The ladies working the register were a fun bunch. Not common in the fast food industry. Food was good, restaurant was clean. Only issue is one of the ladies restroom stalls didn't have a lock, but we made due.
The greatest Wendy’s I ever had. Even though they forgot the sauces, the food was so fresh and juicy I didn’t even care. Service was very good, competing with Chick-Fil-A. Even though I live 4 hours away, I will make an effort to come here again one day.
This was a good and professional wendys. They got the order right and the food was fresh which is about all you can ask for from a fast food place.
Okay during traveling we stopped at one the best Wendy's in Cortland NY and it was the cashier who said How about you try the biggie 5 or 6? We got two and the fires were hot and freshly cooked. Thumbs up Cortland Ny Wendy's
I go here all the time! Wendy's is by far the BEST fast food in ithaca. They always have delicious and high quality dishes. Occasionally the employees are overwhelmed with customers, and the lines can be long, but that is simply because of how attractive Wendy's is as a fast food restaurant. No matter how long the line or drive-through gets, it will ALWAYS be worth it!
This is my pitstop whenever coming from Canada and going back. Food is good and the overall cleanliness is way better then mcdonalds across the street. Recently just visited and had good experience. Cleanliness of restaurant and washrooms are important!

On the way back to Canada from NYC, my family & I stopped by this branch. We just had to use the bathroom & got some drinks on the way out. For some reason, the wonderful cashiers denied payment and let us just have the drinks for free. We had no clue why.
They took their time and made the food. They gave us the correct order too.
The restaurant was decorated beautifully for Christmas. It was a pleasure to dine in. It felt like I was at a real restaurant. The place was clean and sanitary and the food was delicious. Very pricey for fast food. I only go a few times a year because of the cost but its fresh.
I still can't get over paying $7 in New York State for what cost $10 in North East Pennsylvania! And the Breakfast Baconator Meal was wonderful! There are a handful of Drive through restaurants close by including Arby's...but Wendy's midway in NY Rte 81 is a guaranteed #1 must visit for me!
Just had the best fast-food experience in recent history at this location. Fast, incredibly friendly staff, fries were hot, burger was perfect, and they even accommodated for a mixed strawberry-chocolate frosty. Great Wendy’s overall!
The service was surprisingly good the food was spot on no mistakes. In the time when restaurant workers put themselves out there because of the outbreak the workers had upbeat attitudes very positive and I'm very impressed. I would recommend this location anytime. The dining room is still closed for a week but will open soon.
I like Wendy's but I only went through the drive through so I don't think it's far to judge attitudes, atmosphere, or service. They really worked fast and I got my food quickly and they seemed very nice when I got it so that was awesome but again I only went through the drive through.
My partner and I stopped in to grab some lunch on our way home to Buffalo from NYC. They were very busy, but were extremely efficient. There was a solid 10 cars in the drive thru and probably 5 or 6 groups inside and we got our food in just a few minutes. The drive thru line also seemed to be moving very quickly. I customize my food, and it was perfect, as was hers. The seating area was clean, albeit a little chilly inside. We would definitely stop in again if we are hungry and are passing by.
I got my order taken fast and got my food before i could even pay. Also the place was very clean. Was there around 7pm
Me and my group stopped by after competitions and this entire Wendy's handled around 75 kids from other counties as well as us. They did such a great job and I've never seen such hard workers before! People's food was out in 5 minutes or less, they had smiles on their faces and made sure every employee was hands on deck for all of us.

I was in last week at about 6:30pm. This was the first time in my life I have ever seen a Wendy’s completely empty; including the drive thru. I walked in and the staff was very friendly and the interior was very clean! My meal was ready in less than a minute and it was delicious! This has to be a hidden gem of Wendy’s because it was perfect
One of the better Wendy's we have stopped and ate at. Service was okay as we had to order from kiosks but was quick and efficient. We opted to dine in, eating area was clean and well taken care of. Bathroom was also clean. Would stop in again if in the area.
