Great atmosphere, very clean and organized, decent price to portion size, and waitstaff is attentive and friendly. We received great recommendations from the waitstaff on what to order for our flavor preferences. Tantan Ramen is umami with a little chili kick to it. Chashu bun was a delicious savor bite with the fresh spring mix giving it a fresh crunch. Tonkotsu Salt Ramen is perfect if you love savory, but not a fan of miso umami flavor. Highly recommend giving this location a visit.
Fukumi Ramen was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and vibrant you can tell they use top quality, organic ingredients. As someone who’s been cooking and reviewing food for years, I could immediately taste that each bowl was made to order, and the broth was truly to die for. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The cozy interior, with its charming little seats, added to the warm atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back for more of that unforgettable ramen.
My first time eating here & I loved it! The food was so flavorful & delicious. They were very busy for a Wednesday night. Will definitely be back
Oh my! This place is comfort food vibes. The ramen broth is amazing, and although I was hesitant about eating Pork Belly, they extra cooked it for me and I was good. The Honey Garlic Chicken, I can eat ALL DAY! Mmm, crunchy on the outside but nice and tender on the inside. The portions are just right, I didn’t even finish mine and left with a food coma! lol The service is GREAT, the young man and woman working together were just the sweetest and always had a smile on their face. There is limited seating, with about 6-7 tables and 3 counter tops. We put our name to be texted for a table and had to wait about 10 min. Such a cute place, will definitely be back!
Our go to for rainy day, evening soup cravings! Delicious ramen ingredients and the broth is full of flavor. I always ask for extra chashu because it’s so good. The fries are delicious as well and because they have delicious toppings and sauces. There is limited seating and feels like a hole in the wall joint. It is super clean inside. If you come in the evenings, expect a waitlist but it usually goes by fast. It’s is electronic as well so you are notified by text. Usually within a 10-20 minute wait. 5 stars for flavor, speed, friendliness, clean location!
The Restraunt name caught my attention, and it was just a 20-minute drive from wherewe were, so we decided to make the trip for brunch with my foodie partner before heading back home on a 1 hour 48 minute drive back. #FoodieRoadTrip For drinks, we opted for yuzu pop and Oongolo tea, both from cans and bottles, which were great options with delightful flavors. As for the entrees, I ordered the Tori Miso Ramen, and my daughter chose the Tonkotsu Soy Ramen. While I didn't try hers, mine was spot on. The broth, simmered for 72 hours, was rich and full of robust flavors, served piping hot with perfectly cooked noodles. The combination of half egg and pork complemented each other beautifully. Service was 99.9% perfect. The server felt the need to correct my pronunciation when I ordered "Misō," though a touch more friendliness would have made it flawless. Overall, the food was the highlight—really delicious! 👍 😋 Highly recommended!
My family has enjoyed Fukumi Ramen for years. Delicious food. Great service. Highly recommend. If that wasn't cool enough, we ordered a kids meal this evening via doordash and received the below to-go container. Very cool and much appreciated by the whole family. Thank you!
I am so going to be a regular at this Ramen house. Our first time was last night and holy smokes it was good. We got the Midori Ramen & the Classic Ramen with some Okonomi Fries and Edamame. The Okonomi Fries are delicious with with the brown sauce, the red ginger, green onions, and the chopped pork. I loved the Midori Ramen with the large chucks of Pork Chashu and the deep pesto flavoring. Dinner was wonderful.
Great Ramen, friendly staff and great vibe. I was so hungry I didn't take photos, I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen (Miso) Thick noodle for $12.75 wait was about 7 mins. I went with my sister. She is the type to only eat very few foods and not even try anything beyond American, Mexican and Italian. After the food came to the table I asked for a extra bowl and I give her a portion of my noddles. She said "its amazing" "the pork is very tender" "Iove the noddles" Later she had one togo. For my taste buds It was a very flavorful ramen a bit of a soy and spice forwarded favor, a little heavy more thick then water. The noddles were a dream fresh and tasty. The pork was great about very flavorful with a bit of fat, which is great for favor. The corn was a very great match for the ramen to. It also makes you feel good and not guilty after you eat it. After you buy a Ramen they give your a punch card the 5th one is a free appetizer. Very friendly staff with jokes and a very loving environment kinda like home. Easy its a 5/5 better favor then Ramen 101 for sure. Edit: came here again with my dad still very delicious and I decided to take photos. The spicy reman is spicy so don’t order it if you can’t handle it just a tip.
Is used to go to a ramen spot downtown but their quality dropped over the years. This is my new ramen spot. The salt tonkotsu ramen is delicious! And the chashu is actually thick and tasty rather than thin little slices. Noodles were fresh and the added butter option took it up a notch. I mean, look at that photo! If that doesn’t look delicious to you, maybe you should stick to top ramen. This place is awesome. Service was great and interior was very clean.
Great menu of delicious ramens and appetizers. Ramen comes out faster than our fries app. Just wish they had a mushroom base ramen. They also have beer here that is more than just lagers. One is an IPA from the first Japanese microbrew.
I've been here twice and found excellent ramen both times. The salt ramen is absolutely delicious and the complimentary extra noodles assure that it satisfies.

