Small family owned business that has thankfully survived the pandemic. They offer a great variety of boba drinks to enjoy and delicious food. Their kid's meals are very generous. We are glad to have them in the neighborhood!

Delicious mini chicken katsu. Their pasta salad is always the best! I love their rice and chicken too. Quality went down a bit on the chicken over years but nothing bad. I only wish the chicken was a bit juicier. The chicken was a tad dry.

Love this place, people working here are always nice. And the food tastes great! Everything is made as you order it, so there's a little bit of a wait but it's well worth it. My only issue is that a little later in the day some of the tables get sticky because they aren't washed very well in between customers, but they only have the cooks and one other person working at a time so it's understandable that they are understaffed a little.

Love this place, people working here are always nice. And the food tastes great! Everything is made as you order it, so there's a little bit of a wait but it's well worth it. I googled best places to eat in Chula Vista snd this place was number 12 on the list. I decided to try it out because I was in the mood for barbecue. I was disappointed in the chicken and the beef but the short rib was good. The rice was so sticky that you could not eat it. The macaroni was good. The strawberry pineapple slushy was kind of watery. I will not make a trip back. Service was excellent though.

Staff was friendly, food was not The BBQ mix plate tasted extremely chemical like, meat was sub par, chicken was dry and tasted like ? Soap? I'm unsure. The sushi was good, but I purposefully got it because I thought it was glutten friendly, it said "shrimp" not "shrimp TEMPURA". Which I should have asked, but it is also important to name your dishes/ components. Fries were good? That's a plus ig. The service was great, it was somewhat fast. Wouldn't recommend it in comparison to L&ls

I always get almond milk tea or snow with boba, some days the almond milk is 5 star, some days it has very little flavor and watery. Don't know if it's down to who makes it or not, but if they want a higher level it needs to be consistently awesome. The boba has no flavor but is a good consistency, I'd give it a 2.

Their food is quite delicious, however a little pricy. Customer service is terrible along with their "milk tea Bobba" absolutely horrendous I couldn't even drink it. I asked for another one because it tasted so bad, thinking it was just made incorrectly, however it still sucked.

The good things. Great service at the counter! Crab/cheese wonton, bbq beef ribs, and spam masubi were also good. The bbq chicken was okay. We were not fans of the Mac salad or the BBQ beef.

back in 2018~ they had the BEST spicy sauce for their grilled chicken, my absolute favorite. it was spicy and flavorful. went back one day and it was just like , straight up siracha?? it wasn’t a sauce like it used to be. stopped eating there after that, but i recently went back to see if they went back to the way it used to be, nope. i’m literally BEGGING this restaurant to pleaseee bring back that old spicy sauce for the chicken. it was the best……..

Chicken Katsu was dry and hard. Fries were as well. They forgot to add Buffalo fries to my order and they didn't have sushi at 6:30 on Sunday. The only thing worth while was the boba tea.

THIS PLACE IS OVER RUN BY KIDS VERY RUDE ALL OVER INSIDE CELL PHONE CORDS ACROSS THE WALK WAY TO BE SEATED STAFF DOES NOTHING EVEN THOUGH ADULT PAYING CUSTOMERS ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS TOO WE WILL NOT EAT HERE AGAIN AND WILL LET ALL KNOW MAKE ANOTHER CHOICE NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY😡

Gave this place a second chance after my last visit that took over 30 minutes to get 2 dragon rolls. This time, same issue. The drinks were great but food is seriously slow, 50 minute wait for a kids meal, and some buffalo fries. There were several people waiting impatiently for their food yet the place was busy. The food wasn't amazing and definitely overpriced, so I wonder why everyone comes back. Sadly, I know I won't be.

I had the mix plate with ribs/chicken and regular beef plate. The ribs smell old and taste bad!!. The chicken and beef was ok and thats it. Nothing special on creamy avocado snow bubble and taste like its all powder avocado. I waited around 20-30mins to get the order.Tapiocca express way better and you can taste the avocado flavor. If you want booba just go to SD booba.