Funny story! 5 years ago, back in 2020 on a Sunday afternoon, we were on our way to summer camp and we stopped at this Wendy's in Cortland, NY but it wasn't until later in the week on that following Wednesday that my daughter realized they did not give her the chocolate chip cookie we had paid for, the most important part of the meal! 😁 Every time we drive by this Wendy's, my daughter always reminds us how they forgot her chocolate chip cookie! 😂 So we were driving by that Wendy's again today and as usual, she jokingly said she will always remember how traumatized she was as a 10 year old. So we stopped in and told the cashier (Sezja) our funny story from 5 years ago and we all had a good laugh! While we were eating, Sezja came by our table to see how we were enjoying our meal. It turns out she was one of the managers and she proceeded to offer my daughter a free chocolate chip cookie! That was so sweet! 🤭 After 5 years, my daughter has been vindicated! 😂😂😂
Not bad as fast food joints go. Restrooms are hurting and need both an update and a devoted cleaner for heavy scrubbing, yuck. The dining area feels bright and comfortable. Located next to a stream. Crew was fast and courteous. Careful where you park. If the drive through is very busy you might have a problem backing out.
Wouldn’t know how the atmosphere was since I went through drive thru. Will say locations hours was still current when I tried to go in to order and use the restroom to freshen up but doors were locked. If business hours still open can’t lock up 15 min prior. Sorry. Everything else was great.
Good food, good service. There were about a half dozen employees there at the time. About 75% of the business was drive- thru. When we arrived, there was a soda abandoned on a table and several napkins on the floor, along with (what I guess was) most of the trays stacked by one of the garbage cans. They remained through our half hour stay. I disposed of them myself, as I left, along with other random trash I found at other tables. So, aside from needing more attention paid to the dining area, it's all good there. UPDATE 6/3/23: This "fast food" visit had us waiting for 15 minutes or more for our dine-in meals (2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 drinks). There were about 5 workers and only 2 sales there besides us. AND, the strawberry Frosty, the main reason we went there, was, of course, not working! Oh, and they got one of our two sandwiches wrong! This has to be the worst Wendy's around. Dave is turning over... UPDATE 12/8/23: Not much has changed. Long wait, check. Dirty dining room, check. They DID get our food right this time, tho!
Busy place but they keep the drive thru moving. The order I placed came out but the burgers were barely warm. The chicken sandwich was good. Dang have their pricing increased over passed few months.
We went thru the drive thru this evening. I have to say they took our order correctly. There was only one issue while I was ordering our second order. The one that was taken our order was mean. That is the only reason I gave a 4 stars.
Food was okay. Nothing special. Wish I could have upgraded my burger bun to a pretzel roll but I wasn't looking to pay $9.99 for a pretzel baconator where I would have removed most of the toppings anyway. Convenient to Interstate 81.
***1 year update**** I can only guess that the management of this Wendy's needs training. We consistently are disappointed but we like Wendy's chicken. Nobody on the register during lunchtime. 1 functioning kiosk. Multiple drink out on both dispensers. I saw no less than 4 families have to come back to get an order fixed while I was waiting for ours. I have to think that the location is the only reason it has not failed (and dislike of the golden arches). Aug 2024- No napkins or ketchup in the dining room. Losing items off menu, grilled chicken sandwiches. Easy on and off the interstate. Employees are super nice. Odd that you can see straight to the urinals from the dining room.

It was fine. Typical Wendy's. The order screens were really hard to use but it was faster then waiting in line. They were out of baked potatoes but that's not usual for any location. They gave me cheese fries instead and they were gross.
Very clean place, Good food, The workers could not speak fluent English!!! They didn't ask whether it was for dine in or take out, and they just assumed. It was dine in and we wanted to take out.
I placed a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving. When I got to the drive through, they couldn't find my order and had me pull to the side. When I mentioned that I ordered 10 minutes ago they said that they don't even start the order until we arrive. So what is the point of placing a mobile order? Also, no napkins in the bag.

Longtime local favorite in fast food, with a steady flow of tasty, new menu items. It's disheartening to see the service and quality worsening, which is due to management turnover undoubtedly. I truly hope the corporate office finds another "Mike" to better suit the needs of a wonderful restaurant and loyal patrons like myself 🤞🏼
Compared to other Wendy's, they're pretty much what you expect. The one thing I've had issues with more than other Wendy's locations is in leaving things off my order when using the drive-thru. Usually only small things like ketchup (even if you ask more than once,) but sometimes full on order mix-ups. I'd say that it's more often than not that something is at least a little bit wrong. I would say just to be careful and double check things before you pull away. Otherwise, I haven't had any quality issues, and it tastes just like any other average Wendy's I've been to.

