Everything is good especially the buffet hours the food is delicious. I've booked parties at Shakey's for the weekend at buffet hours from 11AM-2PM and all my guests love it! I highly recommend this place and the staff are very friendly and helpful and courteous.

Thank you to Shakey's and it's staff members who worked on Christmas day, you all made our families Christmas.

Me and my family came in and was immediately greeted with smiles. The food was great, tables and floors looked clean too. Allen even helped when I was confused about the games. Very good service will be coming back with more family and friends.

Fantastic Pizza Parlor for us regular people to gather with our friends and family. I had the lunch buffet and it was awesome! Great lunch options like sides and salad. The nostalgia inside is fabulous throw back to all things nostalgia pop culture. The manager and servers inside are so friendly and happy you can tell they enjoy their jobs! Also there is an arcade in the back it’s incredible!!Highly recommend!

There used to be one of these in Texas when I was a child. So I wanted to visit while in California for nostalgic purposes , and I was not disappointed. If you have the time, you must stay and do the buffet , but they also have a takeout menu. Plenty of games and things to keep your children occupied.

It was crowded and there was not enough chicken. The buffet line was so long when it finally got clear all the chicken was gone. The manger should have put more food out so the the line wouldn't be so long waiting for food.

I recently enjoyed the Bunch o' Lunch buffet there. The salad bar was fresh, and well stocked, with lots of veggies. The hot entries were all tasty and well prepared. And Shakey's kept putting out many pizzas of all different varieties the whole time I was there. I've been to many Shakey's since the '60's. This is one of their finer establishments. The lunch buffet is a great value. I'll be returning again soon.

I would like to say that this is one of the cleanest and most respectful employees at a Shakey's establishment that I have been to... And you already know the PCM are the best combo at Shakey's... We went for the happy hour special... During their happy hour it's a best time to sample different pizza's it's 4.99 one topping pizzas but you could always add extra toppings😋... Keep up the good work Shakey's employees... You're doing it right 👍

It is our first time to visit Shakey’s in the US, we used to go to their branches in the Philippines. We got good service, reasonable prices, satisfied bellies. We’ll surely come back for more, the arcade area is a big plus! 👌🏻

Love the remodeled Shakey’s here on Sepulveda! I came in for the lunch special and was accidentally charged for 3 adults instead of 1 adult and 2 kids. I didn’t notice until after we finished eating, but when I mentioned it to the employee, she immediately called the manager. I’m not sure if the managers name was Melinda or if that was the employee, but they helped me so kindly and without hesitation. I really appreciated how smoothly and professionally they handled it. The atmosphere was great, and the manager — a woman with glasses who was helping me around 1:20 PM — was very helpful. Great customer service overall!

This is the best shakeys pizza I’ve ever dined at the quality of the food is amazing but the customer service is EXCELLENT. I had an issue with my order after my Uber eats driver stole my food, and I came to the restaurant and the manager, Liliana and Noemi were so sweet and kind and helpful in preparing my order again for me. Everything was great!!!

The arcade area was nice they have seating right there by the games so you can watch your kids and eat. 4 big screen t.vs for the games and they severe beer and wine there . I love going to shakeys pizza for the buffet. I heard this place just opened up and wanted to check it out but I had no idea it was going to be as packed as it was. I stuck it out and wanted my specific requested pizza but wasn’t sure with all the people that I’d be able to actually get my order. I am thankful to one of the employees Henry who made sure I was able to get some slices for my table. I’m very specific with how I like my pizza and was grateful for his service.

This Shakey's has been around for as long as I can remember I've been going to the Shakey's ever since I was a little girl now 51 years old ! I always love the pizza and chicken and mojos I have a lot of very fun memories of my family I've lost my whole family within the last 7 years so every time I drive by or come by I always have a smile on my face because of the happiee times I've shared

It was just okay. The pizza was crust was burnt. The mojos were cold and hard. You can tell we had gotten the last of the batch that was left. The chicken was delicious!!! The good thing is they did give us extra food so I gave them extra stars for that. I really think it was because it was the end of the night and they were about to close so we kind of lucked out in a sense. I've gone here several times and have never had this happen, so I will still go again. I should have paid closer attention to their closing time.

