This location is always hit or miss. My only problem with them is the fries, they ook different almost every time I go, amd sometimes the wings don't have seasoning on them, It's like they melt off or something. So I started getting the strips because they are usually more consistent with seasoning. Yesterday I got honey hot (my favorite)and new flavor sriracha honey. It was okay, the flavor was okay, it wasn't too hot but waaaay too much sauce and the sauce was really thick.

I went into Wingstop tonight and spent around $40 on chicken wings, and the experience was terrible from start to finish. I was told my order was ready, but when I went to pick it up, my 5-piece wings were sitting on their side, with grease leaking out of the box and soaking through the bag, all over the ranch cups that I paid $1.50 EACH for. Absolutely disgusting and careless food handling. To make it worse, when I asked for my order and said it was for Matt , the girl behind the counter just said “OK” and shoved a cup in my hand — no confirmation, no apology, no explanation, nothing. Zero customer service. For the amount of money Wingstop charges now, this level of quality and attitude is unacceptable. Greasy mess, ruined paid items, and employees who clearly don’t care. This place has gone downhill fast. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely don’t recommend wasting your money here.

Honestly I’ve tried giving this place a chance but the people working there are always in a bad mood and I guess cause of that they don’t pay attention to the orders. Everytime I’ve gone my orders are wrong and the worst thing is that sometimes when I’m in a hurry I get home check my food and I’m either missing something or they gave me something I didn’t want

It has a low rating for a reason .. my husband ordered a 6 piece regular wing one of his wings was hard like burnt chicken , we were missing a fry order and the food was cold by the time we got it I got a 6 piece boneless wing and I took a bite and realized one was still pink in the middle immediately spit it out check your food if you use this location to pickup your food !

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent dining experience at your establishment. I was highly disturbed to find roaches present during my visit. This is a serious health and safety concern, and I felt it was important to bring it to your immediate attention. I hope you will address this issue promptly to ensure the well-being of your customers.

they deserve a 00. junk !! worst wings ever. don’t even know what flavor this is. we ordered for my kids 3 different flavors and got this TRASH! dried and old crusty JUNK! avoid these guys. rude services

Should have listened to reviews, ordered online none of it was correct asked for sauce on wings gave me plain wings with the sauce on side. Gave me fries with no seasoning and were cold. Lemmon pepper wings with little to none lemon pepper. Went over to get it remade took 25 minutes, This is the second time I’ve ordered online and second time they messed it up. Staff really seemed like they didn’t care at all. All they did was re heat my food with more seasoning . Don’t recommend going here at all won’t be returning

I ordered delivery for an 8 piece buffalo mild combo and everything was fine except my wings… They didn’t have any sauce, just grease. I called to weigh my options and the only thing they offered was for me to go in so they could take a look. Obviously I was bothered considering I paid for it to be delivered and now I’m spending more money in gas to go get my order corrected… OR SO I THOUGHT. I went in showed them the food and all they did was tell me that this is mild this is mild! They didn’t offer to remake it, but they offered to show me their signature hot sauce! So 1)I wasted gas, 2)By the time I got home everything was cold and my drink was melted anyway, 3)I wasted money on the order itself bc I’m not eating basic COLD chicken I am freshly postpartum and we just moved to the area and WOW I literally just wanted a hot meal from one of my favorite places.

Ordered ahead of time since I only get 30 min for lunch place was empty still had to wait on fries. The guy messed up instead of making fries for two orders he needed to fill he shorted both of us. Then I get to work open my wings and they’re swimming in butter oil, no lemon pepper in sight.

Shrinkflation hit very hard for this company. The tenders are as small as the boneless wings and mostly crunch and the boneless are just crunch no meat lol. Money was refunded immediately when I presented the food to them as repeatedly apologized for the food and stated there suffering from the epidemic and had to change food to help keep afloat. Damaging prices for such little food and there fries are really bad for lack of care with a practically empty basket. Haven't been here for awhile here and they did damaging changes to quality and portion of food so unfortunately there trying to keep afloat but going to lose customers big time over it so it's a double edged blade. Goodbye Wingstop and I hope for the best for the company. Tragedy how much the fast food business and even restaurants are getting crushed especially this company.

Horrible burnt fries, I was told to just eat them anyway by the employee, sad to say I will not be returning here. When you advertise something your product should at least be close,and when it's not you could at least make it right. Really ...just eat them ... is what I was told by the employee, not to mention the cook was wearing pajama pants and not a hair net in site. The restroom door is also broke.
