Over priced, for food lacking flavor. We were charged $1 to get ranch with fried mushrooms. And $1 to get blue cheese dressing when it said blue cheese. Verified that grilled cheese cheese burger wasn't spicy, then it comes out with jalapeños all over fries.

This restaurant just opened up in our neighborhood. I was happy to see a new place and wanted to give them a try. The southwest egg rolls were great, beer came quick. But, I was concerned that all of the staff I could see had their faces above their masks, around their chins. They had a sign posted about mandatory masks but I didn't see a single person wearing one and everyone was packed in without any regard to the safety space protocol mandated. I hope this restaurant can turn it around and enforce the rules and so that they can stay in business.

Start with the positive, the server/bartender was really nice and decent. The food was bad though, the burger had no taste and was basically swallowed by the bun because it was so thin. The fries were terrible. Further, their soda machine is not working right, the soda is sour and flat tasting. Something is very wrong there… the sever was aware but did not have a way to fix it.

The food wasn’t that great. We had fried pickles which are thick spears. When you bite them, it was too much and the juice was like grease. We had the cheeseburger, wings, and fries. They were all just ok. The water and sodas tasted like they had soap in them and not very strong. I wouldn’t say I would go back. The bartender was the only person working in the front, she was nice.

The fish and chips were cooked in old grease and had too much breading. It was the worst. The chicken tenders were good. UPDATE BELOW *SO I just spoke to Eric, (who said there was no manager to speak with) to let him know how my meal was the night before. He could not care less. He gave no explanation, showed no concern, nor did he offer an apology. I went there to try it out before booking a team Christmas party for my staff, but I can find somewhere more deserving or my business.

I don’t know if was just this location or not, but I do not recommend this place. I ordered the wings and was disappointed. I need a good drink after a stressed week, again disappointed. The first drink was too small, hot and nasty… so I ordered a margarita, it was a bit watered down but did the trick.

Came in yesterday to watch some Sunday football.. there was a total of 12 people sitting at the bar, & 3 tables INCLUDING us. 3 servers.. if you didn’t walk up to that bar you didn’t get service point blank period. I watched a couple of customers come in and take 3 shots in literally less than 5 minutes all with the bartender… and another server walk up to a table to hand the ticket for payout with one hand and her phone glued to her ear with the other hand. Not to mention the 2 tables that walked in and sat down and got up 30ish minutes later because they never received service. I’m not sure what I walked into but will definitely never be back. Unprofessional, rude & mind blowing that a BUSINESS would have staff behind the bar with the incompetence level I witnessed here tonight. I would have been better off being my own bartender.

We ordered food from here back in May with our company card and did not receive a receipt. We have been trying to get a copy of the receipt FOR MONTHS with no success. Everyone that answers, says that the manager is on vacation or sick or “let me get your information and call you back” NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED BACK! We still cannot get a receipt! So unprofessional and the food sucked. If y’all see this review, call me now with a copy of the receipt. You have everyone’s contact in the office since we’ve all called. Thank you.

First and last time ordering food at Tailgaters. Definitely would not recommend, food quality is very poor, not as described. Pictures are worth 1,000 words. Can you guess what is pictured??? Hint it’s their famous ballpark chili dog that was all bun, cold, disgusting that after one bite threw it out the taste was that bad In fact shortly after one bite got sick shortly afterwards. Avoid avoid avoid….

I’ll just let the attached receipt speak for itself. I was with a group of 6 so I can understand the automatic gratuity, however, I was the only one charged 40%. When I asked for an explanation, the server would only say she has no control over the system. That’s not even including drinks that were charged to my tab that weren’t even mine. She offered me cash for the drinks she added but no suitable explanation on the 40% gratuity. I offered a different card to pay so this transaction could get fully refunded as it was wrong to begin with only to be met with cheap runarounds on how it’d take 3-4 business days for the refund to be processed. Needless to say, I just stopped arguing with a wall. Please let this be a cautionary tale on this establishment. Not only is the food subpar and service slow but beware of added gratuity that could be 40%

Nice new space food is terrible. Like high school lunches. Hard pass on this place. Wow.. so I did a review on this place when they first opened and since then the food has gotta substantially worse. Imagine being able to smell the food but not be able to taste it. Its just terrible. My friend wanted to come due to lack of options in the area. We tried the wings, some street tacos, and some jalapeño poppers. I immediately sent my tacos back after letting the table taste this bland dry tasteless food I was served. The wings hot but they too had NO flavor. Its just terrible.. Again, save your money. I heard the beer was good...
