Had a good experience today, I ordered some kids meal tacos and the sides were very generous ... having some left over. The chips serving was also generous. (The picture is just 1 taco but the other looked very similar!) The workers were also nice!
Spacious, clean interior with pick ups available inside and outside. Ordered through the app and received my order promptly.

I had an excellent experience at Chipotle thanks to Liv! She was personable, engaging, and professional while also being incredibly efficient. They were out of chicken and steak, but she was so helpful that it didn’t even matter. I went with her suggestion of the chipotle honey chicken, and it was excellent. Customer service like hers is exactly what keeps people coming back. We often take time to complain when things go wrong, so I believe it’s just as important to recognize great service when we get it, and Liv delivered exactly that. She’s a true asset to the team!

A quintessential Chipotle restaurant. Love it. My only pet peeve is, they run out of fajitas often - so often that it doesn’t seem random. More of an issue with the facility management not having enough resources to prepare fajitas freshly. I think the manager needs to talk to senior management to get more resources but compromising on quality isn’t acceptable - especially for a brand like Chipotle.
I have always enjoyed the food here, and the chicken al pastor is one of my favorites. It is seasonal and definitely worth trying. Unfortunately, the portion sizes have gotten smaller, and it is a little pricey. The staff is usually very friendly and overall it is a nice environment, but the size of the portions is not comparable to the price point. I will still continue to eat here, but perhaps less frequently than before.
I ordered a chicken bowl and I think the tate is average, not very impressed but for the price and quantity I'll take it. What I like more is that the lady helped us with ordering was super nice. The dine-in environment was also simple and organized and I might want to try dining in sometimes.

Oh how far the mighty have fallen. Chipotle used to be a trendy fun place to get fresh food. Now it’s this …stale..missing half the stuff…sad looking place where someone just plots slop on your plate. Not going again. I gave this location 3 chances and they failed each time.
I used to love Chipotle for their reasonable sized portions. I ordered 3 bowls and one of them was significantly low on portion for meat and I hate asking. I asked the server and he said it will be double charge. Lol, nvm. Maybe it’s the new policy, inflation. Just raise the price please.
Same poor experience several times. Service is very slow. Even with a long line of customers one poor employee is building each order the whole way through. They serve really small portions compared to Chatsworth and Northridge locations. They also repeatedly run out of ingredients for the day long before closing. When I told the employee I was getting a bowl only half full because they were lacking in so many ingredients she didn’t even acknowledge my comment. Ultimately a management issue. They should make more food to avoid the issue, but when it does you teach employees to at least apologize. When 3 or 4 different things are out they need to post a sign or offer a discount or free guac and chips when all the the things you are asking for are out and your bowl looks empty. I have tried to give this location several chances because it’s more newly opened and very close to home. I only gave it a second star because the food still tastes like it’s supposed to.
Came in to get dinner at 8:30 and they were completely out of steak veggies and salsa, when they’re open for another hour and a half. The lady told me she was “not the Cook.” There was also a line all the way to the exit and while four people were working, only one person was serving food everybody else was keeping busy, not serving Or helping the poor girl. Very poor managed, and you can tell. There was no teamwork or organization. Definitely will not be returning

She left me standing at the window! Looked at me and left me there for 10 minutes even after I notified the doorbell that I was there. She clearly is racist and need to be fired ! Her customer service sucks and refused to give her name . This is the worst chipotle in the valley! BY FAR THE WORST ! Corporate really need to investigate this location
I come here time and time again because it is the location nearest my house however every single time I come I am extremely disappointed. This specific chipotle will serve you a bowl that is less than half way filled. I recently went back again this past Saturday at around 3pm and when I asked for rice the employee was so rude and said there will be no white rice. I asked okay well how long till it’s ready because I don’t mind waiting & the boy said “I don’t know there’s just no rice and there was nothing he could was going to do. I asked for a quesadilla and he left it in the hot plate and left, another employee had to help me and was so confused as to why the employee left mid making my quesadilla. I’ve had multiple bad experiences here.
Bad. Just terrible. I was so excited when this chipotle opened because it was so close to my house! That excitement quickly faded. I understand that COVID has left a lot of businesses in a lurch when it comes to staffing, but every time I come here there's an issue. Online orders messed up, ingredients old, cold and dry...today I tried to keep it simple and order a salad bowl. There was no more salad dressing because "the customer two before me took like seven" according to the server. Seriously?!? Goodbye forever, Chipotle. Can't do it no more!
Dirty tables and nearly half of the standard portions given for the same price as nearby Chipotles. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE or that half becomes a quarter.
I went to chipotle today. First of all it is not the cleanest. Secondly, they are always out everything. However, the cost of the bowl or salad is still the same no discount for being out of items. Then I wanted a salad and the lettuce was brown. This is the only chipotle I ever encountered this with. I really feel the franchise owners need to get involved. It’s a little ridiculous. Your better off going to Cava right next door because the food is fresh, the staff is friendly, and they have their sides in stock.
