Panda Express

I think this is the best Panda Express in the South Bay area. The food tasted fresh and there was no skimping on the servings. I had the big plate with fried rice, honey walnut shrimp, mushroom chicken, and Beijing beef. All of it was good. Sadly it is not in a convenient location for me and parking sucks, but the food is great 😂.

Went there during my lunch break, the Beijing beef was going to take 4 minutes so they gave me a complimentary cup for soda! Great people

Super nice & friendly staff members. I like that this Panda Express actually has bamboo & the feel of more “panda vibes.” Quick service even when there have been long lines. Great go-spot and they’re always making the next batch in time so you’re not waiting for 5-8m for your plate to be ready.

I came in around late lunch to get a plate before my meetings in the evening. When I got home, I noticed my favorite rations and the orange chicken was so cooked that the insides were practically nonexistent in both dishes. I wasn’t sure what to do so I called the store and the person who answered said I could come in for a replacement of the items however I had back to back meetings till 8pm. I came in to swap out the plate and the manager was nice enough to comp the entire meal for me. I really appreciated this customer service and dedication to their customers. It made my day to get some fresh food ^_^ I recommend this shop!

For American Chinese fast food, it was decent. The black pepper beef was surprisingly tender. The orange chicken was good, too. With social distancing protocols in effect, you should expect to queue up outside.

Food is mostly consistently pretty good, but speed is very hit or miss. Sometimes you get lucky and you're in and out in a few minutes. Other times, there's a big line and you wait forever 'cuz half the dishes have ran out.

Clean and Good Quantity per plate. Panda Expresses are pretty standard. Same entrees , same ambiance ... but then once in a while you come across a Panda Express that is Cleaner than others or where the servers are not as stingy with portions ! Well this is the one !! Enjoy the Goodness

Order and pick up is at the entrance doors which have been blocked off by tables. Only 3 people were working and 1 was on a break. Atleast 7-8 people were waiting for their orders

Long lines, parking lot poorly designed and cramped, if someone calls in an order or uses online orders that are large they will stop the entire customer line to do the entire order so even if your at the front you can wait 20 minutes easy before you're acknowledged. Food seems to always have some out so it's a little bit of a gamble if you get what you want

Ordered on line at 10:40 to pick up at 11:15am. Was there at 11:16am but was told to wait for 5 minutes so they could finish cooking. There was nobody else waiting and they opened at 10am supposedly. Perhaps they’d run more smoothly during busier times. The food is typical Chinese fast food but it looked more hygienic than many Chinese restaurant kitchens. There were two automatic hand sanitizer dispensers but there was no sanitizers inside. Had to use a press-to-spray small bottle on the side. There’s room for improvement in management.

The food here is pretty good. I always get enormous huge portions but the one thing that I do not like about this restaurant that I write in special instructions that I want multiple fortune cookies, and I only get one. PLEASE FOLLOW MY INSTRUCTIONS OR ELSE I WILL KEEP DEDUCTING STARS.

Usually get the orange chicken which is typically good. However trying to eat less fried foods. The second time getting chicken teriyaki and it is so awful. Like chewy and sketchy 🤢 I was hoping for a quick and easy way to eat healthier food when in a pinch. This is a no go.

Panda is average but the parking is awful. It just got even worse with over half the lot full of parking for the new restaurant in the other complex that people are walking to. This place must lose out on so many people eating here because the parking is non-existent. I have about a 50% success rate of eating here when I want to eat here - even at off hours.

Always understaffed when business gets busiest, usually only one server working the line around dinner time. Made worse by the fact it's next to a community college

It's been a long time since we have eaten here. I ordered Beef and Broccoli and the broccoli was so over cooked it fell apart. The chow mein had very few noodles. This was during a busy evening so I thought the food would be fresh nope.

Food is good but not ok with the plastic waste. All food is served on/in plastic, even for dining in. Why not have reusable and washable plates and cutlery for dining in? PE is very charity minded and has many programs to help the world--why not start by environmental awareness? I am confounded by the use of plastics which take forever to degrade, for meals that take 10 minutes to eat.

Ordered takeout today, a Saturday evening. The fried rice was inedible - undercooked and under seasoned. If the cook had tasted it once, they'd have known. It could have been a great dinner - all the other dishes were great!

The usual Panda Express favorites were serving exactly what they needed to serve, but whoever decided to throw a whole garlic convention into these super greens needs to take several seats. Had my stomach feeling less than fabulous! I ordered for pickup at 10:30am through the Panda Express app. I showed up at the store to find out they did not open until 11am. This is obviously their mistake by not listing the correct hours in the app. Not wanting to wait at least another 30 minutes for the food, I talk to the employee and ask to cancel. No apologies, compensation of any kind, but he agrees to cancel. I check 2 weeks later and I'm still being charged for the meal, just opened a dispute with the credit card company. This is downright FRAUDULENT activity, and they would have gotten away with it had I not checked my statements. Never going back to this location.

