Our visit on 7/18/23 during lunch time was awesome. First we were greeted by a lovely host, who asked if we were celebrating anything. My husband said yes. Because it was my birthday, but I usually don’t like making a big deal out of it. Our server, Jacob, was great. Food and everything at this specific location was on point. We haven’t had Mongolian beef and fried rice made correctly since leaving Miami. Today, everything turned out great. 10/10 recommend. Not sure how it is when it’s super busy, since the time we went wasn’t peak hour.

Great place to dine in with family and friends. I was not really a fan of chinese cuisines that has sugary sauces in it. But unlike the other chinese restaurants, the dishes were quite delicious here and also the sauces were not that much sugary for some chicken menus. I was mostly excited for the dessert part. Their chocolate lava cake is so good and must try. Clean restaurant to dine in and also varieties of healthy options.

Our visit was supurb. The waitress we were blessed with was fantastic we were seated earlier than our reservation time. Danielle was walking by with her hands full and instead of taking the stuff to then kitchen she stopped and very presently took our drink order. When she returned we order our meal 2 appetizers 1 dinsum course and 3 entres all at one she nailed everything the restaurant was clean and the environment was perfectly lit and smelled great. Then drinks we ordered were called a MIDNIGHT RITUAL and a RISING DRAGON they were beautiful looking and tasted great when we ask Danielle what drink she recommended she recommended a COCONUT MOJITO and TOKYO MULE these were great recommendations. also delicious. My wife and I have previous food service experience so we often times stack the dirty dishes in hopes to make it easier to remove and keep the clutter down at the table Danielle expressed some Appreciation that was pleasant to say the leaset Danielle was fantastic we will be back because of the way Danielle treated us and the wonderful atmosphere. We come here regularly, at least a couple of times a month. Today, was the first time I was spoken to about the PF loyalty club which I'll be joining soon. The food was ok today but the service was the best ever.

Food is very tasty but I have not looked into the healthiness of it, re: seed oils, msg, etc.. Dinning in or outside is very pleasant and staff are great, but I usually opt for take-out, and its just as good 😊

We were at the Mission Valley location in San Diego, California. Our server Mark was outstanding!!! He was kind,helpful,friendly and jovial too! He was extremely attentive and had a wonderful professional and yet at ease quality about him. My husband and I were 100% satisfied with just how above and beyond Mark went to serve us! I think a few more options for the fried rice would be nice like a house fried rice with a little bit of all the proteins as found in many traditional Chinese restaurants. And then the music was definitely loud for the type of environment that P.F. Chang’s is. It would’ve been nice to hear some appropriate music for the theme of the restaurant. Or at least something that made you feel more relaxed and at ease instead of like you’re at a club! It would’ve been nice to have less people right up on us too. Since there was plenty of tables open(in the same area) they could’ve spread us out a little bit more so we over here other people’s conversations and all of that. Separating the couples from large families works well too! But we will go back and hopefully get Mark again! If you can get seated in his section you won’t be disappointed.

I’m absolutely obsessed with my wife, so for Veteran’s Day we decided to celebrate our love (and my service) with a fancy night out at PF Chang’s. Bree made it unforgettable. We got the Mongolian beef, chow mein, orange chicken, and brown rice, and every bite was straight-up amazing. That chocolate peanut butter cream pie at the end?? Literal perfection-good soup. Bree had the best energy super chill, funny, professional all at once! That mai tai rec was spot-on too. I had no clue what I even wanted for dinner, but this meal hit on every level. Give Bree a raise ASAP, she’s the reason for the season!

First time at this location. There was a wait time, which i expected. For an appetizer I oreded the chicken lettuce wrap and the fried calamari. They both taste amazing. The fried calamari was cooked just right. I also ordered chicken noodle soup. The broth taste really good. As my entre i oreded the chicken pad tai and it was good as expected. My brother ordered the chicken lo mien. He said it was good as well. Overall the food and service were great. The ambience was very relax.

It’s been a long time since I visited PF Changs and I question myself as to why it took so long! The food was excellent, especially the happy hour menu! The green beans, won tons, and pink drinks were delicious. Wait staff and bartender were phenomenal. Pricing for food was really great. It is hard to get a decent meal and 2 drinks for 2 people and under $50 in California. What a treat!