Good portion size, very tasty ramen

Food tasted amazing the five now times I've been, the chashu pork belly always being the best thing on the menu. They have a variety of options suitable for any person, including noodle-free bowls and vegan options. It gets quite busy, but is such a nice treat I hardly notice the 10-ish minutes we usually wait. Would definitely recommend one of their tonkosu bowls.
The menu has an amazing description of their pork. They were not exaggerating. The pork alone is worth the trip. Some of the best I've ever had. The ramen was good too with an option for extra noodles! Lots of variety on the menu with friendly, helpful staff.
Been going here for the past couple weeks for lunch. The food has me trying everything pretty much, you cant go wrong. The service and atmosphere are welcoming and perfect for lunch/dinner gatherings

The ramen with three thick slices of pork is good. The only issue is that the soup is a bit salty for my taste.
Noddles, had a great ! experience took the kids and they love it . The flavor 😋 delicious I like God portion porkbely, tender and delicious, I had the thick noodles 🍜 Parking was good, Service alright Clean place give the vibes of in and out eat on your way home if you know what I mean next will try the beer, Japanese rice lager. Would definitely recommend. The Gioza super hot and testy crispy and juice super delicious. Kids aproved . Definitely betho approved!!

Food: We ordered tantan ramen, but it was bland. Service: Good service from the gentleman 😀. Price of 17-18 dollars for base ramen felt overpriced along with karaage costing 11 dollars for 6 pieces. We want to give this place another try, but the ramen being bland is disheartening.
We visited Fukumi Ramen in September for dinner but unfortunately they were still close for dine in. So, we ordered the food for take out. - Miso tonkotsu ramen: it came with green onion, bean sprout, corn, egg, and 2 piece of chashu. The noodle was good (firm & chewy) but tasted more like chinese egg noodle instead of Japanese ramen noodle. The chashu pieces were flavorful and tender but the pieces were small. The broth was thick and flavorful. For the price, the portion was small & I wish they gave bigger pieces of chashu - Chicken mayo bowl: the chicken pieces were crispy and flavorful. They gave thin layer of rice underneath the chicken pieces. Again, it wasn’t worth the price. Tastewise, the food was good. I was disappointed for the small portion given the price. I will try to do dine in to see if the portion is better. So, solid 3.5 stars for take out
Fukumi Ramen is a decent ramen spot that offers a variety of ramen options. I recently tried their salt tonkotsu ramen, and it was a solid bowl of noodles. The broth was flavorful, but it was thinner than I expected for a tonkotsu broth. The noodles were cooked perfectly, and the toppings were fresh and tasty. Overall, I had a good experience at Fukumi Ramen, but it wasn't the best ramen I've ever had. If you're looking for a decent bowl of ramen, Fukumi is worth a try, but if you're a tonkotsu purist, you might be left wanting more.

The gyoza was 10 dollars for 6 pieces and they honestly tasted like just barely better than ones you could buy from the grocery store. The ramen itself is pretty to look at, yet unremarkable in flavor. I've had better instant 🍜 than this place. The char siu while also pretty and well textured, tasted very basic and resembles Chinese char siu too much. This place gets 3 stars for being a well decorated area and great staff and service. But food wise it's 2 stars. I'm not comparing this ramen to authentic ramen, I'm comparing this to just whatever we can find in Sacramento and it's still 2/5 stars in terms of quality.

They added automatic 20% gratuity to our party of 7 even though you can only fit 4 per table. Decent ramen, poor excuse for customer service.