Not great. Came in around 9:30 PM. Used the kiosk, & customized items ordered to go: 2 burgers, a chicken sandwich, & a frosty. Frosty was good. Burgers were not fresh, and were missing condiments/veggies requested. Ingredients looked and tasted old. Pickles, lettuce, etc. were sparse. While servers were polite, order was carelessly put together. Haven’t been to a Wendy’s in awhile, and was disappointed. Will not recommend or return.
Very disappointed. Out of potatoes. Out of onions. Out of chicken for sandwiches. Short staff looked like they were in shock, but trying hard. Dining room out of napkins and forks, and trash bins overflowing. Drive thru moving so slowly that cars were backed up to the street.

Customer service is abysmal! 8 year old granddaughter and I ordered a takeout lunch. server was impatient guick to anger and raised her voice angrily with us when we were given a tray and I kindly said that we were a take out. She also was not happy when she had to be told she gave us the wrong order. We go into because of previous mistakes at drive thru. Our granddaughter was even aware of how rude and intolerable counter person was. My advice avoid this place altogether it’s not worth the trouble for a take out meal there are plenty of better options near by.

Absolute WORST experience at a WENDY'S, hands down. We stopped at this Wendy's on 11/14/19 at about 10:45pm (closes at 1am). They shorted us an order, fries were lukewarm and sandwiches were dry. Service was not efficient and unapologetic. Some may say, what would you expect at 10:45 at night? My reply would be if i'm paying the same prices as 10:45 in the morning, I expect the same quality of food and service at 10:45 at night. Would give them 0 stars if I could.
In the past this Wendy’s has been great.. but recently it has gotten bad. Last night I ordered chicken sandwiches and was asked if I would wait, I said yes. When I got home my husband took a bite of his sandwich and immediately could tell it wasn’t right. It was completely raw in the middle. If a customer says they will wait for something, then it should be coming out the right way.. it blew my mind how raw it was. Never going back after getting my refund. I can’t add my photo to this review for some reason, but I did add it to the photos of the restaurant on google.
Bunch of kids runnung it all they were doing was yelling and carrying on. Girl behind the register could only enter one order and then she stood there until that order was done before taking another customer. Place is a joke came here years ago and it was a good place looks like no one cares anymore poor management if any management at all. Very disappointed
I put in 2 doordash orders for 40 normal nuggets yesterday & both orders were wrong. I got spicy nuggets on both orders. I can not recommend this wendy’s location at all.
Please permit me to tell you a story, I, a starving road tripper, land in the town of Cortland looking for food while my car charges at the closed Starbucks. I first approached a McDonald's, illuminated, but with a dark sign. My hopes dashed when the door is locked, I look across the four-lane road, and see in brilliant illuminated letters, Wendy's: open late. As I take my life into my hands crossing the street, I look inside and see workers. I'm reaching for the door handle, and then an employee with a Wendy's visor makes eye contact with me from inside. She appears to be walking out, and I, walking in. I pull on the door handle, the door is locked, and she looks at me in the eyes, then turns around and walks away saying nothing. As I stand in the parking lot, reading this very Google page that states they are open until 1:00 a.m., she exits. I ask her if they are open and she says no. She points to a car driving up to the drive-thru, but Ken muster no further words. This, I trust, is the person that messes up my order whenever I do go. Having no car, as I am on foot, I find myself out of luck. I suppose I shall starve.
The manager was so rude clapping in the worker's face . Then, when she waited on us, she acted like she couldn't hear or speak. She was very rude to the worker's.
Drive through needs to listen to the orders before they make them. None of our food was right except the fries.
