Amazing experience with catering orders through this subway. We ordered over 200 boxes for a training and everything from start to finish was easy to navigate. The quality of the boxes was exactly what we ordered and delicious, which made our job the day of the event so much easier. If you are looking to feed a crowd I highly recommend!

I had an exceptional experience at Subway thanks to Jason! He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect. His customer service went above and beyond, and he prepared my sandwich with great care and attention to detail.

Hit or miss with the staff. Half of them are incompetent and clueless. And the orders, more than half the time they shortchange you on the meats. The veggies, they leave on the inedible parts, like the stalks. Every visit, the experience becomes a bit more intolerable. If the owner doesn’t give a damn, then just sell it to someone who does.

Tried to grab lunch at Subway today, and it was a really frustrating experience. The poor elderly woman working behind the counter was completely overwhelmed during the lunch rush. The POS system crashed, and the line became incredibly long. She was clearly struggling and desperately trying to keep up with orders, but she was left completely alone. She even tried calling her manager, Jason, for help, but he was nowhere to be found. I really felt for her; she was doing her best under impossible circumstances. I commend her for her effort, but it's clear this location is chronically understaffed. This isn't the first time I've experienced this issue here. Subway, please address your staffing and system reliability issues. Your employees and customers deserve better.

My sandwich bread was hard like a rock. It hardly had any meat. I know the meat is weighted 4oz to a six inch sandwich. I stop by when I don't have time to cook. So I do appreciate Subway. The associate that made the sandwich was nice. Might need more training. I remember being a new hire and being nervous.

What has happened to our Chino Hills store? We have shopped here since it opened and have always been happy with service and product. NOT today! First off, we couldn't get through by phone as there was a constant busy signal. I gave up after a dozen tries. In the store, there was a line of people waiting to be served. They had one employee working the counter while the other sat at a table and ate. The employee behind the counter was slow and could not have been less interested in the job they're paid to do. When we got the sandwiches home, less than half of what we requested was missing, and it was served on near stale bread. NEVER again. Sad, as we try to spend our dollars in our town. Seeing all the other negative reviews, it's clear the owner doesn't care at all. I predict this store will be out of business sooner than later. From now on, we will drive the distance to TOGO'S on Imperial Hwy in Brea to get GREAT sandwiches made RIGHT, every time.
