This was our first time at a Papa Johns. The service was great, we had a bunch of questions. We got the pizza to go, and truly the enjoyed every bite. We will definitely be back.

Braden I believe was his name was efficient professional and friendly.. doing customer service and switching to kitchen multiple handwashing times, made an error on my order he asked before cutting my pizza what style I wanted, double checked my order just. I will Definitely be making this my primary pizza place.

Papa John's is still serving some of the better pizzas out there, but the chain has declined in quality since firing "Papa John" Schnatter. We used to order from them about once a week. Now, it's more like once a year.
If you put the pepperoni *under* the cheese it is not really a *topping*. All good other than that

So I ordered it and then drove probably about 15 minutes to get there. When I got there I noticed that it was still in prepping mode according to the app to my phone. So I sat in my car for quite a while and then I had a message pop up saying that my order is ready I can pick it up. So I walked inside and was told it's not ready yet that there were 16 ahead of me. I told him the message came up saying it was ready he said yeah that's when we clear the board but that's not actually when the pizza's done. So I ended up standing there for probably close to 10 minutes. I get my pizzas I go I tell them I have to go an hour away as we were chit-chatting. So I get home and I get a voicemail from them. Listening to the voicemail it said that " we were having a difficult time to reach you to discuss this but we have run out of mushrooms on your beef and mushroom pizza". So I called him up and he said yeah I forgot to tell you when you were here picking it up. So we just offset it by giving you extra beef aka hamburger and extra cheese. I don't see how that is upsetting it at all because the mushrooms were part of the flavor of it that I now no longer get. Had it been told with a phone call before or while I was there, we could have come to an arrangement. I think the only thing that they should be doing right now is refunding me for the pizza. Instead they say they're going to rip on me for about $2 for the cost of the premium to have the mushrooms added. Except it's one of those $9.99 any and all toppings deals. So once again I just feel ticked off. Because I do like their pizzas and especially their brownies I will probably continue to go there but I will definitely be more specific and observant. And maybe even pick a different store.
Well I have the works pizza with extra jalapeño and when I went to pick it up as carry out I happened to check it and make sure they had extra jalapeño well there was none and I told the lady and she actually told me it had extra jalapeño on it. They are very greedy with all the ingredients but it looked more like a cheese pizza and yet she’s try’s a second and third time to convince me they was on there!!!!! I could not believe that was really happening

I recommend this location to my guests at the hotel I work at on multiple occasions. But when I order my pizza, and it gets delivered, looking like this...I am disappointed. I get that you have college kids working for you, but have some respect for your product. When I pay 50 bucks for this, I expect better quality. Maybe take a few minutes to quality check it. And maybe you don't throw the receipt on the pizza my kids eat. (See pictures) Based on the recent quality of the pizza I've gotten in the last few months, the lower rating you're getting in your reviews make sense now.

Buy you a pizza and cut it out yourself...😞 I buy them every year for my Grandkids. I ordered delivery, and I had high hopes for a pre-game pizza experience, but unfortunately, it fell short. While the toppings were cooked, the dough was undercooked, which turned the entire meal into a disappointing experience. Instead of enjoying a perfectly baked crust, it felt like I was eating cooked toppings on raw dough. The service was friendly, but the main focus— the pizza— needs improvement.
I walked in and the guy behind the pizza assembly line was eating a slice of pizza. In the kitchen. I ordered 2 pizzas, and never saw this guy wash his hands. Disgusted as can be, and debating going further up the line with it. I mentioned it to management and they said they would " talk to him". Do better
Ordered pizza to be delivered. I live less than 2 miles away. Planned to leave a 15% tip which meant I was asking for $6 back. The driver said "I don't have change sorry". Apparently that is now how they do business - they offer cash on delivery as a payment method online when you order, but neglect to tell you that you must have exact change. Papa Johns no longer provides cash to their drivers for cash transactions. The driver drove his 2 miles back with a $13 tip on a $46 order!

My Papa John's order was supposed to be here between 11:47 AM and 11:57 AM. I called and talked to the manager and he told me that he got another delivery so they put him on that delivery first and then said afterward he would get to me. First of all, this is very unprofessional. You don't take more time to get to an order that is first by giving someone else priority that came second, everyone knows that. My pizza did not get to me until 12:27 PM. He could have called to say he was late. I don't think I will leave a tip at any other Papa's if they have bad service again. I will be reporting this store to the corporate office and complaining. SO unprofessional to put an order before me that wasn't due for 30 minutes! Lousy service on behalf of the management and driver! If I could take it out of his tip I would!
This was the worst pizza bowl I have ever had, very very tiny portions,you could see the bottom of the plastic pan and way less than 14 inch thick, glad we order bacon cheese sticks as well or me and my handicapped daughter would be starving, I will not recommend or order here again because this is definitely NOT WORTH 12.00, I will go to marcos pizza where the pizza bowl is so big you can eat a 1/4 of it and be full for 9.99, papa johns is a 🤣
I paid $40 for a couple of large pizza’s with toppings just to get home and open up a plain cheese pizza. An innocent mix up is forgivable, but the boxes had a sticker with my order so this was just foul play. Also the older man at the front is very unprofessional and curses at his coworkers.
I leave this as someone that worked for pizza joints in my early years (Pizza Hut, little Caesars and Hungry Howies). A delivery drivers carries no more than 20$ for change. It’s just part of paying for a delivery with cash. Even with bigger bills. My wife and I placed an order online and I happened to just have the cash on me so I paid with actual cash. Total was roughly 74-75$ and I planned on tipping anyway to make it worth the drivers while. The driver then tells me that he can’t make change for anything and that I either give him the 25$ for a tip or I don’t get my food. First of all, my guy your customer service is an absolute dumpster fire. You’ve delivered to me a few times and always demanded a tip up front before I even get my food. Second, I know for a fact you’re supposed to be able to have at least 20$ in change for any order so please tell me that again. I’ve filed a complaint already higher up, I almost drove back out there to confront you but I have a family to feed and take care of. I’m sorry you’ve chosen to deliver pizzas as a career choice but there’s no need to take it out on anyone else. And don’t even expect a tip from me my guy. As long as it’s a different driver, I will tip you no matter what. But if that short, bald headed ignorant 30-40 year old delivers my food I will promptly refuse to pay for it. And to top it all off you didn’t even give me all of my order. I was looking forward to the breadsticks and you didn’t even give me them. Probably ate them on the way as a second tip for yourself.
Ordered a pizza and wings and oder showed up 2 hours later and no wings I called store 8 times to check on status of delivery and was hung up on all 8 times you will get no help from staff at all. How this place is in business baffles me. Delivery driver was very remorseful though. Fed the cold pizza too my dog $45 i spent for dog food.👎👎

I ordered a pizza and soda for delivery. They forgot my soda and I tried to call the manager three times with no response. I then called the extension to make a new order, then they connected me to management who, again, did not pick up.

Unfortunately they lie at this location and make up rules for corporate that are not true. Store manager Mathue and then Nick his GM say they can’t do a refund after it’s in the oven even if you placed at the wrong store. 10 people in the store brother sent me to get it since he already paid and they have water dripping on boxes from HVac system along with they say they just put it in the oven but in reality they were behind on orders and it took 15 more minutes to make. Love papa John’s but the atmosphere they have in this store is horrible no value in customer service what so ever.
