I was pleasantly surprised. Loved the dishes and fancy drinking glass. Less crowded than where I normally go. It is still open, though construction has fences around the front entrance. My Napa chicken sandwich with fries was just under $20 and quite filling. Ginger drink was $6. Dessert was $13. Add tax and tip, came to $51. A bit pricey, but worth it. I loved the peanut turtle pie with peanut gnoche. Yum❣️😋

Food was fantastic- some of the best Brussel sprouts I've ever had. The fries were also delicious and came in abundance! Service was a little slow, but friendly and understanding. Clean, chic vibe- sit down restaurant. Lots of parking in the willows mall.

My friend and I made a quick stop to this place on our way back home from an event in Sacramento. We stopped by late and was able to take advantage of their "Hoppy Hour" pricing. I ordered the Eureka burger with truffle fries and my friend ordered the honey cinnamon fries and spinach dip. All were very good, fresh and not greasy. Portion size are towards large. So be prepared to have boxes ready. My burger with the upgraded fries was $15 total. So very reasonable. With standard fries the total would have only been $12. Plenty off parking in front. Clean and quiet atmosphere. Good for families. They do have a large bar area. Service was very good. Didn't have to wait long to be seated and order. Food came out fairly quickly. Overall a pleasant experience and I will go back.

Last time i visited this place was 3 years ago. Now post covid, it has changed, specifically the menu. Many favorite items are missing and overall the menu is limited (and so was the beer choices). But whatever we ordered was delicious. The burgers were very good, the Brussels sprouts and the braised riblets were outstanding. The servers was nice and friendly even though i with they managed the timing of food coming out better. The main food came before the appetizers. Other minor things like slow services i guess is ok as i can tell they are ramping up staff as businesses are reopening. I would recommend it and would go there again.

Had the spicy chicken sandwich and kids hamburger meal. I would say it's really at least 3.5 stars, almost 4 even. The chicken sandwich is $16, which is definitely on the high side of a fried chicken sandwich. The sandwich was crispy and pretty tasty. Not dry. Not too small, but also not big. It was a bit on the salty side And this is from someone who eats a lot of salt. Not spicy at all. The fries were excellent and crispy. Burger was decent. If the prices were just a bit lower, a few bucks less on the chicken sandwich, I'd probably call it four stars. Worth a shot if you're in the area.

We were looking for a fun local/regional restaurant on a rainy evening! We were promptly greeted and the host was very friendly! We choose to sit at the bar rather than at a table! Since they seem to have a decent selection of beers on tap so we tried a few samples and settled on an IPA and stout pint! The beers were nice and then we ordered some burgers and some fish tacos! The burgers were quite delicious yet my fish tacos were quite bland and absolutely no flavor (in fact, I choose to go somewhere else to try tacos after Eureka). Additionally the rest of the time, the bartenders just sorta disappeared and got quite busy with some chores and tasks so we didn't order another drink. Overall rating: "meh"

First timer after reading reviews and recommendation from a friend. Jeremy, the server was fantastic and attentive. The food was plated nicely. I ordered the American burger and it was cooked to my liking and satisfied my burger craving. The burger was tasty enough for me to order again . The coleslaw was not good at all. It lacked dressing and was mainly full of red cabbage and green onions. The poppy seed dressing was readings appropriate for coleslaw. The beer I ordered was just okay...could have been colder..the lazy hazy. The bourbon cake I ordered to go and also okay, it was definitely not work $11.00 for the portion which was the size of a mini muffin. I may consider returning for another burger, but not anytime soon. I can take it or leave it.

This review is about being charged $30 for a burger and fries that was good but c’mon. I was charged $19 for a burger and I asked to have a veggie patty instead and they charged me an extra $8 (which I wasn’t told would happen also). I didn’t have the meat patty + a veggie patty. I got one, but was charged extra. That’s greedy. And just makes one feel bad as a customer.

The burgers and fries are fine, but that’s where the praise ends. This is fast casual food dressed up as something much bigger. The space and branding hype you up for an experience the kitchen simply doesn't deliver. Ironically, some food trucks manage to push burgers and fries with more refinement and creativity than this place, and they’re operating out of a truck.

This place was honestly a joke. They messed up the order, didn’t apologize, and couldn’t even bring out BBQ sauce in a reasonable amount of time. When it finally arrived, it was disgusting — not even real BBQ sauce, more like some watered-down salsa lighter than ketchup. After our original server was leaving, Kaitlyn supposedly became our new server, but she showed up only twice. The original server, who was still there, ended up checking on us, bringing the BBQ sauce and the missing bacon — essentially doing all the work while Kaitlyn barely did anything. Then at checkout, I said “no thank you” to the rewards program, and Kaitlyn completely overreacted, asking, “Did I do something?” like I personally offended her. Her attitude was ridiculous, defensive, and completely unprofessional. If you can’t handle a simple, polite “no thank you,” maybe customer service isn’t the job for you. Kaitlyn’s behavior made the entire experience awkward and tense. The food itself wasn’t any better — bland, tiny portions, and definitely not worth the price. Nothing here was good enough to make up for the terrible service. I will never come back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the frustration.

Disappointed from start to finish I came to Eureka in Concord expecting a quality experience, but the service and bar were both a huge letdown. The bartender’s attitude and attention to detail were subpar, and the drink I ordered — the Head Hunter — was an absolute joke. For a cocktail that’s “so strong they limit you to two,” it tasted like a $20 glass of pineapple juice. Zero balance, zero kick, zero value. If I’m paying that kind of price, I expect something that tastes like it was made by a bartender who actually cares, not poured from a juice jug. Between the watered-down drinks and indifferent service, it’s hard to justify ever coming back. Plenty of places nearby know how to make a real cocktail — this just isn’t one of them.

It would be great to have your bartender fill up my drink instead of talking to the only other customer at the bar. Having to ask to have your drink filled with only 2 people at the bar and 3 customers sitting at a table with the server taking care of them no drink orders coming in is ridiculous. Got the double smash burger lettuce wrapped. Fantastic flavor, quite small for a $19 burger. French fries had great flavor cooked perfectly. Burger was way over cooked for medium. The bartender Charlie that came on after 4pm was a much better bartender.