Our anniversary dinner at P.F. Chang's was elevated from great to unforgettable thanks to their incredible service and a delightful surprise. We started with delicious dumplings and crisp calamari, but the highlight was the Singapore street noodles, a dish so flavorful it whisked us away to the bustling lanes of Singapore. The cherry on top of this delightful experience was the complimentary dessert, a sweet gesture from the staff that made our anniversary even more special. P.F. The interior decor is also not overstated and tables have sufficient spacing for privacy of conversation. SERVICE: Staff has a good working knowledge of menu items - including the bar offerings. The lunch special at $15 for a starter and a main are a great deal. Service is impeccable. We ate at the bar today and our (female) server whose name we didn’t catch was on top of everything. Also the chili sauce that I asked for on the side was DIVINE! I had the hot and sour soup…which had a ton of protein (beef, chicken, tofu, I think) and was tasty. Brown rice + PF Changs spicy chicken was also quite good. My iced tea was frequently refreshed without asking…THIS is the service we look for. Kudos!

Our dinner on October 24, 2025. There were 6 people and we were celebrating an anniversary and birthday. We arrived and were greeted with friendly attitudes that made is feel like people. The 2 greeters had a friendly smile and asked how they could help us. We were seated at a table that was inside on a corner and greeted by our waiter Mark! He asked about any celebrations and we passed about the anniversary and birthday. He inquired about the names of the 2 people we were celebrating and was very personable. He definitely made us feel welcome and Mark went our of his way to provide us with an amazing atmosphere and celebration time. Throuout the whole meal he made filled all our needs. We were so thankful to have him as our waiter. I asked the manager how to provide feedback for Marks exceptional service and this was how I was told I could. Came to P.F. Chang’s on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn’t too crowded in the restaurant. Plenty of parking outside, it wasn’t difficult to locate the building. I was seated by a very lovely lady named Kayla who had the brightest smile and seemed genuinely interested in knowing how my day was going and greeting me as a guest. My server, Gary, superseded expectations. He recommended the most delicious appetizer, fried green beans which was out of this world. I also had a wonton soup along with a small chicken fried rice plate. My drinks were always refilled and he asked if I had any dietary restrictions before putting in my order which was supremely kind and considerate. Will definitely be coming back frequently if it means my experience will replicate the amazing one I had today!

I’ve been at the Otay Ranch location almost 10 years ago. In the several times I’ve been there, my dining experience was usually favorable. I wanted to try out the P.F. Chang’s in Fashion Valley. It was my first time. Last Friday 27th, I had met up with a couple friends that were visiting from out of town. Although it was approximately a 16 mile drive from my house, I figured Fashion Valley location would be the most centrally located to have drinks and food. Upon arrival, the restaurant iwas packed at 530pm. Prime time. If I recall, all dining tables were taken expect at the bar area, where four seats were visibly empty. So the choice was to either wait 40 minutes for a table or sit at the bar. Well, the bar it was and glad we did. Bar menu had the best deals. All day everyday $10 - loved it! We tried all the appetizers. Delicious! We even had double servings of lettuce wraps because it was so good. Never disappoints. Only thing for me, lettuce was not offered. Instead, it was romaine. Nonetheless, wraps were still good. Drinks were perfect. No complaints There were several bartenders on shift that evening. Initially, we wKere happily greeted by a gentleman. Friendly and never saw him again. We then had a female bartender. Not as friendly and very bland. She wasn’t terrible, just a dud. We were tapped out from all the appetizers…it was our cue to go. Absolutely, had a wonderful time with my friends at P.F. Chang’s. It was definitely a perfect place to meet up, have drinks and eat. Hostesses said their goodbyes and off we went. Highly recommend👍🏼

The food was well prepared and delicious in general, but if you're only going to order a couple of things, I HIGHLY recommend the pan fried pork dumplings and the Mongolian beef. If we hadn't already ordered other things, we would have just ordered those two in double. Both of these items were perfectly prepared, flavorful and just incredibly scrumptious. The only confusing (and somewhat disappointing) part of the meal was the dessert. The menu has a chocolate souffle on it, which is what we ordered. We were expecting the soft and fluffy texture of a souffle but ended up getting a very dense fudge like puck instead. Chocolate is chocolate so it was still tasty, but this was definitely not a souffle. The service was good and the hostess was the perfect welcome to this restaurant. I loved the decor and seating arrangements.

