This location has a lunch buffet that is overall a good deal. Fresh pizza and pasta and the dining room is very clean with nice employees.

It's hard to judge a chain like pizza hut. Food all tastes the same. Atmosphere is all the same. So costumer service is the best way to judge and this location exceeded my expectations. I ordered online some desserts and in the comment section I asked for a love note. They gave us the cutest notes and made us very happy. Thanks guy for standing out!!!!

Lunch buffet is a must! I grew up with one of these and so glad it’s back! Customer service was great and there was plenty of pizza, pasta, salad, and dessert for everyone.

I came in here for the lunch buffet on Friday the 13th and had the best dining experience. I was promptly greeted by a young lady with a warm, pretty smile who made me feel special when I mentioned i was a veteran n she rang up a discount without needing to show my ID. I really am a vet. While I was grabbing a few slices from the many choices topped with pizza sauce Detroit style, my garden salad was waiting for me. When I asked for another dressing, one was quickly brought with a smile. During the many trips I went back for one a slice at a time, I noticed how the same young woman who took my order, brought my salad over n extra dressing, was also gracefully stocking the buffet. She was also going table to table to check on customers making sure all was well. She was all over place and don't recall seeing any other employee on the floor. She was a very busy person! But what blew me away was how quickly n efficiently she cleaned up a pair of tables used by a family of 4 with 2 very young children, who left behind quite the mess on n under the tables. She had such a very pleasant disposition and professional attitude that so impressed me I asked her name so I could post for her a positive feedback that she very much deserves. We dined in today and I was impressed. The restaurant was nice and clean. The girl at the register was very friendly and helpful. We ordered 2 hand tossed pizzas and it was very tasty.

Their bread sticks are my favorite and this location is the best pizza hut store I've been to. It is very clean, modern, and inviting. The employees are very nice and I really enjoy the vibe.

Went thru the drive thru, ordered the Alfredo. It was good for fast food. The drive thru person was very y nice you don't order until you get to the window unless you do a mobile order ahead of time. It is a diners in pizza hut as well.

One of the best tasting pan pizza supremes I have had in years. I avoided pizza hut before due to their low quality but this establishment brought back what they used to be....great! Update:we liked it so much we went again and it was so incredibly fresh! The pizza practically melted inside our mouths. And. We have visited at lunchtime and early dinner time. And they've been amazing. Customer service was excellent! Update 2: customer service is only good in person. I had an issue with our last pizza and have been calling for days and they NEVER answer their phone. Deducting a star..

The restaurant was clean, and staff was friendly! Unfortunately, the salad bar was not open in the front due to COVID sanitary reasons, but they could still make the salad in the back. Overall, a good Pizza Hut when you want a quick bite!

Not very happy tonight with this Pizza Hut. Normally, I’ve gotten great service here in regards to delivery. Tonight, I ordered a family meal online. After 20 minutes, i got a notification that the pizza was being delivered. Almost 1 hour later, we still had received nothing. Upon calling the store, I was told it was probably delivered to the wrong house. There was no attempt to speak to me by the actual manager and no one offered any kind of discount for the wait. I know mistakes happen, but I feel like the store was just dishonest about what happened. I feel that my order was completely forgotten and no one wanted to admit that. You can do better, Pizza Hut!

We love this pizza hut ... always fresh and on time ... but does anyone really prefer the new recipe Italian Meats pasta over the original? To us it now just taste like they've thrown some pizza toppings over some pasta rather than the completely different dish that kept us coming back over and again. Plus for the second visit running they were out of the chicken version ... What's that all about?

Ordered at the drive thru with both kids in the car.. they said to pull to the front and someone will bring out the pizza for me… 25min later I had to take both kids out the car and go inside. The whole time my pizza had just been sitting there because they “forgot” to bring it outside like they said they would.

Food is almost always awesome, but if you ever have to call and get in touch with this location in any way, you're out of luck. The number provided calls some customer service office somewhere else. When you ask to speak to someone at the location, they act like its a well guarded secret then they eventually hang up. So hopefully all of your orders are perfect, and you never have any questions.

I haven’t had any issues with this location before but this time was just ridiculous. I changed the address through the website when I placed the order and verified it was correct but the delivery still went to my former address which wasn’t their fault as it was a website error but the way it was handled or more appropriately not handled was unacceptable. The delivery driver called when he didn’t get an answer at the wrong address, was great and delivered it to the new address which was thankfully .8 miles away that’s why this is a 2 star review instead of 1. But in between the estimated delivery time and when the driver called I called the store 5 times, got a busy signal and hung up on 4 times. Finally I chose the option to place an order and was transferred to someone that didn’t even work at the store, when they transferred the call back to the store I got the same busy signal and hung up on again. It’s a Wednesday at 1:30, I understand if it’s busy and having a longer hold time but just not being able to get ahold of anyone and getting hung up on multiple times is not ok.

Inconsistency…..sometimes it’s great at times it’s poor. Delivery drivers are snarky and aggressive about tips. If you order online the deals never change like other locations. For example today at a location a large one topping pizza is 9.99…..I have never seen anything item less than 14.99 each because two if those items are required which is a $30 deal.

