Always love to get a snow cone before leaving. But they definitely need to ck their bottle of strawberry. It isn't strawberry but kind of like an orange strawberry. My mom was not happy. But we will go back. They something different next time.

Great ice and tons of flavors. If you go in you can sample flavors. Drive thru has a menu you can look at while you wait to pull up to order. Stays pretty busy and the parking lot is cramped but it is worth the wait.

Nothing unusual. I used the drive-thru today, to order a cherry limeade (iced), and 3 sno-cones. Pulled around, paid, got my rewards card punched; brief wait, and here come my goodies! Perfect, as always!

They have many unique flavor options. I like to get toasted coconut and root beer float or cream soda and orange. Making it a bahama mamarama is very much worth it. I like to fill out the punch cards for a free one every 10 visits. You also get 2 or 3 punches for when it gets cold outside. The colder it is the more punches you get.

What is NOT to love about Bahama Buck's? This location offers friendly service, they are not pushy about selling you extras, and the snow cones are great. We always visit when we come to College Station. RECENT UPDATE: We have re-visited numerous times since last year. All is still as good as before. PRO TIP: Although it's not on their menu, ask for the Hullabaloo. I'm not sure what flavors are mixed, but it's just the right combo of sweet and sour.

I absolutely love Bahama Bucks with every bit of me that I've got. I don't care if the line is long inside or at the drive-thru, it is so incredibly worth it. The sour flavors of the standard shaved ice are very good. I have only had one of the cream swirly ones before and it was great too, but I typically go for a regular plain snow cone. They have good sizes and awesome color changing spoons!

Best shaved ice I've ever had! So soft, like snow. They aren't stingy with the flavors and I love that they have a super sour menu. While my kids like them super sweet, I don't and the super sour menu takes care of that giving me the perfect shaved ice! If you go at peak hours when the college students are in town the line can get long, but usually we've had pretty quick service.

They have good snow cones and smoothies! My wife loves this place. If you get the Bama Rama, they put Blue Bell ice cream in the snow cone. It's a great place to go on a hot day to cool off. They sometimes have specials like their anniversary where they offer a free snow cone to everyone (though it was hectic with everyone).

I'm not sure how this place slipped off my radar, I just tried it for the first time after living here for years and I was blown away! I'm usually not a snow cone guy, but these are special. They have such a smooth consistency, it is like the most powdery snow ever. This allows it to completely absorb whatever syrup you get with it and makes everything better.

I Côme to this location maybe 2-3 times a week and it’s always a pleasure. Really professional and polite employees. The reason for my review and 5 stars is an employee by the name of Mikey. Dude literally makes the best smoothies. Idk why it taste different but I can always tell when someone else makes it. Today I went and he was on snow cones and not smoothies but then I asked him to make mine and without hesitation or seeming annoyed he did so. That was very important to me!

They did an Excellent job! My truck is a farm truck and stays dirty all the time. They washed and vacuumed it. It looked amazing!! They also returned my rent car for me. Customer service is everything, and they are doing it right.

Let me tell ya if you need a sugar ride then come here! Holy moly talk about a sugar rush!! Also their sizes are insane! I thought a regular would be small but man it is so BIG. The prices are worth it and so is the wait. Also they have sugar free options too! Great place and super nice workers.

Im a lover of sno cones all year 'round, anytime of the day, which is why I love that Bahama Bucks is open throughout the entire year and even better open late-till 11pm! Tons of combos and a large variety of products and creations- you'll always have lots of new options each visit. My only complaint is the almost unaffordable prices charged for what amounts to frozen water and syrup. But I get that to stay open year 'round, late at night, and to employ the full staff which helps the line moving quickly, and to afford the lease and utilities prices have to be higher than a typical sno cone stand with 1 or 2 employees. But I love this place and I recommend it for any kind of drink or the need for any kind of cold treat you may seek!

