This is a well run Dairy Queen. Nice and clean inside. Regular Dairy Queen menu.

The employees are so nice, and helpful. The food is also amazing, we come here all the time. Today’s visit was exceptional, all the food were so good! Loved the jalitos ranch burger!

Consistently good ice cream. The service was good too, thanks to Jacob. This branch is one of the best DQs that I have visited so far.

The food was good, but apparently the young woman (hot pink braids) was having a bad day. When I asked for salt, she scowled at me.in a hateful manner. I still rate this experience as a 4 because the manager was apologetic and appreciative of my input.

The employees could be a little more friendly! I'm not sure if it was something I did/said, or that I was elderly and couldn't decide. Maybe I'll visit again and see!

Haven’t been to a Dairy Queen in years. Drove by and needed to get lunch quickly, and saw this location. Pulled in and got their new steak and cheese fingers and a shake. Service was quick, people were polite and the food was hot and fresh. Definitely a solid location, albeit maybe not designed well for a high number of cars (went back about a week later for dessert and there were cars all the way into the street trying to turn into the parking lot.)

Even tho I was over charged for ice cream and had to wait almost ten minutes for a banana split while the drive thru orders kept going out and 2 of my 3 kids were eating there ice cream and they had my to go chicken strip basket sitting on the table getting cold only 1 other person besides us was in the lobby. Signing the dining room was very clean the young girl that waited on us was very very nice I think she may have been new and the parking lot was also kept up

They have several fast food options and desserts including nice ice cream. Their service is fast, but I do not like the texture of the ice cream. There is some weird texture that is perceivable. The flavor categories are fine but the texture is not what I am used to when it comes to ice cream.

We only come here for Blizzards or dipped cones, and we are always happy! My salted caramel truffle blizzard was delicious!

If there is a DQ more convenient or as convenient to get to for you than this one, I recommend going to the other.

The atmosphere is calm and the people are quaint. A good place to sit down especially if you're waiting for your car at discount tire. I do recommend the flame kicker beltbuster sandwich. On a side note I do not recommend using the online app since the last time I went both curbside areas were taken up by people and when I asked at the speaker for my order they told me I had to park and come inside but there was no parking.

The food was fresh and hot, and the front cashier was very nice. I asked if I could have a dip cone instead of the Dilly Bar (coupon), but I was told no by the manager. Thing is that they didn't have any Dilly Bars.... Not good Mgmt in my opinion. Doubtful I will be back. You can have the best food in the world, but if you aren't accommodating, you lose business.

It’s Dairy Queen. The food chain in general has dropped at most locations in terms of quality, cleanliness etc. This location falls into that same criteria. My wait time wasn’t terrible, (10-15mins). Got a large Oreo Blizzard! Although I was disappointed when I realize my Oreo blizzard only had like 5 small Oreo pieces in the entire blizzard.

Well the employee was nice and friendly but they messed up all 4 of our burgers. They were all different and none were labeled. When we opened them we didn't know which was supposed to be which because not a single one was the way anyone ordered it. The food was alright though, we ate it without asking it to be fixed. Then we had to remind them to get our blizzards and Orange Julius. They seemed very undertrained. At least they we're friendly. Dairy Queen should be pretty awesome and it'd be a shame for poorly ran places like this one to bring the brand down.

Dairy Queen is Dairy Queen. They have the best soft serve, but this location could not swirl the chocolate and vanilla. As for atmosphere, this is an older place and was dirty.

Guess I'm done getting burgers here. Mine came out dressed with nice veggies but the meat itself was never warm enough to even melt the cheese slightly. I looked it up because the texture was even terrible, like a middle school cafeteria - these are stackburgers that DQ switched to a couple years ago. Mind you this was $12 so I should expect something delicious, too bad this tepid puck is being served to people. Fantastic front of house guy holding down the dining room with another girl.

The food was warmish, not hot or truly warm. The gravy for our chicken strip dinner was very salty. We could not eat it. The fries were old and cold. The strawberry Sunday was good.

