We "stumbled" on this place a year ago or so when my husband went out for burgers with the guys and said how good it was. Of course, I had to go back to make sure he was right, and it's true. The burgers are the best. The bun, the sauce... 😍 It's the right mix of everything. He liked they had lots of beer options including imported German beer, IYKYK. They have live music Friday nights so it's a great local place to go if you're feeling casual and you need a change of scenery but don't want to drive into Houston. It's super kid friendly with the outdoor playground area. Kids running everywhere eating, playing, dancing to the music, which makes this place great for impromptu gatherings or people watching. The staff is AMAZING. Honestly, we have never been ignored/forgotten and everyone is super friendly and helpful. It's so rare to have this combination of friendliness, good comfort food and family friendly atmosphere. Definitely check this place out!

Phoebe was amazing! So helpful, friendly and attentive. It was our first time there, so we had lots of questions she helped answer. Food was great. We tried The Texan burger, very good if you're looking for a good burger to try. We also tried the Chicken Goat sandwich which was a great chicken sandwich. Fried pickles, nachos, fried cheese, all great appetizers. Liked the margarita flight and the hard cider. Great area in the back for kids to play.

I have eaten here like 4 times now. Pretty sure the chicken fried chicken is my go to, its really good. I ask for the shoestring onion rings instead of fries...so good! They have a bar attached to the same building if you just want a bar type atmosphere for drinks/games and easy access to patio if you smoke. Big parking lot nice people. Haven't been when they do music but the place has a great set up for it. Will continue to come grab lunch!

I've been to Creekwood Grill several times and everytime it's a grandslam. I love this place and the kids get to run around which means mom and dad can talk and connect.

Loved this place! Fun combo of activities for the kids. Nice clean outdoor playground with plenty of shade plus adult fun as well with indoor/outdoor bars with tons of seating. We came for lunch and had burgers, catfish and fried pickles. All prepared well and delivered promptly. Tiffany was excellent serve staff. She truly made our visit special. Can't wait to return.

I came by here today to try the fried catfish and green beans. It’s usually something I get a hankering for that. I have gone to a particular restaurant for, but that restaurant sold out so I was looking for a new place. Since Creekwood is close to home, I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed at all! The catfish fillets were fresh and perfectly done, and the green beans were fantastic. I will definitely be back every time I want catfish, and will come back with the wife to try some other things as well. Update: Brought my wife here and I had the catfish again and she ordered a burger. It was supposed to be a mushroom Swiss burger, but they brought her a PO burger, which was okay but. It what she ordered. Oh well…

Fun place! We attended a birthday party here and had a blast. Casual atmosphere and lots of playground area for the kids. Plenty of free parking too. We had to move indoors because of a storm but the attentive staff took care of us. Come see this place!

Have been here MANY times and is one of our go to places to eat at especially with kids. We’ve ordered just about everything here and there isn’t a bad item on their menu. Burgers are amazing, wings are amazing, pretzel appetizer and queso all phenomenal. The playground is one of the best parts about this place for the family. Completely fenced in and recently they added turf which is a massive plus so even if it rained recently, it isn’t wet. Staff is super nice and attentive. Lots of beer on top. Live music all the time. TVs to watch sport games. Highly recommended for anyone who has kiddos or anyone who wants a great meal with great service. They also support teachers / first responders. If you are considering going here DO IT.

We really enjoy bringing our kids to Creekwood Grill! The outdoor playground is such a great setup and makes it easy for the whole family to relax and have fun. The atmosphere outside is definitely the main draw for us. That said, it can get very busy, especially during nice weather or peak times, and it’s often tough to snag an outdoor table. Service can be a little slow when the place is packed, so patience is definitely required. The food is solid and enjoyable, not necessarily outstanding but it does the job, especially when paired with the family-friendly vibe. Overall, Creekwood Grill is a go-to spot for us when we want a casual night out with the kids. Just plan ahead for crowds if you’re hoping to sit outside.

