Friendly staff ! Clean location
It sure does smell good in here!
This is the only Starbucks in the area that opens at 4:30 am, and I am so pleased and happy to have that option on those mornings that start early for me. While I can't say I ever get a particularly attentive or friendly service here, unlike other Starbucks in the triads, they have never, not ever, made my drink wrong, and for that I'm grateful.
Great staff and quick service. Love the cinnamon coffee cake and bacon egg bites.
Placed a mobile order and it was ready when I got there. The whipped cream was fresh and my egg whites still warm

This is one of if not the best ran Starbucks I've ever been to...my only problem and no fault of Starbucks is the High School kids make it almost impossible to go here during the week.
I loved the new frozen refresher Mango Dragonfruit. We had a little bit of a wait but was so worth it.

I feel like this Starbucks is pretty consistently a good experience. The inside is clean with a nice mix of table types, and a great outdoor patio. The staff is friendly and always gets the order right.

Drinks were delicious, store looks great, and the whole crew was working hard. Ignore that early 2 star review on here. People are human and make mistakes, and they probably have corporate breathing down their necks since they just opened.

Everyday it’s such a pleasure to wake up to their smiling faces. They all go above and beyond with their customer service even when slammed they always take the time to greet me and if extra time is allotted they get to know me more and more. THEY ALL ROCK!!

I recieved some absolute fantastic service at the Oak Ridge NC Starbucks yesterday. Was unable to catch her name, but the woman at the window was incredibly friendly and had such a positive energy. It's the little things, and the encouraging message she wrote on my cup was a really thoughtful touch. Made my day!
Been coming to this Starbucks alot since it opened and the employees are all great and welcoming, but Drew went a little further and made my boyfriend and I feel like regulars when he knew our order and add ins! That itself makes us come back more often
My mom and I had a super hard time with the app and location. However, when I walked in to get our order the staff was extremely understanding and helpful. It turns out we ordered at the wrong location, but the staff was generous enough to still make our order. The person that helped me was extremely kind and very efficient time wise.
This Starbucks is so so nice. I come here almost every day and never had a worker being rude or sloppy. The place does get very loud but I guess it’s not their fault. Highly recommend coming here. I get a strawberry refresher every time and always tastes amazing!

My mom and I had a super hard time with the app and location. However, when I walked in to get our order the staff was extremely understanding and helpful. I ordered a vanilla latte which is almost $9. When I went to pick it up I could tell it was very very light. It was only about half full. I would understand if this was a cappuccino but it was a vanilla latte which I have ordered sorry to say thousands of times. We did ask for it to be corrected and they did but I think when you're ordering a $9 drink it should be correct the first time.
Good coffee, staff not welcoming, nor do they thank you for your business... usual response is "no problem" when you thank staff.
usually good but they gave me real milk instead of a substitute so i had a bad reaction. and nursing baby is having a hard time now because she has a cow milk allergy.
They didn’t put any of the flavoring in our 2 different Christmas drink orders they were very bland compared to the other times I’ve had the same drink at other starbucks

Stay on the lookout for order mistakes, especially if you're lactose intolerant. Place just opened but staff is very inexperienced. Long wait in line and got our orders wrong, then forgot milk substitute when they corrected one drink. Not very tasty, either
I've been to this Starbucks 10 times. My preferred drink uses whole milk. 6 out of the 10 times, the milk was scorched. I realize that with enough patience, I could train a barrista to make a decent cup of coffee. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, the primary deliverable, the coffee drink is inconsistent. Sometimes good, sometimes ok, sometimes trash. The price seems consistent regardless

Today, the drive-thru employee didn’t greet me, barely acknowledged me, and acted as if asking for a water was an inconvenience. This isn’t the first time, but today the barista’s attitude truly floored me. With the growth and affluence in this area, this Starbucks should be operating at a much higher standard. Please consider hiring or training employees to be polite, welcoming, and respectful. I pay a premium for my coffee, and I expect to leave feeling better—not like an inconvenience—especially after spending $8 on a drink. This kind of interaction sets a negative tone for the rest of my morning.

Whoever is making them 3 out of the 10 times either isn’t reading their tickets or they’re lazy. No frappe roast and no espresso. If I wanted a milkshake I would go to Dairy Queen. I typically drive out of my way on the way home to hit this Starbucks but it’s gone down hill the last few months.