Yes, the food is lackluster and expensive, yes the dining room is always a filthy mess, but I mostly just want to say that the dance music they force you to listen to in the dining area is cranked so loud, you'll want to choke down your cold fries and soggy burger so fast to get out of there. Nobody needs to hear "Dance Monkey" at full volume in a Wendy's. Please get this under control, it's completely unnecessary. And just FYI, silence is always better than whatever terrible music you think the public wants to hear. That goes for every establishment.
Made a mobile order that definitely was a drive threw Mobil pick up and the kid at the window said it was processing and told us to drive back around as we did told us not to stop at speaker box so we did not got up to the window and told us it still wasn't processed we had to go back around then the order wasn't even rite don't go during dinner even tho they had like 20 people working they still couldn't get it rite they make to much money for the mistakes they make sorry not sorry it's bull shit and will be calling corporate in am because can't even call and make a complaint to manager over it because there phones are off the hook
We stopped in at 7:27 pm in the Cortland NY Wendy's on July 14. The floors needed to be swept ( food and garbage everywheres) ,The tables needed to be cleaned, the napkins, ketchup area needed to be cleaned and refilled ( there wasn't anything there for either one) The cashier was talking with other employees, looked at us standing there( I use a walker) and went back talking. Finely she took our order. We waited for 10 minutes to get it fries were cold ,Baconator double was a mess when we opened it. I went to the counter to say that our fries were cold.I seen the employer throw them out.He gave us new fries. One was Luke warm other one cold again. We tried to eat the baconator ,didn't work,our dinner ended up being nasty. We tried to eat it. Fries ended up going in the garbage and most of my sandwich. I went to use the restrooms nasty, gross! I called today to talk with a manager I told her everything that happened and all the information. She just said I'm sorry about this. We could go in for a refund or get gift card. I asked when she's there today or Monday. So we asked her to mail us a gift card. We are still NOT happy about what it looked like or how rude the employee was.
This evening I got my usual, an apple pecan salad which I normally get from my Wendy’s back in Binghamton. Today I received my salad and drove back to my dorm per usual and opened up the bag and the top was completely off my salad, and lettuce was in the bottom of the bag. Not only that, my entire bag of toppings was missing. No pecans, no blue cheese, and no dressing. The chicken was cooked last week, I almost had mistaken them for croutons. So at this point I just paid a ridiculous $10 for lettuce and tiny pieces of dried chicken. Sad because I’ve always loved this salad.
CHECK YOUR ORDER! Been going to this Wendy's for years and I'd say about 90% of the time they screw my order up in some way that forces me to go back inside or through the drive through to get it fixed (with a side of attitude from the staff to boot) Got the food home and had to reheat it in the oven because it was stone cold and then one bite in and I was done. Disgusting. Only edible part of my order was the drink. There are better options.
I didn't get the $5 large natural lemonade I ordered on Tuesday, and it was partly my fault for not realizing before I drove off, but... The Apple & Pecan salad I put in the hotel fridge, which I just went to eat today... No dressing. No fork. No packet of pecans. That's what motivated the one-star service review. There wasn't even a line at the drive-through window when I made my order. Being busy can't be an excuse. I now have an almost $10 salad that's pretty much useless to me, on top of being shorted a $5 drink. I come to visit Cortland often for work, but I'm never visiting this Wendy's again. The last 2 times I have been there the fries were cold..went right around and inside told the manager...got an attitude . Also there were onions on the sandwich and the slip clearly said NO ONIONS ! The second time I went inside. Took a fry out...cold ... gave it back told them to feel it... the manager said it was warm... It was not ... Told them I wanted them to drop a new batch... got an attitude. I will drive to Syracuse before I go to the store in Cortland again if I want Wendys...
Drive thru took well over 10 mins to get through and there was only 4 cars. I sat at the window 5 minutes before anyone even came, all cause they were taking care of one wrong order. The lady working the drive-through left the window to go and speak to the customer outside. She came inside did some more stuff pack some food and still did not come to the window, not even to take a payment. And let's not forget her rudeness when I was asking a question to place an order.
I have been disappointed lately with Wendy's. Every time I went to Wendy's the past few months my fries are super cold my burger does not taste fresh and the chicken nuggets are also cold. I would rather go across the street to McDonald's and order because their food has been a lot fresher than Wendy's.
