It's challenging for me to eat gluten and dairy free and this is one place I can. Plus burrito bowls are always delicious
Lots of seating and quick service. The portions here are a bit smaller than the other locations, but the service makes up for it with their attentive and positive attitudes.
The line was long when we arrived, but we were helped quickly. The cashier was like a ninja, keeping everything straight. Delightful and delicious!
I love this location!! Aaliyah the cashier goes above and beyond to help out and get everything I need each time I come in. My food is always fresh and made just how I ask. This location is always very busy, I am so impressed how they still manage to treat each customer as a individual and make conversation. This place is hands down my favorite lunch stop.
Not my usual chipotle, but the service was okay. The person helping me wasn’t willing to compromise with my order. I asked for something but meant something else for my meat option. Refused to change even though there was barely any meat. Ordered a bowl and wasn’t filled all the way. A little disappointed with my meal, but food was fine and fresh.
Very disappointed with my bowl and left hungry, food was also cold. I come here regularly and usually satisfied but there are always those few employees who are simply afraid of their job and underserve the customers. This location has received numerous complaints in regards, zero consistency. Get a SCALE and eliminate all your problems, give each customer their 4 oz of protein they have paid for so they don’t leave disappointed and unhappy. Eazy fix…
1st time at this location. They happened to be out of almost everything that I usually order in my burrito bowl. The customer service was a rushed feel. I settled and still ended up choosing my food to go. Thought everything was fine but about an hour later I had indigestion and stomach pains. No Bueno. I am very consistent. When I find what I like, I stick to it. We just happened to be at a different location & the food looked fine but, the aftermath is a big "NO" for me I like Chipotle and I go maybe once or sometimes twice a month but this location was not good when I went... Maybe it just wasn't a fresh ingredient day but, nevertheless food costs are too much nowadays to gamble on whether or not it's gonna be good or fresh today or tomorrow... It should be consistent across the board... My daughter got tacos & she had tummy troubles too. Ijs 🤷🏾♀️
I am submitting a formal complaint regarding a disturbing sanitation issue I witnessed at this location on 2/14/26 at approximately 11:30 am. I have always enjoyed Chipotle because of its reputation for fresh food and strict cleanliness standards. What I observed during this visit was unacceptable and deeply concerning, at the least. While proceeding through the line to the salsa/guacamole station, I witnessed the employee working the line (a younger girl wearing glasses) use the guacamole spoon to scoop guacamole that had already spilled onto the DIRTY service line and return it to the main guacamole container. This action is clearly unsanitary and poses a serious food safety risk. Food that has contacted a counter surface should never be placed back into a container used to serve customers. After witnessing this, I continued my order despite being extremely uncomfortable. When I requested mild and green salsa, she poured more of the mild tomato salsa juice than anything onto my bowl. When we reached the guacamole station, I politely asked the employee to use a different spoon and to take my portion from the back of the container, explaining that I had saw what she did. The employee rolled her eyes and responded, “The line is clean, but okay.” Regardless of whether the line had been wiped down, returning spilled food to a service container is unacceptable. Furthermore, the line itself appeared visibly unclean, with smear marks everywhere, ingredients mixed between containers, and cheese floating in the sour cream. The "line" was certainly not clean - in fact, it was unappetizing to view. There was no evidence of basic cleanliness standards. I worked at Chipotle as an assistant manager during my college years, and I know that sanitation protocols are designed to prevent exactly this type of contamination. Based on this experience, the standards at this location appear to have SIGNIFICANTLY declined. This incident has seriously impacted my trust in this restaurant, and honestly among the Chipotle corporation as a whole. When I got home, I could not even finish half of my bowl because I could not stand the thought that I may have been consuming contaminated food. I expect this matter to be taken seriously. Food safety is not optional, and customers should never have to question whether their meal was handled in a sanitary manner. I wasted $20.72 and my time. I wish I had captured a photo of how disgusting the line looked, but I am sure there would be no difference going in there to see for yourself on any other day. And yes, I will be in contact with corporate.
No longer take phone calls. Robo answer only. And it doesn't work. Not the employees fault, but company is really losing my trust.
Very disappointed in this location, there's food all over the floor. The counter in the back area are filthy, and the buckets food is in has burnt peices. The lady who rings you up won't even slide your food to you she leaves it at the back of the counter and expects you to reach Hella far over to get your food. Someone should hire new workers honestly.
Rushed me didn't listen to my request and burrito was wet they didn't ask me to get cheese or lettuce and gave me a poorly made 2nd burrito as well worst dinner experience by far since they rushed me through. Clearly speed over quality at dinner time.