I paid for a plate of orange chicken brocolli beef and fried rice. They gave me a tiny bit of brocolli beef and fried rice no orange chicken. They had orange chicken they just refused to give it to me I don’t know why.

I don’t tend to give a negative review for any restaurants I’ve been except this one. (Actually I once had a 5-star feedback for this store before in which I advocated for them in term of not well communicating sometimes.) I’d not give any comments about the foods since people have different taste preferences, but their manner towards customers was really bad, or may say rude. Being short, hastily, and seem like they ain’t interested in giving more information for any of us. What’s more, talking, and playing loudly with their tongue language even though there was a long line waiting.

Way understaffed, many of the side dishes are cook on order and have to wait 5-10 minutes if you don't want the 2-3 sides that are actually available. I feel sorry for the poor Asian woman who's the only service employee with one other cook. This place is the only Panda I've had undercooked chow mein most likely to quickly get it out due to understaffed crew. You can really feel the stinginess of management at this store. I drive out of the way to go to the one down the road as they are properly staffed and have every side dish stocked and glimmering. Terrible terrible management.

Poor management! This place is always a long wait, so today I ordered online to avoid the wait. When I got there they threw me in circles for 30 minutes until finally the manager told me she didn't have my order. I told her that I already paid for the order and had it set to be ready at 8:00pm (it was already 8:30pm by the time she spoke to me after waiting 30 minutes at the register like an awkward turtle). When I told her I had already ordered and paid she just kept telling me she didn't have it and waved me away. When I finally yelled at her to take two seconds and speak with me to clarify, she blew me off and she didn't have the order and since I didn't have a receipt there's nothing she would do for me. I didn't take my phone since it was on the charger and the online site didn't provide any printable receipt. I will also add that there were several other people waiting for their online orders, just like me, and they waited about 20 minutes to be helped as well. The main staff there is friendly and smile, I don't think it's their fault that they are overworked and understaffed, this is completely on the manager that was working today. She showed poor management and horrible customer service. I checked my account later to see if maybe it had been an online glitch, but I was in fact charged for the meal that they never served me.

I decided to pick up the denza branch at 5:30 and ordered food, and when I arrived at the restaurant, the employees said there was no order from me. I thought I ordered the another store nearby, so I went to the store. But the store had no orders from me and there were so many customers that I turned around. My order was nowhere to be placed. I went to the store in front of Denza branch, which is close to my house, and at first, there was a food that I said there was no order. I went around two restaurants looking for my food and lost 30 minutes of my precious time. If the employees had checked one more time, this wouldn't have happened.

The most unorganized team ever. 7 customers waiting for there food. Cool is preparing chowmein . Ding order up. People's plates start getting filled and the chow mein is going away... What does the cook do nothing he just stands there. Then the rice starts to go down and then they start cooking.... I wasted a 30 break to stand there and get nothing because I had to go back to work.... Order online unfortunately because of where I work I can't do that they are also bad at online orders

Absolutely horrendous management. I was ordering food for a school fundraiser event, and the manager had already relegated to us using only plates. She wanted to "support" us, so she promised us a 15% discount. We come back the next day, and wow! If we still wanted our 15% discount, we couldn't have utensils or napkins. Well, thanks!

The staff had really foul attitude and service was bad. The fried rice was not cooked and had old stale or foul taste. Took couple of bites and dumped the rest. Did not want to end up going to the hospital for food poisoning..Overall, I would avoid it unless one really can't survive without food from Panda Express.

Don't promise a pick up time if you can't commit to it 🤷‍♂️ Ordered online at 5:55pm with a pickup time of 6:15. I show up at 6:10 and the cashier ignores me and talks to others behind me in line until 6:17. I talk to someone and they tell me they're out of everything I ordered and I'll need to wait 15 minutes more. There's about 20 others waiting here with me so it seems it's not just me. While it's not the workers' fault, the store needs to fix something about their system. Update: 15 minutes has passed and he comes back and tells me there's no ETA for when my food will be ready. 🤷‍♂️

Just a warning; people should do their best to avoid peak hours in order to avoid the parking frenzy. Inside, the people are friendly and the food is good but they have reduced the portion of food they give. Additionally, I do not like the idea of the workers/servers not wearing gloves while they are handling the food. I do not have high expectations, especially for a fast food center, but I see a huge possibility of contamination and a big health risk for customers. I even saw one server cleaned some spilled food with hand (again, without gloves) from the table and then immediately start serving food again. A big disappointment!

They don’t close for another 45 minutes and already closing down and not cooking other menu items. And both restrooms don’t Work which I think is a lie because employees in California must also have access to a restroom.
