Mr. LASUSCEL very good. Customer service was having a very bad day came in here. He helped me out. Talk to me. Completed my order nice very nice very well. Mannered side buys anybody to come to this Wendy’s with him I asked him.
We went a little late the manager and the staff was very nice, and the food was fresh and hot. The manger was very respectful and patient with our order. Will go back but earlier
I visit Wendy’s often, both during the day and at night, and I’ve noticed a consistent difference in service between the two shifts. During the day, there always seem to be too many employees, yet the service is often rude and unorganized. On the other hand, the night shift—despite being busier—usually runs with just two employees and one manager, and still manages to deliver better service. I want to give a special shoutout to Manager John. He went above and beyond today, even taking the time to sweep up leftover nuggets from the previous shift before starting his own. That kind of work ethic doesn’t go unnoticed. No matter how hectic things get at night, I always know my food is going to be fresh when John is there. I also want to recognize the newer mixed-race girl and the young man with the big hair—they both show excellent customer service and bring a friendly, professional attitude every time I stop by. Wendy’s should be proud to have night shift workers like them. They’re doing more with less and still outshining the day crew.
I hadn't enjoyed a meal in a fast food restaurant as much as I did today. The guy who took our order was pleasant,helpful, and extremely courteous. He was just willing to help us with everything we asked for. Thank you sir. All the staff was polite and hard working . The restaurant was clean and so was the bathroom. Thank you staff for making our meal enjoyable.👏👏👏

I waited in the drive through for 40 minutes! Once I got to the window, after waiting 5 minutes, they told me to park because "everyone pulls up for chicken" There were 4 cars ahead of me, they had plenty of time to prepare my order. They left the window open so you could here them playing around inside. Unacceptable service.
Alrighty, went there last night after our bowling league. Drive thru wasnt busy at all but I did order quite a few of the biggie bags. The one taking our order was a bit pushy I wasnt done ordering but kept asking if that was all etc. Once we got to the window they were awesome, they conversated with us while waiting for our order. Our order came up to 42.20 including tax which thats what they told me was the total, passed them my card... only this morning I checked my rec I was charged 48 sum. Bottom of the ticket sayschange was 6.49 Sooooo people food was good BUT IF YOU GO TO THIS LOCATION LOOOOOK AT YOUR REC. will be calling to complain about it.. I know its only 6.49 but uhmmm thats our money if you know what I mean.

I have visited this Wendy’s for years. The last 2 times I’ve been there, the atmosphere is crazy. The manager is VERY rude to her employees. Both times I’ve seen her treating them rude and unprofessional. Today one of the employees fainted and while other employee was helping her , the manager made faces and with attitude said “well…I’m not a doctor” while serving my food, completely ignoring her. I placed a mobile order and arrived about 30 minutes before closing. When I got there, I was told they had already shut everything down and could not give me my food. I also wasn’t offered a refund on the spot and was told I had to call customer service instead. If mobile orders are still being accepted, the store should be able to fulfill them or at least cancel and refund them immediately. This was frustrating and a waste of time.😫