Bro... it's like frosty the snowman jumped into flavored rainbows with sprinkles and joined in perfect matrimony with teardrops of angels, before being wrapped in Egyptian silk . Sizes available range from "I'm on a strict diet" all the way thru "Instant Diabetes" and the only crappy part is the lines are reminiscent of Chick-fil-A any day everywhere at lunch time. (Except Sunday when everyone wants Chick-fil-A) And hell yes, it's worth the wait AND subsequent onset diabetes. Every silky swallow is bliss. To be clear...I love this place.

Great for a quick, sweet treat! I think the last time I went to a Bahama Bucks was about 5, 10ish years ago? I'll have to make up on my lost time on enjoying snowcones. I got the Dreamsicle Sno, I loved the orange and vanilla flavor. The ice cream at the bottom was also a welcome surprise. My boyfriend got the Strawberry Cheesecake Sno. It was a lot more cheesecake and a lot less strawberry, so if you want a more strawberry flavor you may want to choose standalone strawberry. It was delicious tho, I'll definitely have to come back to reward myself after an exam.

Bahama Bucks always has friendly, happy employees and of course their shaved ice is delicious! Always nice and soft, smooth, no huge chunks like regular sno-cones, and the flavor always goes all the way through, no plain ice bottoms here! I have earned more than a few free ones through their frequent buyer club. LOL My favorite combo is pineapple passion fruit black cherry, but they have a HUGE range of flavor options to choose from and I've yet to dislike any I've tried. The only thing that makes them better is getting them "Bahama Mama" style, which adds ice cream in the middle and cream on top. Yum! The prices are reasonable as well, especially for the sizes! Regular is enough for most folks, large if you're just needing that extra comfort sugar. Avalanche is kind of comically huge and really I think meant for two people (see my pics for an example when I ordered one just for kicks on half-price day)! There is a size above that, but I'd kind of be afraid to see it LOL Oh, and extra punches if you're a nut like me and go even if it's 30-40 degrees outside! :-D

Bahama Buck's is great, I love their flavored ice and customer service. The Ice isn't too sweet and the tiny umbrellas are the cherry on top. Good for a warm summer's day to stop by for a sec.

I ordered the polar berry, which is a seasonal flavor, fruity and delicious. This was the first BB location in CS, and they have a good process at taking the order and getting it out to customers. The other BB at Tower point is bigger... And muy slower. This is the location I reccomended, just for the customer service and speed over the other location.

Arguably the best sno-cone purveyor in the Bryan/College Station area. With a wide range of sno-cone flavors available along side several other iced treats, there's sure to be something for everyone. Wait times, especially during the summer, can run to more than 30 minutes, so visitors are wise to take this into consideration. More often than not, though, patrons will find that their willingness to wait is proven worthwhile.

Bahama Buck has good snow cone flavors. When we went today to get snow cones for my family, they were out of my mom favorite flavor. Since we couldn't get our mom her Banana Snow Cone, we left. This issue needs to be fix.

Yum. I have driven by this place a million times and never really noticed it. Today I did, so swung by. I got an Açaí bowl and a hot koko. The cocoa was good. The Açaí was delicious. Very very tasty. A bit pricey, but it tasted very fresh.

Not really much to tell about the place. I did go in wanting more of a smoothie, but that isn’t what this place specializes in. The staff were helping in directing me to a reasonable substitute, and overall I was pleased with the outcome. Often it seems faster to just walk into the store rather than utilize their drive through. However on that note is my one criticism regarding the state of the store. I found that a large church of the floor was rather sticky. This is personally just one of my squick factors, but also seems like a reasonable problem to encounter in this style of business.

Delicious Sno desserts; I had the pina colada, absolutely a must-try. I ordered online from the website and went to pick up in-store. It was ready very quickly, they had already placed it in the "waiting" fridge to the right of the front door. Fast service!

Came here for the first time with my son. We ordered the Açaí bowl, Açaí Berry Breeze smoothie, Oreo smoothie, and Gummy Bear snow cup. Both the Açai bowl and smoothie are delicious. The Oreo smoothie was super sweet and doesn't taste like what we're normally used to when you buy an Oreo shake. Snow cups (cones) is called Shaved Ice in Hawaii where I'm from so it's finally nice to find a place that actually shaves the ice real fine like I'm used to. They have so many other shaved ice and smoothie flavors to choose from. The Gummy Bear is really delicious. Their cup sizes are massive so make sure to order what you can consume because my regular was definitely larger than normal regular size. Staff are friendly. The orders took a really long time to be made, and they even had several workers on the floor. Parking lot is small and located in the Hobby Lobby/Twin Liquors area.