Our Birthday Club met today for lunch, and the service was exemplary. The wait staff members were showing teamwork from beginning to end. A member at our table spilled her soup over the table, bench, and floor. Staff members were attentive to the cleanup, replacement of soup, napkins, placemat, etc. What a team spirit! 🙂 I had the Honey Chicken w brown rice, steamed pork dumplings, and egg drop soup. Friend# 1 had the Mongolian Beef entrée with white rice and egg drop soup. Friend#2 had Kong Pao Chicken with white rice and Persimmon Lemonade. The birthday dessert was spectacular, coming with accompanied by a dessert of choice and ice cream. In this case, the 'birthday girl' chose the GF chocolate soufflé and remarked that it was the best-tasting sweet stuff that she's had in years! Bravo! Thanks to the P.F.Chang's team for a great day! 7/25/25 We visited @1 and had lunch specials with the pan fried pork dumplings (?). Fries rice is $2. More and they can't do half and half with the rice and noodles. We sat at the booth to the right of the entrance facing in. I'm 5'4 and my legs were dangling off the floor so it wasn't so comfortable. Prices have gone up and food portions have gone down from a couple of years ago. They did have drink specials. Older: Want to have expensive fusion Asian food? We came here at 11, (opening). While waiting for it to open, we sat outside near what looked like a late night visitor's trash. The hostess walked to the door and unlocked it and walked back to her station. There was no holding the door open or welcome, I'm glad you are here! Thank you for your patience! Nope. We were seated at a table that had food debris in the seat and some remnants on the plates. The lunch prices have increased and the portion sizes have decreased. There was a mixup with the order, and the waitress fixed it. It was over $50 fur two people. I would have preferred it if the waitress had cleared off plates or garbage each time she came to leave room on the table. They seem to have taken care of the terrible smell in the ladies bathroom, but some of the metal locks were not closing. And it seems like the water temperature in the sinks can be controlled.

The good thing about PF Changs is that it always feels the same. What helps it now be more affordable than other restaurants is there meal deal that for $21.95 per person (so about $44 for a date night with a significant other or friend) you each get a soup, share an appetizer, and get your own entry. Definitely enough to fill you and especially if you get the side of rice or noodles will have some for leftovers.

Quite nice food, nice service and environment. It's a bit pricey (130 for four of us with 2 alcoholic drinks). We had orange chicken (we think it's spicy 🔥) spring rolls (one roll cut into half), beef and broccoli, Singapore Street noodles . Two entrees came with two bowls of rice. Their menu is not quite traditional Chinese style because you will see sushi there. But overall quite nice food. Good for celebrating your anniversary there.

Came here for my works holiday dinner. We sat outside but with the heaters it was very nice and warm. We had a few appetizers. Everything I tasted was good. I had the salt and pepper prawns. I was expecting shell on prawns but they were just large tail on shrimp. Still, they were tasty. The other dishes I tried were good. I really enjoyed the desserts. The great wall of chocolate, a huge piece of chocolate layered cake. The plate was decorated with a delicious raspberry sauce. The banana spring rolls were great too. The Pineapple coconut ice cream they come with is so good. It was a nice dinner. I'd definitely come back with my husband or a friend.

A fine dine place in San Diego. They have good choices of Asian cusines, and a wide selection of wine and good beers. It was a Friday, so I expect a bit slow service and cold food is not what I expected. Food tast, presentation and quality was good and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages top up seems a good deal for non-alcoholics! I had a dessert which was nice with chocolate and peanut butter. However, it was the one of the sweetest thing I ever tested. May be they can consider to reduces sugar and keep more flavor. overall, a good place to visit once.

The food here is consistently great. We always enjoy the chicken lettuce wraps, and this time tried the spicy garlic edamame — really good with just the right amount of kick. The orange chicken and Mongolian beef (both large) were solid choices and plenty for two adults and two kids. Service was good, and the whole meal came in under $100. Definitely a reliable spot for a satisfying lunch.

While this restaurant has grown to over 200 locations,  it still manages to have an authentic air about it.  The cuisine can be best described as Asian fusion.  We began with a great Mai Tai cocktail and the superb shrimp dumplings in a luscious sauce.  For entrees,  we tried the Teriyaki combo of shrimp,  chicken and beef served with a side of fried rice,  done just right without being too sweet.  And the Kung pao beef was superb and just adequate spicy.  It had been a while since my last visit and I was pleasantly surprised.  Wonderful dinner!

The place looks super nice and the atmosphere was very fresh, at the beginning I was very disappointed and upset because they had parties of two sitting in the booths and they tried to sit me at a very depressing small table at the en of the restaurant, I asked to be moved to a booth to be more comfortable. The food isn’t what I expected, however the best plate you can get here is their Pat Thai with it was delicious I give it a 5 out of 5, however their Orange chicken needs To be more time in the fire as it wasn’t that good, their Mongolian Beef is delicious however the flavor from the onion was to strong so 4 out of 5. The desserts are great and the waitress was amazing so she make it up for us. Over all just stay away from the Orange chicken and you’ll be fine as they have a beautiful bar.

It has been years since we have gone to a PF Chang's. It always felt like mediocre chain restaurant food at premium pricing. Went this week and as the pricing remains premium the quantity has really dropped. Our to mains were OK, at best. Probably about food court Chinese quality. We each got a starter, an egg roll and a spring roll. The roll were OK, maybe, but to two different dipping sauces were inedible. Bad sour chemical taste to both. Had to switch to the soy sauce that sits on the table. Cheap, salty soy. We will be crossing another chain off of our list.