Unfortunately the stations were extremely gross, everything was getting mixed together/cross contaminated in the seperate bins. Just looked very unsanitary and not well kept at this location. They were pretty busy in there so I’ll give them that, but made me hesitant about eating the food.
Trying to get a salad and free guacamole. My gift card issue purchased online through Chipotle wasn’t working but the frustration came when the guy behind the register didn’t help or offer any assistance. I kept trying and stepped aside thinking he’d have a brain to go get some help but nothing but a blank look. I went outside to try and order it through my phone but the gift card number didn’t take numbers and letters so went back inside again and asked for a manager. He told me she was on break. I finally tried to ask her when she was going back to work to try one more time- the gift card special was expiring soon- she couldn’t understand me so I just left the Useless gift card and left. No one bothered to help or ask what was going on or why I was still waiting. If you’re actually trying to get food there don’t bother. I have one more gift card I bought unfortunately- it was a buy $50.00 get $10- the $10. Didn’t work and hopefully I will have better luck with the $50.00 I am absolutely stunned of the pathetic customer service though. I don’t even want to use what I have but I will try another store as we get it for work sometimes and No issues- Rancho Cordova store- they are Awesome!
Went in with my wife and when she was placing her order, the lady behind the counter dropped a spoon that was full of tomatoes onto one of her tacos. When we asked for it to be remade, the answer was no, this upset my wife so she stepped out side and while I was at the register. I told them to give me a second, checked on my wife and then came back in to relay what she want. They ended up throwing our food away and claimed it was our fault. Then another customer started harassing us on behalf of the employees while the employees smiled and laughed on in agreement. They allow this person to fallow us and threaten us while blaming us for their mistake for asking for a taco to me remade.
Honestly, one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Chipotle. I asked very politely if they could double wrap my burrito — nothing crazy, I just don’t like when it falls apart. The worker looked annoyed right away and told me no, like I was asking for something impossible. I stayed calm and asked another worker if I could at least get another tortilla on the side. The first worker then gave me the nastiest look, like I’d just insulted them or something. It was uncomfortable and honestly kind of embarrassing and it continued as I payed All I wanted was a decent burrito, not attitude and dirty looks. The food itself was fine but the burrito still fell apart because they didn't wrap it for me again, but the customer service made the whole experience unpleasant. Definitely won’t be coming back to that location anytime soon.
I had placed a pickup order by the time I picked it up (10 minutes after it was ready) the food was completely cold. The meat was grey and the cheese on it was outside of safe human consumption range, and the rice had hard casings around it. Best yet this was my first time ever getting. Chipotle, terrible experience
This is my usual chipotle, however I’m NOT coming back. $14 for food portions that one employee here (and i’m only saying one employee because i know not all of them are like that) serves that are literally half my bowl is insane. I don’t usually have any issues here, that’s why I was so surprised and genuinely felt insulted when getting my bowl.
I went to this location for a bowl. I gave the cashier The Girl my $20. She walked in the back and said her machine is not taking my money. I asked for the manager her name was teresa I told the manager I can show bank statements that my cash is real and I just pulled out cash from my job. I asked the cashier what is her name? She gave me an attitude and told me she doesn’t have to give me her name the manager was standing there did not say nothing. So call chipotle’s headquarters and explain my story. They should be getting back to this location for better training. I was treated unfairly. I hope the regional manager sees this comment and replies back to me. If not, I understand why because of the poor management thanks a lot. P.s if you’re looking for a good place to eat check out the panda express they took my money no problem thank you Panda Express one of the best locations for panda express that they have always hot and fresh
Now that they raised minimum wage they upped the prices and give you barely any food. I placed a online order for chicken tacos with extra cheese and lettuce and when my husband brought home to me there was 3 pieces of chicken in a taco with no extra cheese etc I had to leave work and go back they refused to refund me said I have to do online and they remade my tacos with like 6 tiny morsels of chicken and tons of lettuce. I’ll never come here again!
Who doesn't put lettuce in a salad? We regularly order food for pickup from the app. It's consistently late by about 15-20 minutes, but we figure hey, everyone's understaffed and underpaid, we'll just order it earlier. But this time was too much. It was actually ready on time, but probably because they forgot to finish making it. I ordered a salad, they put the toppings in, even included the salad dressing, but left out the actual lettuce? Who fills a bowl like 1/3 of the way and closes it up without thinking something is missing? Like maybe the #1 ingredient in a salad? I'm so done with this location. I realize it's just fast food, but this many consistent errors and this much consistent poor service? A $10 bowl of slop? I can't deal anymore. Order at your own risk, y'all.
