Dillas Quesadillas

Came in here not knowing what to expect, but was blown away by the welcoming atmosphere, and amazing service by our server Savannah, helping me navigate through the menu with my gluten free and vegan dietary restrictions. And just when I thought I thought it couldn’t get any better, I got handed my quesadilla, and I was blown away by how good this food is. If you’re on this side of frisco, I’d recommend it any day of the week over the Taco Bell next door. Millions better in service, atmosphere, and food. I will definitely come again in the foreseeable future.

Food is always very fresh and a lot of food for the price. I love the Lone Star quesadilla and the gorilla fries

I’m impressed with the quality and exceptional service and food this place serves. A twist to the traditional quesadilla. Several options to satisfy your cravings. It’s worth a taste! Prices are reasonable also.

The food was delish and quick to come out. I would like to point out Alaysia, the kind young lady at the front taking my order, was extremely helpful and patient with me and did an outstanding job. I will definitely be coming back again!

Husband and I decided to try something different, local and affordable. We hit the trifecta and more!! Ordered the Hot Hatch Chicken and Lonestar. The meat was fresh, hot, moist and absolutely delicious. We had the cilantro-lime black beans and cilantro corn. We also found the Japapeño Ranch dipping sauce to be quite good! The serving size was quite generous, too. The tea was fresh brewed and crisp--only minor complaint was no fresh lemons or limes... The store was clean and the staff was delightful. We spoke to the manager in charge for a few minutes, Bethany, letting her know how much we appreciated the quality and hospitality offered to us. We will be returning, soon. Nestled just east of Hollyhock/423 on the south side of University at the Prosper/Frisco line. Great job and looking forward to our next visit.

So excited to have a Dillas near us in Little Elm. Popped in on a Sunday. Ordered our food and only had to wait about 5 minutes before it was brought out to our table. The worker who brought us our food was so nice and professional. She asked us if we needed anything else and checked on us later - pretty amazing for quick service with a drive-thru!! They have the pebble ice, and their sweet tea is really good. I ordered the Lone Star brisket quesadilla with jalapeño ranch dipping sauce. My husband got the Gorilla sized Plan-O with steak and salsa on the side. Both came out hot and melty - just what you'd expect from a quesadilla-focused establishment. The flavors were well-balanced and fresh. The store was new, very well-maintained and all of the staff was very friendly, polite, and helpful. We will definitely be back!

First time at Dillas and I was seriously impressed! I was running home after work and decided to give it a try. The quesadilla was perfectly crispy, the queso was fresh and full of flavor, and Gabriella made the experience even better. She was efficient, easy to talk to, and made the short wait enjoyable. The service for the Dillas in Prosper was Immaculate, absolutely amazing food the Lone Star is such a flavorful experience for the test buds they go on a journey into flavor town. The drinks were amazing the Dr Pepper was so tasty and delectable it was a sweet treat for the taste buds, the fries have such a delightful flavoring on them you can’t help but keep eating them. Overall the experience was a 9.7/10! Would go back!! I went through the drive through so I couldn’t get to see the overall Atmosphere of the inside

The food was done quickly, but it's exactly what you can make at home. It was $25 for a single quesadilla and one combo. There are upcharges for everything! They even charge $1.00 for a small container of super thick queso. It ended up being $25 for just two people. The sauces were good!

Stopped by Dillas Quesadillas and ordered inside. Service was quick and everyone was friendly. They brought the food right to my table, which was a nice touch. The restaurant was very clean — tables, soda station, and even the bathroom were spotless. My order came out exactly as requested. I got the Plain O with chicken, and it was made just right. The only downside was the app. I found it confusing because there was no option to select fries, and it wasn’t clear if they automatically come with the order. That’s the main reason I chose to order in person. Hopefully that gets fixed in the app for those times when I want to order ahead and grab food on the go. Overall, great experience in-store and I’d definitely come back.

