I feel bad. We went here during an event my wife had for work months ago and im just now posting about it. I was craving some good authentic Mexican food and man did I get it!! It's a small place that looks like an old gas station without the gas but all the drinks next to a small home diner with a few booths and tables with a small TV to watch. Don't let what I just said throw you off because the food...oh my goodness was the best I had in years. 1st, I had 2 Carne Tacos and the meat was so well seasoned not dry plus they had both the green and red sauces that I love. Now, Caution: I love hot sauce and can handle it for the most part but this sauce...this sauce!? I dabbed my fork in it just the tip of the fork and it was enough to heat up both Tacos. My wife does not like Tamales, but that evening we went to the hotel with leftovers and finished it before the night was over, so think about that. The meat again was well seasoned and not dry. The young lady there who took my order, although my Spanish wasn't great and her English wasn't either, we had a great time trying to understand each other. She was so sweet we told her we would be back the next day. Unfortunately we weren't able to make it back and for that I regret it because now that I am typing, I miss it so much. What does this mean? Don't judge a book by its cover and try to dive into the content of it because we throughly enjoy it.
Drove by this food truck a couple times and finally decided to try it. Had the chicken tacos supreme and it was delicious. They were also generous portions! Staff was friendly, service was fast and great prices! Definitely will revisit and recommend!
I got the fish tacos. 3 tacos for $8.50. They were fantastic. I was from out of town and down the street for a soccer game and they had no food there. So I found this little gem in the citgo gas station.
Beat fish tacos I’ve ever had. My husband got steak tacos and my kids shared a cheese quesadilla. We all loved it and will definitely be back!
Best quesadillas de pastor in the whole Tampa Bay area. Great staff. Now inside gas station. Go LOCAL !!!

Definitely a 10/10 experience! I ordered 6 tacos supreme and an order of the Churros! Very authentic, super flavorful, and the tacos were fresh! Everything was well balanced and the churros were everything! I didn’t even get to get a picture of my food that’s how good it was!!! Muchas gracias!

Stopped at the citgo location. Lord have mercy, best Spanish food I have had in ages. Don't mind the neighborhood it's a little rural. Def worth a trip out of the way or on your way. Saved to my faves now
The food is excellent no matter what day of the week you go. I call ahead and it's ready in 10 mins. Everyone I've brought there to try their food has become customers for life. I highly recommend!!!
The food is delicious and fills me up well for the price. The service is quick and it's in a convenience store so you have endless options for drinks.
It is not a food truck it is in the gas station. Obviously the atmosphere isn't like a restaurant but the food and the people make up for it tenfold. It is not the cheapest but it's not expensive at all considering the quality of the food. If you happen to be close I definitely recommend stopping by and trying it out for yourself

Got the quesabirria, they were good and new option they have now.
Tacos were good, I had two carne asada and two carnitas. I also had one carne asada sope. The carne asada could have used a tad bit more seasoning and maybe a slight crisp. The carnitas were great. The sope could have used cotija cheese or a crumbly mexican cheese instead of the shredded cheese. The sope could also use a little bit more time in the fryer to crop it up. For the price though I would go again. The chile/salsa was good nice heat and flavor, I had both the green and red.

Taco El Patron came to my job today per request and we were told how great the food is. It was touted up like it was from the almighty himself. Now, I will not say it's bad, but I feel like the Tacos I ordered were subpar at best. All they put on it was the ground beef, a little lettuce, and onions. No cheese, and they gave me a little thing of cilantro to use. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't something that made me say wow. They knew they were coming here and the drinks were put into a cooler ahead of time with no ice so the drinks were somewhat warmer. Things just could have prepared a little better I guess. Also, having some menus for people to see would be a plus. I think this food truck would/could be a little better. On the up side they were very nice. Just need a little more prep work.... sorry for the 3 stars but I know you could be 4 or 5.

Went to the store front location. Not impressed at all. Lots of food but also extremely costly. On a scale of 10 the Asada was a 4 at best. Way to much salt in addition to being dry. Food truck reviews appear to mostly be excellent. Will have to try that location. But will not waste my time or money with the store front location again.