It is frequent that my order is not correct at this location - a problem that has existed since before Covid. A cheeseburger without cheese. Oftentimes I'll catch it: forgotten fries, a single instead of a chicken sandwich. A cheeseburger with no cheese is harder to catch in the drive through. And tonight, my favorite item on the chicken pecan salad - the blue cheese - was missing. I don't know why I keep coming to this location. If there was another Wendy's in Cortland I wouldn't. And if I'm driving to another city, I wait. And after this experience, I'm done.
I got the most unacceptable service for asking for salt on my fries. The whole time I was waiting in line I saw fries come out without any salt go on them. So naturally, since I have received unsalted fries before there and I would like to have more than just a fried potato stick, I tasted one when I got the bag. I simply stated there is no salt on my fries, and asked if I could have some salted ones. I did not ask bouncing up and down with a huge smile asking pretty please, only if you have the time, but I also was by no manner rude or disrespectful. It was a simple statement. I just wanted salted fries. The boy ignored my request the first time, I had to say excuse me to get his attention, and he whips around, snatches the fry bag, throws it under the counter and walks away. The couple behind me were appalled and commented on the poor service shaking their head. I honestly was speechless, did not receive any more service and got looks from other people in the back after he apparently said something to them. I had to ask for a manager who also shot looks from the back. What??????? It was the most awful feeling because I told the manager I just wanted salted fries and did not want to have to salt all of my kids fries myself before going out to the car. I did not make a seen, just wanted salted fries. I just wanted to be waited on. The manager asked the girl at the register to give me some salted fries. The girl was very nice, but honestly, did no one else not care that they just had potato sticks? Why would the manager ignore the behavior of the other employee and ask a girl whom looked extremely busy to wait on me. She was very polite, but honestly, the owner of Wendy's should be concerned. I know the couple behind me walked out. -just sad
Stopped here while driving up 81. Walked in and was ignored by staff... So I assumed I had to use one of the touch screen order systems. I did that but then their system failed "lost connection" 2 times I tried. Staff tried to avoid eye contact. Basically had to start talking to get someone to look at me. They told me a manager was going to come up. Manager never came. After a few minutes of more waiting an employee manually took my order. Didn't offer or give me a receipt. Otherwise I would contact the store direct. I do understand there is a labor shortage these days, but I don't think that this is an excuse for horrible customer service. Got in the car and started driving back on 81.. My chicken nuggets were not cooked thoroughly. They were cold in the middle. And the fries were a disgusting mushy cold mess. I rarely eat fast food but when I do it's Wendy's...I've never had such a bad service or food at another location.
There seemed to be a line for the drive up so we went in to find you have to order through a kiosk instead of by talking with a person who is familiar with what's where on the keypad for a menu. The lobby was FULL of people waiting, so we went to the drive up so we could talk with a person. It took us more than 20 minutes to order and another 15 minutes to receive our food, in which there was 1 out of our 4 orders correct! Go someplace else.
Ordered and got wrong order, no utensils or napkins in drive thru order, had to eat baked potato with hands. Terrible. Cold food. Well mods were ignored and was missing second baked potato. Think we got someone else's order
Me and my mother went through the drive threw , ABSOLUTE terrible service that was unneeded and unacceptable, he right off the bat started using attitude whenever we asked a simple question, then he didn’t even say pull up or anything he just stopped talking. This isn’t acceptable at all Wendy’s what happened to being friendly to paying customers, NOT ONLY THAT but they even got our order WRONG after INSULTING US about them menu.
We walked into place an order today and noticed zero of the employees in the back were wearing gloves.. While grabbing the top of the fries and chicken nugget containers touching all of the food while they placed it in bags. No thank you. We left.
I got a Cobb salad and I requested crispy chicken instead of grilled chicken and they never cut the crispy chicken at all it was just a chicken patty it’s not the first time it has happened either
If I could give this half a star or negative stars, I would. I don’t usually write reviews unless the service has been mind boggling horrible. I’ve ordered from this Wendy’s over 10 times in the past 9 months or so. I’d say out of those 10 times, they’ve got my girlfriend and my orders wrong EIGHT of them…. I’m not sure what kind of people they’re hiring over there but they clearly have a horrible attitude. I understand you’re slaving a 9-5 but so is everyone else and if I’m spending $20 on two ppl at a fast food restaurant I’m expecting my order to be WHAT I ORDERED.
