Dutch Bros. Coffee

The customer service here is so amazing!! Drinks are always consistently delicious, and my favorite barista Andi never fails to brighten my day when I see her!! Such a charismatic and sweet person!

I absolutely love Dutch Bros. This store went over the top today to say Happy Birthday when my husband gave them his reward app. I always get the best service and it always comes with a smile! I will forever be a customer 😀

We absolutely love our favorite Dutch Bros location, and a huge part of that is because of Madi! She is truly the sweetest barista — always welcoming, upbeat, and so genuine every time we pull up. She remembers our drinks, asks about our day, and just has a way of making the whole experience brighter. You can tell she really cares about the customers, and her positive energy is contagious. The drinks are always perfect, the service is quick, and the vibe is exactly why we keep coming back. Thank you, Madi, for always going above and beyond. You make our Dutch Bros runs something we look forward to every time! 💙☕✨

If I could give 6 stars, I would. I am, what we call in the service industry, a regular. I come multiple times a day, every day. I've experienced the service in all different times of the day; ranging from early morning, to 2 minutes before close (Sorry Guys!). Every time I have come to visit, the experience is very pleasant. The staff members, universally, are always in a very good mood with unworldly customer service. The product, well, it's coffee. So it's a win for me. I'm a creature of habit tho, so i've only tried one thing on the menu and it's been my go-to ever since i discovered Dutch Bros. The Crossroads location is quite literally down the street from my workplace and my home. It's not only super convenient, but a whole experience when I come and get coffee. I've stopped by the Frisco location, as my fiance works in Frisco, and i'm left with no comparison to my "home store" in crossroads. I don't normally write reviews, good or bad, but tonight something special happened. I had pulled up at approximately 8:30pm tonight, and i was greeted in the drive through by Izzy, who is probably who I find myself interacting with the most. She's very outgoing, very kind, and hits me with the "We gettin the same thing?" -- But once she figured out I always get the same thing, it's become "Are we getting 1 or 2?" Haha. Fun times, eh? Anywho, the reason i'm leaving this review is because when she had asked me 1 or 2, I had responded with a story about how my Fiance had complained i didnt bring her one home the other night, so i brought her one home the next night, and she was up literally ALL night long. So rather than complaining about not bringing coffee, she complained about being up all night; the turns have tabled. LOL. So i shared this story with Izzy tonight, and you know what she did? NOT ONLY did she very subtly upsell me a DECAF Golden Eagle for my fiance, so that 1, i don't sleep on the couch, 2, she doesn't miss out on the coffee, and 3, she doesn't stay up all night; and she also found a solution to the "problem" expressed in the story I had shared with her. I told her, "What a WONDERFUL! Idea!" and I left with 2 coffees, but 1 was decaf for the lady. Let me be clear, EVERYBODY who works there that i've interacted with, are VERY VERY VERY pleasant, I just don't know everyone's names. I could describe em, but lets not make this weird, ya? Lol. Izzy and Aiden were very pleasant tonight, par for the coarse, and the team at the Crossroads Dutch Bros are always so wonderful. Keep up the amazing work guys, and i'll cya tomorrow! Delicious drinks and amazing staff! Dutch Bros is one of my favorite places to get tea and coffee, the staff is always super friendly and helpful and I’m always pleased with the drinks. One employee that I always like seeing is Izzy, she’s always so helpful when I don’t know what to order. The service is usually fast if you’re looking to grab a quick drink, I would highly recommend trying out the double rainbro green tea or the 9-1-1 coffee!

When I say my drink was made with love, I truly mean it. I was having a really rough day, so I needed a little pick me up—and that it did. Andi picked me up from my slump and put me on to the Double Rainbro. Never in my life has a drink given me so much euphoria. The location is Cross Roads was fantastic. I went to cash in my birthday reward and all 3 staff members we interacted with said happy birthday to me. They made sure my wife's Jingle Nog was extra hot and added sprinkles. All locations have friendly staff but, the Staff here went out of their way to make us feel like we were appreciated there. I'll drive to extra few miles to stop here for coffee and rebels.

Love this place! Always fast even with a long line and the staff is always friendly, even helping me figure out drinks for the kids! Only complaint: Not a fan of having to merge drive through lanes as people can be jerks and not let you merge in when it's clearly your turn. Sometimes your staff will tell people what car to merge in after - please continue this!!

Visited Dutch Bros during my trip from Canada and honestly, each drink had such a unique flavour Americano (Hot): Rich, bold, and super premium coffee flavour. Definitely one of the best Americanos I’ve had. Caramel Mocha (Hot): Very caramel and delicious, but just a little too sweet for our palette. Small Blended Cocomo: YUM! I can’t get this taste out of my mind creamy, chocolatey, coconut goodness. Absolutely addictive. Totally worth the hype!

Service is usually good, but ordering online is pointless because your drink won't be ready most of the time. May as well order at the store with how long you have to wait.

Unlike other locations, if your drink happens to be ready when you’re in the drive through, they don’t even bring it to you. 🙃 You’re still stuck on the line. Sad to say, I’ve mostly stopped going to DB overall since this location is closest to me and the service leaves a lot to be desired. — I have to give a shout out to the Frisco location. Best Dutch Bros I’ve been to and the service was always consistently 5 stars!

I really like don’t to give bad reviews because I think we all make mistakes sometimes, and I also don't like to be a Karen and go back to complain and ask them to remake my drink but this is like the 5th time already that they have made my order wrong, sometimes my drink is too strong and bitter, other times they don’t put the syrup, and at this point I feel like it's intentional (night crew) I also noticed when she handed me the drink last night, that the cup felt lighter than usual, So after stiring up the cup a little and taking the lid off to check, i noticed my drink level was very low. (this is like the 3rd time this has happened, with 2 different night time employees, the same girl and the newest night time employee that I've noticed there) I usually order the same drink and I go there almost every day, sometimes I order multiple drinks for my family and I've never had my drink get filled up this low before with other daytime employees, So this seems intentional to me, unless this is a new policy. I am a regular customer and have been since they opened but I Definitely will not be returning to this location for a while. It's not worth spending money on drinks that I can't even enjoy. Hopefully it gets better within the nexts months.

I tried to order a drink at the counter on 11/10/25 around 8:30am. The lady behind the counter was very rude and acted upset that I was ordering a drink at the counter rather than doing a mobile order/order ahead option. Mind you, I always go through the drive thru but opted to go to the counter as there was nobody there and could have been a faster option. After her attitude I decided to leave. Not sure what her problem was but definitely will NOT be returning to this location.

This location has gone downhill and bad! Service has become abysmal! We used to go here several times a week (mind you this is out of our way). Today we waiting probably 30+ mins in line for them to mess our order up multiple times. Once we finally got the “right” drinks, they were all so bad we had to pour them out. Wasted $20 to deal with this level of service and product. Now that Starbucks is coming out with protein coffee, I don’t think we will be back.
