Pizza was amazing! Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. After a long day exploring Lassen park with my scout troop we found ourselves getting into Chester just after the posted closing time for the pizza Factory. Our 15 scouts and 8 adults were tired and hungry with no options for dinner with every other business closed. The staff at the pizza Factory welcomed us in, turned back on the ovens and fed us dinner! Thank you for staying late and making sure we all were fed! Truly a great owner and staff! Thank you!

I got a small pizza. The pizza was very good. Much better than the national brands. Reasonable price. I did not eat on site but they had a small dining room. Seemed to have a busy take out service.

I walked in on a Monday night and saw no other customers. Not too surprised as it's such a small town. I wanted pasta, not pizza so I ordered Spaghetti. I was kinda surprised that it was taking so long when I was the only customer. How long does it take to make right? Once I got my food I understood. It was some of the best spaghetti I have ever had. Good things come to those who wait. If I'm ever in the area again, I will order this again!

Food is fabulous. Try the Hawaiian or the Spaghetti with meatballs. If the owner/manager is open to one suggestion. Please give your customers receipts. We were not offered one and our order got lost. We paid cash so had no way to prove that we paid for food. Fortunately your employees remember. Shit happens and stuff gets lost. Most important is that they fixed it, we got our food and loved it. Was just a little frustrating that we waited an hour, only to find out our order got lost. We will definitely be back. Want to try all the pasta dishes. Cheers!!

The team working Labor Day weekend Sunday night did so well together. They were cohesive and nobody negative, and they got slammed and everyone speedily stepped into role, ready to handle the challenge! The team handled inevitable and unpredictable circumstances well and my family of 8 will be back, including the kiddos who wanted to help clean up! ;)

I always order take out, but everytime I'm in there they're always really nice and accommodating. The pizza is good, cheaper than Buffalo Chips, and if you don't have time to drive 13 miles for pizza, I'd say these guys are the better choice. I've never been disappointed.

Food was cheap, tasty, and plentiful. BBQ pizza was a highlight - with the sauce being tangy, but not overpowering. The Calzone combo was also super tasty. If you find yourself in Chester - you could do a lot worse than Pizza Factory.

The food was great. I ordered a meatball sandwich and it was really tasty. The portion was just right. The only reason why I am not giving the 5 stars was the service. I was told that I could return in 20 minutes to pick it up. I returned in 20+ minutes later and they said just a couple more minutes it would be ready. 20 minutes later I had my sandwich walking out the front door. Sorry, my time is valuable and I would have gladly returned in 40 minutes to pick up my sandwich.

4-7-24 - I'm only posting because my husband and I just stopped by there to see about ordering some pizzas to take home with us on our way back from our anniversary trip, found that the piece of here was just too expensive for our taste, but it might be average compared to other places, but we do like The Pizza Factory

Pizza was good. Had good flavor but the crust tasted like cardboard.

Decent place. Great service. The lady who took out order couldn't have been any more of a pleasure to speak with. Just severely over priced in my own opinion.

Ordered Greek salad no onions, with Italian dressing. Buffalo wings with blue cheese. And pizza. When we got there to pick up the order, there was no dipping sauce for the wings, so asked again for blue cheese. And were handed “blue cheese dressing”. When we got back to the hotel, we had… ranch for the wings, and ranch for the Greek salad (which had onions). Honestly. How hard is it to, when asked, get blue cheese dressing, not ranch? And to not put onions on the salad, when it’s ordered that way. Oh well. At least the pizza was decent.

It ehhh. Not to many options in the area so get what you get. Wings could be a lot better, too soggy. Tried both bone in and boneless. Pizza is kinda bland, pepperoni brings some spice though and lots of toppings. oh, and beer glass is full price but much smaller than your average beer glass (plastic mug)

However as with any monopoly this "only" pizza place in Chester doesn't excel in flavor. I ordered cheese and the pesto garlic pizzas along with 2 different flavors of chicken wings and nothing stands out. The pizza is too fluffy both in the dough and the cheese. Pesto is not enough to balance out the garlic in the pizza. The chicken wings are not flavorful enough to be better than fast food chicken wings although they are certainly edible. I wish there is more competition but then in a small town it's just not practical.

The pizza was very thin it seemed they had stretched a large crust to make a extra large. The pizza was also soggy due to way to many veggies. I'm all about toppings but in this case they over do it ! If that's what your looking for this is your kinda place, however it was to messy to eat and the pricing was just to much per a pizza.perhaps if they laid off on the toppings they could adjust the price accordingly and find a happy medium.

It didn't appear that anyone was in charge. Service was terrible and the order took about an hour to come out. When it did come out they forgot part of it. I won't be going back. Oh, the pizza was just ok. Not worth the wait.

Food is ok. I appreciated the female employees wearing masks. The male employees on the other hand had masks on their face but NOT covering their mouths or noses. This review was done during the Coronavirus pandemic and when CA made it mandatory to wear masks.

Pizza was good, the one star rating is to come in during a pandemic and see some of their staff not wearing masks to cover their mouths and noses. I'm 54 and I'm doing my part why can't they do their part.

27 dollars or 8 frozen wings and a small salad. Wings were terrible. Salad bar was a mess everything mixed together. Sat at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to order while 5 employees sat around on there phones or talking