Force you to stand by the counter to order via kiosk that doesn’t take cash or tap pay. Staff is super rude about it. They do t try to help or talk to you at all. It says “tap to pay” on the sign, kiosk and card reader but after two minutes a woman said “you can’t tap” I asked. Is it down? She said now we just turned it off. Crazy response.
I ordered 2 small pretzel baconators value meals. I asked questions about meal person was very impatient. We were charged 29+ dollars. I was not happy. We went North 81 toward Syracuse and when we took the sandwiches out it was large sandwiches and not on the pretzel bread I was too far away to return I feel like I was ripped off almost $30 for two value meals that are over priced and not even what I want it very unhappy. After a month the restaurant never responded to the bad review.
My wife had trouble with the kiosk She went to the counter to order and was abruptly told they were busy. Very disappointed in such poor service
As soon as you walk into this Wendy's you walk into a smog of smoke from the fryers. It not only hurts your eyes but it also stinks and makes eating in very unpleasant. By the time you finish your meal your pores and hair feel gross and weighed down with grease. The woman's bathroom was a real treat. There's a 2" gap in the door after it's shut. So ppl waiting can watch you use the toilet. The bathroom smelled like straight up poop. I used the bathroom twice and it still smelled awful the second time. The food was not that great. I mean the atmosphere is so uncomfortable and unpleasant it's difficult to enjoy your meal. The fries were good but everything else was junk. Unless you love Wendy's food just don't bother with this location. It's dirty, loud, smelly and unpleasant.
Absolutely awful - go to one of the other several fast food restaurants right near here. We waited 25 min for our food and still had 8 people in front of us. When we told them we're cancelling the order they were rude. This added an additional 30 minutes to our already 6.5 hour drive home. Disgraceful customer service.
Ordered online and requested pickup via drive through. When I got back to hotel with order, we were missing a partial order, food was given to me cold. They were very polite and I gave 1 star under atmosphere only because i didn't dine in.
Racist manager March 11, 2025 1:34PM. Seems to me that they promote blatant racism at this location. For background, I’m white, my husband is Asian. My husband and I placed an order using the kiosks. I went outside while he stayed back to wait for the order as it’s a beautiful day so we could eat outside. The manager (a white lady) came out with our order and said “Jack?” Which is my husband’s name and the name we used for this order. She immediately pulled it back as he went to take it and asked the white gentleman behind him, who placed his order after us, what his order number is. He said it and she instead went to get his order first. She repeated, “Jack?” for the order still in her hand and again, he was like yup, that’s me! Only once she saw that there was literally nobody else waiting for their orders did she allow him to take it. She didn’t apologize or anything and even missed part of the order so he had to go back and ask for her to get the rest. She handed it to him silently with attitude, as if he had wronged her somehow. So yeah not sure if this is what Wendy’s stands for? I also noticed she was talking to her Spanish speaking coworkers with contempt. I wouldn’t want someone like that as a boss or as an employee representing my company. This BS is just frustrating and I can’t believe we are still dealing with it in 2025. Very disappointing.
Do not bother ordering a baconator from this location. The burger always has half the bacon it should.
They need to install a 2nd window to exchange all the things they didnt pay attention to when they took the order. Poor guy inside seems tired of seeing drive thru people in line holding a sandwich.
Well we'll start with the food I ordered a baconator, first time I've had one and it'll be the last. Extremely tasteless cardboard would have tasted better. Service not the friendliest, took forever to get a baconator and fries, keep in mind this was at 10:30 in the morning, finally got my meal at roughly 10:45 a little long. The cashier unpleasant ,acted like she didn't want to be there, complained about to help situation rather than sucking it up and doing her job. As far as the atmosphere not a soul in the building as far as the dining room. I'm not understanding why it took so long to get my food since I was the only one there at the time. Parking lot empty which can be partially understandable with this kind of service. For me to go back I would have to be literally starving to death but even then I don't know if I could bring myself to choke down such a tasteless meal. On the bright side the french fries were outstanding. And the price Wendy's charges for what I got was totally ridiculous, in short they need to close this location as much as I hate to see businesses go out, but if this is the kind of food and service you get Cortland doesn't need you.