We usually come here as a family outing but whoever was working drive thru 9/3/22 sure was ignorant and rude. She shut the window in my face when she got my order wrong and I didn't get to finish my sentence. I wasn't rude to her or anything. I was just telling her which order was ours.

Don't expect friendly service. Worst customer service. Food is some what decent I feel the food would have been better if the employ actually cares somewhat about there job. They have me dirty looks got mad because I wanted the combo and not just the burger and rolled her eyes. It was a African American girl she didn't have a name tag or I would have got it.

Went back for the 7.00 meal deal and found out they don't honor it. Food was good not great and our sundaes were brought out first, which were melted by the time we finished our burgers

Staff member that brought my food out to the front was rude. I said hi she replied with here's your food! Pushed it at me and walked away. Burgers were messy looking when I got them home half a mile away. Lettuce was coming out of the wrapper, they were just tossed together. Usually their good but today not so much.

They 1st have an ad for 2/$4 medium dipped cones/sundaes and cashier didn't know how to do it so I paid $5.82 for 2 small. Then I call the store but get no answer because my pineapple sundae is half pineapple half strawberry👎👎👎👎 allergic to strawberry preserves as they contain red 40. 😠😡

We had to turn around and go back because my daughter food finger steak looks like it was not cooked, gravy was watery ,to at was crumbled up and threw in the box. EVERYTHING was THROWN in the box had to go back for them to rebook the whole basket

I was on my way to Whataburger and saw Dairy Queen. Decided I get tacos and a milk shake.. 1) when the girl was taking my order she wasn't friendly what so ever. I even asked her when I got to the window if she was having a bad day because she'd been kind of rude while taking my order. She said it wasn't her who took my order.. That's a lie but I didn't say anything. 2) I gave her cash and should of gotten a little bit of change. She never gave it to me with my receipt and when I mentioned it she just said sorry. Never offered to give it to me. 3) The chocolate in my shake tastes old and my tacos were cold and greasy.. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE To many other places that are friendly and have good food and they give you your change.

They always say they dont have chocolate soft serve but i know they do. Its like when McD says the ice cream is broken but we all know it isnt. I think it depends who is working - i got chocolate soft serve ONCE in all my visits to this location. No other dairy queens ive been to has been so reluctant to have chocolate soft serve on hand. To be fair I do go later in the evenings, but that doesn’t mean they can clean up that soft serve machine early.

I went to get a $1 chocolate dipped cone as per the commercial and I was told only the regular vanilla was a $1. I should have gone back to the store after recording the commercial on my phone to show the manager (he told me only the vanilla was $1) to educate him on his own store’s special, but I never did! Not sure I’ll return to that store!

Food was good, but don't order curbside pickup, just go inside. If you order curbside, they'll put your order in a freezer and just forget it exists. I checked in at my pickup time and waited 15 minutes before going inside only to find they weren't busy at all, they just didn't ever send anyone out with the food that was already made 🙄

Went to dq wanting two yummy blizzards & well one was really good. The other was melted & was turned upside down and dripped onto the servers hand yet she gave it to us. Also, we waited 8 minutes between blizzard 1 and blizzard 2… mind you they were the same blizzard flavor. Just disappointed by the slowness of the drive through & lack of quality we witnessed.

I’ve been coming here weekly for 3.5 years and the service is pretty consistently bad. Employees always seem like they hate their lives, and are very unhappy. With that they’re not very nice either. I’m sure it’s hard to hire people who care about the job, especially here, but still. Besides that though, the food is pretty great (though more often than not at least one item is missing from orders, like weirdly consistently). Atmosphere is nice on the bright side.

When ordering a small or medium blizzard from this DQ, they have consistently served every single blizzard with at least the bottom third as plain vanilla ice cream. I've only ever ordered mint or chocolate blizzards, yet always have a decent bit of vanilla with no toppings at the bottom. And the last one I got recently had almost half of it vanilla - very clearly just trying to save money on their end. You can see in the pictures that this "thin mints blizzard" is completely vanilla ice cream at the bottom... Hope they fix this soon.

