Ordered online on 3/17/24 the Brunch Box and you can’t do edits so I called the store they where so busy but they still helped me and when I went to pick it up they where still so busy but they saw I was an online pickup they grabbed my box and handed it to me .. What an excellent staff.. so busy in the am but still so friendly and helpful.. It’s not an easy job.. so my family and I really appreciated this!

No complaints about this location. It's convenient, pretty quiet so it makes a great place for a business meeting or to catch up with an old friend or colleague over coffee. Never had a problem with the staff. They're always happy to give out the Wi-Fi password. Their food is generally good.

The two young ladies that were there were super nice. I think their names are Mikayla & Tiana or Tia-sorry-not great w/names! Anyhoo, their bagels are delicious & super fresh! We were hoping to eat inside, but COVID put the kibosh on that. Oh, well! Maybe next time! :)

I have been going here for years whenever I’m in the neighborhood and it’s never disappointed. The manager and staff behind the counter are kind, thorough, helpful and always go the extra mile. It’s the one place that doesn’t make you feel bad if you have a laptop and need to work remotely for a little while. It makes me come back and buy more every time. Such a nice welcoming atmosphere. For the powers that be nationally, can you please bring back the soup? I really miss the chicken & dumplings. Thank you!

This location has friendly and helpful staff; they always seem to have smiles on their faces. The food is consistent and always made to order correctly. The store is clean and quiet enough to set up shop and work for a few hours (free wi-fi is a bonus). Personal note - I accidentally left a charging cord at this location nearly two weeks ago, and forgot to call and ask about it and/or pick it up. Staff not only found the charger, they kept it safe and returned it to me this morning when they recognized me, without me even mentioning a word! Lovely.

Brueggars is a decent bagel shop. I used to love going to Brueggars all of the time. However, now that there are less of them, I hardly ever get there because the ones left aren't as convenient. The other day, I stopped in one to buy a gift certificate to thank my mechanic. It is near his shop now and I know he'll enjoy using it for a sandwich.

Great location, I stop in almost daily before work…most of the staff are really friendly and helpful except for this young kid that works there some mornings, repeatedly gets my order wrong, a simple bagel toasted w peanut butter hel find a way to mess up it’s almost as if he does it intentionally to be a jerk….hopefully he won’t be working here for long but everyone else is always so sweet it’s a shame

Bagels were great! I haven't had a good bagel in a long time. They are awesome when they're fresh, nor do much when they're a day old.

I was looking forward to my avocado egg white bagel sandwich. I was very disappointed to open it and find no avocado. Not even a trace. If they were out of it and I had been informed, I would have made another choice.

I love Brueggers bagels. I came in to grab a dozen bagels and some bagel sandwiches for myself. Come to realize that my bagel sandwiches weren’t cut in half like they always are. Kind of disappointed in how I had to eat the whole bagel at the time. For the dozen bagels I got I don’t find the box to keep them fresh at all and would rather them be wrapped in some sort of plastic and much rather than parchment paper bc my cinnamon sugar bagels became soggy :/

This is my go-to location of this chain for a delicious BLT on their amazing Parmesan bagel. I absolutely love it! This particular location has the added convenience of sandwich ladies who remember your order by face, which is a big plus. Like all its locations the coffee is horrible. I do wish they had some seating available, as it's always nice to have the option to sit and enjoy your meal. Highly recommend!

Hard to mess up toast a bagel and add cream cheese so it's usually pretty consistent. Once in a while though you get the remnants of a different flavor of cream cheese or bagel. That can be a little off putting.

They do a decent job, Every 5th or 6th order is not as requested, but to be fair, garlic and onion bagels are very similar in appearance.

Staff was rude and rushed us out the door. My food was good. If I'd known they were closing I wouldn't have been one of those people.

Went here with a friend thinking we were going to have a coffee bagel and chat and upon entering all tables and chairs piled in a corner. When asked if there was somewhere to sit they said they haven’t allowed seating in a few years. Pumpernickel bagel and coffee were good but had to sit at Subways tables outside.