I don't write reviews ever but my experience at Wendy's today deserves a review. I was going to get lunch from Macdonald's and realized there is a Wendy's close to it. The last time I was at Wendy's is over a year ago in Oneonta and I remember getting a jalapeno bacon cheeseburger which was really good so I decided, instead of Macdonald's let me get that same burger from this Wendy's. When I got back to my office and took out the burger, I could not believe what I saw. The was no bacon, no crispy fried onions just a mess of melted cheese on a burger that looked like it was made from roadkill. I am trying to get pictures of it on here but the picture is not showing up. Whoever made that burger for a customer should be ashamed of themselves. This was no accident , just extremely poor customer service knowing I will not see the POS I was served till I after I leave. Needless to say, I will never go back there. If the pictures do show up, compare what they have on their menu to what I was served.
I’ve been to plenty of Wendy’s locations before and usually know what to expect, but this one was a serious letdown. We stopped in around 7pm on July 6th while traveling through the area and it was a mess from start to finish. First, the fries were absurdly salty—and I usually like salty fries. My Baconator had one regular patty and then two tiny ones added in? Either they ran out of proper patties or someone just didn’t care. It was also dry and sad-looking. We ordered inside and ended up waiting over 15 minutes while the drive-thru orders just kept flying out. The two people at the front counter looked completely lost and totally ignored the dine-in side. On top of that, a deluxe burger we ordered was missing both the onions and the pickles. It really felt like the place was running on autopilot with zero attention to quality or service. I get that it probably relies on people making long drives on I-81 who won’t come back, but still—this was bad even by fast food standards. Definitely the worst Wendy’s I’ve visited.
Omg, what happened to this place?!?! We haven't been there in months so i was shocked to see all new faces and a huge line. The food was absolutely horrible!! We got the chicken ranch wrap and only 4 tiny pieces of chicken. The fries and baked potato were disgusting!! NEVER AGAIN!! The only person that was great was the young man working the register...
My order is never right. The person taking the drive thru window is usually rude. They are very expensive and could provide better service! The quality of the food has gone down. I will not be returning any time soon!
Waited 20 minutes on front counter! Crew just looked at us they were maybe two cars in drive thru. Maybe you should get staff that care about doing there job!!! Do better Wendy's
The workers were extremely rude and told us when we got to the counter that can't help us because they were turning the registers off at 9am. They could have easily take our order but the worker literally pointed at my wife and I - can't help you. Goodbye Wendys forever. This one store has angered us so much that we will never eat there again
We stopped there on a Sunday night. We were on a road trip. The first thing that I did was went into the ladies room. Both stalls were occupied. 2 other women came in and we all waited and waited , finally a young lady came out of one of the stalls and smiled at us and ran straight out. She didn't even wash her hands! When I got into the stall , I realized that there was no toilet paper! Some one went to tell the employees and they finally came back with a couple of napkins. The trash can was full and an employee didn't show up to refill for another 10 minutes at least. When I started to eat my salad I realized that it didn't have any blue cheese crumbles that I remember it should have. I went to the counter to check and everyone was too busy and the description wasn't listed on the wall . It wasn't until I got back in our truck and checked my phone to see that the salad was missing the blue cheese. The salad was nice and fresh though.
Luckily we were staying right across the road! Ordered a taco salad, and a cob salad. Got back to hotel, and no chili for taco salad. Drove back and went through drive through again, told them what happened. I know mistakes happen, but young man at window gave me the chili, no thank you, or sorry for the problem. Handed me the bag with a scowl, and turned his back to me. No they were not busy, just rude!
Absolutely horrid, come here for FAST food and I wait for 30 minutes RIDICULOUS. Then when my friend got his breakfast sandwich there wasn’t even egg on it and on top of that the sandwich was TINY. we came in hungry and left hungry. Sheer disappointment UNBELIEVABLE.
Every order took much longer than necessary. All of the employees were talking while the food was sitting there ready. The food is great but the service is so awful that there's no point in ordering. Don't bother coming!