I like this location, their service is more or less quick the only problem I have had is their drive-up two way radio is spotty at best making for frequent wrong orders. I would recommend the frozen cherry limade though!

The place is amazing, but the wait is ridiculous I came around 3:40 and had to wait till 4:25 for 2 drinks for a blue lagoon and a dr.paradise. I seen my drinks just sitting there for about 3 mins maybe more I just seen the guy walking past them ignoring them (jase or Jose).. and at first I didn't want to seem rude but as time went by I decided to ask if those were mine which by then they have been waiting for 6 mins when I tasted them they tasted watery! I Didn't want to go back to get new ones bc I didn't want to wait another 30mins to get my drinks.!

I have mixed feelings about Bahama bucks. Their smoothies are delicious and awesome, but yesterday I got a shaved ice and it was one of the worst ones I have ever had. I have always loved tigers blood, but their flavoring tasted fake. It was like they were trying to make it test real like a cheap diet soda flavoring that is trying to mimic the real thing. Maybe I aM just used to a heavy corn syrup type snow cone, but this one tasted weird to me and my wife. End of story get a delicious smoothie! :)

We have ordered numerous times online and they can't seem to make them how the one on William d Fitch did. My husband had so many gummy bears in his drink he had to throw it away. They haven't had enough flavoring in them and they haven't filled them like they should either.

Drive through was totally unavailable due to endless line of autos. I got in line inside, 10th place. Waiting to order and waiting after ordering total time 30 minutes. Only redeeming aspect was the drinks were excellent.

Got a smoothie bowl and a sno! Very delicious, the young man that took my order was very friendly! I waited ab 2 mins for someone to come to the front, I thought maybe there was only one person working but than 3 other people came from the back! Besides the young man that took my order, everyone else seemed like they didn’t want to be there..no one else smiled at me when they looked at me. They just seemed like they were annoyed they had to work. Very upsetting to see, other than that everything else was top tier!

This is one of my favorite place to come for a sweet treat. Recently the snowcones have been so dry. Tonight my top was blue on the outside and white on the inside due to the lack of syrup. It’s very upsetting not only that but the ice tastes like tap water from college station and if you know you know! Just wish they were made consistent and used better ice!

I heard about this place from a lot of people after moving to B/CS area. It was an okeyish experience for me. The good: Hell lot of flavour options, calm interior, drive through The bad: Too much sugar, mediocre customer service I wouldn't recommend this place if you like more tangy flavours. Most of the things that we tried were sweet. Overall, it didn't strike me as a fantastic place for snow cones, but who knows, things can change when I visit next time.

Pina colada was good. Didn't entice me enough to finish the entire drink but on a hot summer day I imagine I would be all about it. I went inside and ordered and was the customer inside. The drive thru had about three cars in line and the employees seemed to be more efficient and attentive to the drive thru orders than the customers entering the store.

Advertise a "flat top" on the sign, so you don't spill. they just put it in a bigger cup, it's a great idea. If you order an avalanche size though (not even the biggest size) they won't put it in a larger cup, you just get less, that's what they told me when I asked why it wasn't in a bigger cup.....

To the rude employee that took my order . She never gave me a chance to ask her to put my baby snow cone in a small cup. Took my payment and shut the window so quick I still wasn't able to ask . When she finally handed me my snow cone I asked her and she had the worst attitude . She went "UGH" and rolled her eyes .. I know they are able to do this because they are the ones who offered this to me the first time I ever went there ! Usually they will ask when I order , this girl was ready to go home or something I don't know .

Went to this location earlier today and had a so-so experience. The employee working the window was less than friendly (she never even offered us our receipt). To add insult to injury, my shaved ice had so little syrup in it, the bottom was still white (it was supposed to be cherry coke, and this has been a somewhat consistent issue the past several times I have been to this location). Overall, I enjoy getting sno-cones here, but I was unimpressed with this visit.

