The staff at the Cloverdale Taco Bell always great me with a smile. They are a great group. Food is always fresh and warm. They have definitely have improved the quality of their food these past 6 months.

I have been to this Taco Bell maybe 15 times since they opened a few years ago. The service has always been fast and friendly - a few of the original workers are still there which says something. The food is decent and aside from a broken taco shell here and there, I've never received an incorrect order (90% of them were takeout). I only give 5 stars to business who exceed my expectations - regardless if they are cheap or expensive.

Stopped by here twice on a weekend trip. The service and speediness were remarkable. Super trendy and innovative new Taco Bell. Great service and quality flavor. They played interesting music and had really friendly folks taking care of you. Nice stop on your way up North on 101 or on your way back down South.

The food was great, and they had Double Decker tacos on the menu, which was a fun blast from the past!

Decent. Place could use a face lift, the outside its rather grimy. Good service. Consistent food quality the few times i've been through.

Drive thru was extremely slow. I ordered for four of us. We mostly got what we ordered. However, I did not actually get what I'd personally ordered. Was looking forward to a nacho taco or two. Instead I got a regular taco, which was quite good. Also received a combo burrito. It was cold and actually gross. My daughters chicken Tacos looked absolutely horrendous,they were mushy and literally were in pieces. We can't wait for our own taco bell to be finished being re~built. We do like it for a quick bite to eat. Until then, I do hope this particular restaurant gets better in time. The flavor is there. Maybe the crew needs some more training. Best of luck, we will try again someday and hopefully I'll be able to leave a better review at that time.

It's a typical Taco Bell. There is nothing that makes one location any different from the many thousands of other locations. That said, I have no particular problem or complaint with any of them. You get what you expect.

Food's okay, but some of your employees need re-training in what the "fresco style" option means. Someone who's lactose intolerant doesn't need dairy in their food.

The packaging could be better. Taste was good but not exactly my type so three stars

Last night I ordered 4 combo meals and sat in drivethru behind 4 cars for 35 minutes. When I get to the window my food is sitting there. The bags for the 2 cars behind me are sitting in the window also. But during that time they didn't have our drinks ready. The manager on duty (I should have gotten her name, she has bright pink/red dyed hair) came up and was angry she had to make the drinks. She made 3 regular drinks then gave me one tiny cup of ice water (yes that is what I ordered) for the 4th. This cup was easily 1/2 the size of the others. I asked why it was so small and couldn't we have the same size WATER as the others? She responded that it was the only size water comes in. I said we paid for the same size as the others. She said no you didn't, you weren't charged for water. I said its part of my meal. She said it's just a drink included with the meal. I said Yes, its included in the PRICE I PAID for the meal, do these meals not have a standard size beverage that these are suppose to come with? Do I have to pay seperately for a Pepsi to get the appropriate size water? She said I'm fixing it I'm tired of you talking to me. The food was fine and the kid in the window was the only one who looked like they were trying to work, that's why I gave 3 stars instead of 1. I can NOT believe that #1 the Supervisor thought the best course of action was to argue with a customer who was paying for plenty of food over a CUP OF WATER and #2 she said she was tired of talking to me. This is customer service, talking to customers (even when you don't want to) IS the job. I was not rude or yelling or even irrational. I KNOW that my meal was entitled to that size cup. I don't want to complain to corporate or have her officially reprimanded over water. I understand the job and pay sucks sometimes and that she probably needs the job. I just hope she or someone she know reads this and that she'll see the error and reflect on it going forward. Sadly, I won't risk going back there again. So they've lost another 8 people business. I'm sure taco bell will be fine without us, and that the low level empoyees won't care.

The time before that they were out of lettuce ..come on ... get inventory orders together for expectations of customers.

First of all the two employees working just glanced over at me and didn't say anything when I was trying to order. I stood there about 10 minutes before they even said "Give me a minute"

The sprite tasted like mold,unfortunately that means the machine doesn't get cleaned properly or enough!

D-O-N-E WITH THIS LOCATION! They regularly serve premade food. Specifically, regular crunchy tacos...that becomes soggy, yet they still serve them! Absolutely unacceptable practice, especially when I specifically requested FRESH made food.

Multiple times the night staff just seems to be not paying attention wrong orders, not answering drive thru, asking you to repeat your orders 4 to 5 times, and just being rude. Day shift is fine though and seems positive with none of these issues.

I'm so disappointed in this location. So skimpy, on the food my taco is mostly empty. 🙁

My biggest reason for only 2 stars is, Everytime we try to go there we come home with missing items..so tired of this happening to us, so we have decided to stick with food from the gas station, across the street from Taco Bell ! The food is better..and we actually can afford the higher price ! Just so sad because Cloverdale doesn't have a big selection of good places to eat !

Worst taco bell I've been to..service was good but food was bad..barely any meat on the tacos real skimpy and tasty funny. Definitely not recommend it. Better going across the street to Aztec.

not even open when they say they are. there was a girl inside that i could see. the hours said open till midnight. it was 10pm. the employee just didn’t want to work.

Your new "Chicken Taco in a Roll" is disgusting! The actual 'taco' is a far cry from what we see advertised! Ours was 1/2 full with what looked AND tasted like, chicken puree! After receiving our order we almost burned our mouths...it obviously was heated up in a microwave. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Food did not come out as ordered.fries were cooked no guacamole that was ordered. No sour cream on menu ideam as advertised . No salsa

The only problem I have had is that I come in at 9 am and they are still closed. But on the doors hours show open at 8 a.m. This has happened many times..

Go to McDonald's, at least they're open when they say they are. Got off a 12 hour shift on the weekend and placed an order at 9:55pm got to the location at 10:10pm. Evidently their employees have decided they don't want to work past ten.

With two cars in front of us we have been waiting since we’ve ordered in the drive thru for over 25 minutes. Staff avoided talking to us the entire wait until we finally had to try to get someone’s attention and ask how much longer. That was at the 23 minute mark.

Service is so slow. Drive thru is a joke. Faster to drive to Windsor 20 mins away. Turnover on employee's really doesn't help. Avoid unless you want to try the newest thing they have. Just remember it will take a while.

Great job calling me friend 10 times in drive thru then not giving us a spark, food, fork or spoon to eat our chicken power bowl! News flash you can't eat a power bowl with your hands! Had to drive all the way to Healdsburg to get a fork for my wife. You guys suck!

We asked for 2 Fiesta VEGGIE burritos. They BOTH came with BEEF??!! Yeah. And the cinnabon delights came with NO cinnamon. Tried to call but no answer. Want my money back. Or at least the correct food.

Would give less than a star if possible. Consistently given incomplete orders, I've counted the past SIX times. As someone who used to work at a Taco Bell, I am incredibly disappointed. This isn't a hard job whatsoever. This branch either needs to fix whatever is going on or be down right shutdown. Not a happy customer.