Bought the chicken strips and requested well done fries and toast as normally they are half done and greasy. I thought if I requested well done FF they would be cooked enough to ear. They were not. That’s my last trip to DQ.

Worst service I've ever had at a DQ. The employees consistently mess up orders and are not trained well. It has gotten to the point where I've been told I can't have items on the menu because the employees don't know how to order it. Would not reccomend unless you are seriously desperate for ice cream. They have hit rock bottom and started digging!

This the second time we've been to location on Texas in College Station. Just horrible food. Chicken strips were over micro-waved and French fries cold and hard. Wasted money as we could not eat it. We always wondered why no one was hardly ever in this location. Now we know.

Terrible service. Ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard. Was handed a chocolate chip one when I corrected it. The guy at the window told me I didnt order that, ripped it out of my hand, slammed his window, opened it handed me my card, slammed his window, then handed me the blizzard back jus mixed with a few pieces of cookie dough an mixed up chocolate chips.

The cashier seemed Very confused by my order like he hadnt been there long. Got the order wrong. The card machine kept rejecting my card. Then the server walked around in circles instead of making the shakes I ordered. He handed me the cups as though I was to make my own. 20 minutes later I got my 3 shakes that ajoined my meal which was cold by that point. There was a customer who was waiting 20 minutes for 4 ice creams and only received 2. The whole time the shift manager was sat on the floor counting the money in the till. I also noticed that the drive thru had at least a 12 minute wait on what seemed like only simple meals. Will not come to this DQ again it was a disgrace

Ordered 40 dollars worth of food and order was incorrect. Burger slapped together pepper jack cheese Missing off the flamethrower burger, fries were cold. Called to inquire and confirm the ingredients of the female who answered the phone immediately let it be known she was frustrated with my question by her hard exhale when I inquired what was on the burger. She did offer to remake the food but based off her lack of concern, empathy and poor customer service i opted out on it to avoid any other issues. Just relocated to College Station and will NEVER visit this location again

I pointed to the menu to the item I wanted three times to have the dude repeat back to me the wrong item. I correct him politely each time. Finally takes time to read the menu on the wall and admits he never saw that before. Five minutes later I see him working on my order. Now he goes off to try and make this shake he never heard of before because the rest of the staff is screwing around. Staff in back was obnoxious. Uncomfortable seating and lighting. Nasty experience.

Ordered the pulled pork burger. They waited until I had already paid with my card to tell me they didn't have any more pulled pork. After order a double meat burger I was informed the difference was 73 cents. Paid the difference and they still gave me the wrong burger smh. Didn't care at all.

Worst service and most impolite staff. Went through the drive-thru and nobody was in front or behind my vehicle. 10 minutes before receiving my order. There were two cars in the parking lot. My fault for not checking my order before going home. Order was incorrect, so I returned to the store and requested the correct burger. The guy I dealt with was mildly polite. 25 minutes later my correct order showed up at my table. I learned my lesson and checked the order before leaving. It was the most poorly put together burger I have ever received. Knowing that the third time would not be the charm, I took my order and went home. Fries are now cold, they gave me two packets of ketchup, drink is more water than Dr. Pepper and there was so much ranch on the burger I couldn't even finish it. Thank you for helping me decide where not to eat in Aggieland. I will not be returning and will never recommend anyone else visit this particular DQ.

Our family went to DQ for a small dipped cone for my 3 year old daughter. After circling the building and going through the drive thru twice with no answer someone finally answered on the speaker. After quickly expressing my unhappiness with the wait time we were told to leave. We pulled through and called the store to speak to a manager and were told to leave because they were calling the cops on us. This poor service mixed with bad attitude will cause DQ to lose our patronage, how unfortunate.

Worst DQ experience ever. This place is slow. Gives you a chocolate dip cone with the chocolate running down on the hands of the employee. We ordered 3 cones and there was absolutely no consistency in the product. Thank goodness all D's aren't like this one...