My boyfriend and I LOVE Bahama, but this location is so very disappointing. We used to come here all the time, but recently have often left unsatisfied. Every time we order a snow, something is wrong, whether it be the wrong size, missing a topping, not enough flavor, really messy cups, etc. For example, tonight we went and ordered 2 small, flat top snows, different flavors. When I was ordering, I made sure mine was a flat top, and the guy on the register said yes, and so we waited. When I got my snow, it was not a flat top like I had asked since we were going to be in the car, and my boyfriend got his after someone else's snow even though our order was first. We also realized his was a flat top, but still in a small cup and not an upsized cup. This location is so underwhelming with the staff, and they are constantly talking, yelling, and laughing loudly. It's great to have fun at work, but I imagine wait times would be lessened if more time and focus was put onto customers' orders. Not to mention, they very often forget to give us things with our orders, like event and limited time items, and they are very inconsistent with their information. We have been told incorrect information so many times and it gets so confusing and frustrating. Delicious products, just wish the bahama team was run better.

I used to go here all the time, but I am very disappointed with the last few times. I ask for Light Syrup (and now say not too Light) because if I don't say anything, it's more like a slushy. If I do say light, Im paying $5 for shaved ice. For a small window, yall had it down to a science, but after last night, the employees made it clear they are incompetent. Light syrup and it was a slush. Smh.

Messed up my order and when I told them they accidentally gave me the wrong order they just put new ice of the messed up one and put a little syrup on top, but the order was still wrong. So basically the top of the snow cone was what I wanted but the rest was still the wrong order. Lazy and disgusting.

Waited too long, kept skipping my order to make others behind me. I ordered 2 smoothies with ice cream. Didn’t get ice cream in them, this location is not organized at all. The employees were running everywhere.

Worst customer service ever! I went thru the drive thru and ordered a small cheesecake shaved ice, when she handed me the shaved ice she told me it was Piña colada, I mentioned that it was supposed to be cheesecake. The associate said that was what she meant to say, she had just gotten confused since it was white, I didn't think anything of it. As I was pulling out of the drive thru I decided to taste it, that's when I found out it was Piña colada, I parked and went into the store and told her that it was the wrong flavor she then took it from me and said she would make me another one. I waited for at least 10 minutes for another shaved ice when there was no line and no orders coming up. She finally handed the new one to me and said she was sorry, by that time I was tired of waiting and I just wanted to get out of there. When I got in my car I found out she had given me another Piña colada. I now regret not tasting it before leaving the store but she should have not messed up twice on the same item. My boyfriend got a playa del caramel and it just tasted like watered down caramel, needless to say I will not going back there.

I would rather drive out further than come back to this location. Waited right there at the counter for over 10 minutes before anyone even addressed us to take our order. While waiting, a young man working there went back and forth over the counter with his friend, not even acknowledging us. Then they charge me for an extra snowcone and when I go back to let them know I'm over charged, I am told next time to order differently. They refund me the extra snowcone but then want to charge me for the extra gummy bears that were refunded. It was literally 75 cents. Absolutely ridiculous.

Terrible service. 4/5 visits are unsatisfactory. Today's story is being in a two car line for 20 min, half of which was added because nobody took my order at the speaker. It wasn't that busy either. Any sorry, or compensation offered? Of course not. This location needs an iron fist of management. Service here is worst than that of what a baboon could give customers. I will not be giving this location any likes until its staff is disciplined. They've got enough since half of their vocabulary is "like." Fools.

You can taste the cheap artificial flavors and sugar they buy online😂😂😂😂😂, also they used non filtered city water to make ice. 😯. If you like this place you never had a real slushy, shaved ice or whatever. I've had better at 7 eleven in the 80s.

