came here with a friend. Good vibes. Good service. Food is phenomenal. I tried a classic burger. Fries crispy. Perfectly seasoned. Burger was cooked to perfection. Medium rare. Out door dining. Nice little shade provided by the trees nearby. Family friendly. Clean. I could go on. Coming next time and trying some of their signature dishes. My buddy got ribs and they looked amazing.

Always satisfied when I go here had Arcadia location closer to my home but was closed down. The food quality is always good, hot and severed quickly. Love the ribs prepared just right never over or under cooked. Aways watchers when I go to concerts at Cerritos Performing Arts Center.

I could eat here every week. The rib eye steak is wonderfully marbled and seared. The burgers are really good. The fries top notch, cooked well, and salted just right. Normally when you try a new restaurant there’s something you don’t like, a sticky table, slow waiter, bad food, no parking. There is NONE of that here. The waiter was quick and courteous, the margaritas were insane, and the food was amazing. This place is a gem and you need to check it out.

One of our favorite restaurants! The food never disappoints. BBQ you can sink your teeth into! ! Meats that are smoked to yummy perfection, dry rub that makes your taste buds sing, and a sauce that is worth the wait! Went here for my cousin's graduation dinner and I have never been and we were a party of four with no reservation. We didn't have to wait to get a booth, the menu was very straightforward and the prices were very reasonable. The service was great but I did have to remind the waiter about my refill. Soo many gluten-free options! We had a late lunch today and everything was amazing. We had a tri-tip salad, sirloin with mashed potatoes, and a combo of short ribs and brisket with baked potato and baked beans. All of it was delicious, and even better- Gluten-free! Our server Nick was great! He was knowledgeable, friendly , and on top of everything. I was excited to hear they're even had a gf chocolate cake for dessert-yum! My friend ordered the apple crisp and said it was good. The interior was rustic and charming, and t he prices were reasonable. We will absolutely return soon.

I tried the garlic rolls and wings for appetizers really good. Strawberry lemonade is really tasty here. Atmosphere and Service is top notch 👌 chocolate cake dessert is a must try and there sliders are also really good sweet but good. Place is a nice place for family outings and get togethers.

The food here is super delicious. I will definitely be back, 5/5 stars. The crispy Buffalo Cauliflower wings are amazing. This is located in a big plaza, there is plenty of parking. There is a wheelchair ramp to get into the restaurant. Some of the isles are also wheelchair accessible. I tried the loaded Mac and cheese, mash sweet potatoes, peanut coslaw. I recommend the Mac and cheese, and crispy cauliflower wings.

The steak melted in your mouth, so delicious. The ribs were very small and kielbasa was nothing to write home about. The mac n cheese and beans were good. The onion strings were too oily and fries a little too salty. I will be back for steak. Portions for bbq items should be larger for the price.

Love this place! It is always full so it seems a bit cramped on busy days but the food and service is worth it! If you're planning on visiting and you notice the kitchen is super busy I suggest getting your steak under what you normally get. The grill will be HOT. I normally get a medium cook but I like to get medium rare on busy days for the perfect medium! The BBQ ribs are also amazing.

WR was delicious with a comfortable atmosphere. Went on a Saturday around 5pm. Recommend making a reservation online or there will be a long wait. With RSVP was sitting within 2 minutes of walking in and checking in. Had top sirloin (well) with loaded potatoes no chives. Other party had fire roasted half chicken with fries and Ceasar salad $1.50 upgrade. Wings for appetizer. Malbec wine and WR margarita to wash it all down. Enjoyed and was full. Good service.

It’s situated just near the Sheraton Cerritos Hotel. So convenient for the guests to eat. The beef meat within the burger was cooked so well. And the smashed potatoes tastes dense. It’s a nice place for reunion with friends.

Our experience was pleasant and our waiter was helpful and respectful. However, service was rather slow. We ordered ribs, pulled pork, beef brisket, and beef ribs. We also had corn-on-the-cob, macaroni and cheese, mashed sweet potatoes, and baked potatoes for sides. In general, all of the food was good, not fantastic, but definitely good.

The experience here mixed but ultimately positive, there was a bit of a long time to queue into the restaurant though our party size (6+) was a bit larger than normal and we were there on a weekend so it is entirely understandable. The atmosphere was appealing and while most amenities were well-kept such as the bathrooms and immediate front area others were not like the table we were seated at which was a bit sticky, and plates which could have used a longer rinse and wipe down as one appeared to have been used prior to us receiving one. The food was plentiful but the variety was average, lots of garlic bread, portion sizes were fairly large for cost but seemed to only really switch out different meat types, soup and salad options were okay, sadly we only had an option of 1 soup and 3 salads all which didn’t seem particularly exciting but was enjoyed by other members of our party. Though our server was extremely thorough remembering every request given and giving some above and beyond service, we saw him a little too far between the few due to how busy he was. The actual meal we received was pretty decent, though the options available weren’t as wide upon initial thought. Initially I was going to give this review 3 stars but stellar service squeaked it to 4 stars.

We visited the day before Father's Day must have been between shifts. We were seated in about 15 minutes, server came and took our drink order and appetizers. Grateful that they were able to grab us a larger table within minutes. I ordered the brisket sandwich, thumbs down too much fat which I don't mind but no taste at all, don't order it. My daughter ordered a salad and asked for steak instead of chicken, we got chicken. Overall good experience, not great.

Obviously go for bbq or steak but if you're not a meat eater, the salads are okay. Service is good, it gets crowded, and the selection of food is decent for what the BBQ chain is. It is as advertised, a chain BBQ restaurant to bring your family to. No complaints but nothing to impress me either.