I can firmly state that every quessidilla I have had at just about any restaurant in the US has likely been better. Nothing at all wrong with the food at this place. Took awhile to get greeted. I ordered the lone star quesadilla and I ordered an extra side of fries. I was charged 0.75, I open the container up look like regular amount of fries not double. When I went back in the workers were acting weird about doing it and I’m sure if the veggies were I was eating and my stomach was disturbed with in instant.

We went through the drive thru for dinner after trick or treating, and the lady in the window got super rude and agitated because she clearly misheard our order and when we were explaining that to her she completely changed up had an attitude and even made the guy that was working with her hand our food over like idk what her problem was but that was super unprofessional. We didn't even say a single thing out of pocket so that was so uncalled for.

Found hair inside of our quesadilla AFTER taking a bite, it was so nasty! My Fiance had to drive all the way back to get a refund and they did not even offer a gift card or anything for the inconvenience.

I was just in the location and there was a woman YELLING at her employees in front of EVERYONE. I’m assuming she’s the manager I was told her name is Kayla. She displayed absolute unprofessionalism and disrespect towards her employees and customers. It is 2026. It is absolutely outrageous that someone would treat another person in this manner. This needs to be addressed. I will not be returning to this location. If this woman is still employed here I work in the service industry, and this showed absolute distain for human emotion. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

Ordered pickup. Went in store 25 mins later for 2 meals. They said it wasn’t ready. Two people come in after me and order to-go and both of their orders are ready 5 mins before mine. No apology, just incompetence.

The lady working at the drive thru window told us we could have our food COLD or pull up and wait. We chose to wait in the drive thru line. However the manager and employee were talking about how rude we were for not pulling up. I posted a picture of the girl and I also plan to call corporate.

I asked for a Buffalo chicken and I basically got cheese, not impressed and I won't be visiting this location again. I usually go to denton and they never fail me but this place is awful, sorry not sorry and I really had high hopes for this location

I came to the restaurant today thinking I would try something new , there was no line so I thought maybe this is a bad idea , I ordered the gordo quesadilla, the driver threw employee did not say hi nor did she tell me how much my order was she just stuck her hand out to grab the card , the food it’s self was horrible the ground beef was hard as if it was sitting in a pan for hours , the food was cold wasn’t hot cheese was hard overall a bad experience for my first time

I HAVE to be that person right now. So disappointed. Fast food is about convenience. So imagine my frustration when I try, for a single night, to have a night off from cooking for my kid because I'm exhausted. I order a bean and cheese kids quesadilla and add chicken and side of black beans for extra protein but instead I just get a cheese quesdilla and a side of beans. It's seems small but I literally have everything to make a chicken, cheese and bean quesadilla. So after PAYING for it WASTING TIME to grab it. I still came home and had to put together a substantial meal. Irritated.

Went to counter to order out food. First timers at this place I had a few questions. The young lady at the register was unable to answer any questions. I asked what is the nacho bar, I was ignored. One young lady out of the entire staff was working while the rest gathered at the counter(one had elbows resting on the front counter) chatting it up. I requested sour cream with my dilla and ranch came out with my order. Fries were under cooked and the steak was dried out. Save your money and eat at taco bell.

Fries were soggy the dilla was not worth the money.kids working and playing. Extremely loud and very high pitched. Restrooms were not stocked. We thought we had found a great alternative spot for lunch. However, despite the great tasting food, we won't be going back. The first time we went we were told that all their quesadillas were gluten-free. Yesterday, we ordered and even specified gluten-free and had a surprisingly large up-charge on our bill for it. This was not a preference, it is a necessity. Apparently, not all of the quesadillas are GF, anymore, because a serious reaction occurred after lunch. We don't know what the issue was. Whether it was a supply mix up, or staff carelessness. However, we can't take a chance on getting non-gluten-free food, again. Sorry, Dillas, you're off our list of great options for lunch.
