. When we finally got our steak it was okay. For the price I would expect better. The steak needed salt which we had to ask for, one side was a little tough and the other side was not. The scallops were excellent cooked perfectly the texture was a little bouncy not overcooked. Overall the environment was nice very dark and intimate which I enjoyed. I would not go back.

Came here on a Saturday night. Marcella was absolutely wonderful! So kind and knowledgeable about the menu, truly a great waitress. Unfortunately, the food left something to be desired. Got the oysters, bacon wrapped scallops, rip cap, ribeye, and mashed potatoes as the side. Scallops and potatoes were quite delicious, however, the steak was severely underwhelming. Lack of seasoning, marbling, and quite chewy. Maybe order the fish or something else, wouldn’t wanna risk the Wagyu here. Additionally, cocktails were wonderful and extremely balanced and flavorful.

I visited Bourbon Steak New York, and honestly, it was disappointing considering the level of sophistication it promotes on its website. We sat for nearly 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. When we were finally offered water, it was served in basic glasses—nothing that reflected the elegance the restaurant claims to have. The steak was fine, but nothing exceptional or memorable. It came with a Caesar salad that was completely bland and lacked any real flavor. For the price point and the upscale image they present, I expected much more in terms of service, presentation, and overall experience. A place with that level of ambition should deliver much better.

It’s a very nicely decorated place, but sadly that was about the best part. It seemed like only the bar area was open for the lunch time. The main dining room looked stunning. I had the restaurant week lunch, and the food wasn’t great. They gave one small chip for two people, the salad was mid, and the burger meat was bit smelly for me. I ended up not finishing the burger. The french onion soup was great. Chips and french fries were bit soggy and tasted like they had been re-fried. The service wasn’t great for a such a highly priced restaurant. Maybe the lunch is just not well attended. They have five gender neutral toilets without a common hand washing area. For some reason, all the restrooms were full, and the restaurant had only two or three tables at that time. Even the guy who was waiting in front of me thought that was weird. I left after waiting. Unfortunately, I had an underwhelming experience overall.