Just went to this location and ordered 3 sno cones. We had two punches left to get on our punch card, so we asked the girl at the window who took our order to please use our freebie. We also had a buy one get one 50% off with safe 2save. The girl at the window did not do like we asked, she just did the buy one get one 50% off. After we got home, I realized that she didn't do like we asked so I called and asked to talk to the manager and some young girl talks to me and I tell her what happened, and she claims the girl at the window asked us if we wanted to use the freebie and we said no. THAT IS NOT WHAT HAPPENED. WE ASKED HER TO USE OUR FREEBIE AND SHE DIDN'T AND CLAIMS THAT SHE GAVE IT BACK TO US. Needless to say, I am highly annoyed, and NOT impressed with the little manager chick, nor the chick that was working the window. She is the reason I am now on here giving a bad review.

Not a fan of snow cones, but if I had to pick one place to get a snow cone it would be Bahama bucks. Unfortunately today they were a huge let down. My son (1yr), husband, brother, sister in law and I decide to stop for snow cone after our dinner. My brother decided he did not want anything, everyone else order their snow cone. When we got to the front a brunette worker with ponytails gets my card rudely and it is noticeable that she does not want to be there. She later tells me they had made one of my snow cone with ice cream and cream and I would be able to keep it. She said at no charge to me. We all receive all our treats ice cream cup, watermelon snow cone with cream and ice cream, sugar-free pina colada with cream and ice cream, plus the mistake snow cone white coconut with cream and ice cream. Since my brother had not order I told him he could keep the mistake one. Since he does not like coconut we gave that one to my son, and he kept the watermelon. Still waiting on white coconut with no ice cream or cream. This particular worker comes back I tell her I will pay for the correct one. She say that no cause technically I already for it. She goes back talks to another person, comes back to me and tells me to return my snow cone which my son was already enjoying. I look at her in disbelief, and she says nothing so I asked for my husband to give me my son snow cone. He immediately starts crying. While looking at me straight in the eye this ponytail worker throws the mistake snow cone. She later bring me a sloppy white coconut snow cone. Do not hire incompetent works who honestly have no people skills and cannot accurately communicate with clients. Save yourself an awkward situation and go to a business that cares about customer service.

**Update** I was promised coupons in the mail but I have still not gotten them. I'm not sure where they are coming from but I tried to send another email but no reply. Very disappointed. I came here before close. It was busy in drive thru so I went in. I was told that they would take orders in drive thru but not my order. I'm not understanding what was different about my order and the drive thru orders. I was only ordering 1 sno cone. I emailed the general manager and I have still not gotten a reply. I have spent so much money here at this location and even after calling to try to reach out again I was just brushed off again. I'm sorry but 1 sno cone would not have had them working until 1 AM like he said. I watched 3 cars get orders before I left. I do not see how that is fair service.

Flavors aren't anything special. Customer service isn't great. Overpriced for what you get. If you're looking for a quality, delicious snow cone, JJ's over on Briarcrest Dr is the place to go!!

I had an unsatisfactory visit to Bahama Buck's on June 7, 2023, around 2 pm. We parked and entered the store to order four children's and one adult snow cone. However, the service we encountered was rather disappointing. While entering my phone number for reward points, an employee abruptly turned off the screen, which was surprising and felt disrespectful, especially since I was courteous enough to leave a 20% tip. Our experience continued to deteriorate as the adult snow cone we ordered was delayed for more than five minutes, even as other customers who arrived after us were being served. Despite our attempts to address the issue, our concerns were seemingly ignored, which added to our disappointment. The overall experience, unfortunately, gave me a feeling of potential bias, although I recognize this might be an isolated incident. The joy of our trip was dampened by the melting children's snow cones, which created a sticky mess in our car and on us. I would like to highlight the actions of the Caucasian female employee in the white hat who was on duty at that time. I think it's important for her to reflect on how her actions affected our experience negatively. We paid for our order, and due to the service we received, the overall mood for our family was negatively impacted. Given our experience, I would recommend anyone planning a visit to this location to consider these issues seriously. No customer should pay to receive subpar service. I hope this feedback reaches the management of Bahama Buck's and they take the necessary steps to improve their service.

I love the snow cones there!!! The only downfall is that you can tell tap water is being used or the filter is old . You can taste the whatever’s in the water in college station. Reminds of pool water please fix it and yall will be the best.