Nice service in a busy place. We didn't wait long to be seated, served, and checked out. The food was pretty good and large in portion, fresh and a bit ”unseasoned” (safe, I guess). They are generous with avocado and I love that! Really good bread and fries.

I was so disappointed. I ordered the ribeye. The most expensive thing on the menu. And the sides were separate. The steak was fatty, less and a pound if meat, undercooked and unseasoned. 5 of our 7 person party ordered the ribs. I should have followed suit. The ribs were moist, flavorful. Absolutely delicious. If I ever go back, the baby backs will be my choice too. The wait staff was awesome. The drinks arrived fairly quickly. If I hadn't been disappointed by my meal, I would have given the experience 5 stars. But my steak make it a 3 and I only gave it a 4 because of the other items and the fact that the waiters were so great. We had a party of 7 with 2 birthdays at our table.

The Restaurant is pretty big and has plenty of tables from what I observed mostly empty when I went on Monday at noon may explain. The place was a little cold 🥶 with its AC blowing cold which is good if it was a warm day but it wasn't on this occasion, but that was fine. The music level was also fair Food order: I ordered the plate that comes with 2 types of meat of choice🍖 and a side (ribs & tri-tip, mc&cheese), artichokes dip, and the ultimate burger 🍔 and fries. Personal food critique: The ribs had a nice crispy layer but a bit on the dryer end, they needed more sauce, I didn't ask for more sauce but I should have that was my fault. Tri-tip was cooked medium well just as I asked, the ultimate burger looked great, big fat, and quite delicious. The artichoke dip was good as well. I can't say that the service was best but it was fair. Our server would come by and ask if everything was ok and before I could say anything she would walk away as if the restaurant was full which it wasn't (did it 2 times) but if I'm honest the person I was with made the situation funny so we let it slide. My experience is generally catering or take out. Sometimes, if you order during a busy hour, the quality of food is not up to par. The tri-tip tends comes out a bit more overcooked than asked for.I recommend ordering rare. You can then pop it in the microwave to add some color for people that are a bit more particular. Generally, it's a great hit. The sides are always a home run hitter. The garilic rolls are everything you hope for. They were accommodating for pickup orders. They have to go order parking.The server comes out and brings the food to your car. They can also take payment from your car.

We were seated at 1:50, and didn't get our food until 3:15. Server kept forgetting to bring items to the table. Forgot the rules, forgot refills for drinks that he promised, and we almost had to leave without eating as we had an engagement at 4:00 p.m. which made the lunch a stressful time. I went there and ordered a Ribeye at medium. It was incredibly tough to cut through and had almost no marbling, which I almost chokes because I couldn't chew it. When the server came to check on me he saw I touched about 2oz out of the 14oz that was on the plate. I told him my issues, which he offered to give a $10 dessert in place of a $50 steak. I was charged full price for a steak I did not eat. He never offered to get a manager to find a satisfactory outcome. The next day I complained and talked to a manager, where I was told it is company policy for a server to get a manager for any complaint. I told the manager I want the check adjusted for what I did not eat, but refused to refund and gave me an offer to come back with an offer that would still require me to pay more!!! The manager added in that if the server had gotten a manager, then they could've taken it off my bill though won't do it now. Make sure you advocate for yourself, as the servers and management will not willingly help you.

So today I stepped into woodranch instead of my regular Stonefire grill. Ordered a bbq combo. Started eating my food and after a couple bites I noticed a tiny eye lash after contacting the server I noticed a longer hair stuck on the dipping sauce container. I agreed to a new dish to go because I lost my appetite. These people charged the dish twice and acted as they comped me for one. This is the last time a step into a woodranch...should have stayed my course to Stonefire Grill

Made a reservation on Sunday for my 93rd Mother's Birthday. We got there we were told we have to wait a hour. Also told no reservation on the weekend. My question is i called Sunday talked to a man to confirm it. Was never told no reservation on Sunday. Im pissed. We left and went to Panda inn.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. The issue was not with the staff, who were doing their jobs, but with management. The managers, Ivy and Ralph, were unprofessional and dismissive, and their attitude made the situation worse instead of resolving it. Management sets the tone for a restaurant, and unfortunately their behavior left a very negative impression. Because of how this was handled at the management level, I won’t be returning to Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill.

We love Wood Ranch. We decided to enjoy an evening here at the Cerritos location and unfortunately it turned out to be one of the worst experiences. We were charged extra on multiple items. We had to deal with 3 different managers to correct all the issues. It was insane that when we asked for the correction on the bill based on the error of the staff bringing the incorrect items they wanted to make us responsible for paying for their error. What's worse than that, each time they made a correction to the bill they added other items. I guess in hopes that we wouldn't notice and they could charge extra for food we didn't receive and to increase their tip percentage. BE VERY CAREFUL AT THIS LOCATION BECAUSE OF MANAGEMENT AND THEIR FRAUDULENT CHARGES!

I ordered the half chicken since I’ve enjoyed that dish several times before. This time the meat was dried out. The skin was a dark burned color. It looked like it had been sitting for a day or two. The restaurant should not have served it to a customer. I tried putting some barbecue sauce to no avail. I should have asked for a fresh half chicken but was with friends and family and so I didn’t. It was inedible. I tossed it. I probably will never try that dish again. Everyone else at the table really enjoyed what they got. I did eat three rolls and they were very good and fresh.

Work orders lunch from here every now and then and so I decided to jump in and join the party. This is my 1/2 size salad. It was $14. It has no protein on it. With tax and tip this was almost $20. With. No. Protein. It’s lettuce, cukes, four chunks of avocado and maybe a teaspoon of blue cheese. It’s in the same container as a side salad. If I would’ve known, I was ordering a $14 side salad I would’ve ordered a side salad.
