Great fresh 🍔 burgers done on the grill just right 👍 and have it your way. Great atmosphere, their employees have charisma, lol and I love it. The building is in new state and the sitting areas are awesome, they count with stools too for tall people and they count with a television 📺 for entertainment making the dine-in experience feel more welcoming and more like at home. Overall 5 stars the only con is they don't have napkins dispensers, napkins come with the order but I'm pretty sure they have their reasons, lol five finger discount on the napkins. 😂
They were very friendly and fast. I would give 10 stars if I could. Definitely would recommend. Good job bk.
I believe he was the manager he was nice and when I asked about deals he let me know what was the best deal . He was the only one working front counter but he still brought our food to the table
I always get my Whopper or Impossible Whoppers from this location. Delicious quality burgers that always beckon me to come back. The staff is very professional and welcoming. I definitely recommend this location.
Tuesday 7/15 night crew was on point. My order was perfect. Food was good. I was in and out of the drive thru in less than a minute.
Mr. Francisco, was an excellent and wonderful man, he took my order and my daughter's order inside the Burger King Restaurant. He's always pleasant and wonderful and very funny every time we see him. He's very nice and enjoyable to be around and his co workers and employees are wonderful as well. You can tell he enjoys his job and he shows it every time we've come to his restaurant. Staff at this location paid lobby customer second. Most all there time was dedicated to drive thur.
Today, I ordered a hamburger combo at Burger King and asked for ketchup separately. In other words, I wanted the small packaged ketchup. And the reply was that they recommended the squeeze ketchup. You guys recommended the ketchup that's outside, not in the ketchup refrigerator that you wouldn't think of. If you sampled and tested that ketchup, would you be confident that it would be clean? It's not my business, but please check what other burger places do just once. I'm looking forward to it. Other burger places don't just have packaged ketchup, they have many other kinds. By the way, I've worked in the medical field for 34 years. That's why I told you. They wouldn't have refused to give me packaged ketchup because I'm Asian, right?
Today I ordered the mozzarella sticks. When I bit into one noticed there was no cheese. So I opened up rest my sticks only to find they all had no cheese. When told the employee let them know he argued said they were fresh which obviously they were not. I'm very disappointed because my family regularly comes here to spend money.
This burger king is always closing early, they are slow with the orders and they have horrible service.
The vehicle in front of me pulled off so I drove up to place an order and I see why the customer before me left the girl was laughing on the intercom and wasn't taking orders.
They make you sign a paper before they give you your food. I PAID FOR IT, THAT'S ALL THE PROOF YOU NEED.
Buger King slogan says have it your way but not at this restaurant each time I visit and simply order and request my food be made fresh it mostly come back the opposite if I request hot food it comes out cold I felt very unwelcome at this restaurant restaurant the staff was rude and although I can prove it necessarily but I feel as though because of my crystal clear request for fresh hot food that my food was potentially spiked in short I want visit again that’s for sure futher after I specifically requested fresh food and had to repeat my order several times the rude staffer still gave me cold food when I returned the food I explained there’s no reason any parts of my meal should have been cold
Went to go get some ice cream and got there about 15 mins before they close. Understand it was late but saw them taking stuff out and figured I’d ask. Went up and they said they we already closed 15 mins early. Not sure why they say midnight if they refuse to serve. When I ask why they weren’t even answering me he and I quote “we are closed boss man we picked everything up” and he had no answer of why they closed early and just turned away. Absolutely awful service do not go here! Those two workers deserve to be fired the way they spoke to me and the cop that was behind me.
This was the worst experience. I went to store 18359, in wynwood if that's not the store number, and it was disrespectful. I stopped by there, which I shouldn't have because there was no cars but 2 everyone else was at Cain and Popeyes. Anyhow, I ordered the Wednsday special(2 of them) and added 1 with cheese before I made my way to work to feed my son and me. Get to the house to drop him off only 1 burger in the bag. I ask them for 2 separate bags because I was going to work he was going else where, so the cashier was already mad cause she had to separate the orders. But, I should of known something when she looked kinda funny that it may not had been right. I call up there 4 times no answer. I swung back up there on my way to work and tell them, hey you guys forgot one of my burgers I just left less that 15 minutes ago. They swore to God I was lying. Told me they couldn't do anything without the receipt. They said they put the receipt on the bag. Now it's two bags, mind u my son had his bag to eat and the bag i had didn't have a recept so ding dong. Anyway, they were very unhelpful and I wasted $11.66 on an incomplete order. I won't stop until I get corporate unless this is a franchise. Either way I won't go back. Should of called them people, never mind.
After taking a moment to process what just happened I decided to take this opportunity to write about what I just experienced. Today May 12, 2023 my family and I decided to drive to Burger King to get a hamburger as we were all craving it. My kids and I get home and start eating the burgers. After a couple bites I realized this burger is full of mold! I immediately started throwing up after realizing what I had just ate! I felt sick to my stomach and had my daughters stop eating their food. I then decided to drive back to the same Burger King to only be told by the manager “OKAY, I got it! I can only give you a refund.” How do you even make people understand that is not about the refund! Is about the trauma you have caused my family and I and that we will probably end up sick from this! What is happening with food regulations? Are they not checking the expiration dates? Went last night. My order was cold, and sloppy! The cashier put my money in her pocket. I was refused my money back. I called the police, they said it was not their policy to refund money! The fries were not a full order! I was told to stay at the 1st window until my order was ready. The manager refused to help me. I never got a receipt until the officer got one for me. #followyourfirstmind