Had pizza delivered, and normally we love Pizza Hut, but this was awful pizza! I spent $52.50 on 2 lg pizzas and some cheese bread. The 1 topping thin crust pepperoni was WAY overcooked , I’m not certain there was even cheese on it. The other was a stuffed crust, garlic Parmesan chicken, something my son wanted. He normally can eat the whole thing, not tonight. The cheese bread was good though! 🙌 Highly disappointed! I could have bought a Walmart deli pizza and it would have been levels above this! Waste of money!

There is no Lunch Buffet on Saturday. It's only Sunday-Friday 11am-4pm. Or maybe 11am-1:30.

Not at all happy with Pizza Hut delivery service provided by DoorDash. Waited on my couch for a knock or the doorbell but it never happened. Only after I considered calling pizza hut to see where my pizza was I see a text from the “dasher” saying that the pizza had been handed to me. Never happened. Turns out the dasher decided to leave it on the porch without knocking or ringing the doorbell. Not necessarily pizza huts fault but if you choose to partner with companies providing poor service you reap the consequences. First experience with door dash, NOT A FAN. I only wish I could get my prepaid tip back!

Ordered 2.5 hours ago. When trying to get a hold of the store, they turn their phones off so you can’t get any service. I had a legitimate issue with the online app giving the incorrect phone number. Now no pizza (was breaking a 7 month diet haha) and when trying to contact the store their phones aren’t working. How convenient.

I would NOT recommend ordering delivery from this location. I ordered through the app for delivery and my order was incomplete. I ended up trying to get hold of the store to let them know I was missing an item and they never answered (called for 30+ mins). I had to drive all the way to the store to get my missing drink and not even a sorry. Definitely poor customer service.

The delivery driver decided to stop in the middle of the entry way of Pizza Hut. I have a suv, and signaled for her to come out. She signaled for me to pull in so she could pull out. As you can see in the photo, I can’t turn in unless she moves forward into her left turning lane. We had an altercation, she advised the establishment I was “mean”, and they advised me not to come back because I’m “mean”. I requested a refund and left. Disappointed by how the situation was handled when the employee was in the wrong. Matt also tried to advise me the entry way is a “one way”. In the photo you can tell otherwise. I had a dash cam that recorded my entire experience and I will be reporting the driver and establishment to corporate. I recommend trying Palios! They’re the next stop over and the pizza is phenomenal. Pizza Hut was the closer option due to traffic on 380, but I will ensure that mistake is not made again. Please try Palio’s if you’d like a great experience. Otherwise you can visit Pizza Hut, where the employee attitudes are as dry as the crust.

the “manager” can’t “manage” anything even if their job was in the form of a picture book. Terrible service, and not even a simple sorry for having my pizza order wrong. I tried to call five times before driving back to the store but of course they won’t pick up their phones. Terrible location

I ordered 60$ worth of pizza expecting it to be delivered by a pizza hut employee, but nope they 3rd partied my pizza to door dash. The door dash guy got lost and didn't speak any English so there was no way for me to direct him. I tried to contact the manager and got a 3rd party service that could not help me. No manager was available. When my pizza finally made it it was cold. I will now take my business else where. Customer service is everything in a business. Pizza hut is going down hill.

Was finishing up with a manager last night and Bree decides to come from around the cash register and push me from the side. I was so focused on the manager until I didn't realize that she was coming to my left. Tried calling Owner/Manager this morning and spoke with Kim, area manager. Kim said that I was not assaulted; but by Bree being close to me I 'may' have thought that. (Because as soon as Bree pushed me, I instinctively put up my arm in defense of that.) I asked her if I wasn't assaulted, why was bree that close to me to begin with, initiating contact? She then threatened to hang up on me and told me that she wasn't going to discuss it with me any further. And I said how can you be an area manager but you're unwilling to discuss a situation where one of your employees actually pushed a customer? She then deferred me to another area manager.

I went into this location a few days ago and noticed one of the employees had what looked like hickeys all over their neck, just looked so unprofessional and distasteful I made my decision then and there that I would no longer be visiting

Scheduled an order for pick up thinking it’ll be ready to be picked up, but that wasn’t the case. I got charged then was told it’s going to be 4 to 5 minutes. Well, 15 minutes later they bring me the wrong order. I try not to order from there, but I had a family member who was craving a pizza from Pizza Hut.

The quality of this food is even worse than the FM423 location. It's not the ingredients its the lack of care and poor preparation that makes the food bad. When prepared and cooked properly Pizza Hut is pretty damn good. These guys need to get it together. The food is hardly editable. I won't be back.

I just order a bundle and paid $40.00 which included delivery. One of my pizzas had tomatoes on it which I requested. As soon as I bit into the tomato on the pizza, you can clearly taste that the tomatoes have gone bad. I picked all the tomatoes off of a slice and smelled them and you can smell that they are bad. I’ve tried to contact Management several times and can’t get through to anyone to talk to or leave a message. If you’re ordering tonight, do not get tomatoes on your pizza!!

Please DO NOT order from this Pizza Hut. They’ll throw your pizza together like crap. I just had one of my worst experiences with this location, with a so called Manager who hung up in my face!!!! because I said the pizza was disgustingly made. Then refused to answer the phone, I had to drive up there to request my refund and to actually see who’s representing this establishment so horribly! Bri is her name she has one of the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever experienced. I’ve order here for the past 3 years, but now I will NEVER give them my business. If I could give them a zero I WOULD! Nobody in management should ever be this rude to a customer. She literally said there’s not a corporate number and gives me a pizza hut business card.. No worries, I will notify corporate of this issue.
