The young lady name Kennedy H was so amazing and she has great customer service and a great attitude. I was so amazed to see a woman that’s almost ready to have her baby and having a beautiful smile on her face and still pushing through as she works for her family. This was the ONLY location open at 8am on this side of town. Thank God because a morning walk or run, it would be nice to grab a smoothie so I'm glad this one was open. Hopefully it will catch on and the other locations on the south side can open earlier than 10 am!

Fast professional and very helpful. Staff seemed knowledgeable and were very helpful. I pulled in not knowing what I wanted and they guided me and informed me on different smoothies. Ultimately went with the metabolism boost mango ginger. Amazing suggestion from the person taking my order. Will definitely come back for another one

I’ve come to this location several times because it’s close to my home, but I have traveled to other locations further away for good service. I’m not sure but I believe that the manager of this location is Toya, and I agree with several of the other reviews that stated, a lot of times she has a bad attitude as well as some of the other female employees. I pretty much order the same smoothies and bowl all the time and for some reason they always taste different at this location, like they didn’t make it right. I went to the location today and they are giving away free smoothies for 5star google reviews which is the only reason I gave 2 stars because my smoothie ended up being free. What’s crazy is they didn’t even get my order correct for the 5star review. My smoothie had banana in it and I didn’t even order bananas

Literally everytime I go and mainly in the mornings , they never have the bowls or they just got them and they are frozen . When I try to get a smoothie like today they are out of strawberries. Most of the time it’s only one person working there and their attitude don’t be the best … I never experience this at the one in cedar hill ….

The so call general manger is extremely rude. I frequent this location and other team and staff have been professional and accommodating. Lady in blue shirt has the NASTIEST attitude. Asked for a refund. I was told no. Online orders can’t get immediate refunds. Call customer support and was told that all refunds come from the store. Customer Service is a lost skill. This is an update to the above as of May 28,2024 This location has not refunded my money. Although is under $20.00 it’s the principal. The customer service hotline has responded to my emails - stating that they are awaiting the store manager or management to provide the refund. I went to another smoothie king to voice my concern. I was told that this store - is not only a corporate store, this store had excess amounts of complaints. store I was visiting with shared that there is ALWAYS problems at the Wheatland location where I shared the photos above. Customer Service is an oversees call center. There is a communication barrier so calling them is as frustrating as trying to communicate with the manager and employee that lack the training that needs to be available when dealing with a consumer. Smoothie King corporate office has not responded to the request for a refund.