The restaurants are clean, bright and packed on a Friday night. Good for them! The pizza, like the fries and chicken are American. No Italian pretending here. But that’s the fun of Shakey’s, it’s all about family.

This location was pretty cool. I gathered here with some family friends. The staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. The chicken and pizza was really good & fresh, I just wished that the salad bar could have been more appetizing. Overall the Chicken was the best!! Seasoned well and cooked to perfection. The ladies restroom needed some attention, which was mentioned too an employee. Thanks, Shakey's I will return.

I love Shakey's pizza! I only gave four stars because it took a little long to get my food even though the place was almost empty. But it's okay, customer service was awesome. Place was clean and organized. I would definitely return.

That said, I was very surprised and disappointed to learn that tipping wasn’t an option on our tab. I always want to tip for great service — especially when someone like Wendy goes above and beyond — and not having that ability is a real deterrent. I’d love for this location to become part of our regular rotation, but until tipping is available on tabs, it’s unfortunately not a place I’m likely to frequent. One other small note: the lights above the bar are extremely bright and could be softened a bit to make the space more comfortable. All in all, there’s a lot to like here, and with a few adjustments — especially allowing tips — this could be a great neighborhood spot. And once again, Wendy is wonderful.

Pizza, fried chicken, mojoes, and soda! TV screens for the guys to watch sports, alcohol for the adults and a fun zone for the kids.

The place was not very busy, and we waited a bit for our medium size order. Chicken and potatoes are YUM-MY!! Pizza... oh, well. The place did not look very clean either. I think at the time we went 1:40pm Sunday, it was very understaffed (still so, you could tell staff members were giving their all!!💪🏻👌🏻).

The food is always what you’d expect from Shakey’s and service was nothing to complain about. I hadn’t been to the game area in at least 15 years and now that I have toddlers, I finally went again. Oh my what a drastic change from the Shakey’s of my millennial childhood. There were literally only like 8 games, and one was not working. For food and vibes I guess it’s fine. The games are sad though

I came for the mojos, but what I got were just ok, sliced potatoes. They needed more seasoning and, most importantly, the seasoned batter was severely lacking. ATTENTION Shakey's manager: re-train your staff on how to properly make mojos. Please and thank you.

The food was nasty it took forever on our order and the beer was flat all that was good the Mojo potatoes I like I said they took forever to come but the children enjoy their cells in the small overcrowded game room and we always make the best of a bad situation

I’ve always enjoyed Shakey's, especially when supporting fundraisers through their receipt program, but after my most recent experience, I’m extremely disappointed with the management at this location. Shakey’s offers a 25% donation from proceeds when receipts are submitted into a designated box at the cashier for a fundraiser. Some rules are clear as per the contract: we can’t ask for receipts from people not involved in the event, which we fully understand and adhere to. However, one of my leaders had a brief, friendly conversation with a coach from a school her son used to attend. The coach, out of goodwill, volunteered to contribute his receipt to our fundraiser. Unfortunately, someone overheard this exchange and took it upon themselves to turn the receipt box around blocking anyone to donate an entire hour before the agreed-upon time. When our leader addressed the situation with management, they wrongly accused her of soliciting receipts from customers. The fact that a mid-level manager made this assumption and became confrontational about it was completely uncalled for. To be clear, no one was going around asking for receipts, and the person involved was simply being generous. Her reasoning was that the person did not "appear to be in our group" or would be someone we're associated with. Based on what, appearance? Tsk tsk Shakey's, you better come get your girl and put her in check. Such evil and negative assumptions can be construed as something else. It’s disheartening that instead of fostering a positive environment for community events, extra-medium green shirt lady decided to police donations in such a heavy-handed and unprofessional manner. I hope Shakey’s reassesses how they handle these situations, as this experience has left me questioning whether I’ll return to this location in the future. They must be hurtin' if they got to guard 25% of their money

I had ordered online and waiting for well over an hour for just one pizza. Very inconsiderate service and they don’t take the time to make sure their food is delivered to their guests in the order that it should be!! The worst online order ever and super disorganized.

I’ve been seeing a commercial that Shakey’s has a new menu for the buffet. Is this true? Cause their same menu is getting tiresome. Love the crispy chicken though. Edit: Whatever this is, please don’t serve this again. At least put a sugar glaze on it cause the cinnamon alone is not enough.
