Placed an order for take-out Not happy with my order at all, the pizza itself felt like it wasn't cooked all the way . The crust was horrible there's parts of the pizza with little to no sauce . Had one slice of each pizza and ended up throwing the rest away .

My driver is 5 minutes away and has been for 20 minutes. Ordered pizza over an hour ago and still waiting

Placed my order on a Saturday like around 6:45 for delivery. I was keeping track of my order using their app. One hour and 15 minutes later, they still had not started preparing my order. I tried to call them to cancel my order, of course no one picked up the phone. Tried to cancel on the app, and was told that I had to call them in order to cancel. I tried calling several times and they never answered their phone. My wife called on her phone too and it just rang for 30 minutes, then it just hung up on her. Finally after almost 2 hours, I finally received my order. Driver claims that they always answer the phone. What a load of BS. I'm NEVER ordering from this place again. And I advise that you don't order from them either.

This place is terrible. They put you on hold over and over again. After you order for delivery they tell you if you want your pizza in a timely manner you should come pick it up. Terrible business. They tell you their wait times online don't reflect their true wait times for your order. Order from anywhere but here. You could do better anywhere but here.

I would give it zero stars if it would allow it. Absolutely terrible service! I understand it was Super Bowl Sunday however they were more than two hours behind on orders that were placed online. Completely unorganized and incompetent. Customer service was poor. They just dismissed you after questioning the status of your order.Couldn’t even give an estimate on when they would have orders ready. And didn’t have a contact number to speak to management.

I really hope that TOMMIE, who I was told is the General Manager, sees this. Your female manager that was working this afternoon (March 30th, around 2-3p) is freaking lousy. I ordered three pizzas for delivery and the quality was terrible. I called immediately after my order was delivered and was told that I couldn’t get a refund but I could have a credit applied to my account for that location specifically OR they could remake my order. I opted to have my order remade since we’re not going to be here very long. I received pizzas that had pineapple and jalapeños inside the box. I ordered two pepperoni and one cheese. Why offer to remake my order and it’s a lower standard of quality than the first order I received?! I’d like to be contacted about this. I would have rather just had my money refunded and returned the pizzas. On a good note, the delivery driver was very nice and I made sure to tip him.

Firstly, is it a coincidence that this happens each time, weekdays and weekends both. Secondly, I would suggest they shouldn’t take orders if they can’t manage it. 3rd time we order from this Dominos and 3rd time they have disappointed. Xl pizza was cut into only 4 slices, pizza was about 25 minutes late. Won’t order from this store again. Too many options for pizza in Chino Hills to be disappointed over and over.

If I can give a less than 1 star I will. Delivered the wrong order and when we called they said to bring the pizza to their store and they will make the correct one. What kind of stupid idea is that????? If I want to drive to your store I wouldn't have asked for delivery!!! Now we are stuck with a pizza and wings we do not want to eat!!!!

Taking 2 hours for a pizza to be delivered. Called In To see what what the delay was, excuse was the rain. Guys name was Bob, Supposedly a manager, but talked to me like everything was funny, it's been 2 hours, domino's is 7 minutes from my house, terrible.. ..Update.. Pizza just got here, and is cold..

I placed an order at 425pm and don't receive it until 518pm. What's up with the delayed delivery? The driver leaves the store at 446pm and the expected time is 17 minutes for delivery when I am 5 minutes away from the store. Lesson learned, no tip until the pizza is delivered. Also expect one hor for delivery.