Untrained workers, more likely incompetent management. On my first visit, online order was not ready, had to wait 10 min outside the pickup window along with 2 other just like me. My second visit, salad dressing was not in the bag, had to eat salad without the dressing. My third time, when I picked up my order, I asked if my dressing was in my bag. Bag was taped sealed, she said Yes, very positively. I checked the bag and dressing was not there. Walked back to the store, told the lady, she said she was out of dressing, and I had to wait 20min If I want the dressing. Does that make sense in any which way kind of situation? I asked can you just give me any kind of dressing? She shrugged, I don’t know what that means, but not a great way to communicate. There is more to the story but will cut off here, hope Chipotle corporate sees this and make better cuz, you know what I mean, its lack of training.
WORST SERVICE! I ordered 2 kids' meals, in those kids meals portions were less and 1 portion was missing. Also, they did not give Apple juice and Fruits which I ordered with the kid's meal. I am a regular customer of Chipotle, but the Vineyard-Porter Ranch Chipotle is one of the WORST chipotle I have ever visited. Staff is not at all welcoming, not serious in orders (Online, In-person). All ways missing things. Guac (which is the signature for Chipotle) is either out of stock or taste less. Long wait time because even though you have many servers, only one will be attending the customers and others will chit-chat tr sit. Location is good, but owner should pay attention and change the staff, get the store manager, and set it right. I AM NOT GOING BACK.
Let me start off by saying, I love Chipotle. I go to Chipotle often. This was my second time visiting this location. Both times I was disappointed. The first time I went, my bowl was half the size of what I expect to get at Chipotle. I figured the first time was just bad luck. I was near the same location and decided to order on the app and pick up. The quantity was better, but my chicken was burned. It was dry and and hard. Unfortunately I was miles away a when I starting eating my bowl, so I couldn’t go back. I’m disappointed, I’ve never really had a bad Chipotle experience. I wish I would’ve seen the reviews sooner. Needless to say I won’t be coming back to this location.
Honestly, it was my own fault for not checking the reviews before my visit. Skimpy portion sizing, like the guy serving me put some back from my bowl. Service was pretty lame and nonchalant, and I got attitude asking for a little more of the add ons, like corn and cheese. Food looked like it's been sitting for a while. If you like Chipotle, do yourself a favor and go to another location.
Chipotle seems to have really gone down hill as of late, used to be my favorite spot in college. While the franchise as a whole has decreased in quality, this location stands out as bad. Servers are rude or completely disengage at best. The food seems like it has been sitting for hours and several items are just not there. The last two times we went there were no fajitas, we asked how long and the worker just stared at us blankly and finally replied, "were out". Complete turn off and unappetizing experience from what was one of my favorite burrito places. What was once fresh, delicious convenient and affordable is a depressing garbage nightmare now. Expansion isn't always a good thing. Sad, RIP Chipotle.
Wow I was going to check this place out, never been to Chipotle, but then I read the reviews, wow, thanks everyone helped me make up my mind. Also, I could tell that what everyone is saying is true because there is not even 1 reply from the management on any of the negative comments. Wow! Just an auto reply of asking them to sense their complaints to another website? Wow how lazy and uncaring can u get ? I'll just wait til it goes out of business and a better food restaurant opens up here
I ordered from this location and had a really rude experience and the portions were so laughable. Do not come here. I asked for more chicken and vegetables in a respectful way and flat out got told no, with no explanation. The girl that served me looked like she hated her job. They put so little and the quality of the food was not great either and was cold. I talked to two customer service reps to ask for my money back and they both kept giving me the same "we're sorry, we'll do better next time" response, and denied my request. I felt like I was talking to robots because their responses were so similar. It's also such a hassle to even talk to someone. When a business fails on their end they should take responsibility and make it right, which they did not do.
This is the worst, most inconsistent Chipotle in the Northridge/Chatsworth/Porter Ranch area. The portions are so incredibly skimpy - there’s no rhyme or reason, doesn’t matter if you order online or in person. Sometimes the rice is hard, sometimes it’s not. Sometimes the chips are stale, sometimes they’re not. We order the same 6 things for our family every single time. And with this economy and these prices?! Forget it. Parking sucks, too, good luck.
Went at 8:30 PM waited 20 minutes for the meat to cook and there was literally one person working the ordering station. Steak was finished but a lot pink and tasted funky and now my stomach hurts. Please fix your system respectfully because everyone knows this Chipotle location isn’t the best.
A bunch of teenagers here. Rude. One girl took 10 minutes to clock in and get our order. There was a guy that could’ve taken it and preferred not to. Then they forgot our chips we had to drive back to the store. There were no customers so I know it wasn’t because they were too busy. Won’t be returning. I’d rather drive further than get bad service.