I went to Wendy’s and ordered food for my family.i was told that I was waiting on fresh food and EVERYTHING was cold. I got home and bout my food back. My kids wanted to eat theirs. I waited for fresh food one again, and they were nice about remaking the food. I ordered my fiancé some food to be made fresh with mine. I live 3 minutes away, and the only thing that was fresh was the chicken nuggets. My burger bun was so hard I could knock an eye out. I ordered spicy nuggets and received regular nuggets. My new order was 2 double stack bags, and received 3 single stack burgers. I’m confused. As a service worker, I can’t say anything. I’m just confused.
I heard on the radio this morning that it was National Cheeseburger Day and since I haven’t had Wendy’s or a good burger in a very long time figure why not. Well, I was reminded why I don’t do fast food any more. The food was HORRIBLE, tasted like a 7 year made my burger, fries was not fresh mixed with old and new just warm from the heat of the light that they sits under. And, they no longer do the pretzel bun anymore, that’s what made the Baconator so much more delicious. It was my first meal of the day at 2 pm and it ended up being bad! That was a waste of $13.
The service is horrible. Staff never friendly, you want an extended amount of time whether through the drive thru or walk in they are very slow. You wait forever to get your food with no explanation. They need new management and a staff that wants to be there. People just stand around waiting for their cold food.
Just shut it down immediately! For months and months the service has been horrible. Slow doesn't describe the service. We need a new word. Fill up your gas tanks before you wait in the drive thru line. This is not fast food! Absolutely no urgency!
Wendy's has always had very good tasting burguers. Unfortunately, yesterday was one of the worst meal I have had from here. The meat has hard and cold, the fries the same hard dry and cold. I am not returning back to this location.
I made my breakfast order 30 min before breakfast ended. Made it to the store before breakfast ended, and then had to sit in the drive through which was moving extremely slow. by the time I got to the window breakfast was over and I was told I can't get any of my food ordered half an hour ago. The manager then came to talk to me and was no help at all and simply continued to repeat over and over that breakfast instead served past 10:30am even though we had been there much before that and they stalled us until breakfast as over. TO MAKE THINGS WORSE, I told them fine I'll take my refund and they STILL CHARGED ME for giving me no food and sending me away. Horrible service, the manager couldn't even understand anything I was saying, I was given no food and then they just stole my money.
Man if I could give this place a 0 I would. Last 3 times I’ve ordered they’ve done me wrong each time always substituting my regular nuggets to spicy when I specifically say regular… I wanted to give them a chance at redemption no matter what I order they ALWAYS get it wrong. Do not expect your order to ever be correct here if you’re ordering online. They must have children working back there because they can’t ever read it right. I had ordered a regular burger with nothing on it, just plain mustard and ketchup… proceeded to get TWO burgers (what??) with EVERYTHING on it. And I had ordered one medium fries and a 4 piece regular nugget… and they couldn’t even do that right. I got TWO 10 piece SPICY nuggets?? Let alone I asked for regular as I’m allergic to spice so those 2 ten piece spicy nuggets got thrown away immediately. I didn’t even ask for that!! And I didn’t get my fries I asked for. I feel bad for whoever’s order i received because it sure wasn’t mine! It was inedible and only thing I got that I asked for was the cinnamon roll. I only got $11 out of my $25 order back. I never make reviews but this store needs it. Yall need better coordination and make sure you’re READING the orders and making sure they’re correct before sending them out and being lazy. Idc if it’s fast food you make it right. Im 20, I work in food industry and it’s really not that hard to read unless there is child labor happening here. Do better, I am never coming back to this one, sucks because it’s the closet but I don’t trust yall.
This Wendy's is one of the dirtiest Wendy's that I have ever been to not to mention the drive thru service was terribly slower than molasses! The drive thru cashier had an uncovered filthy arm bandage handling and handing out food. Preparing a nugget order he dropped nuggets up against his dirty apron and filthy uncovered bandaged arm and proceeded to put the nuggets in the carton and hand it out. No hair net either may I add. The dining area was not clean at all and the ice machine behind the counter was uncovered and ice flicking out of it onto the floor with spurts of water. Just a terrible experience altogether. Never going there again.
Little miss priss of a manager thinks she’s cute but oh little does she know she isn’t! If you are a manager then LEARN SOME RESPECT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE LITTLE GIRL! I already said my husband pulled up because he wanted FRESH FOOD NOT A HALF ORDER OF FRIES! When I ask you why he didn’t get his full order you don’t give me an attitude! Don’t worry we will dispute charges & see who has the last laugh now hehehe :)
I first want to thank Wendy's, the company for offering a free breakfast to veterans today. However, this Wendy's franchise was ill prepared to do this. We entered the restaurant, there were only 2 other customers there. After ordering, a few other customers came in. Then a female employee, I assumed was the manager, closed the restaurant and told the customers that only the drive-thru would be open. After calling my name incorrectly, she gave me my food. I left and then discovered that the order was wrong, I was given a croissant not a biscuit like I ordered and the sausage was almost burnt. The potatoes were very good though.