We just bought two small hot fudge malts from here. We thought there would be hot fudge drizzled in the vanilla malt. ($5.82) It came blended together. It was just a chocolate malt at this point. I went back to the counter to ask for hot fudge to be added on top. I got charged an extra $0.75 for the equivalent of maybe two tablespoons of fudge dumped on each drink. My wife and I were disappointed. The employees acted like it was a hardship to put the hot fudge on top of the drinks when we ordered hot fudge. It has made us not want to go back to this Dairy Queen. I took pics.

Go here often enough to get my ice cream fill in and the blizzards are always half melted, but tonight it was completely watered down when I returned home. I see why the female employee working the window didn’t turn it upside down. Tired of this. I’ve made the drive from the Bryan DQ back home and my blizzard was not even as melted. There’s no explanation.

Absolutely horrendous drive thru experience. The lady working was very rude when informing us that the thing we ordered was something they didn't have. Essentially called us stupid for ordering chocolate ice cream even though they sell chocolate in East Coast Dairy Queens so we didn't know it wasn't a thing here. Will not return to this location after such a rude response.

Decided fo get DQ after ages and promptly remember why I don’t. This place specialises in service with a frown. The staff and rude and made some snarky comment over a simple communication error when ordering. Blizzard barely had any toppings, mostly just plain ice cream. Think I will be staying away.

I don't think you can have a worse experience when getting ice cream. It took 3 times of correcting the order and it was still wrong. It was a banana split that they overcharged me for and got it wrong 3 times. I finally just left with the wrong order because they refused to make it a 4th time. I'll be reaching out to corporate. If you’re wanting to get a midnight snack, you’ve got to be there like an hour before they close because after that, they’ll have you sitting in the drive thru for like 20 minutes, or better yet - they’ll turn off the lights on you. These people need a manager watching what they do at night.

Horrible service! Ordered 2 Turtle Pecan Blizzards. One with extra chocolate. We asked which one had the extra chocolate and the girl told us she couldn't remember. Once we drove away we discovered neither had chocolate. Won't go back. Tip ...if you hate your job stay the hell home.

Gross! My daughters fries were super greasy and soggy and the chicken was old. Then we looked over to our left and saw a dead roach next to us. It definitely soured our stomachs. We both just threw away our food.

Very rude I try to order and the lady on the speaker yell at me and said "Oh my God give me a second, gosh!" Instead of been rude I feel like she could of been politely or professionally and said can you please give me a second or I'll be right with you, Is not the first time employee from this location are rude I feel like they need to work on that or hired more professional employees.

Went to pick up a couple of plain hamburgers for my 23yr old who was in our hotel feeling crummy. Asked the counter person if I could get a kids burger. She said I'd have to buy the whole kids meal or pay $8 bucks for two kids burgers. Then asked about any plain burgers and was shown the Jr. Burger for $2.69 a peice. We left. Too expensive for a plan burger.

Staff was incredibly avoidant and rude! I got charged incorrectly which could have been fixed with simple communication. I outlined outright I was using a coupon at the intercom just to get charged full price at the window. Worker was in no hurry to offer a refund or apologize. I understand we all have bad days but it shouldn’t be that hard to admit a mistake, apologize and fix it. I’ve only been to this location a couple times but my previous experience with the staff was similar.

We ordered two hunger buster combos. The orders came out rather quickly. The fries were hot and fresh, but the burgers were awful. Both were overloaded with so much mustard that you couldn't taste anything else, the bread was crumbly, all in all the worst burger ever. On a positive note the atmosphere and customer service was great. I've eaten at dq many times over the years and never had such an experience.

Terrible food. I don't get fast-food very often, but even your average McD is way better than the borderline inedible "burger" I got from this place.