If you have kids, this is the best combination of wearing a kid out and eating a good hamburger. An amazing experience has always been had here.

I’ve been searching like this for awhile. Something kid friendly place with a playground, good food, and also somewhere we can watch the Texans play. So when a family friend recommended this place I was excited. My grandkids were super excited to see the playground from the parking lot. I knew it was going to be a good time. When we were seated we sat inside a table for 10. 7 adults and 3kids. We sat and our waitress came over a few mins later and stated taking our drink order. I noticed the volume for the football game wasn’t up so I asked her if the could put the volume on. She said ok. We sat for awhile and then we asked again. Finally we asked someone else and they told us that they keep the music on inside. Extremely frustrating because had our waitress said that in the first place we could have asked about sitting outside. Or she could have said they only have the volume up outside. We made the best of it and stayed inside. I also asked for more menus. They provided us with 3 menus for a table with 7 adults. Even though we asked they didn’t bring anymore. Our food took about 35-40 mins to get. It everything was hot and tasty. All good until you asked for something extra. It took 3 asking to get them to finally bring our request which was ketchup, crackers, and some barbecue sauce. The playground area is really nice. My grandkids really enjoyed themselves. We realize that outside was the place to be for the game but wish they would have recommended it. We did tell the host and waitress it was a first time visiting. Not that great of an experience because service is everything to me. I may give it a try again one day but we will definitely be requesting the outside. I will also add that the need to wipe down the rails on the playground from time to time. It looks like it’s never been done as show in the picture.

Our household compromised on a 3 star. Just wanted you to know.. Food: the chicken fried steak was excellent, all of the other food was just fine and not even worth talking about. This is the biggest part of the three. Everything else goes downhill from here. Service: multiple waiters so I am not sure who the real one was. Weird seating: this is a nice size restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. We arrived early lunch time and there were plenty of inside places to seat people, BUT, they put everyone in the same area that a party was in. We felt like we were intruding on their party but more tables filled up in the same other. The rest of the restaurant had no one in it. There is an outside area and from first look, it was packed with people with small children. They had picnic tables and regular tables outside. Restrooms: one word "YUCK", I am in a restaurant, not at a rock concert. Concerts: there is a stage in the restaurant and an area above the main floor. Looks like they do have live entertainment at times. Outside: upon closer look, please don't let your kids play on the outside playground. I saw part of the playground with broken pieces, nothing has been cleaned in years and dirty. I know it is outside and exposed to the elements but safety should still be a concern. Parking: proceed at your own risk. There are 4 places sharing a horrible lot so be prepared to walk, have uneven ground in places and have reckless drivers.

Creekwood Grill is a very Texas bar and grill that looks like it could be pretty fun for a big game or a night out. For lunch, however, it was just fine. The service is pretty good but the food adequate. I had the fried pickles as a starter and they were longer pickle chips, which is how more fried pickles should be. For my main, I had the BBQ mac. It was pretty monoflavored and didn’t really excite. Overall, this was a fine experience.

I visited for the first time and ordered the Catfish basket and Brisket Mac and Cheese. While the meal tasted good initially, things took a dangerous turn when I took the leftovers home. While eating the reheated Mac and Cheese, I discovered two loose staples in my mouth. This is a massive safety concern and completely unacceptable. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

Went tonight to dinner with my family. Food and service were great. Outside was super chaotic and crazy which was to be expected. My husband and I took our 2 1/2 and 1 year old out to play and when we realized how crazy it was we went back in to our table. Again not a problem, it’s a Saturday night we get it. BUT when we were leaving, walking outside in the parking lot to the car my 1 year old was hit with a football in the head! A ball that is apparently not allowed to be used there. The ball was be played with by a bunch of kids in uniforms not being supervised by any parents. When told they hit a baby they replied with” we hit 10 babies tonight” while laughing. When I spoke to the manager he told me balls aren’t aloud, well then that needs be patrolled and Kids need to be watched by their parents!! I will be in contact with Brian.