They finally allow dine-in eventhough covid has been done for 3 years. The prices go up, bagels get smaller. Not like it used to be. Very sad, as they are the only ones who make a proper bagel. Baked and boiled.

Customer service at this location needs alot of improvement. Service is typically quick. No alternative dairy options, not vegan friendly.

The food is good from here but for someone that doesn’t really go to brueggers the ladies this morning had more attitude than help to give. Was not appreciated at all. I understand people have bad days but do not take it out on your customers. Especially one that just needed a minute to figure out what they wanted to order.

So the food was good. How ever, no place to sit? This is horrible. I was waiting for my car to be fixed and walked over foe food. I would have preferred a table but instead I had to sit on a curb. I will never patronage this place again!

The women who took my order was so rude. She rolled her eyes when I asked for a dozen sliced bagels. The whole time she had an attitude and didn't smile at all. Looked like she didn't even want to be there. Other than that good food. Won't be coming back to this location though.

Stopped in for a bagel and coffee . Had to use the mens bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting- you could tell it had not been cleaned in a long time. If the bathroom is bad I can only imagine what the kitchen looked like. I skipped the bagel,got the coffee. Got in the car and it was not even hot and could tell it was old. It used to be good along time ago..never again

The service was nice, however the food was not what I was expecting. The twice baked hashbrown was very soft and didn't really taste like a hashbrown, but oddly like a quiche. I ordered a turkey sausage, egg white and cheese on an onion bagel, and it was hard to get through. The sausage was good but the sandwich as a whole was disappointing. The sandwich was dry especially for the price.

Stopped to have breakfast after coming in from airport. Dining room closed. Why? Won't be stopping in anymore.

I was in there last week and saw two employees arguing. Melissa was using foul languange to the other visibly shaken employee while themanager Dan watched. I go there regularly and the young girl is no longer there. Disgusting and im calling their home office about it. Will not go back.

Terrible service. I ordered online this morning for curbside pick up before work for the first time. I did what it prompted me to do and I clicked "I'm here" well I ended up sitting in my car for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come out. I seen customers go in and come out pretty fast. I chose curbside because I had such limited timing but I ended up going in because it was taking way too long.. I go in and my order is just sitting there, was plenty of employees working too. Very unsatisfied, don't do curbside. Waste of time and won't come here again. I'd give zero stars if I could

Hello, I would just like to give my review on here about this place and say that it’s gone downhill, badly! The breakfast sandwiches are great and the bagels are amazing, but the customer service there has turned me off completely from this place that used to be my breakfast go-to spot. One of the workers, short red hair ginger girl: Krista or Kristal(?), is very snappy at to her coworkers. I’m a regular of the place, I come there 5/6 times out the week so I always see her there. She is very rude to her fellow employees, she sometimes gets an attitude with the other customers over tiny mistakes, and she smokes whatever that metal pen looking thing is inside of the store, which I find extremely inappropriate. Idk if it’s weed or those vapes but it’s still unacceptable. Very unhygienic. Unfortunately I couldn’t put up with that atmosphere and behavior anymore so I will no longer be a customer here.

Customer service is awful. i had some teenager named i think vin something. he was very rude and just wasnt friendly. im pretty sure he spit in my bagel which ive heard from others hes done it multiple times. disappointing as i love these bagels. im going to have to start going to dunkin instead. this was just traumatizing.

Guy making the bagels and running the register can’t wear a mask over his nose or mouth. Disgusting when Omicron is running rampant. When I asked him to put it on he made some half attempt to do so but when it slipped off he just left it there. Then as I was leaving, he snidely remarked “Have a nice day.” Like he’s not the one violating the ordinance and risking the health of customers. Used to buy bagels for the office weekly and for myself at least twice a week. Well they lost my business.

Bruegger’s has clearly lost its way in the Capital District with multiple store closures, and shortened operating hours. Locations that remain open are sadly on their last leg. You walk into to find all eating areas completely closed off to the public thereby forcing each and every order to be take-out only. They might as well operate out of food trucks!