Horrible wait for 2 coffees and a sandwhich. Sandwhich got cold while waiting for the coffee. Staff had a bad attitude. Never going back!
So weird they have a person wearing a doctor's mask giving your food. Disgusting it's like you're ordering food from the hospital, if you're not a doctor and you're sick stay home. If you're using it for political reasons leave it out of the workplace. No one wants to see it we've had enough
The caramel macchiato I purchased today at the Oak Ridge location was the worst I’ve ever had. There was absolutely no taste. Cross this location off my list.

The only reason I went to this Starbucks today was to get the red cup. I had called last night to confirm that the red reusable cup day was on the 7th. And the guy said yes it was and to buy a holiday drink to get the cup. So I drove 20 min, I had ordered the holiday drink 5 minutes before I got there to make sure it was hot. I didn't like any of the holiday drinks but I thought at least it's only 3 dollars and I get the reusable cup. But when I got there they said it was on the 16th and not the 7th. I told them I called last night to confirm and they denied that happened. The blonde lady who gave me my drink and answered my questions was really nice and polite. But the red haired lady with braids and a bandana on her head gave me the rudest look. So didn't feel very welcomed at that Starbucks and my drink was luke warm. And drinks don't get cold in 5 min. Needless to say I hope the 16th is not a lie.
I’ve come to determine that I am a nuisance to the employees here. The first couple times I figured it was just an off day. But it seems to be on repeat. Food was decent. A little overpriced, even in today’s market. Maybe if the experience added value, but it doesn’t.

I have ordered a venti cappuccino 2 times both times in the morning both times with a extra shot of espresso. Received about a 1/4 cup of milk the rest hot foam. The first time I explained it usually comes with about 2/3 liquid 1/3 foam. This morning a asked for a full cup I received exactly as before. The server said I needed to ask for s wetter cappuccino never in all of my many years have I heard that terminology. Both of the Starbucks on battleground have any problem making it correctly. The Nrewed Awakening coffee truck in stokesdale makes it correctly.?
Have ordered twice here, both times their latte had less coffee and more milk! More like a mildly flavored milk. Definitely not a coffee drink for adults. Maybe good for kids?! Need to train their barista.
I give this place one star because of one person. Her name is Sean, the African woman. First, she was completely out of attention, doing different things not paying attention. Second, because she was inattentive, I ordered multiple cold coffees, but she gave me all hot coffees. Third, she was disinterested and had a rude disposition. Fourthly, we weren’t charged ethically. All of her mis inputs contributed to the ridiculous price we were charged.
I was not please with my drink and wrap and at all very rushed and nasty really deserve my money back and would have went back but was on a break
This used to be the best Starbucks. Their iced coffee was always consistent and great. Within the past month or two, the iced coffee is consistently watery and the cream ratio is always off. I have always gotten a “splash of heavy cream” and lately my coffee is either white or if I try a light splash it has barely any in it. This review comes after 10+ negative coffee experiences here. I will say that the staff is always kind. It may be that they are just busy but I do miss their iced coffee being great every time.
Went here to buy coffees for 8 people. We asked about gluten free syrup flavors and the girl who was helping us Talia looked at us like we had 5 heads and said she didn't know... Then as an after thought asked do you want me to ask? So I said "yes please ask". She then asked David who also said "I'm not sure" How is this a thing!?!?! I mean seriously. It's Starbucks. An international corporation and they either don't know how to train their staff or don't care about their customers. Seems to me like they need to educate their staff on dietary needs. I did order 2 drinks and went elsewhere for the others. I can't convey enough how frustrating this experience was. No resolution and no satisfactory explanation. Don't ever plan on spending another dime at Starbucks again. I just know that customer service is not supposed to be like this!
KAYLA! strikes again. She constantly fails to make drinks correctly. And her attitude reduces chances of remakes. Not even worth fighting .... absolutley needs to be retrained. Maybe needs to learn what work ethic is. Also its best not to work in service if your rude everytime someone takes to you. Everyone else I've delt with at this location is absolutley amazing, they all excell at making drinks or food and their customer service is unmatched. It sucks I have to drop a one star, its not their fault. If Kayla decides she cares one day or learned how to make a drink properly I will change my star rating.
The fact that I have to argue with someone working there is ridiculous. I know I put drive thru on my order but upon arriving the drive thru line was full so I just went inside and they were upset that I put drive thru and told me I HAD to use the drive thru? Also my drink was missing almost two inches off the top??? Train your baristas to not over aerate their milk.