Service is horrible every time I go to this location. Tonight we tried reedeming some coupons we had and once we got to the window we weren’t allowed to because we didn’t specify when ordering, even though there is no where that said we had to do that on the app. We proceeded to try to figure out if there was anything we could and the manager was extremely rude with her responses and would just shut the window on us as we were trying to politely state our case. Again, this is not the first time we have a terrible experience with the staff at this location. Its a shame their ice cream is so good because the workers constantly try to keep me from ever wanting to return

The manager and employees need massive training in customer service and how word of mouth can make or break a business. I was trying to order and kept getting spoke over and the lady taking my order got very sassy and rude with me while employees were laughing in the background. When we asked for the coperate number she wanted to refuse us service and call the cops when we tried to get the coperate number. I recommend going to a different location if you do not wish to deal with rude and disrespectful employees until staff and management are replaced. I have never in my life had such horrible customer service, I truly feel for the owner of this location.

The lady working in the drive thru tonight was very rude and ignorant when we ordered. My partner asked for a basket combo and she proceeded to basically say there wasn’t one even though it’s offered on the menu as a “combo”. She kept saying we had to buy the drink separately for an additional add on- so a combo like we said. When we finally pulled up to the window she was openly calling my partner “stupid” to a coworker and rolled her eyes at us. Her customer service was horrible and disgusting. I just don’t understand why you would get a job you simply hate and then proceed to be rude to customers for you not knowing your own menu. Definitely will not be returning there anymore!

Our BUNS on our burgers was OLD the FRIES were not fresh and the Toast on the steak finger basket was burnt the Hospitality was BAD!

This has to have been the worst burger I've ever had in my whole life. I had gotten the #5 tonight at 11 pm and when I was eating the burger I couldn't even finish the burger with how awful it was, my girlfriend had a bite and spat it right out. I was very disappointed about tonight but at least it ruined my appetite.

I went DQ order some food through the drive- thru. The manager has poor customer service. I’ve never seen her before. They were playing and laughing on the intercom messing my order up. I went to the window and asked her to read back my order. She read it back and slammed to window in my face. I questioned her about the mix up at the intercom. She began yelling at me telling me it’s traffic and she can’t hear if I’m talking to low. Her customer service is horrible and she needs more training. I am a manager and that is unacceptable.

First off I shouldn't even give it one star, but I did. I ordered a small banana split blizzard at the drive through. After getting down the road abit and eating it. I noticed there may have been one or two small slivers of banana an maybe a sliver or two of what I think was pineapple. That was it, I am very disappointed in what I got for the money I payed for it. If that's the way your going to run your business then maybe you should stay closed like the other day when you were closed for maintenance. I won't be back!!!!!!

Kind of frustrating going through a drive through at 11:15 pm when y’all close at midnight and being told that they started closing. Not having hardly anything available that I wanted to order. Flat doctor pepper, gross caramel. It’s a no from me.

One star is not even earned! Horrible service last night. Employee was rude in the drive thru. Night shift supervisor encouraged this behavior. Blizzard was partially melted when it was handed to me but since I was 2 blocks from home, I figured it was ok. When I got home, blizzard was melted and both wraps I ordered were wrong too. I drove back up to politely bring this to their attention and all I got was attitude and racial remarks. I've lived in Bryan/CS for several years and have been to this location hundreds of times but this visit was diff. The front night shift worker needs to be fired! I suggest the manage take a look at the video from last night. It speaks volume on who you have employed. Maybe a call to the health department is needed!!

Ordered a Blizzard. 15 minutes later went to ask what happened to it as I was on a time restraint. Two other customers in the restaurant at that time. They did not know what happened to it. I asked for more money back as I needed to leave right then. Instead the manager runs to the back and starts making me one. I again told her I did not have time and that I needed to leave. I they could not figure out how to refund the my money. I left my money. Love being ripped off

I ordered a side salad with chicken strips, along with other items through the drive thru. I was not given a fork or salad dressing to eat my salad. I asked for honey mustard. When I called them, the guy on the phone said everyone makes mistakes. I am sorry. I was in a hotel out of town and I had no way to eat my salad and they only gave us one napkin for each order. I was very dissatisfied.

If I could post 0 stars, I would. Just got off work and wanted something sweet to end the long night. The blizzard I got was more than 50 percent air, like a Lays chip bag, the brownie was rock hard and the working was obviously high as a kite. Dairy Queen needs to stop playing in my face.