9/26 just after 6pm went to go get drinks from here. The service was terrible. Kendall who gave us our drinks at the drive thru window and was the shift lead gave a flimsy cup that broke all over inside the car causing a huge mess. The car was covered on the inside with red sticky cherry juice. So was my friend. When this happened the other workers laughed at the situation and were not helpful. When asked for a towel we were told we could get napkins. So we had to ask for something to help clean up vs it being offered. The napkins were just as flimsy. Once we parked and tried cleaning out the car it was clear these napkins were not sufficient. I went back in and asked for a towel and I was looked at with dumbfounded looks. I was told due to sanitary reasons I could not get a towel but they had paper towels which were slightly more durable. All in all this was a terrible customer service experience and I would have expected more as this was an accident, but the response and support was very much lacking.

Sigh… okay. Today was a REALLY GOOD DAY OKAY!?!, it really was, until I placed my order here. Okay not placing no times and dates because they’re in the pictures (this all happened 30 mins ago) just getting home. Long story short, placed order in driver thru because it was packed, got to the window and the guy told me to come in they’re making them, okay cool, no issue, pulled around, went in, waited patiently for the mess I LITERALLY got in the picture. Mikey the manager, Like you dry ….. looked at me and took the MELTED sno, placed a top on it and took it to a fridge that wasn’t cold, the sno was melted, (I’m not paying it no mind bc I’m looking at my receipt and KNOW that’s not mine , turns out it was my order.) I get to the counter and tell Mikey the manager I was the one that was told to come inside and he pointed to the fridge and say “oh they’re right there.”, pointed to the fridge and I also went sour. I asked him why is it like that and that’s not mine and he told me that “corporate rules says that an online order has to be flat top regardless of what the site or app says.”, okay don’t you think that needs to be said on the site and the app??? Okay, yall get it, I’m VERYYYYYYYY DISAPPOINTED in this place,! I came to bring my baby back so they could have a dessert before we fall asleep but NOPE, I asked for a refund and walked away. It’ll take me some time to come back to this location, and I used to come FAITHFULLY 😢😢. 0/10

We finished at the football game and went to get a snow cone. We arrived around 10:35 and waited on our items. We all got our snow cones at about 10:55 and proceeded to eat them and visit. The staff was constantly staring us down with dirty looks and whispering amongst themselves. They then proceed to come out and tell us to leave at exactly 11pm. We went to finish our snow cones in the parking lot and left about 10 min later and they were still cleaning and closing, there was no reason for them to have kicked us out. That is very poor customer service!!!!

This is the third time I have came this year and the amount of flavoring they give you is little to none. They also give you little to no toppings or ice cream at the bottom.

Long wait at the drive thru box before anyone asked for my order. Then after paying the lady disappeared. Someone came and put my order on the counter and it sat for minutes before the lady came back and handed it to me. Then while I was eating mine I noticed a black fleck in mine. I started fishing and pulled a little pile of black stuff out of my order. I don't know what they were and the only flavor I had was coconut so there shouldn't have been anything colorful in it. It was plain white. Really gross. If you want a snow cone and it's still open, go to JJ's instead. 10x better service and product.

Every time I place an online order it is never ready when the expected time is. Very inconvenient. This has happened at least three times since I have noticed. I wish the team would prioritize their online orders especially considering how long their drive through already takes. Poor service like that is why people don’t tip.

maybe add some of the syrup to my sno next time? it’s ridiculous i come here and half the time they give me barely any of the actual syrup into my snow cone. when it’s good it’s good, but i’m genuinely tired of leaving with not what i paid for. get it together

I walked in to pick up an online order and noticed that it wasn’t in the freezer, so I stood at the register for quite sometime. The blonde girl at the counter was working on an order and everyone else was cleaning up to close within the hour. I stood patiently waiting for someone to help me or even acknowledge me or greeted me in any way. The blonde girl who I assume was working the register even made eye contact with me several times while working yet never said a word. I work for a five star establishment and that’s just not the level of customer service I’m used to providing and I truly hope you train your employees the value of customer service. Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. The order was cancelled and I left with no items.