No chipotle honey chicken around noon time, not even “we have some on grill,” skimpy portion, and asked for fork for the salad bowl, the tan out. Tables also not wiped down.
Waiting 12 minutes past the due time, while they were fully staffed and slow. They would not fill my drink at the pickup up window, making me walk inside... Whatever. But then 2/4 of the items were made wrong... Highly do not recommend this location.
The food was good, but the customer service was atrocious. Elizabeth served me and I have never had a slower experience. She was too busy flirting with her coworker while there was a line and customers waiting. I think she forgot that she is being paid to work there because she made ordering seem like i was asking her to donate a kidney. If you do not enjoy working with customers then find a new profession.
This Porter Ranch location gets alot of customers but the service sucks .I was there today by myself and finally was able to place my order of a Burrito bowl and doubled the meat because the portions was so small and 1 coke bottle cost me $17.50 thats ridiculous the Reseda location is way better and generous. The 3 male workers couldn't even handle one customer to busy laughing and walking around when there is a line and some of us need to get back to work. This was my second time here at this location and the last time .I was shocked that the service was the same No care for the customers. 1 female there checking on food temperature while 1 male is on the grill taking his time and 3 clowns 🤡 in the front joking and laughing while we're all still waiting to be helped to place a order .Where is the Management here whose in charge of this location tables dirty ,food on the floor inside by the trash. Look you're losing customers look at the cameras we were all waiting to be helped there is No reason why this many workers can't handle customers. Get rid of these workers they suck .
Love chipotle but service and quality were poor here. Too slow to serve (25min?!?) and resulting burrito was cold. I never say bad things about Chipotle but this one needs to be better. Or at least that day,
When I saw the 2 stars, that should’ve been enough to not go there but decided to give it a try and use my gift card I had received. The whole place is dirty, the floors, the tables, the counters. The glass door and all glass in the front was very dirty. The service was bad, the girl that took our order has no people skills at all, she had a bad attitude. The food: most of the containers were half empty and the food looked dry like it had been sitting there for a while. After having a hard time deciding what to order, we ended up ordering 3 tacos one carnitas, one asada and barbacoa and a carne asada bowl, food was cold and carne asada had big chunks of fat, threw everything away, felt sick, disgusted the rest of the day.
Just bought a steak burrito. And I feel like I was scammed because of the under portion of the meat, just half a scoop, whereas with the other orders, I saw them put like two scoops. I should not have taken and paid for the food. Almost $20 of burrito but I only got half the size or servings. Host: Justin Order 356 8:53pm 6/20/24 Check your cameras. You are scamming people. That is unacceptable.
I finally got Chipotle I have been craving. But so disappointed. Carne Asada was nasty too much fats and chewy low quality of meat. Very less serving for $12. Cashier was so lazy I asked for utensil bec I couldnt get it from where they have it because there lots of water on the floor and he ignored me. Lazy cashier. Somebody else handed me some. Never I will eat at my used to be favorite Chipotle Poor Quality of Food and lazy Employee
. When the delivery drivers come to the side window, they see that no one is interested. They don't come and ask why we are waiting there. What are you waiting for? Who are you waiting for? Who are you going to deliver the order to? Even though they see us, they are talking and chit-chatting inside.
Food quality is not good. Steak is dry and cold, guacamole is not consistent with other Chipotles, portions are half the size of other stores at best. You’re better off going to Cava next door.
This is what a $13 burrito looks like now? A pinch of lettuce? Spoonful overcooked protein?
Got my online order home, and the Buritto Bouls were half full. Never going to this location again. This is sad for Porter Ranch. I would give zero stars if I could.
Their hands shaking to give you full scoop. My bowl wasnt even full when i added ingredients. Why you guys are not generous are you paying for this ingredients from your pocket? -.-
Dirty, dirty, and poor management. After waiting in line to order, I placed an order for 2 burritos. Unfortunately, multiple ingredients were unavailable, which being dirty and missing ingredients is the norm here at this Chipotle location Porter Ranch. No guacamole? No veggies? No Carnitas? After making 90% of the burrito, the disheveled manager literally convinced me to cancel my order. Gladly. If you want to overpay for a partial burrito and a burrito with a small amount of meat and tons of rice, or no meat because they are out, this is your best choice. I’ve learned my lesson and will 100% avoid this establishment.
SLOW , SLOW, SLOW,,, BE AWARE , SLOW CALL YOUR BOSS AND ASK HIM FOR ANOTHER HOUR OF LUNCH TIME !!!!!! Slowest service in the World ,,, FYI i've seen paint dry for a school project in college,,,, and it was horrible ...this experience felt the same... 45 minutes to take care of 7 people inline... At one point no one was at the front counter .... clean place though, i guess because people walk out when they see 3 or more people in line . By the way the girl at the front counter was the ONLY ONE actively doing everything. I think her name is Luisa based on receipt.please management HELP HER OUT..... I only waited because my pregnant wife had a craving ...

