I don't think I have ever had a bad meal at this particular habit location. The young lady who manages this restaurant has done a fantastic job. All the people are very professional big smiles warm greetings and go way out of their way to make sure you feel like you are welcome. Big thumbs up

Went to this Hamburger Habit for lunch with my uncle and cousin. Ordered a grilled chicken salad with red vinegarette dressing, a grilled chicken sandwich on ciabatta bread with fries, a cheeseburger with fries and a drink. All entrees were prepared deliciously within 10-15 minutes after ordering. We enjoyed our lunch and visit while dining and will definitely return for future meals at this location.

Really good prices for fresh food. Everything is made to order and there are plenty of options (from keto to cheat day). Their peach ginger juice is pretty good. I will definitely be going back (especially for the $1 ice cream cone).

The Staff at this location is always friendly and fast. I always use the app to order my lunch and then swing by to pick it up. Thanks for the excellent service!

The char on the burger added this sublime smoky flavor, perfectly complementing the ooey-gooey cheese that melted right into the burger. Each bite was a party in my mouth, with the crunch of the fresh lettuce and the tang of the pickle providing a perfect counterpoint to the hearty beef and cheese. As for the fries, they were like little golden sticks of happiness. Perfectly crispy on the outside, yet pillowy soft on the inside, they were the ideal sidekick to the star burger. The fries were unsalted; I prefer them salty and crunchy, but easy fix. For a drink; I had one of their signature drinks, Strawberry Lime-aid- Yum! The staff were as attentive as a group of super-heroes, always there when you needed them, but without their presence ever feeling intrusive. I was impressed that one of the workers was checking on customers; offering refiles, napkins, sauces, etc. It was clear they had customer satisfaction at the heart of their service and nice to get the extra service at a fast food restaurant. You know what In N Out had so much hype around it but I think The Habit makes better tasting burgers. I enjoy eating indoors at their spots also. They have more side selections like onion rings or fried green beans. Adding mushrooms and avacado to your burger is always a plus for me. Not only that they give you top quality ranch(free btw) for your meal if you want and have a side of peppers to munch on with your burgers. From my experience the staff is always friendly they even come by to throw your trash away and see how everything is. I wish more people would support them instead of going for driver through joints.

French fries are very good. A little pricy, but very yummy. As a level about-to-be four local guide, I feel this restaurant is nice.

The decor centers around a coastal theme, and the seating in the restaurant is great for dining in. Really comfortable booths to sit and eat in.

Let me start off by saying this is me 3rd go to spot for burgers, but this time the service was amazing and the food was almost perfect. I am no picky eater but my bun was burnt. Besides that the burger was delicious. I ordered the double cheese with mushrooms and bacon, and let me tell you, it was some of the best flavor you can combine in a burger, imo. Try this place out, I promise you, you will not he disappointed.

Was recommended to eat here. I had always stayed away because I thought it was "pricey". Boy was I wrong not only is it more affordable than Carl's Jr. for a family of 4 it is WAY MORE DELICIOUS. I like The Habit Burger's charburger. The taste is good, and the ingredients are fresh. However, I noticed that they started charging 50 cents for an extra sauce. I don't understand why they have become so stingy.

The owners of this spot have no desire to be in the food service business. Always understaffed. Alway have to triple check your Togo. Wrong 75 percent of the time. You get your included dressing about 1 time out of 5. And when you ask for what they now charge extra for they get very affronted. If you hate the business just sell it

Yesterday, I was very hungry and did not feel like cooking so, I decided to pick something up. I entered and there was a couple ahead of me, so I had to wait about 5 minutes. After they were done, I approached the counter to place my order and I was not greeted. I proceeded to order an ahi tuna sandwich and a garden salad. Everything seemed to be fine until I was almost done with the sandwich and had to pull the wrapper down more, then I noticed that there was an area of the wrapper that had, what appeared to be black ink on it. I have been concerned about it ever since I noticed it, hoping I did not ingest any ink. I just wish that I had noticed it sooner so I could have returned it and possibly avoided ingesting ink.

Just order from Uber Eats instead of Onion Rings they put fries,never can get an order right

Big mistake to come here really bad service and cold food. Hamburger was raw. Waited 1hour for my food when they bought it to me it was ice cold. I will not be returning to this location again. Spent $60 for bad service and bad food.

Attitude of worker told me to use kiosk or wait for them to complete 9 order bias toward me but when other customers entered treated with respect and told them he would be with them in a few minutes may I add I'm African American didn't give me a top with my salad and didn't make salad until I approached the counter terrible attitude toward me as a customer

The service here is abysmal... for a single charburger you’re looking at a 20-30 minute wait for your food during lunch hour AFTER ordering, which is just insane. Not worth that kind of wait for fast food. I saw other furious people waiting outside because of this insanely long wait. They started angrily going inside and inquiring what was taking so long. I hear ya.

There is absolutely no excuse for an ubereats order to not be ready as soon as an uber driver walks in to pick up the order in a world where uber drivers are being paid $5 for the order. The wait time increases an uber drivers inability to make more money based on the lack of efficiency & accountability this restaurant is presenting. Uber itself is losing money & there's no excuse for it. The Habit needs to hire at least 1 employee that is educated & knowledgeable as to the dire importance of delivery orders being hot & ready as soon as a driver walks in to pick up. To force an uber driver to sit & wait is straight up destroying a sector of the economy that is supposed to be more technologically advanced than walking in to pick up an order. Please provide the same if not more respect for uber deliver orders and the drivers who are jeopardized due to excessive wait times forced upon by negligent and slow Habit employees.

I ordered a double char and a garden salad. That's it. It took 30 minutes to get called for my order. It turns out that I could've been called earlier but the staff mixed up the tickets . The burger was ready but was used for another ticket they were trying to call. When no one claimed it they double checked the tickets and finally realized it was wrong. I walked up to the front counter and my salad was sitting there. My burger that was used for another ticket was just sitting there. Both items were ready but I was not being called. Once I was called. I noticed my burger was cold. Terrible service. Staff seems lost. Manager no where in sight. Will not.come back to this location

Cerritos location 11257 183rd st. I have came across the rudest Manager ever by the name of Juana, I asked about my order and she was so Ghetto rude . Told me I need to be patient and wait, I asked for a cup for water and said she is unable to do that,made my experience more horrifying saying we don't have any water cups she had the worst attitude ever. Till this day I've been the nicest , I actually work in the same plaza , and I have gotten nothing but bad service from that person.

This place is downright disgusting and worst food I've ever tasted. Firstly, I ordered a cheeseburger but instead got a hamburger. This is so disappointing because I have been starving myself for the past 5 minutes. They also put KETCHUP on my hamburger!!! This is horrendous, who in their right mind puts ketchup on a burger??? Today is October 30 2022 it's 120pm . I order food for me and my pregnant wife ,using the habit app . So I showed up on time of the app, yet our food was cold and wrong. Trying to get it corrected was like pulling teeth , I was giving attitude regarding my order be cold and wrong . Not sure why this location is such an issue when it comes to customer service but ever time I do , there's an issue . Please address this issues . Thank you so much .