My wife and I have dined at this exact location several times before... This experience, (during Covid-19) left us a bit disappointed. The hostess and servers could not have been more polite. The restaurant was somewhat becoming busy serving many many couples during Valentines Day 2021. (4:15pm arrival) So when the server informed us that there would be a 30 to 40 minute wait prior to receiving our meals, we were okay with that. What set this experience apart from past experiences was two (2) service failures, the cleanliness of the restaurants kitchen and bathroom and the small portion sizes we received. After sitting outside for 32 minutes, I went in to check on the status of my take out order. The young man (name unknown) asked if he could help me. Within 30 seconds, he stopped helping me, to help another patron. Like I was never even there. He never told me the status of my order nor did he even acknowledge me further. Finally the server that took my order offered to help me. She returned with my take out meals. While I waited, I had visited the mens room. The odor of urine was strong. There was urine Splatter in several places to include all along the outside and flooring of the urinal. When my wife and I got home, we couldn't help but notice the small portion sizes. Perhaps this is a cost saving measure meant to recover lost Covid-19 revenue. Either way, this experience left a definite bad taste in my mouth. I know thay can do better.

They just microwave your food, guys. Lo mein with shrimp taste like my mouth is filled with sand from Sahara. Mongolian beef more like a new air frier experiment with walmart expired beef. They even ruined the rice. I don't know how it's possible. I don't go to panda express ever, but it was a first time when I felt like a should've... instead of this place. Its so sad that I can give only one star. Its more like 0.1.

Food has really gone downhill since it was sold. New owners seem to be cutting back. Quality is mediocre at best and service is awful. Our cocktails came after our food and then one of the dishes was not what we ate. By the time we got the correct order we were through eating. Poor, Poor, Poor. Very expensive for the quality. Save your money and support local and not corporate restaurants.

"Your 90 minutes are up." We were warned as we sat down something about 90 minutes. We thought it was that the restaurant was going to be busy (Valentine's Day) and that we might have delays. Nope. The manager came by our table and, again, we misread the visit. At first we thought she was simply checking if we enjoyed our meals. Nope. It was a reminder that we were past our allotted 90 minutes. I've never had this happen before. I completely understand why a restaurant would do this. Upon reflection, it just didn't feel great. With tip we spent $175 for two people. The fried rice was completely bland and the egg drop soup inedible. We won't be back.

12:28 placed curbside order for 1 appetizer. 12:38 time it should be ready. 12:40 text “here”. 1:03 called and was told they will pass the message. 12:16 finally just went inside and my order was just sitting on the shelf. Hello Edgar , I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent dining experience at your restaurant in fashionvalley . Given your reputation as a high-end establishment, I had high expectations that unfortunately were not met. During my visit, the level of service and overall experience fell well below what was represented and what I believe is reasonable for the price paid. My wife checked in at front desk the lady said it was a 20min wait, which it turned into 45min . My daughter started crying because of the long wait also starving to death. I notice the people at the table across from us got there food before us and we where here first! That was pretty disappointing . No one greeted me when we sat down employees were walking back and forth in circle and they didn't mind us . Need to work on that . I would appreciate the opportunity to speak directly with a manager to discuss what occurred. Based on the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for my visit.We are visiting from Sacramento this is our first time trying P.F Changs and I was expecting something different. The noddles my daughter ordered had a puddle of oil , she did not eat most of it . The waiter was good very nice and attentive . I’ll start with the only positive: the online ordering system for the P.F. Chang's at 7077 Friars Rd (Fashion Valley) is impressively efficient. Unfortunately, that’s where the 'hospitality' ended and the disaster began. I ordered the Mongolian Beef lunch special (paying extra for additional meat and fried rice) and the Signature Lo Mein. What arrived was, quite frankly, a biological hazard. The beef was inexplicably hard and had an off-putting smell that immediately raised red flags. As for the Lo Mein, it had the sad, soggy texture of something that had been boiled and then aggressively reheated. It wasn't just 'bad'—it was completely inedible. I ended up throwing the entire meal in the trash. To add insult to injury, I waited 30 minutes for curbside delivery. Despite leaving a 20% tip upfront, the staff acted as if my presence was a personal grievance. Why offer a service if the team is going to be visibly upset about actually performing it? I’m so thoroughly disgusted by this experience that I don’t even want a refund; I simply want to wash my hands of the entire ordeal and never return. This location may be popular, but save yourself the trouble and just go to Panda Express—it would have been 100% better than this.