This was easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Dairy Queen. My girlfriend ordered the Mint Crunchin Cookie Parfait with fudge, and what we were handed was clearly not that. Instead, it looked like someone made a Peanut Buster Parfait, realized it was wrong, then tried to throw a tiny scoop of mint on top and pass it off as the right order. On top of that, the fudge was spilling all over the outside of the container and got all over our hands before we even left. When I went inside to get it corrected, the employee at the counter immediately got an attitude and insisted the order was “correct.” It absolutely was not. Only after I explained multiple times that it was the wrong item did they finally go back and remake it. The second one came out without the fudge, even though we paid extra for fudge. When I asked about it, instead of fixing it properly, they handed me a tiny cup of fudge on the side like that somehow makes up for it. It really felt like they made the wrong item, tried to pass it off as ours, and then gave attitude when we asked for what we actually paid for. Mistakes happen, but acting like the customer is wrong and doing the bare minimum to fix it is terrible service. If someone pays for a specific item and extra toppings, they should actually receive what they paid for.

I ordered a sandwich meal with vanilla shake also an onion rings. The vanilla shake has a bug on top of it, while I noticed it I went to the counter and explained about the food quality standards. But the person who is a black old guy who didn't even apologize me for that inconvenience happened by them and he gave a replacement for it. I suggest the restaurant manager to maintain some quality standards in your food preparation center. I have attached the pic. Note: this is not intentionally made situation, as a proof of that I opened all the boxes which I ordered on the table which is in front of the counter.

Slow, and I ordered two 4 piece steak tenders and one 6 piece tender. I got charged for that ordered and just got 3 orders of 4 piece tenders. I asked while I got my food if it was 2 4 tenders and 1 6 tenders and they said yes. Clearly they don't know how to count every one of them.

We tried ordering on the menu gave us a collage station instead of Bryan. Called the collage station Dairy Queen some girl on the phone was rude and seemed annoyed. We asked her simple questions and she gave rude responses. We then asked another question and she proceeded to hang up the phone with no warning. Not a good services

Came on a Friday night, my order was given to me wrong. I asked for a cup, not a cone. My friend’s order was thrown in the trash after it was called out from the counter. They didn’t wait for longer than 45 seconds. Along the same vein, another friend wasn’t given a number, then after asking about his order status, one of the staff members barked at him that “everyone got a number.” They also lost my boyfriend’s order. I will not be coming back. 2/4 of us didn’t get our order, and all of us had complications.

Spent 35 dollars on a simple order. Get home and no onion rings where included with the order as I requested. 3 orders of fries where in the bag when I only ordered 1 fry and 1 onion ring. Bacon burger had no bacon. I was informed by the person working the front counter that they would correct the bacon burger and told me the other 2 cheese burgers where made fresh and they would not be remade. I explained to the front counter after driving from here to my house then back here I would not accept cold food after making a unnecessary trip . Lack of customer service skills will yield no further business from me and my family. I have worked for a dairy queen before as a manager and am currently a manager for another local business and would never treat my customers with such disregard To make matters worse the person sitting next to me waiting had a incorrect order as well. Guess I'll stick with Texas Burger 🍔 even asking for what I ordered we still get 2 extra orders of fries. Way to cost the owner unnecessary food cost twice. Update: get bacon burger corrected ordered it with no tomatoes mayo and mustard both.. no mustard but has a tomato and bacon. Second burger no mustard and the 3rd was a hunger buster with cheese ketchup no tomato and get 2 burgers plain and dry. And after all the reviews responses saying give us a second chance. I already did and there won't be a 3rd I will be contacting y'all's home office after this.

Ordered a banana split and moolate online. Served two banana split blizzards that were a soupy mess! Was told the moolate machine has been discontinued for a year? The manager apologized and mailed me a gift card.

For $3 this was the most pitiful cup of ice cream I have ever seen. This location has been going downhill for months. The food is continually of poor quality, the customer service has always been awful. Disappointed the smith DQ franchise allows this as I have previously seen better.