Avoid the Chipotle in Porter Ranch at all costs. You’ll do nothing but waste your money on what’s supposed to be lunch. The portions are a joke—barely a quarter scoop of rice—and if you politely ask for a little more, they act annoyed like you’re asking for something unreasonable. The staff is mostly a group of unprofessional teenagers who clearly don’t care, and it shows in both the service and the portions. It’s absolutely absurd to pay today’s prices and get rations like this. Come on, Chipotle—do better. Hire people who actually care about your business and your customers. Franchise owners, step it up, because this location is an embarrassment. Easily the worst Chipotle in the Valley. Avoid it. If zero stars was an option, that would be my option.
never place online orders! We usually go in store and order because this place will mess up because they can't read or give you less meat just because you're not there in person. There was a promotion for free double meat but app only so we took our chances. Low and behold, my bowl barely had half the portion of meat compared to when I order in person (and watch them) and my boyfriend's bowl (where we ordered double protein) had the same pathetic amount. Super stingy with their meat and the female workers there have an attitude. Doesn't feel like they want to be there, which I understand, but the lack of customer service makes the whole experience unpleasant.
Terrible place. Is the franchisee listening? You have a 2.5 average with 200+ reviews! In an affluent neighborhood like Porter Ranch you'd expect businesses in the area to adhere to a high standard! Unfortunately, the bar for this particular establishment is in hell. Service slower than the DMV, portions like we've institued wartime rationing, and unenthusiastic employees whose qualifications were clearly generated by brainless prompts. The failure of this store is well known even beyond Porter Ranch! One of the top posts on the Chipotle subreddit describes a place that dishes out experiences so poor that the original commenter opted to go to the next door Habit. Hmm, I wonder where it's referring to? Fix this god awful place.
Urgent Food Safety Concern – Chipotle Visit Today This afternoon, I went to Chipotle to satisfy a pregnancy craving for a salad. Unfortunately, while eating, I discovered a bug/insect in my food. I was extremely disgusted and immediately became sick afterward (including vomiting). I have been trying to contact the restaurant directly, but I have not been able to get through or communicate clearly with staff. I still have my original receipt as well as pictures of what I found. This was a very upsetting and concerning experience, especially being pregnant. I would really appreciate it if someone from management could contact me as soon as possible to address this issue.
This location always blows my mind, every time I’ve come in 1.5/2 hours before close half their items are out or they refuse to cook more, there could be a line of 30 customers and they will only have 1 employee taking orders and ringing them up at the register as you see employees standing around doing nothing in the back. Their food line is always filthy as well and each time I get my food it’s always just warm not hot
I’ve only placed mobile orders at this Chipotle twice, and both times my order was incorrect. On top of that, the app doesn't allow you to request a new order or notify the store that the order was incorrect. Because of this, I don’t recommend this location for pickup orders.
Absolutely Terrible Service - Consistently Disappointing I’ve given this Chipotle location multiple chances, and it’s consistently one of the worst experiences I’ve had with the brand. Every time I visit, I end up waiting 20 to 30 minutes just to get my food because it’s never ready or properly prepared. It’s baffling how unorganized and careless the staff are. During my most recent visit, a group of us waited nearly half an hour while only one employee was actually working to prepare food. Meanwhile, three others stood around chatting and laughing, completely ignoring the customers. Even after the missing food items were finally ready, the staff didn’t bother to notify us, we had to ask, despite the fact they clearly saw us waiting all that time. To make it worse, I saw about 8 different customers come in and leave because of the lack of service. The two employees who were chatting the entire time (a shorter wider woman and a little guy with tattoos) clearly didn’t care about the long line or the delay. This wasn’t a one-time issue, it’s been the same poor service every time I’ve gone. And to top it off, my bowl was less then half filled with the food. It’s obvious the staff here have no sense of urgency, customer service, or accountability. I will never return to this location and strongly recommend others avoid it as well. I would definitely give 0 stars if it was an option.
This location is literally the worst. Guys, it's every bit as bad as this comment section sounds. I just left there. It was an hour and a half before closing time, and literally half of their warmer table was empty and just missing containers. I didn't notice until i got all the way up to the counter. I ask about it, and the employee says, "oh well" and suggested i eat somewhere else. It's always something with this location and their rude staff. I won't be back. Now I'm eating next door at Habit burger. They have every option available, and great customer service!
Had to open a bag of salad at home to add to my Chipotle salad because the bowl was empty. There was like 7 lettuce leaves. In addition to that, allll 3 bowls we ordered were half empty. We used to save half of our bowls for a later time. We were barely full. If I spend $50 and tip, but need to supplement my meal with at home stuff, you getting a ONE star.