Usually I always come here and get excellent service, today I can say I completely wasted $20 on 2 Bagels that were made so wrong they made my wife and I physically sick to say the least. I'm in awe, not sure what happened today. 100 to 0 real quick. There's one 6 min away that never seems to dissapoint... *cough*

Asked for a lox sandwich. Didn't want capers or tomatoes and requested lightly toasted. Received a burnt bagel, grossly salty and nothing except lox. They charge 5 bucks for a small orange juice too LOL that's just wild to me. Go support a local place like West End or Twisted bagel instead. Place is an overpriced farce. Post-Response Edit: Why would I ever want to sign up and earn points at a place I'm 1000% never going back to? Especially when local places are way better and their cream cheese doesn't have a low-key gritty texture to it. Thanks for the auto response tho.🫠 It definitely solidified my decision not to return.

So, DoorDash doesn’t let you order garlic bagels which is the only kind my daughter likes. I usually order and call to change the type of bagel. Today, we called about 10 times, they refused to answer. So when my dasher arrived they then refused to change the bagel (really, I work in food/service and it’s not coming out of my check to make someone happy especially a $2 bagel). So my poor dasher had to pay for an extra bagel to be toasted. *If you work here you need to answer the phone it’s part of your job!* this is ridiculous!

they do not have a garlic bagel option on doordash, so i tried to call and change my bagel but i had to call twice before i was put on hold for 5 minutes. i couldn’t change it by the time my door dasher picked it up which is annoying because they should’ve just been able to change it. add it to the website.

I normally love this location! I'm fact, I drive past another Bruegger's to come specially to this one. I've never seen this woman before. So, I don't know her name. However, she could use an attitude adjustment. Pronto!!! I was pleasantly joking with her and when she snapped at me, I canceled my order. She says, "That's fine!" I said, "I was joking with you." Her reply, "Well, is been a rough morning and I'm not in a joking mood!) Well, guess what Ma'am, when you work with the public, you don't get to take your bad day out on paying customers!" The fact is, none of us should take our anger out on anyone. However, you are being PAID to serve customers in a professional manner. Not even friendly, chatty or chummy... just professional. I gave the food one star, not bc it's bad... just bc I never got to have it. I'm so disappointed! *Ftr, re: joke topic, when you only have two size cups, they are SMALL & LARGE... not medium and large bc medium is in the middle! LOL 😉😄🙃 (unless you normally have all three sizes and are just out of cups.)

Here's my big problem with the bagels. They don't give you enough on the.. they gave me one piece of bacon per side on a 11 dollar sandwich. Its just a shame your ready to get yourself a nice sandwich and it's slightly burnt and unfufilling.

I usually go to East Greenbush but was on Wolf Road, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches which cost around $20. One with 2 egg and double ham, swiss and avocado on a plain bagel. The 2nd was regular egg, ham, swiss, avocado on asiago. This was between 1pm and 1:15pm. I made a couple of stops on my way home. When I opened the bag, the asiago sandwich was in the bag with a plain poppy bagel. This service is unacceptable. I even asked the girl if she put avocado on both (because it ends up missing a lot of the time and is an additional cost) and she said yes! I immediately called the store which was about 6 minutes to 2pm, knowing that they close at 2. Nobody answered the phone for those final 6 minutes of business hours. I expect a refund to resolve this issue. Note: Google account is my husband's name.

My coworker and went in for lunch and stood in line waiting to order. We stood in line for almost 10 minutes to then realize that the line for ordering was apparently the same line as the mobile order and delivery line. (Mind you, the signs specify walk in vs mobile order). Not one person acknowledged us let alone told us that the line just magically changed. After they started helping people and taking orders for people that were behind us, we walked out and went elsewhere. It’s sad that every time I go to this particular location, I have the same exact issue. Absolutely disgusting customer service. There were four people there and they just kept looking at us but didn’t bother to acknowledge.
